Still waiting on my food but it’s usually good here. Wanted to compliment the staff here. They are always polite. Especially the manger Clifton. He is friendly, courteous and helpful. Speaker stopped working and he had to walk out to take my order. He literally went the extra mile to ensure I got what I wanted.

I love this location. The people that bring the food out to you are very nice. I wish I could sit in air-conditioning but that's the whole concept of the store so I get it. I do enjoy eating outside though. I don't drive so I eat there. But it's a nice ice cream date for me and my husband. We always have a good time

Sonic Drive-In is my go-to spot when I’m craving a quick bite with tons of options. I love the convenience of being able to order from my car and have everything brought right to me—perfect for busy days or when I just want to relax without going inside anywhere. The menu is huge, with everything from burgers and hot dogs to breakfast items, snacks, and tons of drink combos. Their slushes and milkshakes are always a hit, especially on a hot day. I also really like their half-price drink specials during happy hour—it’s a fun little treat that doesn’t break the bank.

Of the three times I've now gone there recently where I've ordered through the app, each time they have forgotten one thing or another. The first time I went was in the evening and I ordered a chili dog, cheddar peppers, and mozzarella sticks. They had to be my order and then promptly left without mentioning anything. I had shortly afterwards noticed that the cheddar peppers were not there and went back and told them about the missing item. They then told me that they don't have those available at that location tonight. I asked him why didn't they mention that when they handed me my food and they just simply told me if I'm looking for refund to just get it through the app. The next time I went was during the day and just ordered a simple slush with nerds candy. No nerds were added, but I sure got charged for them. And of course no mention that they were out of them or they forgot it or anything of that sort. At this point I'm just starting to think that maybe I've upset the children that work there. Either that or they're leaving these teenagers unsupervised for too long. This specific Sonic has just become terrible.

Honestly every time I go to this Sonic it’s a good experience. The morning shift is always nice and quick with the orders, and they start the day off with good energy. The afternoon shift is great too, even when it gets busy they still stay friendly and keep things moving. You can tell the workers are trying their best and working hard. Overall it’s a really good Sonic and the service is always great gretting and good.

We go to this Sonic every morning to get my daughter a grilled cheese before school. The grilled cheese are the best anywhere, other food too, of course. Have to call out the grilled cheese though because it really is better here than anywhere else. Best part of the day though is when Marvin is working. He starts the day off with kind words and smiles every day. This kind of customer service seems to be lacking in so many places. I’m also in a customer service role, so it feels good to have someone treat me like I treat my customers. He still does it better than I do. Just a genuine good person. I’ve noticed the rest of the staff becoming the same way too, and enjoy seeing them all every morning. You guys may feel like people just drive through, but we see you and appreciate you! Thank you for all you do every day!

For the most part the service is pretty good. So, I’m giving them 4 stars. I’m only issue is sometimes they don’t get the minor details right. Like when you ask for condiments and get nothing or when you ask them to go light or easy on the ice and you still wind up with your 30oz cup almost 3/4 or a little more full of ice. So, I’m paying $3 for ice???

I was happy to receive my meal fairly quickly. The gentleman who took my order after I parked in a stall took my order correctly and the young lady who delivered my food was very polite and friendly. My medium onion rings were served piping hot and cooked perfectly...they were the best thing about my order. The Coney chili cheese dog tasted good but a whole lot of the cheese on top stuck to the wrapper. The unfortunate thing about all of Sonic's proteins are that they are served luke warm. This hot dog would have tasted better had it been hot instead of like it sat in warm water. The double cheese burger tasted good too with a healthy amount of lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. The meat though was barely warm, thus the cheese was not adequately melted. Sonic, why can you not serve hot food ?

Guy that works days here is awesome, fast,friendly etc. I buy my ice here. Like to hit happy hour 1/2 price drinks, including shakes & slushes. Great tots&onion rings however a couple years ago Sonic chgd it's burgers & I think they're horrible now. They were similar to whataburger, not anymore.

Good prices at happy hour of course but the lady could barely take my order. She read my order back to me and said 3 different things when I had only ordered 2. Asked for a cup of water another time I went at the window after paying for my order and she asked what size because they charge for it. Water.. really? Kind of a situation where u just say well alright! This location is very inconsistent and constantly has problems. In the past 3 months, I'ive visited multiple times and have had 1) Out of ice cream and was unable to process a refund on an order with the mobile app; 2) Ice cream was barely frozen and Sonic Blast was soupy; 3) Real lemonade slush was neon-colored and was made incorrectly - tasted terrible. There have been one or two instances where there were no issues, but service is pretty consistently slow at this location. There is a lot of room for improvement.

The burgers are not as good as I remembered. The ice cream machine was down ( being cleaned, we were told). The fries were cold. I literally touched the car hop's arm with a fry so she could see I was not exaggerating. She brought me fresh fries that were very good. The fries should be that way without having to complain. The burger was dry and barely warm, but I did not want to go through the hassle of sending something else back. My burger was "blah" at best. My granddaughter was not a fan of her chicken strips either. It was her first time at Sonic and it was a big let down. Also, their ordering consoles are in pretty bad shape. Some screens were completely shattered. The one we parked at was wobbly, but it worked. I had not been to Sonic in years. I'm not sure if I will ever go back after this experience.

This is my local sonic, and honestly I am so tired of the subpar Sonic service. It's not the service in general it's the always getting the order messed up, or missing something, there was one time I had ordered a blast that was half full as soon as I put the spoon in it, it was just air how does that even happen? I'm also tired of never getting my condiments. This is ridiculous I put it on the four times and tipped why don't I ever get my freaking sauce! Can we please just get it a little bit more together?

There was not a soul here when I came. I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order of a corn dog, fries, and drink. Lazy staff doesn’t want to walk out- literally standing at the window making eye contact with me but can’t bring me my food? Don’t have stalls if you only want people using the drive through. Got my food- medium fry not even filled up half way. Forgot every single sauce and condiments I ordered. Awful and disappointing. the picture speaks for itself with the fries because who in their right mind would give this to a customer knowing it’s half full.

Went through the drive through and ordered a grilled cheese burger and a medium Sonic blast extra toppings. when I got the window, the staff recalled the wrong order. I corrected her which she fixed, but then I was given a small drink when I ordered a large, then given a small Sonic blast. Staff got upset and went to fix the order. Did not apologize, but was clearly angry. I return home to find a bunch of black specks in the tater tots. And no extra toppings in my ice cream. I used to come to the place often and never had an issue until recently. I called and was told someone would follow up but no one ever did. This places employs a lot of teenagers, so I try and keep that in mind. I know they are kids learning how to work, earn money and be responsible. However, my last experience left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend ordering or eating here. No consideration for the paying customer and no follow up or apology. You will be disappointed.

This evening was my first mobile order, and it wasn’t what I expected. I thought this option for ordering would be easier but that clearly wasn’t the case. My fries were cold by the time I drove the half mile back home. I asked for a grape sprite and just got plain sprite. I wasn’t given any eating utensils. My Reese’s blast was also BARE when I ordered extra Reese’s.This is the third time in a row I’ve ordered a blast and it’s not blended at all, the Reese’s just sit on top, with just plain vanilla ice cream underneath, and I also did not receive a spoon or extra straw to consume my ice cream. I hate that I keep coming back to this location, it’s just so close. I moved from an area that had an amazing sonic! Food was always on point, my orders were taken and received correctly, I blended items were actually blended, and I got great costumer service. I wish this location would step it up just a bit.

So this sonic sucks. Pulled in and waited for like 10 minutes at the drive in booth no one answered. So I pull out and pull into the drive through. Girl answers and I have to repeat my order 3 times while she's laughing all confused. Girl legitimately was acting like she was barred out on Xanax or something. Had her repeat the order back to me exactly as I said it to her. She said it right. Pull up to the window, wait another 5 minutes, turns out HALF THE ORDER was wrong. Wrong burrito, and missing mozzarella sticks. Dude I typically don't leave negative reviews but this is the worst sonic experience I think I've ever had. I literally got charged for something I didn't get.

I’m at sonic right now, I’ve been waiting 25 min for a medium order of onion rings and a shake! My order ticked was scanned and Dominic was on the way with these onion rings and a shake since about 6 min ago! I assume my food is just sitting on the counter getting cold and my shake will be nice and warm by the time I finally get my food! I swiped my card and have already paid or wouldn’t still be sitting here! This is the LAST time I deal with this place service is always terrible and they are now having me wait going on a half hour along with that! This place SUPER SUCKS!! And I’m STILL waiting!

Never come here for a mobile order. 3 times in a row they gave me drinks that are absolutely not what I ordered, and when I notify them at the restaurant they tell me there’s nothing they will do to fix it. I might as well add sonic customer service number to my speed dial. Instead of telling you they can’t make what YOU ordered, they literally give you whatever they feel like giving you instead. They never are able to make any of the promotional drinks in the app. Go to a different location. This place sucks.

Walked up to the seating area after placing an order through the app. Their stalls were down at the seating area so could not check in. I asked an employee they told me to choose the stall, they are not working I told him. I was there close to 30 minutes for 1 shake and 1 slush. At least 6 of their stalls are non-operational. When I finally got my order I was very irritated. I was told by the employee that the manager doesn’t care. Wow. Probably won’t be coming back.

Very rude staff ! We had an online pick up order and we let them know we were there to pick up. The screen said the food was on the way and our order would be out soon. Then the screen goes back to the regular order menu as if our order had been cancelled with nothing delivered yet. So we were wondering if our order was still going to come out or not because it said it was on the way but then went back to regular screen. Well when we buzzed in the button to ask, we started our sentence with “hi we had ordered online and “ then we got cut off by the man who answered who said “ yeah it’s going out!”. He cut us off not even getting to finish our sentence. At this point we were already there for 20 mins. After that guy said that we waited another 15mins for our order! And it’s seems like this location is infamous for bringing out melted and watery shakes. Because once we got our shake and sundae they were both very watery like consistency as if they were sitting out for a while. When we were trying to buzz the manger at the order station to let them know our food was melted and try to get a replacement, you can hear the speaker turn on as if they would answer but then it would go silent. So they were avoiding us. Do not go to this location ! If you want to wait forever for your food to come out and it not be fresh or it be melted then go here. Also if you like to deal with people who seem like they don’t want to be there and are unprofessional then this sonic location is gots you. I hope some higher management sees this because this location definitely needs to get a staff change.

Terrible!! This location could shut down and no one would be sad about it. I’ve been to this location 3 times and they got worse each visit. The cheese sticks my first visit were still frozen. Second visit I could tell they had been sitting out for awhile. This last time they were about to close so they told me they couldn’t make a shake. The burger they gave was hard and old. Just keep driving!

It takes 3, sometimes 4 trips to get a good experience here and a correct order. That means the price you pay is more expensive for less quality than if you go somewhere else. I for one am done with Sonic. This location just has such bad service, I can’t justify going back.

I’m not one to write review, but this got out the hand since it always happens in every visit! I love Sonic’s food && drinks, but my sonic ain’t s***! Every time we go we have to ready to wait, I’m not lying when I say that in every visit we wait more then 20 minutes. Today our visit was over 35 minutes, we where the second to park and last to leave. Our order was 2 drinks, 4 corn dogs and I burger, I can’t believe that took over 30 minutes. My sweat tea was hot with no ice what so ever and the lady giving us our food wanted us to pay for ice. Lol. We don’t go as much as we would like even do we love it

They forgot my water, no sauces offered and the woman on the order job totally forgot her manners. The chicken was dry and unappealing. Loved the sweet girl who brought the food to us with her shining face and enthusiasm, that's what earned the one star.

Take too long and ordering is difficult, Customer Service 0. Drive thru worker had nasty attitude. I had to take my food back because the bun was torn apart and most of the top off. The manager was nice. She was in a confrontation with the same employee that was rude and nasty when I returned the food. The manager and another cashier apologized and remade my food, quicky. My score is for the rude cashier that should never ever work in a customer service position ever. The way she talked to the manager, Im surprised she wasnt fired on the spot.

Only rating a 1 star to leave a rating, but this is the nastiest Sonic that I have ever been to. I ordered bbq popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders for my toddlers. The food tasted old as it was just sitting out and the only thing that tasted fresh was the French fries. They should be ashamed of themselves giving me food like that especially knowing it was for my children. I will never go to this location again!!!

I never usually write reviews, but I have more bad experiences than good at this place. Order a drink and 2 orders of mozz sticks. 10 mins later, they come out with the drink only… and I was told “you gotta go on the app to get your money back” because they’re out. Which is cool! Can’t do anything about that, but I asked if they could just replace it with something of same value. I was told “naw you gotta go on the app to get your money back.” I won’t worry bout it, but I sure won’t be back up there.

I went to Sonics to order a hot fudge Sundae. Someone made a Vanilla one for me. I turned around and drove back to have it fixed. It still tasted like a Vanilla Shake. I had to return to work. I called to speak to the manager. She got smart with me and hung up on me rudely. I didn't raise my voice or anything for her to do that.. I just called the corporate office on her. I will be waiting for their call. I won't eat there ever again. They lost me as a customer for sure. Neither will my friends or family eat there. Please Sonic, Hire better management.

The pull-up car ordering system is excellent when you can see the stages of where your food stands, but when the staff fails to follow up, chaos breaks loose. We ordered, and waited about 10 minutes before another car pulled up next to us. I heard them order through the same system we used and 10 minutes after they got their order. I got out of the car to see what happened to my order since the screen had already restarted for the following order, and our food was nowhere to be found. Staff said mine was next up, and when the order came out, it was cold, not warm but cold! There was another customer next to me telling me that this situation was the norm. 20 + minutes was I waiting on your "fast food" not only to get it cold and have to track it down? My teen heated his coney and ate it anyway, shortly after began throwing up. I'd advise Corporate to do a quality check.

Workers are super incompetent. The guy running the food was a good worker but you can only be as good as your coworkers. It took over 30min to get a simple app order. They sent him out twice with the wrong order and when I finally got it, I didn’t have my sauces. They should have him doing the work inside instead of running food, he was very helpful especially when my calls were consistently not put through on the speaker and they stopped answering when they realized how long I had been there and that they kept sending out the incorrect items. He let me know it had been sitting there for a while so it’s not like it was busy, they just kept sending out the wrong one.

Let's start off by stating they don't even deserve One star when I came to the drive through. I ordered 3 lords cherry lime made slush instead. They gave me any type of drink. I came back and thanked them for mistaking my order instead. I was approached by one of the employees. Stating I had cussed her mother I asked the young lady to get out of my face and she would not. I told her to keep them making my drink. Just make my drink correct instead. She decides that she wanted to stand there and try to argue with me. And then she proceeds to go Because I asked for the manager. The manager then comes out and state that it was that she didn't want to argue. I didn't want to argue as well. All I wanted was my drinks to be correct long story short, I end up reaching out to corporate. Corporate didn't do anything. All they did was refund me the money and that's a film days. Don't go to this sonic, it's it's a horrible choice.

Recently pulled in here; pressed the button to order; waited almost 10 minutes and finally gave up and left. There were only about four other cars there so they were not busy at all. It used to have quick service; maybe the staff is short-handed now, or simply oblivious to customers.

I just flat out stopped coming here. The last 2 times I've been to this Sonic location, I've been pretty much turned away. The last time (this past Saturday around 7pm) I was told that all orders are on hold till further notice. Who does that? The time before that, I left after waiting 30 minutes for the food I paid for. Had to dispute the charge on my card because I never got the food. Why is this location always so backed up? Not to mention there are always employees sitting around outside on the benches. Do better, Sonic! Hire more/better staff, pay them better, or just call it quits.

Tried to order on the sonic app, but it says you cannot order at this location. So, I tried going to the location and doing either tap to pay or paying with a $100 bill, and they don't accept tap to pay and didn't have change for $100, so I left with nothing. On top of this, every time I go, they are so slow and not friendly. Go to a different location.

This is the absolute worst Sonic in existence. I asked for a #10 with cheese, onion rings, and a side of ranch. I never saw the ranch pop up on the screen, so I asked for it twice and still didn't get any. There was no cheese on my sandwich - cash only transaction - and they didn't give me a receipt. When I pushed the button to notify them, they asked what I ordered, I stated what I ordered, and then they just left me sitting there. An employee walked by, and I said, "Excuse me. My order was incorrect. I asked for cheese." He said, "I took your order, and no, you didn't." I spent the better part of 20 years in food service and would never dream of treating a completely reasonable customer with such disdain over a slice of cheese. You deserve your minimum wage job, pal!!

It’s my birthday and I just wanted a slushy for the road home, they closed the store at 10:30 but still took someone else’s order. Though they are supposed to close at 11pm. I feel like they was trying to close early because of the holiday Juneteenth as well. Won’t be coming back to this one

We paid and they refused to bring out our order. We waited over 30 minutes. No food. 2 simple drinks. We pushed the button again to ask as we had waited so long, and other cars were pulling up after us getting full meals served before we could get drinks. The attendant hung up the sonic button on us and wouldn’t respond when asked. We pushed it again and the attendant began to yell at us telling us he had other people to worry about and hung up the push button again. They never brought our order out even though we were charged. Worst service I have ever received and will never return to this sonic. Corporate needs to get involved here immediately and I will be contacting them for a refund and reporting this location.

I’m not sure what’s been up with Sonics. I don’t stop by much anymore but my past few experiences have been horrible. I’m regards to this particular location, I decided to order from a stall instead of the drive through. I pressed the button, sat there for 15 minutes while I scrolled on my phone. The screen told me the red button has been activated and they’d be right with me. Only after 12 minutes did that message go away. I repressed the button waited another two before deciding to go through the drive through. Service is exceptionally slow . I don’t recommend. But if you absolutely are craving Sonic Sunrise, go through the drive through. 🙄

If you want your order to be accurate and/or complete, pick a different location. The sodas here are always either all syrup or all carbonation, no in between. Staff is as slow as they are rude. Every time I decide to give this location another chance, they make me regret it.

This is quite literally the worst Sonic on the face of the earth. When i was there, the employees refused to do their job in terms of fast service and quality of food/drinks.They quite literally waltz around the parking lot on the phone while on the clock. They act out of pocket. we waited for over 30 minutes before anyone helped us. We were the only ones there. This has happened TWICE now. All of the menu displays are broken. Most of the microphones dont work. Its the the only sonic nearby and i now drive to the other locations 15 minutes away.

Worst experience and worst hot dog ever! They messed up a simple hot dog order and instead of making a fresh one from scratch they just cleaned the old one and added toppings on top of the old one. Disgusting and nasty! Bread was soggy because they heated up to death and I just hated it. 7/11 gets their food better. Never ever coming back!

Lazy workers shut the ice cream machine down over an hour before close every night. Hope the GM sees this because they need to hire people who will actually do the bare minimum of their job. Cars after cars just pulling out of the drive thru because everyone comes here for ice cream and they never have it running after 9pm.

5:31 11/9 ordered a chili cheese coney and got a plain wiener and bun. the staff seemed confused when I ordered as if they never heard of a chili cheese coney, then had me wait for 2 minutes before asking if I wanted anything else. Management needs to address this.

Ordered a foirlong cheese coney and it was burnt and dried out. Broke my fork trying to eat it. Sent it back and they replaced it with one that was even worse. It was like they did it on purpose. I dont kniw how you could serve a hotdogs that was pretty much black and replace it with one that was worse. Do not recomend this location at all. Obviously management don't give a shit.

I have to say I keep giving this location a chance and it lets me down. It’s dirty, screens are broken, asking the customer what did you order?, Sauce is NEVER in the bag after they confirm it is”, and it doesn’t even feel like a sonic. All my siblings worked at Sonic for our first jobs and the way they act and take care of this location is sad! It’s treated like trash. I understand it’s in a horrible area of Dallas, but they need to give it some love and structure. They need to have car orders only and not walk ups at this location . It’s too close to bus stops and a high homeless population. I guess I will have to drive 15min out to another

I was reminded today why i never go to Sonic. I decided to stop for a jr double cheeseburger. I went through the drive thru. I waited a minute and no one greeted me so i was like like Hello? Not till then did someone say anything. I only ordered the jr. Cheeseburger and i paid at 11:01 i was not handed my order till 11:11 literally the parking lot had 2-3 cars i think. Well i leave and when i opened my burger i noticed one of the patties overcooked and the other barely cooked. Looked as if one if them had been there from the night before. Super gross. I normally use the mobile order today. I did a schedule pick up for 810 be minded. I was at work somehow my order is not available to pick up and the manager is gonna argue with me and say a woman picked up my order no notification. And let me attach the receipt. I ordered the garlic butter bacon burger combo and a breakfast sandwich combo and pickle fries. When I arrived home to devour my food, the quality of my burger appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. There was barely any garlic butter and onions and the cheese was melted at some point in time. The bread was stale, and the meat patty was over cooked and crumbly. I called the store to see if they could accommodate me. I spoke with a manager, Kay Kay, who says she could give me a store credit or a refund. I told her that I do not live close by and so a refund would suffice but only the burger as the remaining food items I ordered were ok. She then proceeds to tell me the only way she can issue a refund is if I bring the food back and that she could not take my word for it as they make their food fresh. (Not true) The level of service on ALL fronts, specifically customer service and product, needs to be evaluated and revamped. This is beyond unacceptable and a horrible experience all around.

# where do I start this day was the most terrifying that I have ever experienced at a Sonics Drive-In I went to this very location to order two beef chili and cheese Hot Dogs in a slush this is what I get not only did they know whether the hot dogs were beef or pork or what 6in of the meat was beef in the 12in that were sold we're pork they had to go back and forth to ask management questions which took my food about 35 minutes to come out not only did I get molded bread which I've been into and I'm going to actually look into a lawyer and also much more in regards to this because this is part of food service this has a lot to do with a lot of the workers not being license to handle food they should have seen that that bread was outdated and also that it had mold on it I would love for the owner of this location or manager to get back with me as soon as possible before I take this into effect. Do not visit this poor location I have never in my life bitten into it molded bread and a sour hot dog.
