To the crew that worked on 9-14-2022 at 3:15pm Simply thank you. On the way home from picking the kiddos up from school we periodically stop and try different mcdonalds as we haven't been happy with the surrounding locations. You all had the freshest and hottest fries, my quarter pounder with cheese and bacon looked as if it was just removed from the grill. Bacon was crispy and the sauce and pickles were fresh. My blue raspberry icee was solid. I know many people only take time to pin bad reviews when they are not satisfied and they rarely take time to put up good reviews, but today you all got it right. If this crew can maintain this level of service you all could literally corner the McDonald franchise market in the surrounding area. I was thoroughly surprised to see a 3.5 star rating. I hope you all are on the rise and that changes to a 4.8.... Making this a norm would put the other locations out of service if they don't pick it up. Thanks again for the fresh food and the level at which you all reached today.

Seriously!! A business that understands and values all orders, big and small. Their small double cheese burger is delicious and only cost $3.05 w/tax included. THANK YOU! SHAME on the other three other McDonald's that either didn't heat them or gave me one from the day before.

McDonald's has always been my place whenever I'm on the road and need a cup of coffee. The very best McDonald's I've ever been to is just down the street for me - on Cypress North Houston. If you want great service great food - try them!

I came to this location with my fiancée to get food as per usual before work. Our service was great but my order was messed up. Called several times to have it remade and number was busy. Had to resort to calling another McDonalds to get the phone number. Got off of work and Kevin working the later shift was happy to help us out and remake our food. They took care of us. Always great customer service at this location. Thanks Kev!

So I made an online order at 11:17 pm for a double cheeseburger and a 6 piece nuggets. After waiting in line for 30 mins and I give them my mobile code TM24 I was told my order couldn’t be found. After showing them proof of order and the money being deducted from my card. I was just told I’m sorry we can’t find the order. I get it…. It’s stressful working the graveyard shift and it’s busy. YOU signed up to work this shift and deal with the midnight rush. Yes it’s only $3.77 but it’s my $3.77 that I worked hard for. I will not be returning back to this location “after hours” and I will be contacting management in the morning when responsible ADULT managers are working.

I mean, maybe ppl have had bad experiences here but not me. Maybe Im lucky? Lucky for more than 20 yrs then. That's how long I've been going here. They are amazing to be 24 hours. Have saved me from hunger and hangovers lol. Night crew stays on business!!! It's a McDonalds but I swear it hits different. From the Frappes to the Big Mac.

I go through the drive-thru all the time for the order and it’s never been messed up, the line is quick and the service is very nice. Definitely worth 5-10 minutes out of the way instead of a different location!

Came here for lunch before a sales appointment at 12:45 PM today. I was accidentally given a regular Big Mac instead of the chicken Big Mac that I ordered. The lady working the front counter (I think her name was Ging) fixed it very quickly for me and came to check on me later to make sure everything was good. She also offered me a refill before I left with a new cup. Good front service lady, food was warm, bathrooms were clean.

Edit:: I went by here today and it looks like they have new staff and everybody was friendly and fast. It was like night and day from the last time I went. The owner there did reach out to me and although I haven't found time to return his call, either it's just a coincidence, or he made some positive changes. very pleasant visit today. This location sucks. Spent about 35-40 bucks here last night and the dude working the drive thru wouldnt... Literally was not even telling people to drive to the window... He'd just sit there silent during and after taking an order. They were rude and slow. Got home and everything is ice cold, tasted old and they left out my son's burger. Night shift needs to be released for a less challenging position somewhere else. They suck!

I give the space at 3 star because it's a McDonald's and the food is always same as other places. The service has been a bit better recently but still needs a lot of work. They forgot one of my items that I had ordered. The manager said for us to pull to the side and that it would be brought out to us so we waited other cars came and went in our food was still missing. After like 15 minutes my husband went inside to see what was going on and the manager said "Oh I'm sorry! I completely forgot about your order".

This location is okay, its not my favorite because it's small so there are not many seats, but it's usually clean. There is almost always a wait in the drive-thru, so order pick-up instead. The staff is usually friendly and the food is priced well. Not sure why, but people have calls on their speakerphone while they eat here, it's kinda strange. 3 visits and 3 speaker calls. Please people, let's stop this trend.

Update 8/3/25 -- first off I've worked in the restaurant business for nearly 5 years. I know what to do to troubleshoot et cetera. MY point of COMPLAINT --> this location is still having issues. Today my husband got me a coffee and I started coughing, a small cough. I didn't think much of it until it happened three times in a row after sipping the coffee. There are coffee Grounds in my coffee 🙄☹️ as you can view by the attached photo. I really don't know what's happening or going on here. The things that they're doing wrong are very simply fixed. They just need to pay attention. These little things also make a HUGE impact on the quality of the food and drink. As far as the coffee goes, I would have to have had seen it happened. If this is chronic then a simple fix would be to double layer the coffee filter. Maybe they're overfilling the coffee grounds and and it's spilling over & in between the coffee filter and the filter holder (?) therefore going into the coffee. I don't know... I'm just tired of complaining. I do thoroughly enjoy McDonald's (40+yrs) but this is getting so ridiculous. There are other things that I could complain about, but there's not enough space here. The drinks are a huge money making item. Ridiculously inexpensive to make, yet equally as ridiculous in large monetary return. You could literally charge $0.30 for a soda pop, that is how cheap the syrup and soda water is. If somebody wants to say hey what about the cup and the straw? Then charge 50 cents, they are still not losing money. My point is why are simple things being made extremely difficult as if this was brain surgery or aerospace engineering?? Good grief!...it's just coffee. ----------- Google says this👇 review is over a 1 yr old. -- The food varies from Meh😒 to really good😍. You really should ask them to cook your food fresh. The store is a 2.5. They can't seem to get good management or competent staff. This location has had issues for the last 15 years. They've only had two managers in all that time that were fabulous. When those two were there, it ran like a well-oiled machine. That was 5 yrs ago. I can't properly say what's going on NOW because of the perpetual ongoing b.s. of 2020, so I don't know NOW if it's just short staffing or if nobody seems to know how to manage anymore. It's like no one really hears you and what you're saying. It's like they have massive concentration problems. You have to check your order before you leave EVERY time. You have a GREAT chance of getting sweet tea when you request unsweet. Everything has to be checked...and now with the app there's a lot of confusing things for the staff. So you have to MAKE SURE AND CHECK when you're using your deals and points. Just so you know, you can use your buy one, get one free on your receipt, AND also use your points to get a free sandwich, etc. AT SAME TIME. Sadly, only the manager knows how to do this. When I came to pay at the window, the lady was telling me that I couldn't use the coupon. So I said no, I didn't want the extra sandwich (because I wasn't going to pay for something that was supposed to be free, and the other item was supposed to be a $1.) I left the drive-thru window and still had 2 sandwiches. So I went back saying I don't want to take what is not mine and the manager said I was the one that took your order so I know how to ring out the daily deal & your points together. The cashier didn't understand how to do that. It is always something. Please check everything in your bag and your drinks before you leave the window.

Wow, what a change in a year; which was about the last time I was in this restaurant. It's been completely remodeled. It's much nicer now on the inside. It's bright, airy and more open. And the restroom is improved from the prior broken down one. But now there's not a play area for kiddos. But for, literally, hundreds of years restaurants didn't have play areas and people managed just fine. 🙂 That being said I do not prefer the counter change. Obviously they do NOT want to take your order. There isn't a menu behind the counter (see pic). So if you want to order with an employee, you better know what you want. And luck getting one to actually come take your order. 😮‍💨 There are kiosks for ordering and this location even has cash/coin machines for those of us who prefer to pay cash for our $3 orders (see pics). Yup, they're serious about making sure they don't have to actually take orders here! Smh. McDonald's has a new trend in their restaurants where the drinks, unlike ordering, are not self-service. I've read that by '26 all McDonald's are going that way. This location switched from self-service with the remodel. If you want a refill you'll have to try to get an employee's attention. But what I do NOT care for is instead of a refill they make you another drink. I know, you're thinking.....so? Well my issue is the cups, at least for large drinks, are plastic. When there's a huge push to stop using single serve plastics, for a multitude of reasons, this is ridiculous. What a waste of a perfectly good cup! Other restaurants don't have an issue refilling your cup but McDonald's has no problem wasting plastic. Even if they don't care about the environment (obviously) you'd think cost would be a factor with buying extra cups, lids & straws because they give you everything new - again; even if you take the lid and straw off your cup when they bring you a new one. It's "fast food" so you've probably had the cup you started with less than 10 minutes. Bad for the environment; bad for profit margins.

Everytime I walk in here they ignore you. If you're not ordering online or on the kiosk, don't expect the best service. The sandwiches are often sloppy, but it is fast food so you get what you get. Some of the employees are pretty nice, but most are pretty standoffish.

Payed for mobile order at 10:28, sat at the curbside for over 20 mins just watching over 15 cars go through the drive thru. Finally got my order, I like checking before I leave because I hate having to drive back, find out I'm missing a couple items. Had to go back through the drive thru to ask for my items, offered to give the whole bag so they can check and I'm still accused of not checking my items correctly? Didn't believe me until I showed the receipt, ended up leaving with my order after half an hour of ordering.

Ordered an order of 80 nuggets and 4 large fries due to having a bunch a kids over at my house and not being able to leave, I only received 40 and the fries. Tried calling the place but they never answered honestly disappointed but kind of should of expected it seeing the bad reviews

Double Quarter Pounder Burger looked and tasted great. But, both customer service reps lack respect and courtesy. I said thank you to both of them and they just ignored me and shut the window. They need training in courteous communication. Male at first window and female at the second window. I went on 5/31/23 at 5:35pm.

Do not waste y our time going here in the mornings. Unless you enjoy having to go back again for them to fix the order they got wrong. I guess they are betting on the fact that most people in the mornings will already be on their way to work before they realize the order is wrong. 2nd time this has happened in as many weeks. When going back through to have them fix my order (wrong drink, forgot the hash brown on a big breakfast, no fork or knife) they just handed me the stuff and sent me on the way. No apology or just a simple sorry. This place continues to amaze me on how not to run a fast food restaurant.

I came with my mom and two sisters at 12 something AM and the line went about as fast as an elderly game of bingo at a retirement home. When we finally came to the window it was nearly 1 am, I witnessed multiple cars leave but we were delusional enough to think the line would go any faster if we stayed. We ordered 3 M&M McFlurries and somehow ended up with Oreo McFlurries... that was the wrong McTopping. It was fixed in about 5 seconds however and the person making the food has my respect for that. That McFlurry though... had to be the BEST McFlurry I ever had, so instead of one star I'm giving TWO stars. P.S. For some reason the McFlurry was served in a weird cardboard cup, weird, never seen that before.

I noticed a child had left a used candy item in a window seal by the front counter. I decided 2 do the “right thing” and pick it up, and dispose of it seeing it was early Sunday morning. The person at the front, the 1 who seemed “in charge”, made me walk the entire store to throw it away, before then grabbing my food.

They weren't taking orders at the front only on the kiosk which was glitching so i had to update someone about the changes i needed and no one came from the back until the food was ready and then she had an attitude saying why didnt we put it on the kiosk and wouldn't even hold her tongue long enough for us to explain the issue and when she finally did her smart remark was well i girss everything else will get cold and while I was waiting 3 different people came in from the drive through with problems with their orders and the lady who had the attitude was ment to fix them was so loud from the back telling the others who were working drive thru that they needed to get better because she could do 3 things at once and they couldn't even get their orders right

1. The store was filthy. There was garbage everywhere. Wrappers, food and containers were littering the floor in piles. The tables were sticky and had this oily sheen to them. 2. Most of the kiosks were broken. 3. My order was wrong. Very wrong. I showed the person who brought the food my receipt, and they started rifling through all the food in the bag with their bare, unwashed hands, trying to convince me that somehow the 3 wrong items in the bag were the 8 items that I ordered. I decided not to eat food that someone's hands touched, and politely asked for a refund. 4. The manager was very, very kind and polite. She understood and she issued the refund right away. I hope McDonalds gives this store the support it needs, because it must be stressful to work in conditions where training is lacking and resources aren't enough. We will not be back. Too expensive to risk food illness in an unclean store.

The breakfast there is always really good I go there when from time to time. Not really sure about what goes on with that morning crew but each time I have went there I've gotten the wrong order. It is usually around 6:00 a.m. when I go through the drive-through.Even after me making specific comments questioning the validity of my order it's somehow still seems to get in my bag absolutely wrong. So each time I call to let them know, they always ask if I would like to come back. most of us out there have real jobs to get to and cannot do so this is very very annoying.

i made a curbside order at 7:20-7:25 this morning & it took them over 10 minutes to get out my medium iced coffee & cinnamon roll. the coffee was watered down and had no ice & my cinnamon roll was “expired” (just based on the sticker) i get that it was busy so i’m not mad but just a little disappointed.

Oh boy! Today was a mess at this location. I waited for the car in front of me to place their order for a good 5 minutes...so I was already getting impatient in the drive-thru. Turns out they weren't taking orders from that speaker box or something. Found that out while I was waiting to place my own order. After a while, I just drove to the window and ordered and paid. Got to the pick-up window, and they proceed to give me the wrong food. I had to pull into a spot to, yet again, wait longer. Not a good experience...at all.

I get off work late, I have worked and lived near this Mcdonalds for years, now days they won’t take my order due to system updating, it doesn’t matter if I drive through at 2:45 or 3:50 or in between, this time especially was irksome because they took the order from the car in front of me but refused mine. I only caught the system update occasionally in the years prior. I bet the ice cream machine is always broken too.

All we asked is for mayo and ketchup on a #4 it tasted microwaved and had no ketchup or mayo on top of that it was gross, McD employees really live up to the rep for sure, it wasn’t busy at all so there’s no excuse for that.

The worst customer service experience. Felt like I was at Walmart. Some dude really try to make it seem like I was causing a scene while I was just trying to understand what he was really asking me and he kept getting frustrated that I was trying to have him explain himself better. Once I told him that he shouldn’t talk to me in that way he went “woa woa woa no need to get upset” I’m the most Kyle tone ever. But then I guess it’s normal to get treated like that at McDonald’s. Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. (Supposed to come with large fries and a large drink) And a 20 piece meal with french fries and an apple pie on Uber eats. I did not get french fries or an apple pie. I got ripped off. Not satisfied whatsoever.

I have mobility issues and put in a mobile order. I parked close to the door as it is hard to walk. I do not have a handicap sticker but even if I did it would not help. After I parked I got out of my car and was halfway to the door and an employee asked me to move as the McDonalds truck needed to park to unload. The truck took up all the spots next to the building so even if I had a handicap sticker I would not have been able to park there.

The fries were ok. The burger was cold and the meat was old, the drinks were wrong, and they didn't have anymore apple pies. I had a desire for Micky D's after not eating there in years. Now I remember why. Oh, and the bun was stale.

If you come around midnight-2am they will lie and say the store is closed for “technical difficulties”. There has been many times i was unable to order because of this. Last night at around 2am this happened to me again why open 24 hours if you cannot serve food?!

Went and parked in slot 4 and placed my order, then i managed to wait10+ minutes before I drove around to enter the front door and ask for a refund, which I got. I showed them on the app that I paid for the order and they got it back to me quick while apologizing. I took action later on by deleting my account on the app and deleting the app off of my phone, I wash my hands of this mess and most likely never return.

I just went through the line and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, I got up charged which I didn’t mind at first until I found out it wasn’t added to my burger at all, I guess the girl with the AirPods couldn’t hear me. I didn’t want to go back to the McDonald’s because I have stuff to do. So I decided to eat it, I took a bite and it definitely was a bad decision (I spit it out) I don’t live around here so this is my first time coming to this location in years but I don’t think I’ll ever be back.

Horrible nasty teenager at window with fake roses on her nails. This girl gave horrible attitude to me when I asked to fix a situation by paying for a missing item at window. I remained kind while she rolled her eyes as if I was a bother. The she had the audacity to say " and I don't need the attitude!". Disgusting entitled gross behavior. You do not treat paying customers that way. I called her out saying I was not giving any attitude and she said "yes you are" and slammed window shut on me. All I asked was to pay and get the item I ordered that was missed. Manager should fire her. Skinny African American female wearing jeans and a sweatshirt (in this heat), hat and long fake nails with pink and white plastic flowers on them. I didnt get name. If I didn't have my daughter with me I would have gone inside and demanded to see manager.

I went at around 1am and through the app i ordered a big Mac with no sauce so that i could just add mayo at home. Got home opened the burger and there was a bite taken out of one of the patties. I went back and showed them, but a worker just said "oh it probably just came like that", no sir there were literally bite marks. Absolutely disgusting that someone would be that miserable to do that.

The entire staff, including managers are horrible at this McDonald's. This experience today has made me want to never go to McDonald's again! The meat and cheese was literally 'thrown' on the buns, the cheese wasn't even slightly melted, and the burgers were not warm. Only positive was the older lady at the 1st window (where I paid). Great smile and greeting. The young girl at the next window didn't smile & never said a word. She just handed me the bag out the window when I pulled up. I won't be visiting this location again anytime soon!

Breakfast was fine BUT I don't appreciate having to order at the kiosk and not the counter, especially since I had to pay there. It is much slower to me this way. Additionally the staff that delivered my tray to my table simply dropped in front of me without any niceties.

I have called more than 15 times and no one is answering! I just ordered my food and i didn’t realize my food was incorrect. There’s no way I’m turning around because I have small kids with me. This is absolutely ridiculous! My kids meals are correct but my spicy chicken sandwich is not. I want my money back! I cannot not eat it with the sauce, which is why I ordered it without it. Only to find out they didn’t listen to my order. Smh Not to mention my lips feel funny now that I’ve taken a bite of the sandwich with the sauce! I will have to take a Benadryl to make sure I do t have a reaction! Pay attention y’all!!! It’s not hard!

No more Smiles, the end of Good Service. The friendly welcoming smiles and greetings from the staff are now replaced by a cold, unfriendly kiosk. You are expected to take your own order and check yourself out... where is the service. Next time they will have you cleaning the tables, bathrooms, and parking lot too.

Didn't want to wait in long drive through lane. Went inside. Wanted to pay cash. Waited a long time. Finally drive through was slow so Went through. When I got home (not that far).fries and sandwich were cold. Sandwich was was put together by a 2year old half of the Sandwich was on part of bun when the other wasn't even on the bun.. I don't think I will recommend this McDonald's and I won't be going back.

Ordered one Oreo McFlurry and one hot fudge Sundae, the man working there didn’t put the lid right on at all so the sundae ended up leaking all over my car and my McFlurry wasn’t the correct size, when I asked for the correct size he said to “check the receipt” which he never gave us, then catches an attitude. I get it working sucks but if you can’t do your job then pick another job or suck it up.

Mcdonals is gonna have to give their employees a little more training understanding their meals. I go every morning to order a steak and egg and cheese bagel and they always end up giving me bacon, egg and cheese which has one piece of bacon in it. I’m tired of paying for money that and not getting what what I am ordering. That’s a big huge pet for mine. And now they changed the number to the store, so nobody can get a hold of them. I’m tired of being inconvenience to go back to get My correct Mío When I’m already there. This is happened too many times. This McDonald’s has closed down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff was rude and they gave me a very old sausage biscuit that was cold. The biscuit was soo hard I could play hockey with it. I am very disappointed because I have been taking meds and needed to eat something but could not. Will not go back!!

Can’t believe you have a miserable person representing the face of a big company! I stopped by and was greeted with a beautiful petite person with a lovely personality. As the lovely girl tried taking my order the manager interrupted our conversation and didn’t acknowledge me and just said we don’t have bacon in a rudely matter. No excuse me for getting on our way(taking over the computer when my order was being taken and interrupting our conversation) Would be best to re evaluate who you have as a leader of the team! Would have been better for her to keep her mouth shut and mind her business because I was already being taken care of. Thanks to her I took my business elsewhere.

I visited this McDonald's with the expectation that they were open 24 hours, as stated on Google. However, upon arriving at 12:50 A.M., I found that both drive-thru lanes were blocked off with cones. I rarely go to McDonald’s but when I do it’s always on the app. The first time they ever lose my order they ask for my receipt, but the code was already gone in the app. They missed a couple items. I told them what was missing and gave the code on the order but tho my insisted they wanted the receipt. Couldn’t find the receipt through the app or my email so I said forget it. This McDonald's looks beautiful however the service was pretty trash. From no napkins or ketchup on the dune in tray to the fact there are "no refills on sweet tea or lemonade, only on soft drinks" the dine in experience was not wonderful despite the great amount of detail put into the dining area.

This store needs to be evaluated for performance. I went there and was in the drive thru line 13 minutes. The first window disnt speak disnt mention the amount, just a stuck hand out for payment method. Then got the same at the pick up window, no greeting no thank you. I ordered a coffee and apple pie and the pie was cold. It was like McDonalds on Crack and I will not be going to that location again, EVER.

A billion dollar corporation that i frequent can't replace an order that they messed up on, which the manager verified that it was their mistake. I placed an order through the drive thru and verified it 4 times and then at the window where you pay and I called they refused to make it right. Bad management

I never feel welcomed in this store, it has an uninviting vibe. When I walk to the front to go order, I'm always asked to wait or I am just waiting for 6 minutes until I am approached and helped. It's freezing inside, and no one is really attentive or helpful.

It's not 24 hours, I went there at 3 AM, and they told me they update their system and don't take any orders around that time.. I don't know how true that is. I think they're lying and too lazy to do their job. Maybe they don't want to do their job. But this McDonald's shouldn't Advertise 24 hours if they're not serving food 24 hours. Terrible experience here. Waited 2 hours in the drive thru line but couldn’t leave as a paid in advance. Employees were not apologetic at all and extremely sluggish. Food was cold and they reeked of marijuana.

I just stop for something for breakfast I am so annoyed because I am hungry and this person did not took my order correct I want it the sausage sandwich meal and he order This ham sandwich I don’t even like ham plus the sandwich was not made properly. Looks horrible the egg was not cook properly plus I can’t eat eggs that are not fully cooked that can make me very sick so shame on them for cooking like that . Chose wrong McDonald's when I had a choice. The lack of refills station and counter help ruined any hope of returning here. Waited forever for food, Terri le experience. I'll go back to the other nearby, but cutting WAY back on McDonald's after this. Too expensive anyway.

They get orders wrong consistently. The phone application hardly ever works correctly, especially pay by app. My coffee has grounds in it 3 out of 5 times...even when they "just brewed fresh decaff"! Most of the staff is unfriendly. They charge you incorrectly if you don't catch it first....good luck getting a deal correctly charged.....and then they argue with you about anything wrong. Been dealing with this horrible location for over 20 years!

The only good thing was the Coke. The burgers were old, the cheese was cold, and the buns looked like someone literally stepped on them. My dogs wouldn't even eat it. We all got sick from the couple of bites we took before throwing it in the trash. What a waste!

Had two mobile drive thru orders get screwed up this weekend. Must be new management here as I have never had issues here. Yesterday I ordered two egg McMuffins and received two egg McMuffins with sausage. I also received a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle that I did not order. Today I ordered 4 McDoubles at dinner hour and only received 3. Clearly no one is checking anything for accuracy anymore at this location and they seemed too hyper focused lining up drinks for the next 5 cars behind me. Awful service.

just had the worst experience ever while picking up my DoorDash order. I ended up canceling it because I couldn’t stand the way the employee was acting. The girl working had multiple facial piercings and black eye contacts — she was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting in line, she let people she knew skip ahead of me, then looked right at me and said, “What do you want?” before walking away mid-conversation. I also noticed her carelessly throwing items into customers’ bags when they said their orders were missing things. The entire experience was uncomfortable and unacceptable. Someone like that should not be representing your business — it was embarrassing to witness and completely turned me away from ever ordering again.

Never in my life have I seen a mcdonalds not have any fries. Why do they not have fries today you ask? The reason I was told so they could clean the fries station. That's cool and all but they should have waited closer to closing time at 11 not 9 o'clock on a Friday. So I was unable to get any meals or meal deals. I couldn't even get the kids the happy meals I promised them. When I did get our double cheeseburgers they were a totally mess and had to wait 20 minutes. Completely unacceptable for a fast food place.

On 04/15/25 @ approx. 8:45pm. Filthiest McDonalds I have ever been in. Food, receipts, straws, napkins, etc. dotted the floor. Beverage station was a disaster. Wet and sticky with no clean or dry surface to, set your cup. Empty napkin holder. Empty straws. Difficult to find a table that had been cleaned.

Always packed. I made an online order and put that I was there and I went there 30 minutes later and it still wasn't started. This is a normal thing. We dread going there it takes forever.. This time I got burned fries "freshly made". They made the milkshake and sundae 20 mins before the food so it was melted. Listen I love mcd but the wait times are insane in Herkimer. Just go to the next city over. Not to mention they had two people at the counter that I'm positive cannot read. I say this because I had to read them the receipt of what I got and my name and he looked at it and I had to read it again before he would give me cups 😂

Ordered 30.00 worth of food. They forgot a sandwich and an order of fries. The food we did get was horrible. Fries were obviously reheated countless times, to the point there was no potato left inside. There was so much salt on them. Chicken nuggets were only slightly warm and had been sitting for quite a while.

Horrible customer service by the drive thru lady. And Trista one of their new employees steals from people and uses them. That's what McDonald's in Herkimer is coming to. Not going there ever again! I'm must be stupid but there is not cheese on my sandwich which there should have been. Can someone with a brain work here please!
