I was greeted very quickly when I walked in, and asked if I had any questions. The entire staff was very friendly to me. I was given generous samples along with my purchase, and left feeling like I was truly valued as a customer. I'll definitely be back!

Shop in store not over phone or online. I have never received with gift with purchase and the samples I requested. Desna is a nice lady very attentive with your concerns. However, there is just much she can do as corporate is seems to be messing things up with my account and orders and not fixing it. I went back to shopping at Neimans where they have plenty of samples and are very attentive to your needs and expectations.
