Taco Lingo Dallas Reviews
This is one of my favorite spots in Dallas. The customer service is always perfect. The food is fresh and they bring out the food pretty quickly. My favorite is the crispy tacos, the mashed black beans and rice. The free chips and salsa is always great. Also, my favorite drink is the roasted strawberry lemonade. I highly recommend trying this place out!
Brian was sweet and kind! He made sure me and my sisters had the best time from the time we walked in till we left! He was very attentive and ensured our orders were correct! Definitely asked for him when you come!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Matias From the moment we walked into the restaurant for the first time, the atmosphere was incredible — the Latin music, the vibe, and the energy instantly made us feel welcome. Our server was Matias, and he truly made our experience unforgettable. He was very attentive from start to finish, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Mattias took the time to explain the menu and drinks, made great suggestions, and ensured everything came out perfectly — from taste to timing. What really stood out was how genuinely he cared that our experience went smoothly and that we enjoyed every part of it. Thank you, Matias, for making our first visit so amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back because of your outstanding service and hospitality 💜🌻 best server!
Celebrated my son’s 26th birthday with his wife, my wife and parents visiting from out of town. Matias was AWESOME! He made sure we got some drinks during happy hour before it ended and promptly got us some queso and guacamole. His meal recommendations were spot on and our food was delicious. For dessert, he arranged for churro donut balls. We really appreciated his service all evening and will be back again.
If you haven't checked out Taco Lingo yet, I highly recommend it! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere makes it a great spot to enjoy a meal. A big shoutout to the manager, Jessica - she's awesome! She always greets customers with a smile and goes above and beyond to make sure the service is top-notch.
Ive been hearing about this place for a while now and finally decided to try it out. After being seated at my table, I was greeted by my waiter Damien. Having not been here before , i asked about what was good here. After a brief conversation I decided on Street Tacos and Elote. Everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The vibe in the restaurant was pretty chill. Shout out to our waiter Damien for his suggestions and making my first trip to this restaurant a good one. Ill definitely be back soon.
We came to Taco Lingo on 09/24/25 for Happy Hour and had such an amazing time! The food and drinks were on point, but the absolute highlight of the evening was our server, Damian. He was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made sure our whole group was taken care of from start to finish. Drinks were never empty, orders came out quickly and correctly, and Damian’s energy made the night even better. If you’re coming here, ask for Damian… he will make your visit unforgettable!
Food was extremely good value. Our server Steff was absolutely lovely and attentive. My husband said it is the best fajitas he has ever had!! The floor manager Jessica, was super friendly (without being in your face) She was interested in our opinion of the food and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend but quick service, tasty food. Can deal with smaller or large groups. Will be back. 💯
I know it’s a little late to put this review, I’ve had a busy week. But I couldn’t just not, not leave a review. I went and celebrated my birthday last Sunday, June 1 and I just wanted to say that it was an amazing experience! Our Server Karen, was it absolutely delight! She was on top of everything and gave great service. On top of The Great service, the manager, Jessica was amazing. She was very attentive and made sure that my special day went as smoothly as possible and as amazing as possible! I definitely will be coming back again especially for those amazing Chicken and waffle tacos And that watermelon jalapeño margarita, See you soon taco lingo!
We really enjoyed the food, drinks, location, and overall ambiance of this restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed my enchiladas, and my wife loved her bacon, egg, and cheese tacos. The service was on point, and the food came out rather quickly regardless of us arriving for lunch on a Saturday. 🌮
During a whirlwind 24 hours in Dallas for a friends birthday we wanted to try some local Mexican fair within a 10 minute walk of our hotel and TacoLingo was top of the list. Making a stop in the middle of a Friday afternoon we definitely were one of the very few and were able to appreciate the size and the aesthetics, the multitude of TVs with sports and movies alike, and tall ceilings with garage doors that opened to the courtyard of The Union really gave this TexMex restaurant at Texas sized feel. Our waitress Emily was very attentive and friendly and have to make the experience and enjoyable one. Now onto the meal! The flavorful salsa (and had about 3 bowls full 😂), the rich smokey flavor of the queso, and the very fresh, very crisp chips were a great start to the meal. We ordered drinks at the same time as the appetizers and took quite a while to be brought out for beer and my wife's espresso martini but it seemed making fresh coffee slowed things down. For the main course we ordered the steak quesadilla, which continued with the smokey flavor with chipotle sauce along with the steak & cheese was black beans, got something you typically see but it added a lot of density and richness to the meal. Overall very happy with the experience and definitely would not only return but highly recommended to others!
Good food and drinks, reasonably priced, nice outdoor seating but what made our experience fantastic was Jessica. From the time we got seated until we got done, she was simply amazing! She wasn’t in your face but she was there when we needed her and when our food was taking a little longer to come out, she kept us updated. She also brought my hubby some birthday donuts to celebrate. She didn’t even know we were celebrating until she overheard us towards the end. That’s how awesome she is! Really appreciate how she made a simple meal special! Visiting Dallas area for the first time and after 3 hours of walking around exploring the area, we were looking for a place just to get some drinks and light meal. Came across this area with several restaurants to choose from and decided to try TacoLingo. Great decision! Got there still in time to enjoy some of their $3 frose and mimosas. Free chips and nachos, too. Enjoyed everything we got!
Let me start by saying our server Destiny was absolutely fantastic. She provided us with the best service possible. With that said so did all the other servers and hostesses they really took good care of us and each other. The food was delicious!!! We had chicken fajitas, street steak tacos, and more. The drinks pictured are Frose` and a swirl. A great place and atmosphere I will definitely be returning soon!! Thank you for such a positive experience.
Lots of parking available in garages and uncovered lot. Beautiful setting both inside and out, complementary chips and salsa that was really tasty. Great drink specials all day long, the food was absolutely delicious and sure you can't go wrong with anything you order. I was displeased with the dirty tables left unattended to around us and would have preferred a little more distance among seated guest. Other than that I would recommend this spot to anyone in the mood for a good meal and a great city view.
