This BK is horrible. There's always a long wait in drive thru, sometimes you're the only car in line and they still take forever. I just stopped going here for good.

Went to eat and there were signs on the restroom saying customers only!!! That’s fine . I was going to eat here because Burger King is a favorite, however they informed me that the bathroom doesn’t work and I really had to go. That being said I’m at the Mi Lindo Oaxaco restaurant and they were nice enough to say bathroom is for customers. I’ll eat here instead.

The night crew is too playful, don't pay attention, and unprofessional. They are slow and it takes too long to receive the order. Are they high?

-UPDATE 8/2025 this place still sucks. No onion rings the past 3 times I came here and the service is extra slow. This Burger King always has an issue with something. Either they not taking cards because their system is down or no one is actually responding to the drive thru service. This location needs new employees and management.

Ordered a double whopper jr... I was given a single... The manager was upset when I explained... She asked for the burger, picked it open and handed it back. She said she would get me an extra patty. Terribly gross what she did to my burger after handling money.

This is the closest BK to us and we come some Wednesday's for the whopper deal.. they always get orders wrong.. the employees are rude everytime I come in the drink fountains are leaking.. I told them about it and they said they were busy while two employees stood there.. I’m trying to save them from a lawsuit.. then they didn’t let my 3 year old use the restroom because they saw me taking pictures

Trash location. Ordered ahead through the app, got there and they had no clue. Checked the address, right location. Another employee walks up, presses a few buttons on a screen and clearly shows everyone MY ORDER WITH MY NAME! So they super rushed me my food, forgetting the bacon on my room temperature patty, cold from the fridge onions, and overall just crap food. Never will order from this location again!

Order Some food from Uber eats and paid more than 100$ of food for my family, and for Some reason They said they didn't have half of my order and I canceled it but they still made me pay 80$ because the Restaurant made my food for nothing and to pay my driver For driving to get it. Never Ordering From here Ever Ordering. Please never order from here

I’ve eaten here before and the food is average at best. However, when it’s 11:15 PM on a Sunday evening and you drive 10 minutes to a fast food restaurant chain that advertises they are open until midnight, and when you pull up to order and they say “we are closed” that’s just wrong! Not only did the close almost 40 minutes early, but they didn’t even say, sorry we are closed! So I feel compelled to say say, “sorry, it’s the last time I ever go to Burger King again! There are far too many better options available!

I ordered a Swiss and mushroom and fries with no salt(so they would be fresh). Let's start with the burger... the bread wasn't toasted and they used regular American cheese without a heads up... and the fries, you guessed it, over salted and not fresh.

I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that there was a bug in my food. I don’t even know what type of bug. On 12/2/24 I ordered a large number 7. The employee was very nice, I’m just disgusted by the bug and lack of cleanliness. Will never eat at another Burger King again, especially not this location. I’d suggest others don’t either as well.

The lady at the counter did not have the doors open, they did not have my order ready and asked to verify the orders address twice than proceeded to make the order after I verified it with my phones Burger King app. Even with it being made on sight it felt as if it had been tossed in a car like a squished pizza. Made the order around 9am and was there around 10am. Croissant and coffee.
