Today we bring you a fascinating place that justifies a visit to 0Cuernavaca: Gramo Café, a specialty coffee bar that was the setting for a super-comfortable day, with a flavorful drink and amazing bread. ☕ I arrived quite hot and surrendered to the possibility that my flat white would be iced 👌🏾 The selection, as you'll see, is extensive, from espresso-based preparations, filtered coffee, cold brew, different origins, tea, chai, among other options to spend a moment and pamper yourself. 🍞 They say "there's not much of a good thing," but the dose was just right to pair with a lemon pound cake with almond paste and poppy seeds. This union of flavors is impressive! It's worth mentioning that all the sweet bread offerings come from the next door: @pacifica.mx, a bakery we'll talk about later. But as a guaranteed recommendation, be sure to try the rolls, both the almond and cinnamon ones. Both are a gift for the palate. 🌿 The space is worth mentioning, as it's incredibly beautiful, airy, full of magic, and a vibe provided by the extremely friendly staff. I worked here for a while 👨🏾‍💻 and honestly, I didn't want to leave.

The perfect spot for a good cup of coffee. Gramo is a cozy little corner in Cuernavaca where you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. They have a semi-outdoor space with tables where you can also chat or enjoy some bread from the shop next door.

Ayer conocí la sucursal de la tallera y me gustó, el único pero es que el mesero me trajo un pan de pistache con cardamomo, estaba duro y seco. Se lo comenté y su pretexto es que así era la textura. Ese pan tenía más de una semana guardado. Espero capaciten mejor a su personal sobre la caducidad de los alimentos.

A good place for a coffee. They have Pacifica sweet bread, and it's very good. There's no real parking, and the area is residential. In fact, neighbors complain that during rush hour, parking is a real pain, especially since people flock to the bakery or other restaurant.

A lovely spot for breakfast and a pleasant time. The place is very friendly and the service is good. It's a comfortable place to work for a while or enjoy a delicious pastry, baked right next door by the folks at Pacifica. I recommend the cinnamon roll, the chai, and the golden milk...so good. The croissants are also very good, and the coffees are delicious, as they have several ways to prepare it. The barista, who is very attentive, will explain everything. They don't have parking or valet parking, and the location isn't great since there aren't many parking options, but arrive early and you might find a spot. They accept cards or cash. The furniture isn't very comfortable, but it's nice. They have some lovely coffee plants as decoration, as well as beautiful ferns on the ceiling. They also have other products for sale, which you can see in the photo. Their prices are very affordable. The menu is good, and importantly (at least for me), they offer plant-based milks, and the bakery next door has gluten-free or sourdough bread that you can request. Good tip! One of the few coffee shops worth visiting in Cuernavaca. 👌🏻

The best coffee and the best bread of my life (from Pacifica bakery) I love it! 🤤 I recommend you all kind of method for coffee, Chai tea 🍵, cold chocolate, the lemon poppy seeds bread bars 😍, ginger cookie, vanilla conchita and peruvian alfajor!

No tuve la oportunidad de probar los alimentos pero sí él café, debo admitir que está muy rico pero no creo que valga su precio. El servicio no fue de mi agrado ya que ni siquiera me saludaron. Deberían de aclarar sus conceptos del café con el cliente antes de prepararlo.

Esta cafetería, aparte de vender café a precios exorbitantes que ni se comparan con la calidad, carece de estacionamiento, lo que afecta a los vecinos. Además, su infraestructura inadecuada provoca desbordes constantes de su fosa séptica, generando un entorno insalubre. Para empeorar las cosas, el personal tiene historial de agresiones verbales y físicas tanto hacia los clientes como hacia los vecinos. En resumen, es un lugar que no solo decepciona con sus productos, sino que también representa un riesgo para la salud y la seguridad de quienes lo visitan o viven cerca. ACTUALIZACION: Y no, no me equivoco de negocio, ya que esa misma persona de la que hablo es dueño del predio, esa misma persona entra por la entrada de la cafeteria, asi que no se hagan que no tiene nada que ver, si no les gusta que les salpique las acciones de sus socios ya saben que hacer.

En esta cafetería, además de todos los aspectos negativos previamente mencionados, hay que resaltar el tema del precio. Sorprendentemente, el sobreprecio de sus productos es totalmente injustificado. Si bien Starbucks es conocido por tener precios relativamente altos, esta cafetería lleva este concepto al extremo. Los precios exorbitantes no se corresponden en absoluto con la calidad de lo que se ofrece. Comparativamente hablando, el café de esta cafetería parece tener una calidad similar, o incluso inferior, a la que puedes encontrar en una tienda de conveniencia como Oxxo a un precio mucho más bajo. Esto hace que pagar por una taza de café en este lugar resulte absolutamente desproporcionado y poco razonable. Es decepcionante ver cómo la calidad no se corresponde con el precio pagado. En lugar de ofrecer un producto superior que justifique un precio más elevado, esta cafetería parece aprovecharse de la ubicación o de una supuesta imagen de marca para inflar sus precios, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más decepcionante y poco satisfactoria para los clientes.

The bread and coffee aren't that spectacular, and it's very expensive. You don't feel safe because the place is small and exposed. When you pay, they don't give you a receipt or a breakdown of your bill.
