Compared to other Atlantic bars, I found it larger but also more chaotic, with the tables quite far from the counter. I was disappointed by the small amount of coffee cream (I'd already gotten it at other locations) and the flavor of the soy latte, which wasn't up to par with others. I also found the counter staff to be poorly organized, which delayed some of my requests.

personale non sempre qualificato, molto lento nel servire. Per essere un bar esselunga all'interno del centro commerciale, i prezzi sono veramente alti. Assurdo. Finte promozioni ogni tanto affiorano ad invogliarti, ma poi la qualità dei prodotti e la quantità NON è per nulla invogliante.

Pay more attention to those who arrive first. A nice smile never hurts. The cappuccino wasn't great. I'm giving the food three stars because the croissant selection is good and inviting. I'll go back a few days later and have a cappuccino before grocery shopping: the girl at the machine is clearly upset about work, but apparently the presence of embarrassed customers isn't a problem for her. I love Esselunga, but please do something about this café!

I went for a coffee. The blonde, non-Italian girl with glasses asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted a coffee. She made me a coffee and started serving another man. Two minutes passed, and I told the girl the coffee would be cold. She replied, "Wait." Arrogantly and rudely. I've never seen anyone so rude, telling me I could go talk to whoever I need, she's not interested. I'm sorry, but I always went for breakfast, and everyone I met was nice and kind. I hope you take action.

The croissants are very good, but the cappuccino isn't up to par; it gets worse every time. Zero customer service, the photo shows two cappuccinos with cinnamon, I think it speaks for itself 😅

The girl with weird eyes taking orders obviously hates her job, the barrista is sloppy and doesn't care who was waiting first. Staff always get looked after before paying customers. Cupuccino not very good, but their croissants probably the best around

Ragazza alla cassa di nome Valentina e la ragazza al bancone Lucia di una maleducazione assurda. Lanciare lo zucchero in faccia alla gente e essere scorbutiche e maleducate in cassa con dei modi poco carini non è contemplato in un posto. Cambiate lavoro o meglio fate sì che il posto sia più controllato e gestito da gente competente!!!! Per non parlare della fila infinita per pagare , almeno sei persone ad attendere.

Lo scazzo del personale alla caffetteria è clamoroso. Ti servono controvoglia, spesso hanno le divise sporche e sbagliano gli ordini perché non sono minimamente attenti al cliente. Ce ne fosse uno che ti fa un sorriso o ti accoglie con gentilezza. Ho aspettato un po a fare la recensione perché volevo capire se questo atteggiamento era isolato ad un solo dipendente, ma invece noto con grande dispiacere che sono tutti infelici a lavorare lì. Cambiare lavoro no?

This morning I had breakfast at the Esselunga Atlantic Esselunga bar in Cusano Milanino. After properly paying my receipt, I got in line, but the bartender let other people who had arrived after me pass, ignoring me. When I politely pointed out that it was my turn, I asked for two cappuccinos and two glasses of water. The bartender checked the receipt and brusquely told me it only showed one glass of water, throwing the receipt at me and ordering me to get back in line for the water. I asked for an explanation of her gesture and tone, pointing out that I had asked for two glasses at the register. When I asked for her name, the bartender tore the tag from her shirt and threw it in the trash, saying, "There, it's gone." This was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward a customer. The manager was present but did not intervene. I'm reporting this incident so that management can do more due diligence: this is no way to treat customers.

For lunch, we had a steak with a side of vegetables. The vegetables on the plate were still semi-frozen, and the meat was even worse, now in an advanced state of decomposition. The cleanliness was a disaster; the entire bar looked like a toilet. I won't even begin to describe how badly the restrooms were made to prevent vomiting. They couldn't find the courtesy anymore; they had lost it. Conclusion: Tragedy!!

I ordered two piadinas with cooked ham and squacquerone cheese and two small bottles of water at the totem. After waiting more than 20 minutes and watching people pass by at the register without being counted (I'm fed up, now I'm asking for a refund), they got a move on, heated up the piadinas, threw them in the bag, and gave them to us. All stuck together and with the cheese sticking out. No comment. Never again.

The staff were absolutely rude, especially Dario, the manager, who belittled an elderly woman's request to respect the line, telling another employee to ignore it, and that employee then mocked the woman in question. Furthermore, they give priority to their acquaintances in line.

Elderly lady spilled boiling water on table... and Despite the lady's request and other people did not intervene... People came over and said the whole table was in water, no one from the bar came to clean it. There is absolutely no control and no respect for elderly people.
