This is my preferred location for Little Caesars Pizza. For convenience, order online via their app and just pick up from their self serving pizza portal by entering your code or scanning the QR code. Wings are pretty good as well, better than Wingstop as my preference and very reasonably priced. The only downside is they are not very consistent with the timing.

This review is really more of a 2.5 star. 50/50 Chance to get a hot and ready. Even worse odds if you order ahead of time through their app or website. Why you ask? Because their employees blame the machines for not working instead of being proactive and looking up order ahead of time. So what happened after I waited 20 minutes to come pick it up? I was put LAST in line to have a pizza made, behind 5 other people who just showed up placing an order in person, told to wait another 20 minutes. The worst disgrace to this Supreme pizza that I ordered? CANNED MUSHROOMS BARELY COOKED!!! Super gross chewy slimy mushroom texture. 🙄 The one saving grace? The guy in the back made sure to keep checking in with me to say how close it was to being ready.

Ordered delivery. Driver dropped pizza and said he'd go back for another one. Came back 10 min later with same pizza took a picture then left again saying he'd be back with another pizza. Then the app said my order was delivered and had a picture of the closed box hiding the destroyed pizza. I called customer service and they refunded me, but i still wanted a pizza. I called the store and they told me I had to reorder then hung up on me.
Disgusting, pizza must've been sitting for over a day. Couldn't understand the mumbling teen behind the counter. Just avoid the place
WORST MANAGER EVER! Took 45 minutes after my quoted 8:11pm pick up time. I was first out of 15-20 customers who all got their food first. He failed to acknowledge the issue after I called his attention to it twice and he kept giving me attitude saying, "We're busy". I had to step out because I was fuming at his attitude and needed my fiance, who is the calm one, to try and see if she can get through to them. After 45 minutes of waiting he tosses the pizza at my fiance on the counter and said, "There!". To make matters worse, the pizza was!! My fiance demanded for his name and the manager and he refused to give it threatening to call the cops. He called another store leader who came in his pajamas and tried to calm us down. The manager in the picture insisted we were lying in front of all the other customers who obviously did not vouch for him. We ended up wanting a refund and they said they can't because we have to call a 1-800 number that's closed until Friday. Definitely never coming back here and I'll make sure to it that anyone I know will never go here again either. At least not until this little boy is fired!
Store is dirty, dusty with no room for customers or employees to move around in. Sodas, and store supplies everywhere. Never the less. I ordered thru the app. My pizza was burned black in some areas and wasn't even cut all the way thru. I picked up. To eat on my way to Fresno. They never cut thru the pizza. Tasted burnt. By time I got to my location. Pizza was cold. Threw the whole thing in the trash. Selma little Ceasars is the worse. Smdh
I went to order the pretzel pizza bundle. After waiting for over 5 minutes - nobody there to take orders. The owner or whoever he was - very rude - at the counter said online only & pointed to the ad. Umm. No. The ad says the combo with the drink is online only. The combo with the crazy bread nowhere says online only to order. He refused to take my order. I asked "where does it say online only?" And he just stared at it, points to it, & goes "online only" .... but zero places does it say it. He could've admited that he was wrong & processed the request as nowhere does it say online only for that deal - instead of saying that if I wanted crazy bread it'd be another $5. But he was strung up on his high horse.
Not trying to blow things up but I find it ridiculous that as a customer I wasn't given my change. Myself plus 2 others were shorted out of their change because the store doesn’t have any, according to the staff working behind the counter this day, the pizza is ok and you get what you expect coming here. I’m just wondering how many customer this places shorts with returning change and how much they are pulling in on the side with this tactic. When I confronted the worker and asked why I wasn’t given the change my receipt shows he told me he didn’t have any change to give out. I find this morally wrong on all grounds. If the company doesn’t have the change required to give to their customers then why are they accepting cash. It should have been noted that no change was available. This was not done. Note: recipe shows that my change was given but I was charged a flat rate.

This place went down hill. I think maybe under new management. Customer service is below average. I would give it a negative star if I could. The pizza at times is a little under cook. But good help you if you tell them. Like some of you, this is the closers pizza place to go to since I have no car right now. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Long gone are the days of tasty crazy bread. The sticks were puny, burned yet soggy feeling, sadness. Some parts of the bread were hard to bite through. It was tough. The sauce, they even got that wrong. Tasted like it had an entire bottle of spices, gross. You lost a customer today Little Caesars
I've been going to this Little Caesars for years. Its so convenient to where I live and work and the food was always good until the last year or so. Every time my friends, fiance or I come in, the guy at the front has been really indifferent and rude. He looks like he doesn't want to be there (which I totally get, but at least fake it dude), talks like everyone is an inconvenience and doesn't care that the order is wrong 4 times in a row. Even on the phone, he cuts you off as you put the order in and sounds done with you for even calling. The last five times in a row that my fiance and I have gone, our order was wrong. First we asked for the pretzel crust pizza with extra cheese sauce and they gave us a regular pepperoni. We mentioned it but said it wasn't a big deal and we'd take it. Second time we called in, we ordered the exact same thing and I even repeated it twice. We got to the restaurant and they told us they weren't selling it and had just made a regular pepperoni pizza for us, and said, "Next time I'm working, the pizza is on me. Sorry about that." Came in the third time to order in person , once again asking for a pretzel crust pizza with extra cheese sauce. They gave me a pizza with barely any sauce, and barely any salt on the crust. But extra pepperoni? This fourth time, I called in and ordered the same thing plus buffalo wings. The same guy answered. I stressed that I wanted extra cheese sauce, not extra cheese topping or pepperoni. He sounded annoyed and repeated it then hung up immediately. My fiance came in and reminded him he owed us a pizza and he said he didn't remember ever saying that. No big deal. Its $10. So we buy the pizza and there's no cheese sauce. Its just a regular pepperoni pizza with salt on 3 slices. I totally get working with the public is hard. I've been working the industry for 15 years but at least pretend you give a damn. Especially when we tip and have been so chill about the many mistakes. We're just gonna go all the way to San Mateo from now on. Sucks because this on is 2 minutes from home but whatever.

With all the respect to the brand and working personal - yesterday I picked up the worst pepperoni in my life. Like it was sitting there for the last week or so
I pay $ 31.53 for 2 pizzas they charge you all I pay for one with stuffed crust and they gave a regular one very bad pay so much for a pizza that looks like $ 5 dollars pizza

This establishment is terrible. I placed an order using their app at 5:49 pm. In the apps, it said the estimated is 6:09 pm. No notification that my pizza is ready at 6:20 pm, so I drove the location. At 6:25 pm, I got there and asked the cashier. They mentioned that it would be ready in 3 minutes. The people who came after I had placed an order online right in front of me on the store and get their pizza before me. When I asked the cashier again multiple times, she mentioned it's still in the oven. I waited until 7:30 pm. Finally, when I asked for the last time, she asked me what I ordered, then I said Deep Dish Cheese. She just go to the stack for ready-made and gave me one. They have it ready and can give me the item I order, but wasted 2 hours of my time. I can't recommend this store to anyone. Don't use their Apps, their order workflow is not reliable.
