This evening I went to Sapa house and I had to write a review!! Its specifically for Juana, She was extreeemely welcoming and friendly and went literally ABOVE and beyond during my first time experience here at Sapa House !! Showing that her job isn’t just for a paycheck! Customer service is the number one thing in business, She definitely showed great customer service. We definitely will be coming back !!! Thank you Sapa House!!!!

This place was great! All the food was fantastic and it’s a cute little restaurant. We had a Philly role (best sushi role I've had in a while!), the seafood pho, and sesame chicken! I'm saving this in my list of faves! 😋

Went her for lunch while I was wondering through downtown and the outside had a great vibe and look about it, love the themeing! Once in, it only took a few minutes to order our food and I got two appetizers, three entrees, and only spent $35, the food was presented beautifully and tasted amazing! This was the best sushi I've had so far and I highly recommend going here when you're in the area! Only con I had personally was that I felt the music should have fit the vibe of the food and atmosphere a bit better. It was mostly modern popular songs that you hear on pop radio and it clashed with the scenery a bit.

I visited this Vietnamese restaurant on New Year’s Eve and was so happy they were open with regular business hours. It was a really nice find — the staff were very friendly and the food was really good. Since it’s downtown, parking was definitely a bit of a nightmare, but that’s pretty much expected for the area. Overall, I’d recommend giving this place a try if you’re nearby!

Enjoyed a Beef pho, it was exquisite tender brisket and the flavor was unique, also a pork Ramen it was killing good, really good food and affordable prices,

Stopped in for a brunch-type meal after missing breakfast and was not disappointed. Sapa’s Pork Belly, Pad Thai and California roll were great!! Not real busy, and friendly staff.

Really cute little hole-in-the-wall spot with excellent happy hour prices. Had the spicy salmon roll, egg rolls (comes w 2) and the hot sake $3.5. Would recommend or come for after work drinks + bites

Sapa House is a nice, quiet spot with a relaxing atmosphere. The food is really good, fresh, and full of flavor. Perfect place if you want to enjoy a peaceful meal without the noise and rush. Great service and overall a very pleasant dining experience. Definitely worth visiting!

The only thing I've tried is their pho and spring rolls, which both are delicious. I think it's a great spot to hang out at. I saw a lot of young people there just hanging out having a good time. I try and stop by every time I'm in Dallas.

Great tasting food, fast service, and good atmosphere. This visit we got the steamed dumplings and shrimp tempura roll, both of which were tasty. We couldn't help but get another serving of the tempura roll. As our main we got shrimp pho and beef pho. I truly enjoyed our first visit and hope to return soon. Thanks Kevin for your great and fast service.

Excellent happy hour specials, appetizers, and pho! The beef pho is a spectacle filled with generous portions of filet mignon, meatballs, and smoked brisket. This has quickly become one of my regular favorites in Downtown Dallas.

Lovely ambience at noon on a Tuesday. Busy but not too packed where you can’t get a table. Pho is amazing, top quality cuts of meat in the bowl, the brisket in this Pho is something that you’d get at a Texas bbq joint. Broth actually tastes like it’s been simmering in beef for hours, cheaper pho taste like MSG. 10/10 location, 10/10 service, 10/10 food. Take it from a guy that grew up in Vietnam, Sapa house is the real deal. Highly recommend. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Best. Place. EVER!! Would rate higher if I could. I ordered the takoyaki and it was amazing, I've tried a bunch of places and by far theirs is the best!! I also ordered the sesame chicken and it was perfectly seasoned, their rice was so fluffy and fresh along with their broccoli! Their sushi is also by far the freshest I've ever had & the service was amazing, the waiters don't constantly come to check on you while your eating but come around enough to make sure you're taken care of! 10/10 a must try!!

Decided to try this pace on a whim. Food did not disappoint. Delicious, fast, and grrat costumer service. They have a bar inside as well and food was reasonably priced. The chicken skewers were so delicious. Savory and sweet. Our bento box was pretty filling. And the filling for the spring rolls was Fluffy with a crunch.

Even though this restaurant is a bit of a walk for me, it is very much worth it. The service was fast, so if you need to get back to work quickly, this is a good place. I suggest sitting at the bar, especially when the windows are open; it's a good spot to people-watch. I had the chicken pad thai, very good and just the right amount of spice. If you have a chance to go out to lunch, go to Sapa House.

Lovely restaurant. The fish sauce for the rice is a bit too sweet (even for a South East Asian like me). Also the rice for Vietnamese broken rice cannot be "sushi rice". I saw some Asian chefs in the kitchen as I went to the bathroom. Did they not know this or not care? I get that it is a "fusion restaurant" but rice from one cuisine shouldn't be substituted for another cuisine!

Enjoyed a relaxing late lunch here recently. The service was outstanding- very attentive. I ordered the Tuna Tower which was pretty good and the Seaweed Salad which was up to par. Convenient location downtown but recommend taking the train/walking as parking is tough.

Happy to find an Asian-inspired restaurant/bar w reasonable prices and less processed food in the heart of downtown Dallas. Pros: - better-quality food at bargain prices (esp the happy hour menu) - heart of downtown, easy to walk to from hotels - drinks/cocktails/sake/etc => yes! - casual vibe Considerations: - menus and bar were sticky and wet: if you can’t clean the menus, what does that imply about other measures? - smelled like weed, but I think it’s just the other patrons

Cool find & location! Good Pho not the best, service was great but our soup took 15min to come out when place was empty 😭 atmosphere was nice but could use a little TLC. I loved how they give you the mixed seafood option! Been to dozens of Vietnamese restaurants - this is the first time I can recall seeing a mixed seafood pho! 🙌🏼

Great food. Service was poor. After food was delivered, server disappeared. They were not busy. Had to ask other employees to get server to give recieve additional service, and again to get check. The food was good, if you get everything you need when it's served.

Food was absolutely delicious! I would recommend this place only because the food was that good. Service was pretty rough. You could tell the waitress didn't want to be there and it felt like she kept rushing us to order and was nonexistent the rest of the meal.

I brought the cold with me to Dallas on my visit. Temperatures were down to the teens! Weather advisories were in effect! You could see your own breath! But in steps this incredible, huge bowl of beef pho to save the day. It had everything I wanted and needed. It made everything ok again. Best believe I’ll be having more of that before the end of my trip.

Happy Hour 3-7pm Tuesday through Sunday. Sushi rolls $1 off, same with appetizers. Drinks are affordable too. Pho > Ramen ♿ Accessible with a ramp up their steps. Thank you! I had the beef pho. It was good, the sizes are larger than expected. The spicy tuna roll was good as well. If I had any suggestions it would be to have more sprouts and herbs for the pho but I'm sure I could have asked for it! The staff did a wonderful job especially considering it was only 2 people and they were filling up fast. Returned on 3/24 - Sushi is still a great option for happy hour. Tried the Spicy Miso Reman and thought it was just ok. It may not be the style I like the most but would advise anyone deciding between this or Pho. Go Pho! Service was slower than my prior first.

Our first time here, food wasn't bad, but not what I expected, will have to give another chance, the Latino rolls and shrimp tempura rolls were good, it was the other choices that didn't score high for me, my wife liked her food. The service was great and atmosphere was good.
