Schlotzsky's Dallas Reviews
I LOVE SCHLOTZSKY'S!!! Never been in there location just the drive thru 4-5 times. Sandwiches are good! Service is great!
Learned of the app from the employee who would love to earn free food. The lemonade and cinnamon rolls were delicious
As someone who is a fan of eating AND using sandwiches, Schlotzsky’s is the place to go. The texture in my mouth and on me is absolutely fantastic! I would suggest a medium deluxe with everything on it. It’s a perfect sandwich the whole way through! Eating it is a delight, and the grippage is just perfect to where you are done quickly and your wife doesn’t find out why the Schlotzsky’s bill is so high each month! Thank you Travis for your help!
I’ve never had one of these before. They’re excellent. I wish they had one in my hometown.
The atmosphere here was really great, I'm visiting from out of town but this place was a surprise. It's got great service, great food, and the Strawberry lemonade is 🔥. They have great cinnamon rolls and so if you have a sweet tooth you're covered. I would definitely make this place a top choice lunch destination. We fed 4 people for under $50, not bad.
They really always have the best service here. They never make mistakes on my order and they are quick and very friendly. Unlike most places in this area they actually close at the time that the business hours say and not a minute before. I come here at least once a week because of its proximity to my job. And its such a healthy and quick option to grab lunch. Cannot say enough good things about this particular Schlotzckys!
Went for the $5 dollar pizza which is available weekends after 5pm and not only was it DELICIOUS but hugeeee....almost like a medium/border line Large size but yes for $5 it was worth it and kept me full.
9/3025 update. 6:58 pm Whoever the new guy is at the window is absolutely unpleasant. When I got to the window, I said hello he didn’t say anything back. He just told me what my total was. Then when he handed me my food, I said thank you and he closed the window and walked off. Please bring back the other individual who used to be at the window. I love how pretty the sandwich looks! And it was tasty. All of my substitutions were direct as well. Love it here.
Best sandwich you will ever eat, fresh sourdough bread, lots of meat and veggies with their own sauce.... I gotta have the GIANT deluxe original which is double the meat, every time I go along with the Jalapeño chips and all you can drink sweet tea. If you've never had a SCHLOTZSKYS sandwich, you're in for a big surprise. And a great treat.
Needed a trip down memory lane to Schlotzskys on our recent trip to Dallas since I haven’t been in 40 years! The original sandwich was delicious and while the bread was a little different than I remember, it was darn close enough and brought back lots of memories so it did the trick to satisfy my taste buds! Wish they were in the northeast!
Judging by the number of customers getting a sandwich etc for Sat lunch this place is deserving a much better rating in stars. Nice place to eat on the corner of intersection. This is my first time here but I have eaten at many Scholtzky's over the years. This place holds up the standards. I got my order taken right away and served promptly.
My doctor is here so I come to this area regularly. Finally managed to try a restaurant in the area and Schlotzsky’s was the first one that I tried. (I skipped McDonald’s) I ordered their Chicken Club flatbread and side Caesar salad. The chicken was cooked and seasoned nicely on the flatbread. The cheese was melted and has the pizza cheese feel and effect. It was a lot of food and I couldn’t finish and took it to go.
Usually i come to this spot and their pretty quick with service but today 3/06/2026 i ordered on the app and went in drive thru when i pulled up they was about to give me the wrong order then they said mine wasnt ready and tell me to pull forward. I wait for 10+ minutes and no one comes to give me my food and the two people behind me get theres. Then i have to go in to find out my food was ready and sitting there the whole time and just was never brought out to me. I have an hour lunch and they wasted 30 minutes if me waiting in line and waiting to get it so thank you lunch crew.
I didn't get past ordering. Guy was rude. I literally walked out. When he kept looking at his watch and I nicely and softly repeated extra green onions he rudely said "I heard you the first time " that was the last straw. I walked out. I drove from Desoto for nothing. I'm black so maybe that's why he chose to be rude.
Terrible customer service. Parked my car and went across the street to see a friend while waiting for them to open at 10 am so I could grab a bite to eat and they had my car towed. So much for ever eating here. The lady in the front would not help me or understand anything.
The male who works the drive thru is rude. Third time I've gotten rude service from the exact same person. He cut me off before I even finished my order today, with a rude/irritated tone as if I pulled up to his home to place a order. Go take some medication or find another job. Anyway, I'll never return.
I just got home from the drive thru on Gaston. I paid $11 for a salad, I ordered a Chicken Avocado Cobb and got a box of Romaine, some chicken and dried bread chunks (croutons) SO DISAPPOINTED. I could have gone to Aldi's for this. This is a chicken Caesar-A box of lettuce with chicken. Might be fine if that's all you want but it's NOT WHAT I ORDERED.
