Yup. This place doesn't fail on the flavor. Its ridiculously busy but the staff still remains pleasant. We were still able to find a table and enjoyed our meal. They're on the other side of home depot and have a parking garage, lifesaver as parking is tight around the area.

Every now and then I just have to have some spicy Korean Q boneless tenders (I don't like to work for my food). It hit the spot. The friendly staff and quality food is so satisfying. I'll be craving until I indulge again.

Their menu consists of wings, tenders, combos, etc. The staffs here are very welcoming, well trained and understanding where I had never had a problem in any of my visits. Everything here is made to order which is a plus, and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. During live events/pay per views I would come a bit earlier since the place is packed and takeout would be the best option. I recommend this place to all chicken lovers, to anyone looking for a laid back spot or if you just so happen to be in the area. I definitely will be back to tryout the other options they have to offer.

All fast food restaurants in the area MUST take notes from this restaurant. This is the only restaurant in the area where I have a near 100% perfection rate as far as getting the order correct, freshness, and quality of the product. I’ve never gotten a small , stale, or cold wing from here. I’ve never once gotten my order wrong from the numerous times I’ve ordered from here. Props to whatever the team is doing, they somehow manage to handle very well even under very busy times. Way better than the colma location. Thank you!

All of the food, from the chicken to the fries and the corn is freshly cooked. Never tastes like it has been sitting around. I'm a longtime often returning customer!!
Good & quick service from the young hispanic guy at register! I had to use restroom, and thankfully that was open, not dirty either. By the time I came out, order was ready, with a seal feature on food bag and he noted the straw was in bag, nice! No complaints.

Haven't had a terribly bad experience here yet and their fried chicken has been pretty consistent. Only a couple times did they mess up the order so always check your receipt. This is probably my go to Wingstop joint around the peninsula area. Some other wing stop chains were a hit or miss.
Chicken is super good. I especially love the Louisiana rub. And I also liked the cheese sauce. Just wish their portion size is bigger (10 wings for a large while buffalo wild wings is 18 for a large). But I will say their flavors are better.
The atmosphere is pretty good street parking was a little hard but there is a parking lot you can use. Mellow young crowd Ieas with my family so that was a plus, however I did see some older folks picking up take out. The service was quick wings done right🤩👍 Will definitely be going back with my niece and my daughters again
I've ordered from Wingstop 3 times, the first 2 were delicious but the third time was decent. The sauces are usually better than buffalo wild wings. Not to salty and you can taste all the flavors that are listed in the title of the sauces. They're deliciously balanced. This time however the sauces were really salty and unfortunately the meal went straight through me. I hope this is just a fluke because I really like this place.
Pretty good wings and plentiful fries, the service was really quick but I would say customer service lacks a bit at the front (no one said “bye” or “thank you” when I left). I am used to the dry rub being rubbed into the wings and not just sprinkled on top of a few wings - so that is why I dinged one star.

I came here with fairly low expectations given the amount of negative reviews, but I was impressed by the experience! The food is excellent and the service was good. The manager/owner seems very nice and I saw him give a free sauce to a confused customer. The only reason I don't give five stars is because of the cleanliness of the bathroom and the quickness of cleaning tables. It seems like they're just a bit understaffed. I recommend you check it out for yourself!
Last time I was hitting by the register ordering my food the employees were play fighting instead of working right in from off me, male and female, like actually hitting each other. Unprofessional and pretty much drown your fries in cheese from a bag not sure what kind of cheese but I’ll stick with the spicy buffalo sauce from now on… They should wash their hands more often too.
It's fine. Never had a wrong order when I order online for pickup. Not sure why the only person at the register has to take phone orders while there's a line waiting to check in for their pickup order. And it's always someone on the phone that is trying to order 100 wings... Just use the app lmao
I agree with Jessica Tru, especially about the unhappy cashiers. I've been to this location 3x in 2 weeks this month. The first 2 visits, I was greeted with looks of disdain and eye rolls upon entering the door. Thankfully I had ordered online so I was able to grab my order and rush out the door. The wings were slightly soggy on the 2nd visit. My 3rd visit (and most likely my last) was a phone in order where I had to explain to the worker that 35 wings comes in regular wing order. I wasn't asked which dips I wanted over the phone and of course they were not included in the order. But at least the cashier seemed somewhat friendly today. I only visit this location because it's the closest to SF. When the Wing Stop on 3rd St opens, I will never come here again.
Really like their wings but they recently got rid of their excellent potato salad. The service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. If you get a pickup or order to go, be sure to double check it before you leave the store because we've noticed they often get it wrong.
Food was good, probably bc we were hungry bc of the... long wait (30 mins for the food to arrive), then got our order wrong (gave us another order of Parmesan instead of our BBQ wings, which we didn't care by then, we just wanted to eat), and the guy at the register wasn't really professional w/ the way he was standing or asking about sides. Plus, you're going to smell like fried chicken when you get home. (Didn't seem smokey though.) I thought one only smells like their food after Korean BBQ...

At about the 30 minute mark, I asked how much longer we would need to wait and got mild attitude about needing to wait. Five minutes later, we had our food. I wonder how long we would have sat there if I didn't inquire about our food. I asked why a customer in store was lower priority than Doordash orders and was meet with blank stares. If you have a customer who orders in person, they are your priority! That's common sense and proper business practices. I don't expect much from fast fofood but this was a new low. Also, there are no trash cans accessible to customers.

Wasn't the best first time experience. The cashier did not offer me dip for my meal since it didn't come with any. My wings took forever to be served. Then when I realized my meal did not come with dip, it took 10 minutes just to pay and get my dip with no line in front of me. By the time I got back my wings were cold already. 😢 The only time I would ever come back would be for the Monday & Tuesday deal. Also, order through phone before you go. Other than that don't bother going, If you're looking to go to a place with good service and better prices go to Buffalo Wild Wings at Serramonte. Buffalo Wild Wings don't charge you for dip, you get as much dip as you want. 😊
The cajon fried corn was really good, but they wings I ordered tasted terrible. They had like barely any seasoning on them, and the garlic parmesan I ordered tasted kind of weird compared to the Louisiana Rub, which tasted ok, but also had little seasoning on it. I ordered regular seasoning.
I ordered there once earlier it was fine and accurate. I order from this other person (let's say her name is Ava) continously misunderstood my order. I asked for 4 Garlic Parmesan wings with ranch. She gives and charges me for 10 wings,and had me pay more for the sauce. She didn't even give me the option if I wanted my wings boneless.
Always very good, but always very slow. Often it takes half an hour just to get a combo for myself, and don't even get me started on a party sized pack. If it weren't for the unbearable slow service, I'd easily give a five star rating.
I get it that it's super tough to make a business profitable, especially a restaurant. But Wing Stop is simply too expensive. Eleven nineteen for 10 "pieces" and not a combo is crazy. I'm assuming that you get 10 pieces which = 5 whole wings. Sadly, I left without buying and just cooked some frozen ones at home.

it took forever for my chicken. I waited over an hour. I've been in the restaurant business for 17 years. they need to learn how to stop bottle necks by not keep taking orders and get the orders tickets that are piling up out first. people where holding up phones asking for they food. tickets being waved. shouting cussing. they definitely need more staff on busy nights.
If you order food and then show you up and eat them there you're golden. If you think you can show up and order and have a nice meal, you're wrong. They make mobile orders a priority always. Today we waited an hour and 20 minutes before finally getting a refund. We would have been fine if when I asked he had said about an hour, instead he said 30 minutes. I understand long wait times, just be honest. Also, if you want them good order them well done otherwise they're mush. Also, in general their customer service and cleaning skills needs some improvement.

OMG! The food took sooo long it was unbelievable how long the wait was. On top of that, the cashier was rude to me and my mom but then was so nice with other people, like?? Eventually my food did come but it took FOREVER (practically took half of my day). I don't recommend this place. Horrible service -- took their time too.
Beware delivery from here. Twice within 5 days (8/10/2020 & 8/15/2020) my order was not delivered. Now, after in both instances being told by the manager that I would get a refund, I am having to deal with my credit card company to get my money back. They called the manager, who told them they don't issue refunds and gave them the regional manager's number. No response there. Time to STOP getting wings from the incompetent employees at wingSTOP. UPDATE: After 18 days I got a refund on one order. It took another 3-5 business days before money was back in my account. I am still waiting on the 2nd refund 36 days later. Ordering buffalo wild wings may cost more but at least you will get what you paid for, and their food is better anyway. UPDATE (10/3/2020) still no refund. Thanks for stealing my $42 wingstop.
Whoever the cashier was has an unwelcoming tone and has an attitude. I placed my order online and when I arrived there to pay and pick up for my order, I told them it also came with 2 drinks. When ordering online it says “Self-service” so i assumed they would just give me the cups so I can fill it up myself like how it alway was. However when I brought the 2 drinks up, the cashier said, “Well you didnt mention anything to me earlier.” WHY WOULD I NEED TO MENTION IT? IT IS YOUR JOB SIR. Also when I told them that I thought they would just give me the cups cause it says “self- service” he just kept asking me what drink I wanted for the order and I just said I didnt specify what drink i wanted because it is self service. And he rose his voice at me and said, “Okay so what drink?!” And I didnt know what drink I wanted because I didn’t know the options so on the top of my head, I just said “Cherry coke” and he asked “for both?” and i said “no the other is just regular” Dude gave me both cherry cokes. I get COVID protocols, but if a customer doesn’t know how it works, especially for the drinks, just kindly explain instead of getting all irritated and raising your voice at the already confused customer. By the way, Colma gives you the cups and had no issue with exchanging our drinks.
1.30.19 10:15pm I see a cashier wiping her nose, itching around and serving food at the same time. What is going on with this place? Everyone is young and don't care about the job. They gotta replace the whole staff or something or change management because this is so disgusting. I'll probably report this to the health department.
Unorganized order my food waited for like 30mins. Instead of calling my name for the order they put it on the shelf with all the other unclaimed orders. I went up and asked the girl said she already called it as she handed me my cold fries and semi-cold chicken. I said if that’s the case why are all these other ppl who were either right before me or after me still waiting. I do not recommend going to this wing stop. Ppl were preparing and handling food while handling money or their face and or hair.
Poor customer service. After waiting more than 30min I inquired about our order and learned it had been lost, so another 20 min later we were finally eating. The place is filthy so bring your own cleaning supplies. The wings are great but they need to do something about thier customer service and unsanitary conditions. Not sure I'll be back.
I understand everything going on about COVID but why not take down the sign that says online pickup if you still have to get in line with the others ordering at store ! Manager wouldn’t even get me a refund on the spot, he asked to get in line. Waited over an hr wait for food. All cold when I received it
The food's alright but if you're hungry and need to get somewhere this is not the spot. 35 minute wait times for a small order?! Every single time. And they often forget your order and you constantly have to remind them. It's just awful
Let me start by saying that I rarely write reviews and am an incredibly easy customer to deal with. That having been said, I frequent multiple Wingstops between San Jose and San Francisco and THIS IS THE WORST WINGSTOP IN THE BAY AREA. I am basing this on 8-10 different occasions eating here. Let me detail how this sham of a restaurant dropped the ball on me 5 times in one visit today. First of all, I call the joint when I am 15 minutes away to place an order for pickup so I can swoop in and be on my way. The Cashier picks up the phone and immediately says "Hold" and places me on hold. Ok, I can deal with curtness, perhaps its very busy. I sit on hold for 10 minutes and he never picks the phone up and since I am almost there, I decide its ok for me to order when i get there and wait (that's one). I Get to the restaurant and, with some difficulty due to the same impolite cashier that banished me to hold, order my food (that's two). I sit near the pick up location so that I can grab my chicken and leave and I wait while over and over my name isn't called. I wait for 25 minutes staring at the people working here, who return a glazed over blank stare of apathy, and finally get up and ask "is the order for Daniel ready?" The guys looks and goes "oh yeah here" and tosses me a soggy bag of tenders that has been sitting for 10-15 minutes (that's three). Without looking, because I, mistakenly, assume that whoever has been hired here can do their job in some sort of functioning capacity, I take the order and leave because now I'm late and hungry. There is no dipping sauce in the bag (that's four). Why don't I just come behind the counter and do your job for you? Up to this point, this is an experience that while absolutely terrible, is livable because Wingstop's chicken is incredible. The final straw, WHICH IS A REOCCURING ISSUE WITH THIS LOCATION, is that Wingstop Daly City skimps on the sauce that comes on the chicken EVERY TIME. So now the chicken is cold and it is somewhat dry due to the lack of sauce. The meal lacked flavor, and every other Wingstop I have been to has had one thing right: Cover that chicken in sauce. COVER IT. This place sucks and the people that work / manage here suck too. Sorry if there are people that work here that are ok, but your coworkers have screwed up so many times that I cannot separate you from their pathetic work ethic/practices. Who ever manages this establishment and may be reading this: If you're going to do such a Sh*tty job of running your shop, at least make the chicken the way other Wingstops do. tl;dr Don't go here. Avoid.
Terrible service girls have attitude when requesting basic items
Takes one hour for small combo. People who order togo way after me took there order but I am still waiting for my food since 45 mins. I work in restaurant to and I know how things work they are giving priority to togo rather then the people who ordered to eat in the place.Recommendation: Never order from this place. Never coming again.
The worst service I've had in my life. I ordered a family plan, which comes with 4 ranches, and we opened our bags home with 0 ranches. I tried my chances with this place another time and we were short 14 wings! On top of that, when we showed the manager our shortcomings he tried to argue with us! Do not go to this place, I would recommend driving further to the wingstop on Chestnut. Edit: Tried my chances once again and was slapped in the face by an excess of what I didn't even order and I ordered extra seasoning on my fries and there was only seasoning on the top. Don't try your chances.

Then after that they are still mandating masks for vaccinated people and referred to the outdated sign on the door that 50% of stores still have since the vaccine update. Currently in the Colma WingStop with Zero issues, probably why they have better reviews as well!
