JINYA Ramen Bar Dallas Reviews
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review — Centrale Italia Centrale Italia delivered one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Dallas. We ordered the Short Rib, Romano Chicken, and a Margherita Pizza, and every dish tasted like it was made with real care. The Short Rib was fall-apart tender with incredible depth of flavor. The Romano Chicken was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and surprisingly light. And the Margherita Pizza had that perfect balance — fresh mozzarella, real tomato flavor, and a crust with just the right char. And then came the desserts… absolute perfection. The Tiramisu was creamy, light, and not overly sweet — exactly how it should be. The Cheesecake was rich and smooth with a clean finish. The Cannolis had that fresh crunch on the outside with a sweet, silky filling. And the Chocolate Lava Cake? Pure heaven — warm, gooey, and the perfect way to end the meal. The service was warm, the atmosphere felt genuinely Italian, and the food came out fresh and hot. If you’re looking for real, quality Italian in Dallas, Centrale Italia is the spot. I’m already planning my next visit.
Review: A Fresh Taste of Italy That Delights Every Sense There’s something special about discovering a new Italian restaurant that not only gets the classics right but also adds its own flair—and this place does exactly that. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere feels effortlessly inviting, balancing warmth with sophistication. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the house-made limoncello. Its light, almost ethereal taste carried deep undertones that revealed themselves slowly with each sip—a perfect combination of airy and flirty on the surface, yet grounded by a serious complexity that lingers just long enough to make you want more. It’s a rare thing when a drink can charm and challenge the palate all at once, but this one does both beautifully. The Brussels sprouts appetizer deserves its own standing ovation. Crispy on the outside and tender within, they’re seasoned to perfection—balanced, savory, and with just the right hint of caramelization. Each bite offers a delightful mix of texture and depth that sets the tone for the rest of the meal. The lasagna, a true Italian staple, stands out as one of the best you’ll find anywhere. It’s hearty and deeply satisfying, layered with rich, slow-cooked sauce and perfectly balanced cheeses that create a comforting, homemade feel. There’s a nostalgic warmth to every bite—like something lovingly prepared in a family kitchen—yet it still carries a touch of refinement that makes it memorable. Generous in portion and filling in the best possible way, it’s a dish that speaks to both tradition and craftsmanship. The restaurant is vibrant and fun filled with upscale customers. The bartenders Tara, Darius and Rose are absolutely amazing! The experience is rounded out with a thoughtful touch of freshly ground Parmesan, shaved tableside with a flourish that feels both authentic and indulgent. The aroma alone elevates every bite, reminding diners that the best Italian meals engage all the senses. Between the elegant drinks, standout small plates, and the unmistakable care in every detail, this restaurant proves that Italian dining can be both familiar and inspiring in all the right ways.
Walked by this place, went in, and realized it was their first day of opening! We ordered the Calamari Fritti, Little Gem Caesar, Salmon Piccata, Wild Mushroom Pizza, and the Chocolate Lava Cake for dessert. Everything was really good — my favorites were the Calamari and the Salmon because they were tender and fresh inside, perfectly crispy outside. Maria was super sweet and gave great recommendations. We forgot to take pictures at first. Although we don’t drink, it looked that they have a huge variety of wine and cocktails. Overall, it was a lovely experience — so happy to have this new restaurant in the community! Would love to see more mushroom options like mushroom risotto or pasta — I’m a total mushroom lover!
Beautiful ambience delicious food. Fried calamari was delicious served with flavourful sauce. Specially Peppers in dish added a great taste to this appetiser. Pepperoni pizza with hot honey is my favorite dish.
Wow. Just what the area needed. Fabulous italian restaurant. Service is top notch. Very attentive without being too attentive. Pizza is great. The crust is one of the best I have had. Wonderful environment. First class. Have a new favorite place to go!!
Such a great wonderful experience and taste of Italian cuisine. Zac is a great server. He is very knowledgeable about the wines. They have a very good wine expert named Aaron. We love this place.
Finally! Preston Hollow has a real italian restaurant! Reserve now cause its gonna be packed. We had the calamari, shared a tagliatelli with a smoky ragu and ate a chicken saltimboca. all of it downed with a super tuscan (valdisanti) Fantabulous! we will be regulars.
This place is outstanding best vodka sauce I’ve ever had. We also had the shot rib, Romano chicken and penne ale vodka with Romano chicken. We had the margarita pizza as well best pizza in Dallas thank you to Zach our waiter he was awesome very quick and great service. New favorite spot in Dallas

I have been to this restaurant multiple times now and I rarely leave reviews. But this place blows me away every time. From the atmosphere that the staff fosters, to the exceptional execution of authentic Italian food, centrale Italia deserves every gold medal. My favorite bites have been the bruschetta and halibut. I have gotten those repeatedly and have yet to be disappointed. Not to mention the modern and fun feel of the drink menu. It’s not often I’m able to get a spicy margarita at an Italian place but I genuinely love it. 10/10 have and would recommend again and again.
Great stracciatella! The décor of this spot is very cozy and modern. The ambiance is perfect for dates or small groups. Service was quick, and the staff were attentive. The fried burrata was unique, and the carbonara pasta was flavorful. They also had a tasty stracciatella gelato for desert. Overall, a great addition to the Preston Hollow area.
My girlfriend and I came in to celebrate our birthdays, and everything from start to finish was excellent. I studied abroad in Italy, and the food here genuinely reminded me of that experience—light, simple, and packed with flavor. The ambience is great too. Just a vibe. The cocktails were fantastic. The espresso martini was one of the best we’ve had in a long time, and the smoked old fashioned added a perfect touch of elegance. Overall, we’ll definitely be coming back!
Incredible Experience at Centrale Italia! From start to finish, my visit to Centrale Italia was absolutely amazing. Darius, the bartender, made the evening unforgettable with his warm personality, attention to detail, and perfectly crafted drinks. He truly knows how to make guests feel welcome. Jose, the general manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. His professionalism and genuine care for every guest really stood out you can tell he takes pride in what he does. The food? Off the charts. Every bite was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell the team here puts passion into every detail. I’ll definitely be coming back soon with friends and family. Centrale Italia has earned a loyal customer!
Had a lovely meal with amazing service! Our server William, was so friendly and super knowledgeable about everything on the menu. We had the carta musica, which was freshly baked and delicious. The Caesar salad was such a generous portion, and the lasagna was amazing. The service, the ambiance, and the food were all great, and the owner was paying attention to everything. Shoutout to the kitchen of course. Highly recommend!
Blessed I was in Dallas visiting last week, and one of my best friends took me to this new great Italian restaurant in town. I enjoyed everything we ordered, particularly their fried calamari. Their calamari is fresh, crispy and not greasy at all. Koodos to Matt, the chef, for meeting our expectations. Yes, like I said, we were pleased with everything we ordered. By the way, their prices are very reasonable.
Why do we go eat out at restaurants? Each person has many different answers to this question, but I can tell you I visit new places to be supportive, yes but also to be surprised. It has been many years since I’ve been so elated to have all of my surprises come in one overflowing evening at Centrale Italia. This restaurant is an Experience! Yes, reading reviews, there is free covered easy access parking and It’s a great location, but when I walked in the door and smelled the delicious smoky herbs from the Stone Fire Pizza Oven, and pasta and spices in the air, the sauces simmering, and the laughter from the elegant “Cheersesque” open air bar area, and our group was greeted so warmly by the hostess, I felt the atmosphere was subtly electric. Our professional, sincere and humbly humorous waiter William did the nicest thing at the beginning of his introduction to the table, that I’ve never had done before at a restaurant! He asked our table of six if any of us had any time constraints for a concert or any food allergies that he needed to be aware of, so we could enjoy our meal, whether it was quickly or leisurely. Him settings the tone for the evening was BRILLIANT! I will tell you that is the best Italian food I have ever eaten; authentically and perfectly seasoned, prepared and presented. I had the classic margherita pizza with light crisp crust from the stone fired Neapolitan oven and the homemade dough recipe and ingredients were perfect. We all commented on the amazing portions and brilliance of all the different house made pastas and also extensive wine and spirits list. And the fact that Chef Matthew came to us (and to many other tables) to check in with an absolute twinkle in his eye as he served us the ancient recipe Carte Musica, and told the story of this magical steamy bread; I had goose bumps as it melted in my mouth. He also served us a gorgeously prepared, decadent, dessert assortment tray which made the entire evening a dining experience to remember (back to the question ‘Why do we go out to eat?’ ). And i bet it would be the same for every other diner if only they were able to walk in, shed the coat of the outside world, look around at the beautiful original artwork, and walk into this authentic open kitchen and stylish dining room and be really nurtured In food and service and fed Like family. I can tell you reading other reviews, I wonder did the people reviewing take time to taste and chew their food or even look around or relax, or were they on the phone trying to solve the problems of the world or just tick another new restaurant off the list? Either way, the next time my husband and I and our friends go to Centrale Italia, I’ll feel welcomed and excited about the experience whether a spoon drops on the floor or not, whether my husband’s mouth watering precise recipie of braised short ribs ( highly recommended) takes a few more moments to prepare because the staff is heartily welcoming a couple 50th wedding anniversary or 16th birthday with every table In the house seated. Full disclosure we had met Chef Matt previously, but this was our first time at this newly opened restaurant, and we were very happy to hear he is the Executive Chef over all the owners 3 restaurants. My husband Chris and I highly recommend you visit, for lunch or a special dinner or even to go and eat at home, and I bet my bottom dollar you’ll taste, see and feel what I mean.
I went to Centrale while I visited my big brother in the Big D. This place was excellent. We don't do Honey on Pizza where I'm from but I'll be doing it from now on. I got the Spicy Vodka and a heap of appetizers. Everything was delicious. Great service from El Kirko, as well. Good job everybody and my big brother Aaron.

Delicious! We went for dinner and took our kids. Everything was great and Kirk, our server, had excellent recommendations and was so kind and patient with our large group. It’s not easy to find really good Italian food in Dallas, we will definitely be back!
What a pleasant surprise. All around great dinner with attentive servers, comfortable setting, and really great food. You can tell that they are using high quality foods and turning them into delicious meals. And prices are reasonable. Not a Michelin star restaurant yet but it sure is close. Definitely try them out and we will certainly be returning in the near future.
Overall, it was a fabulous experience. The decor is beautiful, the staff professional AND friendly and the food was out of this world. Best Brussels Sprouts I've ever had. You've got a gem with Chief Matt. One suggestion: perhaps the music could be background that allows for easy conversation without having to shout across the table. Otherwise, I can't say enough good about the whole experience.

Wow -Amazing new restaurant on the Dallas restaurant scene from start to finish . We were greeted by Jose Perez, the general manager warmly welcoming us. And greeted by Joel, our server, a well seasoned restaurant veteran that guided us through our dining experience. We took his suggestions starting with the spicy meatballs & mozzarella di bufala and crispy Parmesan Brussels sprouts both were great for our table of five to share. Joel suggested chef' Matt Antonovich's signature dishes which included the tagliatelle alla bolognese a classic Italian pasta which was prepared with fresh semolina pasta cooked to perfection and topped with a long simmered meat ragu that included beef short rib and brisket finished with Reggiano Parmigiano. The main plate Trout Scallopiini served with a Sage Pancetta Brown Butter with an interesting twist finished with Brussels Sprouts Leaves was spectacular. Other items our group ordered were the Pan Seared Salmon Picatta which was a show stopper crusted with a lovelv lemon sauce and Joel Ruechchon Michelin Star Mashed Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes. Desserts included House-made Straciatella vanilla-chocolate chip gelato served with a classic carnival pizzelle cookie. We also ordered the New York style Cheesecake which was adorned with fresh Strawberries and a strawberry coulis. We had to try and were not disappointed with the retro Volvano-Lavavcake, a throwback from the 1980’s, served with a choice of house made gelato, we choose Pistachio Gelato. We were transported to Rome on a spoon!!

My wife ans I just tried this relatively new restaurant because I had read that it was owned by the same group as the one that owns one of our favorite restaurants, Princi Italia. My wife started out with a gin & tonic and I had a espresso martini. Then we shared a delicious Caesar salad. After the salad she had a tagliatelle bolognese and I a lasagna. Both were very good. After, we shared a tiramisu which was among the best I have had. No problem getting a table but it was on a Wednesday night in the middle of a snow emergency. Although everything was delicious, so far I prefer its sister restaurant, Princi Italia.
In an interview, CEO Colombo mentioned, “I’m a consumer like everybody, and you want to go to a place where the hospitality is good and the value is good.” As Italian food-loving neighbors, we were eager to try this new restaurant. The ambiance is charming, and the establishment clearly aspires to be recognized as an upscale dining experience. We started with the mussels, which were beautifully prepared and quite delicious. However, when the pasta arrived, we were surprised by the portion sizes. For an upscale restaurant, we believe that portions should prioritize quality, presentation, and a memorable tasting experience, ensuring guests don't leave feeling hungry—particularly given the many other exceptional Italian options available in the area. The pasta was good but didn’t quite stand out as exceptional. What truly made our experience memorable was the hospitality of the general manager, Mr. A. Curley. He made us feel genuinely appreciated and went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. His attentiveness has assured us that we will definitely return. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, and we trust that the value is there. We look forward to seeing this restaurant continue to grow and perfect its offering.

The food was just average. We had an appetizer and pizza. The appetizer was crostini with whipped ricotta. The crostini was made with good bread, and was nicely grilled. The pizza crust was pretty good, but I was disappointed with the quality of the sauce and the cheese. The ingredients just didn’t taste very fresh, and based on the prices, I would expect there to be greater quality. The service was fine, and the restaurant interior is really nicely done. Ambiance is nice, but I wouldn’t go back for the food.

Quite mid Italian restaurant. I found this kind of new-opened spot from Reddits but found out it was quite disappointed. The food is just very average and nothing special. The pasta is really bad and tastes really cheap. I am not a mean person but, trust me, this place doesn’t worth you to spend one penny from your pocket. It’s Mid…. and pricy when regarding its quality is overpriced for sure. There are so many good Italian restaurants around Dallas. I tried Lucia last week, really enjoyed that one. I wasted my 50 bucks on this one so you don’t have to. BTW, service is good and environment is cute. But food….a big NO!
