Recently we finally got to visit this place since last time the chef wasn’t there, and I must say it was perfect timing. The gloomy sky that day truly helped the atmosphere inside feel great due to the neon lights, service was very friendly, and the food was excellent. Although I’m not a fan of smelling someone smoking from the other direction, thankfully this place did not have that rancid cigarette scent that you would get from other bars. The fries were delicious but man oh man were the chicken tenders extremely good. If I ever get a chance to come out that direction again, I’ll definitely consider eating here again. ^-^

My band plays Joe's - a great venue for live music! We try to get back here as often as possible, as hand out here anytime we are in Paris! The food is great - chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce and their fries are killer - we were thinking about the fries on the drive from McKinney.. The staff is super friendly and on it!!! All around awesome place for music, sports, food and drinks.

My brothers and I came here one night for a bike night and man we had some fun! The atmosphere is relaxed, plenty of games on. TVs all throughout the bar, service is awesome! I expected a bar and grill to have mediocre average food but in the last month, we’ve been here three times and the food has been hands down well above average bar food by far. 10/10 would recommend. The owners are always walking around, making sure customers are happy, even go as far as refilling drinks and taking orders! THATS how you learn your customer base and run a business!

Our server, Trisha, was extremely attentive and sweet even though she was the only server! The food was extremely delicious! I have never had better Jalapeño poppers and the wings were amazing. I've never had wings that were so crisp on the outside, but juicy on the inside! 10/10 would recommend. 😊

Tasha, greeted us at the door! She was very kind, welcoming, and professional! The facility was clean! This is a nice duck off location that has a laid back atmosphere! Now the food….whelp, this is where the positive journey ends. We had chicken and waffles (which we agreed should be removed from the menu). The waffles tasted like Lego My Ego waffles… fake food. The rates were reasonable, but not for the low quality of food. I had a Lemon drop that tasted like straight alcohol. After requesting a remake or a different drink (that I also did not finish) I concluded that the bar has a heavy hand and I cannot enjoy drinks to taste. We rate this bar a 2 1/2.

Not a safe place to go on a Friday night. Please do not go here young people. I witness all kinds of hell here. Gambling , fights. Everyone hang out in parking lot and a terrible accident across the street. Not safe and Dallas PD will not show up if you call them.

I moved to the area recently and thought I would try Buffalo Joe's as I have been there many years ago. Well, the music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. I finally got the bartenders attention [Tee Tee] and ordered a jack on the rocks. She was going to serve me a jack and coke probably because the music was so loud she didn't hear me. Asked for a menu and decided to order a bacon blue burger. 2 drinks and an hour later no food. Tab out and left. As for me and my following will never go here. Go to Benders down the road great service and great food in a timely manner. Or go to bobbles social house at Frankford and tollway. I have had great experiences there.

I hate leaving negative reviews but hopefully it can spare someone from going through the same thing. First I’ll say if you go pay in cash!!!!! I visited Buffalo Joe’s on January 17, 2025, and was wrongfully overcharged. I immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, and while they assured me it would be corrected, she canceled my transaction and then recharged me and never canceled the incorrect charge, leading to me paying twice. Since then, I have been fighting to get my money back. I have gone up to the establishment, called repeatedly, spoken with managers, and even reached out to the owner, Bryan Lusha, who has yet to respond. Every time my bank contacts them, my claim is denied, despite me providing proof of the transactions. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for a resolution. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If you dine here, check your receipts carefully and watch your bank statements—you might get overcharged, and they won’t do anything to fix it.
