I've been going there for decades. The place is well located, close to Lake Maggiore and Milan, and it has all the amenities. The rooms are comfortable, air-conditioned, and very clean. The restaurant is the best in the world! The value for money is excellent. The Sartorio brothers are extremely kind and welcoming, as is the staff. I always look forward to returning! The customer from France!!
I came here for work, a great surprise! The welcome was professional and friendly, even during phone and email contacts. They were very kind. When I was given the price, I didn't expect to find a hotel/restaurant. As far as I'm concerned, it was excellent. The rooms have everything you need and are spotlessly clean. The restaurant offers excellent pizzas and other dishes. Their hospitality makes you feel at home; it will be a point of reference every time I return to the area. Thanks to all the staff at this beautiful establishment.
We ate really well at the restaurant. The tagliata was amazing - very tender and very good quality!!! I totally recommend a dinner here!
Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are good , equipped with fridge and AC . There is a restaurant inside the hotel and the food is very good and cheap.

I've had take-out pizza 2/3 times, and the pizza itself is very good. It's a shame that the delivery times are too long (up to 50 to 60 minutes), and it's not worth it.
