It was our first time here and we loved it. We ordered the Double Colorado, Scorching Hot Fries and Delux Chicken Smash. The prices are reasonable. You do have to order everything separately, but the staff is very helpful with the menu, friendly and super nice. There are no complaints. We will definitely come back.

Best hamburger that I had here in dallas I have heard about smash burgers but never had the chance to try them know that I did i definitely will look for more location when I travel so I can eat them again.

Paige gave great customer service. I told her this was my first time she offered great suggestions while offering great hospitality. She made us feel very welcome as well as other customers that came in after us. The food was delicious and the right temperature.

Big Ross was great, super friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in! As well as everyone after us! We didn't even know Weds kids eat free but he made sure we got the deal! He was so kind to all the kids that were there! Food was delicious!! Definitely recommend!

I have never heard about this place but randomly came across it while in uptown and decided to try it and everything we got was soo good. The cookies and Creme milk shake, mushroom truffle burger, spicy chicken tenders were all AMAZING. The chicken tenders were so crispy and juicy. And customer service is as top tier. Paige and the rest of the staff were awesome!! Will def be a regular spot for us 😊

My boyfriend’s favorite burger - classic smash! 💥 it is classic, casual, and quick. Such an American experience! Burgers are chewy and full of aroma from beef! Their Oreo milkshake is a must and blended so smoothly with cookie chunks. Whenever we hang out here, it’s a good time! Great idea to take our home and enjoy peaceful vibe!

The customer service is consistently great whenever I visit, however the quality of the burgers can be inconsistent. At times the burgers are room temperature, which makes it seem like some may be prepared in advance during peak hours. I also feel the pricing could be improved, especially since the burgers have very thin patties and are sold separately from sides, which cost an additional $4 to $5. Offering meal options would make more sense for the price point. Parking is also very limited, which can be frustrating.

Burger was ok. The meat was good but I didn’t like the buns. It wasn’t fresh to me. I normally don’t expect great service at fast food restaurants but here it was not so good. The tables were not clean. Kids loved it though.

3 stars. The quality and freshness of the ingredients was 4.3 stars. Customer service was 4.5 stars. My smash patties had no crunch or crisp on the edges. That was a huge and extremely major disappointment. I couldn't tell if there was any type of special seasoning or mix of game changing seasons. Specifically because each bite was a tad bit salt heavy. It could have been do too the generous amount of bacon as you can see in the picture. And I didn't remove a single crumb of bacon to see if that's why it was salt heavy. I'm not taking bacon off nothing lol. I'm absolutely going back and I recommend you should also. Crisp up those patty edges and balance that seasoning and without doubt the burger I had was a 5 star.

We were pleased that there was no wait time to order. The cashier was friendly and the meal was amazing. So amazing that I forgot to take photos of our Smashburgers and Sweet Potato Fries. The location is good if you’re walking because finding a parking space was quite challenging. The cleanliness of the restaurant was a bit disappointing but a few employees arrived and one of them immediately began cleaning the tables and floors. Convenience and cleanliness are important to us and for those reasons, we probably wouldn’t return.

I was so excited to try this and so disappointed when I got there. I walked in to order me and my boyfriend some food before going home. I walked in at 9:36, saw the janitor who didn’t speak to me at all which was fine. He leaves, an older guy comes out and tells me that they’re closed. They close at 10, so it was crazy to me that they can package delivery orders but can’t accept a new one so honestly it very much gave ABSOLUTELY LAZY !!! Because all I needed was 2 burgers and some fries. And he told me that I was the second person to come in after “closing” the whom he sent home. Mind you it’s almost 30 minutes prior to when it’s supposed to close!! They should’ve at least locked the door? I honestly don’t know but I won’t be going back!!! That’s for sure. And I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow because this is how folks go out of business. Whoever the manager is, they need to be respectfully replaced.
