C-Rolls Sushi Dallas Reviews
This is the best wingstop location in Dallas by far. I’ve never had an issue. Food is always fresh and the most important things it’s always 100% accurate. Never have missing items, my extras I pay for are always included.
I received an online coupon in my Yahoo email account for 5 FREE wings, but could not get it to work. The gentlemen at the register was kind enough to navigate it for me, and I got my free wings. He really seemed to know what he was doing and was not giving me 20 questions or trying to make it difficult. He took it upon himself to ring it up properly, and I was very impressed with his professional attitude and his customer service skills. I wish I could remember his name because I would strongly recommend his manager allow him to train, they're new associates. Great job finding this needle in a hay stack.
Melvin and his crew are amazing, late night dine in, pick up they do it all. Speedy and exceptional customer service.
The best Wing Stop employee ever has to be Melvin himself! Always the nicest guy and super attentive at the register. Which is why we’ve been coming back multiple times!
Best Wing Stop I have ever been to in about 6-7 different states. Consistency here is amazing. It’s the team here that makes this work. The older hispanic fry cook, guy is awesome. Hispanic ladies, young black kid, asian guy, Latina Manager. I hope they stay together forever and ever. Clean, friendly, consistent. It’s darn hard to cook wings consistently, but these guys do it. I’m impressed. After going to so many duds over the years. Wing Stop on Dallas N Tollway used to good, Wing Stop on Ross Ave is atrocious, Wing Stop on Belt Line in Carrollton should be shut down. This place needs to train at a corporate level or something.
Classiest, cleanest, and overall best Wingstop that I have ever visited. The wings and fries not only looked and smelled amazing but actually tasted fresh and hot. From the dining area, you can see the employees through the glass wall are all talking causally but they were ALL working hard non-stop, which is more than I’ve witnessed at other Wingstops. Young lady working the front from 4-5pm Saturday has amazing customer service!
Given 5 stars due to the amazing service and thoughtfulness of one of the employees here. He was extremely welcoming and courteous, not just to me, but all the other customers. I didn’t get his name, but he was working the register around 630pm on 5 October. Please give him a kudos for me.
Great tasting wings....good price....lots of variety....good staff... wings were made fresh and tasted good. Order was correct and ready in the estimated time. Staff was professional. Restaurant appeared clean and well organized. Restroom was recently clean and sanitized. Plenty of parking in a safe area. Online order was properly transmitted and prepared to order. The original hot had nice spice to it and was full of flavor. The fries were very good and tasted freshly cooked along with good seasoning.
Got food off uber (Robin J) around 20-30 mins ago. Not only was my husbands 7 piece tenders have two half tenders (barely can call it a whole tender it was so small) as “two of the 7” I also was missing a large regular seasoned fry.(how do you forget that?) The quality of order accuracy is dropping… and for how expensive things are nowadays, that shouldn’t be a common problem…
he woman that was working as the cashier was extremely rude to not just myself but seemingly to everyone who was not of Latin descent. Regular customers, door dashers, etc. everyone that came in that was Latin of some sort she spoke to them immediately in Spanish, gave them quotes on their food and more. However, she refused to acknowledge me due to the fact that she thought that I was talking on the phone. In this case I was because I was taking my spouses order. Regardless she continuously asked me “Are you off the phone yet? Are you off the phone yet? I want to make sure you’re ready because if you’re listening to them I will have to repeat myself.” Working in customer service I totally understand her pain however it’s not what you say but how you say it. A gentleman came in and picked up his order and told her thank you more than once and instead of saying her responding you’re welcome, she continued to mumble something under her breath and roll her eyes as she walked away from the counter. No one had done anything to her. Her behavior was very tasteful and quite concerning. She definitely made me wonder if they would do something to my food out of spite. I would put her name on here but she was not wearing the name tag. Good help is hard to find but don’t stop looking.
I just went in to order my food and it was quite the wait time, This is Jan 11th 2026. And The guy at the register was very rude, He brought my drink out 10 mins before my food came out. Once my food came out I asked him to remake my drink because the ice might've diluted the Coke. He tells me he can't do it because it's nothing wrong with it. Eventually he remade it after arguing for 5 mins. Don't know his name but I'm sure he's the main one at the register, short Hispanic guy. Not the hefty guy. Please do something about the way he treat his customers for I am concerned for others
Ordered for the first time and it will be our last. The price was decent but the wings were not flavored at all. Dusted with Parmesan cheese and that was it. Original hot was more mild than ketchup and the fries were pretty soggy. Did like the corn though. Only thing that had favor
I just recd a combo that omitted the Fries which is a designated portion of the meal. So i.contacted the service vendor to address the incident. The level of customer service was appalling considering the amt paid for the combo meal. How can this be? Corp orgs have increased their prices & the level of service has diminished significantly. HOW CAN THIS BE ACCEPTANLE??? Thxs, Mr. Phil
Dined in tonight. TLDR version: Took 21 minutes to get a basic meal. Clerk working the front was rude and dismissive. Short Hispanic male with facial hair. He chuckled to himself when I asked about my food order at the 18 minute mark. Finally came out after 21 minutes. This isn't fine dining. These places no longer care about those dining inside. They're only concerned with Door Dash and Uber Eats customers. I won't be back. Food is fine. Customer service here is awful.. The name on my ticket is Melvin. I'm going to assume this is the clerk's name. 7/15/25 at 858pm. Rude person. Very rude. Totally ruined my first time dining here.
OK food, but really bad service. They never pick up the phone. If you want to speak to someone there, you’re probably going to have to go in person. This might be a corporate location, so nobody really cares how the customer is treated here. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you had another option.
I asked for extra well done wings, and fries every single time. I literally picked up my order today and the wings and fries have no crisp and the sauce does not taste like Korean classic. The last few times I have picked up my order the wings and fries have no crisp and I have to put them in the air fryer. Now the sauce is also not the same. This is the worst order this far
Terrible service. The cashier was extremely rude and arrogant on Saturday, November 22 at 6:15 p.m. They also did not include my fries, and when I asked about them, the cashier responded in a very disrespectful manner. This kind of service is unacceptable, and the managers should really be concerned about their customer service, because this experience was very disappointing.
I placed an online order with Wingstop and when I arrived, the associate, Melvin, gave me a hard time, claiming the store wasn’t accepting online orders. I explained that I had already paid, and he eventually put the order into the system—but his attitude throughout the interaction was unnecessary and unprofessional. Because of the confusion, my order wasn’t ready when I arrived, and I had to wait about 15 minutes for my food. When I politely asked if he could upsize my drink for the inconvenience, he refused and would not even provide his name when I asked. I had to ask for a receipt multiple times before he reluctantly gave it to me, mentioning that the manager had just arrived and I could speak with her if needed. As a customer, I expect mistakes to be acknowledged, not met with rudeness or attitude. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. If I could give zero stars because of one associate’s behavior, I would.
Second time this week they frying the wings too hard when you dont even ask for well done they not seasoning them properly and then you got the cook THE BIG GUY in the back with a basket of frys already cooked sitting in the basket for over 5mins then drops them back in the grease when they ready to go out same guy in the back rubbing his hands in face touching his phone and we all know our phones carry the most germs going to grab wings out of basket with bare hands then go dip it in some sauce and eat it then go back to fixing food seen him drop fries on counter and just pick it up and throw it in the customers tray to get it bagged thats CROSS CONTAMINATION you only can get good food from this location in the morning time I LOVE WING STOP BUT THESE LAST 2 times im very disappointed and a waste of $34
