Exotic pet store with a great selection. Raziel and his assistant were very attentive. I took my hedgehog for a bath, and while I was there, I bought a couple of products and live mealworms that I hadn't found anywhere else in Cuernavaca. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I highly recommend it!

I ordered 3 kilos of mealworms or they sent them to me dead or poorly packaged. More than half of them were almost rotten, and the shipment took a day to arrive at my home. They were supposed to replace what arrived in poor condition because they don't want to refund me the money and they no longer answer my WhatsApp.
