Lorie provided the absolute best service from start to finish. We were warmly greeted upon entering. Our order was taken immediately and promptly served. We were invited to download the app and explore the great rewards. We even got these super cute special fortune cookies for dine in customers only! I loved them! The food was delicious and served hot and fresh. We'll def be back!

I had a great experience at the Pei Wei in Cypress by the outlet mall. The manager, Lori, was genuinely kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in, which immediately set the tone. Our order was taken quickly, and the food came out hot and fresh. What really stood out was the extra dine-in touch at the end — we were given the cutest fortune cookies dipped in chocolate and decorated with Valentine’s Day sprinkles. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the experience feel special and memorable. It’s always refreshing to support a franchise where the staff truly cares about both the food and the guest experience. This location is clearly well run, and we’ll definitely be back

Good day! I wanted to share my wonderful experience at the Pei Wei location in Fairfield. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles, and the restaurant was spotless even the restroom was exceptionally clean. After a long, stressful day, I was welcomed by Mrs. Lorie, who greeted me with a beautiful smile and asked how my day was going. I placed my order and sat down, and to my surprise, Miss Lorie personally brought my food to the table and checked in on me. Her kindness made me feel like I was dining with family almost like having my mom there. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was outstanding. Miss Lorie went above and beyond, visiting each table to ensure guests were happy. At the end of my meal, she brought me special fortune cookies she had decorated with chocolate and festive Christmas designs. That thoughtful gesture truly made my day. I will definitely be returning not just for the great food, but to see Miss Lorie again. I came in for a meal and left feeling like I gained a friend. Highly recommend this location!

I used to eat at Pei Wei all the time, but after the location near me closed down, early this year. Today I decided to make the drive to a different one, and honestly, I’m glad I did. It ended up being worth the extra miles. The food came out steaming hot as you can see in the video and full of flavor. The portions were great, everything tasted fresh, and nothing felt rushed. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, which made the whole meal even better. Lori, the general manager, was out on the floor paying attention to everything checking on tables, helping her team, and making sure the place stayed in good shape even though I came at lunch time. You can tell she takes pride in how things run. Overall, the drive was worth it, the food was on point, and the service was amazing . I’ll definitely come back to this location.

No people waiting. Dine in tables dirty. We placed our order was all wrong 😑. Employee have to ask me 3 times how ai wanted my rice. Nasty plates. I don’t think we will visiting Pei Wei Asian Kitchen again. We just leave the food at the table. My plate and my mother in law plate showed after 30 minutes.
