We no longer have a little pretzel shop on the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, so we were delighted to see Auntie Anne's at the Westfield Shopping Center in Culver City. The menu items are well-priced. Our pretzel bites were warm and fresh. My daughter also ordered an Icee. This is great for a quick bite on the go at the mall.

Easily the best Pretzel I've ever eaten. Loved the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel with the Sweet Glaze dipping sauce. n0m n0m n0m!

Not sure why rating for this location is low but I love Auntie Anne’s even more than that Wetzels nonsense. This one is great. Conveniently located right next to Target they are always fresh warm and stocked. I always use my pretzel perks!

Salted pretzels and blue raspberry icee👍nice hit the spot snack to hold me over until I get home. Would be better with mustard on the pretzel. I'm from the East Coast growing up, the best way to eat a warm pretzel. 😋😋

Drove all the way out here for the Jalapeno and Pepperoni pretzel and it was pretty good. It wasn't the hottest, but it definitely wasn't hard and stale either. The Crenshaw Mall location need to step up their game. I would have this flavor again.

I usually come here because my kids like it, buts its expensive. The pretzels taste good when fresh, but this time, I bought a pepperoni pretzel, and noticed they were stacked up in threes in the hotcase. The pretzel on top was slightly burned from being close to the heat lamp I think. So I asked her for the one underneath. I guess she didnt hear me, because she gave me the one with the burnt corner on top. It costs $7 and some change. I didnt want to hold up the line so I just accepted it. Here's a tip for Auntie Annes...If you wouldn't pick it for yourself, dont serve it to me! Don't stack the food so high to the heat lamp! Listen and be attentive to the customers when they're speaking.

So I was standing in line waiting to be helped when I notice a manager taking the mini pretzels out of a box and placing them in a pan with her bare hands, no gloves! I assume she was a manager because she looked to be a little older than the other workers and she didn't have on a uniform. Anyway, to make matters worse, she ate a pretzel as she placed them in the pan and continued putting the others in the pan without washing her hands after eating the pretzel. Needless to say, I got out of line and went somewhere else. Get it together, Auntie Anne's. That wasn't very sanitary.

Ridiculous prices, the Restuarant would be busy if prices were cheaper. $9.09 for the snack items is EXTREMELY expensive $2.49 for a medium Coke $5.49 for cheese nuggets $.89 for cheese sauce.

Lazy workers, I wanted a pretzel dog with pepperoni & jalapeños, that's what I always get, but this lazy employee said "we don't make those" "just what we have here"...i know those are made to order and always buy them like that from them...shame.

Horrible customer service I asked for help claiming a reward and the lady at the counter ignored me and called for the next person. Very unsatisfied.

Dahlia was incredibly rude for no reason. She had a terrible attitude and responds as if she’s upset with you for ordering something off of the menu. Foods good but she sucks
