I had lunch at Il Pascoli restaurant for a business lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The location is enchanting, with a splendid garden that creates a pleasant atmosphere ideal for a quiet conversation. The service was impeccable and always ready to accommodate every request. I particularly enjoyed the risotto with sea urchin pulp and almonds, expertly prepared. The dishes are elegantly prepared, and the chef's passion for carefully selected ingredients is immediately evident. We had a 7 course meal over 3 hours. It didn’t feel like that much time had past. I thought 7 courses would be too much food but it wasn’t. They paired wine with the meal and you could change it as you liked. You take home any wine leftover once a bottle is opened. They will substitute any food if you have allergies or just don’t like that part of the meal. The path to the entrance is a little hard to find. Once you park head towards the back of the lot and turn right. The path will take you to the entrance. They also have outdoor seating if the weather is good. The bathrooms are unisex so pick a door(there were 5) and lock it behind you. I didn’t pay so I can’t comment on the value but the food was excellent!

Refined dishes made with the highest-quality ingredients and incredibly flavorful. Kudos to the sommelier for the presentation and wine selection. High quality restaurant with a refined menu. Elegant and elaborate dishes to transform the completely organic raw materials, in a slow tale of flavors. It is a beautiful place, particularly suitable for special occasions, especially because it is necessary to approach the meal without any rush (each dish is cooked at the moment so on average it requires more time). It is worth highlighting the possibility of having variety of all sorts, from gluten-free alternatives to vegan offerings, the skilled chef will know how to satisfy you. I felt welcomed and pampered and for this reason I will return without a doubt. Ps: obviously the prices are higher than a normal restaurant, but know that it will be worth it.

My Self

A refined place, a pleasant atmosphere, tastefully decorated. Excellent for family gatherings, groups, or couples. But based on the reviews, I expected more. I'll start by saying that I'm someone who ranges from Michelin-starred restaurants to popular trattorias. The service is attentive and friendly. The menu is extremely limited: three appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and four desserts. The food is good, made with quality ingredients, the dishes are carefully prepared and beautiful to look at, but nothing that makes me say "wow." Everything else is measured out precisely, like wine poured by the glass with a measuring cup—just in case! And when it comes to the bill, the savoir faire is a bit lacking... if the bill is €183.50, already substantial, there's no way to round it up to €180 as commercial logic and courtesy would dictate; you pay in full, down to the last cent. The quality/price ratio isn't exactly right, not because of the high prices of the dishes, which could be justified by the quality of the ingredients, but because of the lack of enjoyment when you eat them. Overall, good and passable, but nothing surprising.
