And then when I came back to get my actual food they said they don't have any record of my order, even after showing the receipt that they gave me the first time. Anyway, they ended up finding my food and Door Dash gave us a refund, and food was delicious and amazing, but they were just disorganized, that's all.

I'm doing an update on conduct!! That's the problem with purchasing food here! There always be that one person that will have that podent sour energy like Pablo, like yo your young and everything but don't act like you don't know what I want when I'm saying what I want not even pointing at it, either he doesn't speak English or what not, he completely forgot to put beef on my tray also after I told him I would like a brown rice steak bowl, and said it 2 times kid because the first time he didn't hear me, he said what you want white rice, I mean honestly what is it, playing the death game with the customers or you just dont want to work and also get paid? Seriously, I'm eating only veggies right now with no beef, after I thought I told him what I wanted. And I said it 2 times, This food is just sitting next to me now ready to get slung. I came to buy food not to see you okay & play games with telling you what I want. I'm done coming hear.. one to many times this has happened, the supervisor isn't hiring joyful people, more like grudge holding people that's just tired of seeing customers. Thank you for letting me drive 5 miles away from home to come to this restaurant only to bring it back home to sling it in the garbage and think about how I got rip off because the guy isnt paying attention to his job. 5+5 makes 10 miles and gas isn't playing right now, maybe they should start thinking gas wise instead of customer service picking on them?

I went to this restaurant to place an order, I ordered rice with chicken. There was a Spanish-speaking couple in front of me in line, and after paying for their order, they asked for a glass of water and were given two glasses (after they had already paid!). I was next in line, and when paying for my order, I asked for a cup of water (I did this in English), to which I received a disrespectful and clearly aggressive response – "We don't have any cups for water." I never thought that in America I would be judged for ordering in English. I really love Chipotle, I eat there almost every day, and I will continue to do so, but not at this particular restaurant, or at least not while this woman is working there.

This chipotle is always something different, from online orders consistently being wrong, under portioned, missing ingredients, to taking an hour. Then the staff looks like they pay for the ingredients by how little the serve you. Double portion was an extra scoop, now its half a scoop and the price went higher. Now also according to the staff, they cant serve you extra cheese or sour cream or corn on your bowl but instead they give it to you in little cups.... like please tell me how that makes sense?... i wish there was another chipotle nearby to stop going to this one, this is one is a total mess. And the times ive put complaints online they just solve it by giving you a buy one get one entree and thats it, im not complaining on getting free stuff, but it gets annoying how not a single online order is ever correct. And i constantly see people at the store complaining their order was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago and it hasnt been started yet. Honestly this chipotle needs to get it together or get fixed up or something.

Don't order delivery! Chipotle staff have a critical quality control problem when there isn't a customer watching what they're doing. I've ordered delivery at least 5 times and each time my order was missing ingredients. Today I received a skinny burrito that was supposed to have extra meat that was a lot smaller than the regular burrito I ordered, which was 80% rice, 10% salsa, and 10 meat! Other times I've ordered chips and received wrapped tortillas instead. Who orders single flower tortillas? Needless to say my family is really disappointed.

This is the absolute worse Chipotle I’ve been. They have workers but they need training. You order online you are given a time but you don’t get your order until 20 minutes later. Then you stand there and they are out of items. The last time I was here they left out half my order. This time I had to tell the guy that I hadn’t paid for it. The restaurant itself is dirty. Tables need cleaning, needs to be swept, trash needs emptying. They tell you have to order quesadillas online and while I’m standing there waiting someone orders 2! NEVER AGAIN!!! OMG! Are you freaking kidding me?! I checked my order and it was just a kids cheese quesadilla. They gave me shells only. What in the entire HELL?! I marched right back in there. I’m not even sure why I waited the first 30 minutes.

My wife and I visited this location a few days ago and we were met with this DISASTER! No sense of urgency (look at the house housekeeping) I can only imagine what the back room looks like 😳🤦‍♂️ I submit my concern to customer service and they reply by "They are dealing with an unusual volume of comments" They offered free guac and chips. Speaking of "Guac n Chips" we had to order it online in order to get the guac 🤦‍♂️ no guac available for dine in so order it online.... This also was bad, chips were stale and cold. They can keep their guac n chips.... Horrible experience, dirty establishment and ridiculous rules with the guac. It all makes sense with the message recently received. Management/Executive has no regard for their establishments. Go else where people, luckily we did not suffer from "Food Poison" 😬

This place has a terrible service, employees are very rude when asked for something. Besides that orders are never correct there are always missing ingredients. The worst thing its they don't even know how to fold a burrito, it's just a mushi mess by the time you get to eat. Employess will get mad at you if you ask them to fold it correctly or have an extra piece of foil paper so liquid does not drip. This is not the first time I have issues at this location. I have asked for manager and no one will show up and again will give you an attitude.

My experience was not good at all. This is just one of those times where maybe I didn’t come to the best location. Not only was I missing a couple of toppings in my bowl but assembly of the bowl was subpar. Even though I ordered through the app it would’ve been much better to be notified if certain toppings were out of stock. Chips and guac was all right. The guac tasted like avocado flavored lime. No that’s not a typo. I don’t know I guess I expecting the best from chipotle is just a dream.

FIVE START ON BAD SERVICE. I finally asked to speak to the manager. He got insulted pointing his finger in my face threatening to call me the police. Arguring because I was yelling and annoying. We have to wait for them to take us so you'll have to wait for more than 10 minutes. You can't be bothered or complaining because you're called the police. Clean your store and bring better service to the customers. How far we're going to get. God blesses the United States of America. Happy Mother's Days Happy Mother's Day.

This Chipotle is pure chaos. Every time we come, there’s some kind of issue going on: no chips, no guac, no napkins, cash only. The people working there have an attitude of not wanting to be there, which translates to terrible service. We waited in line, and when it was just our turn, they announced that we could only pay with cash. Since we didn’t have cash, we ended up ordering through the app (thinking: no problem! These things happen…) When we received the food, I noticed my salad didn’t have rice. My husband politely asked for the missing rice at the counter, and they served the biggest mountain of rice on top of my salad. Honestly, it felt like mistreatment. The food was good, as always, but the experience is the worst every time. It's very disappointing because we love the brand, and it’s the only Chipotle we have nearby.

I've been avoiding leaving a bad review but 8 out of 10 times in my recent visits I've had a bad experience. Last visit was 6/26 at around 12pm, everything was very messy and dirty behindthe counter, in example: the sour cream was red from the over spill from the sauce next to it.(just to point one thing out). The person who seemed to be in charge had a nasty attitude and was wearing his mask underneath his chin while changing the food containers.(honestly I don't care whether they wear one or not but either you do or you don't) this person was making it well noticed that he did not want to be there. Got charged for something they did not add to my order, didn't notice till I had walked out, when I walked out and noticed, went right back in and explained to the cashier who was actually nice and professional, he understood and agreed(as he had just seen me), but had to call this same individual to explain. I guess he was the person incharge, the guy came with an attitude as if he was bothered that he had to take care of it and treated me as if I was trying to get away with something and went on to dismiss me and telling the cashier "w.e give it to him so he gets out of here" and then turned his back. Honestly I was very offended by that and that is the main reason I'm writing this review among every other thing that was absolutely not up to chipotle standards. I feel like the problem here is the people who they have running the place.

Strolled in around 10:10 pm, I get it. I’m one of the later customers. But they’d already closed down the agua Fresca drinks. Cool, drinks at home, no problem. I sympathize with the workers, a lot of mobile orders late night. Got helped, a bit rushed, no problem. No corn, half a handful of cheese left, bowl gets made. New cheese brought out, asked if they could throw some on the bowl seeing that it’s new. Some attitude but we get through it. But my issue here is, while chipotle does not make the lids, there seems to be a shortage perhaps. So what’s the next best thing, aluminum foil. I was a bit shocked because id never seen it done. So I go home, no drink, no corn, aluminum foil lid. Finish half my bowl to find what was probably inevitable, a piece of aluminum foil hidden beneath the guac. This review is an attempt to warn others of the aluminum foil lids as well as alert you to lack of items about an hour before closing.

I came this morning before order food just want it to get a cup of water. I asked the manager named Sarahi to please give a cup of water, she just told me with attitude that don’t have cup of water in front of others customers I asked twice polite and she refuses. I made my line and order my burrito and the guy who is in the cashier he gave me the cup of water very nicely, I have been a Cust for 15 years and this is the first time that I had treated badly at chipotle. No Cust care absolutely.

Dear Edmundo Solorzano-Manager There is a Bad smell at the entrance. Doors need to be washed or at least cleaned. Warn people that there are no toppings for the bowls and the price is the same. This way is customer’s choice to let your employees to start serving. The Guacamole was available for extra charge. I visited this location at 9 pm and I left very disappointed. Closed at 11 pm

I come here a lot, today I went to get lunch. The person serving the food seemed to have some sort of issue with customer service. I asked for a bowl, he said chicken? I said no, he immediately discarded a chicken bowl he had left over, the effort was not graceful, he seemed to be bothered. He was also discussing work matter (which a bad and rude tone to other coworkers), this also made me uncomfortable. When it came time for bowls I wasn’t happy with the chicken portion, the other bowl seemed adequate. I asked for more meat, person said no, that is have to pay extra manager tried to give me a lecture on how they do it and showed me a cup. The portions for the other patrons for the same meat looked more reasonable. Furthermore my portion was not measured, it was just scrapped together. I left the food, free lunch for employees? I won’t come back to this location until you do better, also the pictures posted by others makes me believe that this isn’t the only issue with this location.

Tried to get a refund in the app. They didn’t give me a refund. My bowl came delivered and it was half way filled. Just why? The portions are absolutely disgraceful. Why am I paying for a full bowl, and not getting what I paid for?

This is so far the worst Chipotle that I've been in my life. No desires at all from their employees to work. This franchise is falling apart, leaking coming from ice machine, wet carpet, dirty tables, trash can behind the counter completely full and kitchen paper towels on the floor. Where the hell is the manager? Please fire him/her because it's obviously doesn't know how to manage that business.

The restrooms are closed very early every night. They say they're cleaning them so people don't make a mess. It's a regular thing. There's an older woman who works nights who seems to have some kind of higher position on the staff. She's always grumpy and treats customers badly. She's Cuban and is the woman in the attached photo. The younger staff are very nice. I've come several times between 9 and 10 pm and the restroom is always closed. No matter how many times you say you need to use it, they won't let you in. I hope a manager reads my comment and takes action. This Cuban woman acts like she owns the place and is very rude. This isn't Cuba. That woman should be fired.

This store in cutler bay is the worst, the store is dirty, it smell horrible and you order on line you go pick up and they ask you to show the confirmation! I am not a difficult customer but if I could rate this location NEGATIVE 5 star, trust me, I would. I have been eating chipotle for years and this is the worst location I’ve seen. The moment I say “extra” like “extra lettuce” or “extra cheese”, they start giving me attitude. Like they pay for it and I am eating their own food 😄 There is a reason why your company put “extra” option on the order online. Am I not suppose to get enough food to fill up my stomach as I want? I am sorry that I like to have a lot of lettuce and cheese in my food? Not one time, but every time, they aggressively close my boxes and throw them in the bag like they hate me and the sauce will spill everywhere in the bag. Very clean and organized and make my appetite go up to the top. Thank you! Not to mention they leave the food bar unclean 🙂 The manager should do a better job at managing. And the employees should do a better job at working. But as we see, they have been receiving 1 star for the whole year and there is absolutely zero improvement, I am sure they are still gonna make this location a disaster of the chipotle chain :)

I went into the Chipotle (Cutler Bay location) 11/23/24 at about 8:50 pm. The workers were eating marijiuana edibles in front of us customers, Then proceeded to talk about it in front of all customers and laugh in our faces. Mind you I had a 10 month old baby with me. The ability to do their job of fast food and hospitality was severely impaired. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Chipotle. You need to check the cameras and watch them back. I walked in with 3 people in front of me. It took 20 minutes and even then they refused to serve me. They had no rice, No steak, No beans. I drove an hour and a half from Key Largo and left empty handed.

The young man behind the counter told me he was supposed to attend every customer in line before he could check and see if my “mobile order” was ready after I told him that I could see my name on the order which was ready since 2:50pm. The “mobile orders” were behind the counter. I could have just made the line and purchase my meal to go and it would have been faster. So it defeats the purpose of getting a mobile order. Hope they can improve their workflow.

The manager makes very bad comments about the wait for customers' orders. A pear politely asked for cutlery and the woman's response was that they had to wait because she was a cook, manager and cashier at the same time and people didn't want to work but just eat outside. This happened around 2:00 p.m. I find it incredible that if she is a manager, the way she talks to customers like that. I think this woman is very unprofessional and shouldn't be serving the public.

This is why I don't go to this place they confuse the heck out of you I go to order quesadillas right and I tell them that's what I wanted but the ask "kids or adult" and said adults I waited in line for so long and they tell me to order it at the cashier but I'm right here why can't I order it here and I just decided ok left me get the kids then then man asks how many quesadillas I said 3 cause I assumed he meant just the quesadilla alone but he pulls out 3 trays and I start to get worried and let alone idk how chipotle works last time I went they told me to order online after I waited in line last time so they pretty much gave me 3 quesadillas in three separate containers 2 empty one with sides and I had asked if they can just put the 2 other ones in the one container and with attitude "sorry we don't do that since it's a meal you have to get in separate containers" which still confuses me and yet charge me more for the order which it was restarted never coming back cause every time I come here everyone is rude and very NOT organized do better

I just ordered food from here to be delivered. you CANNOT tell me you won’t have HALF of the stuff. Completely did my order incorrect.
