Wingstop

Ordered 50 wings + 4 large fries, and after waiting 50 mins for pickup, they forgot all the fries. Had to drive all the way back and wait another 20 mins for them. Food was good, however.

Wings: 3 Stars The wings at wingstop are decent; I personally like the extra crispy option. Sauce selection is good for a chain. Customer Service: -50 Stars The service at this location is worthless. Every time I walk into the store, not only has there not been someone up front to greet customers, (even if the dining room is completely empty) when I eventually get served its about as far from service with a smile as the earth is from the sun. I could live with the general bad attitudes from the staff if they could at least get orders right. A 20 minute wait time usually stretches to about 40 minutes. Also, charging for ranch is bad enough but rarely does it show up with my order.

The wings were fine, and the service was good but the fries were bizarre. They have a "spice blend" they put on it that contains sugar? It's very odd to get sweet fries. I tried to give it a good shot but it was just an odd flavor

Definitely got more than what I paid more. So that was nice. Very, very bready with not a lot of chicken though.

The wings were spicy but they were soaked in too much flavoring. Boneless or bone-in, all the ones we got were too soaked. The fries were over done and our wait time was ridiculous. They were still doing the order of the people who had been sitting in there before us. Then they gave the order of the people /after/ us. It would have been because we decided to /eat in/ but it was unacceptable to wait about 30 minutes for supbar food. Keep in mind there was only a couple before the four of us and then another couple after us. They all chose to eat out. The place wasn't very busy...

We only got 15 wings instead of 18 and the fries were cold with no seasoning packet. The food was very salty.

They are slow on completing the orders, didn't allow different flavors as advertised. The customer service rep was difficult to understand.

This place does not give itemized reciepts to make sure the order is correct. Strike One! 2nd they got workers but nobody is replacing the abundance of missing drinks in the machine. 3rd NO ONE IS WEARING GLOVES! NO HEADCOVERS! Not a single soul they are touching everything bare hand. Whoever owns this needs to train better the lack of etiquette is criminal

I get my food here often and i have a bipolar opinion about this place mostly cause sometimes the staff is nice and sometimes they are so rude and just seem so annoyed with being there. The soda machine is dirty with soda splattered everywhere it’d be nice if they cleaned it often. The counters are also sticky it’s just not that clean

Before moving to Davis I used to get wingstop all the time, but this location makes it so difficult. I’ve tried 3 times and everytime my order is wrong or something is missing but when I try to voice the issue i’ve never been understood by the workers so i just give up and move on. It costs extra to pay for a large ranch or all flat wings which doesn’t seem like a huge deal but it adds up and it feels as though i’m wasting my money dining here. There’s also always music blaring that you have to listen to while waiting on the food (which takes minimum 25 minutes everytime i’ve came). Just not a great environment, lacking service, and the food has potential but again my order has always been incorrect so I’m not sure.

It is near the college with young people working on a Saturday night and you can tell they didn't want to be there. Service and food quality reflected the poor attitude and work ethic.

Wouldn't give them a 1 star. Everytime we go here they give us, some way or another they keep geting the order wrong. Today is the 3rd strick your out. 3 mild peaces of chicken when out of 8? Allways high prices for jippping then what the menu says, Were did the count go? And last time got the order wrong had two drive back to many times don't do it,wrong order completely, go to canes chicken instead. Save you the head ack.

Wish I could give zero stars. Horrible service. Don’t waste your time here. I waited over an hour for my food. Turns out they had bagged it and never called my name. I asked for a refund and the cook in the back said “why don’t you just go somewhere else.” Couldn’t believe what I heard. Had me shook. This place is garbage.

I went to this location on a door dash order. I waited for 45 minutes to find out that the order had been sitting on a rack that whole time. It makes wonder if the staff knows that I am working on behalf of the person that placed the order and would the staff treat the customer the same way?

I made an order online and accidentally set it for this wing stop instead of the one in my town, and I called to see if they would be able to just give the food to someone else so they could have it instead of the food being wasted. They never answered the phone, so i’d assume the food was thrown away.

The worst customer experience I've had here in California, The two Indian workers here were very disrespectful. Especially the younger one. and the food was mid. Awful experience.

First of all, why do they not have trash cans!??? Second of all it does not feel clean… and WHY DO THEY NOT WEAR GLOVES!? And THIRD of all, they take soooo long. Feels so nasty here wouldn’t come again

Took them 50 minutes to prepare my order and food was sucks. They also charge me delivery tip $3 and I had dine in order.

Put in an order for pickup. Showed up 20 mins later when it said it was ready. I was ignored by a female with insanely large braids. For 5 mins even saying excuse me I couldn't get anyone's attention. The cook came to the front to ask if I've been helped and when I told him I was here to pickup my order he looked for the receipt and found it not even posted up. They hadn't even started it yet. I waited another 25 mins and still haven't received my food. What the hell. This Wingstop used to be good.

Don't waste your time here, you will just be disappointed. The service is terrible, I came here on a weekday in the evening time and the 2 employees working obviously did not want to be there. The couldn't be more indifferent to the customers, and they moved so slowly it was frustrating to watch them work. The kitchen is visible from the counter, and watching the staff drag their feet and not take their job seriously was irritating. Then there is the quality of the food, YUCK! The wings were soggy and we're obviously not fresh. The fries were burnt and scattered in the paper bag because they did not properly pack them. I don't plan to ever go here again. The wings at any of the pizza places like Steve's Pizza or Woodstocks are much better and not anymore expensive.

Called at 9:51 PM to place an order, they literally answered the phone and immediately put me on hold. I thought maybe they’re busy and they’ll get to me in a few minutes. I hang up at 9:57 and call back, same thing but this time I was on hold for 13 minutes. I decided to hang up and just drive down there, but the moment I walked in the music was way too loud to hear the cashier. I placed my order and had to wait 35 minutes for 6 measly wings. I’m going to keep coming to this location because Wingstop is always fire to me but these new college kids need to learn more about people interaction than just read about it from a book. Maybe they’d learn a thing or two.

Wow, I've worked in the food industry for years and this is easily the worst food experience I've personally seen in my whole life. They messed up 5 people's orders in a row while I was in the building, including mine and my friends. It was embarrassing honestly. As I walked in, someone who appeared to be manager said "they were just threatening, they won't actually call corporate" The food was mid and the staff was horrible. Thanks mr dirty nails at the cash register for messing up my order when I repeated it three times.

This place workers are so rude . There’s no halal wing option online so can’t make delivery. Called and asked if I can place order over the phone. @Jawa: Cashier was like no mam u have to place order in person for halal. Made no sense to me but I was willing to go in person. In store she said it’s gonna be one to one and half hour wait. I was was shocked. It’s wings why sucha long wait time. In this case we should be allowed to order over the phone. So disappointed. Some cashier told my friend online in bone wings are halal and today they saying it’s not. Now I’m not sure what to believe and if are haram yesterday. This place needs to be sued

Music super loud, employees rude, too quiet to understand, the employee turnover must be insane cuz everyone always seems untrained. Place smells bad and there's no trashcan for some reason? I love Wingstop but this location may have ruined it for me!!

Disappointed. Submitted an online order, knowing it would take an hour. Arrived and my order was not found at all. The staff offered to make my order “quickly,” and the person who took it acted upset that my order of 4 people was too big and was a problem for them. 30 minutes later my order was ready. And they forgot several items in it. Not worth the wait nor the customer service.

I will never go back and I used to love Wingstop. I ordered at the counter.bit took half an hour to prepare my meal and then it sat for 10 minutes while I sat waiting for my order. No salt on fries, wrong dipping sauce and cold food and they won't remedy it. Terrible management, terrible service. Bathrooms aren't clean.

Props to the manager that helped me though she was very kind and helpful 🫶

I ordered on 2/16/26 in the evening. I placed an order for 30 Garlic Parmesan wings. 20 as part of the Meal for Two and 10 as part of the 80¢ wings promotion. Unfortunately, my order was not as expected. The 20 wings from the Meal for Two were supposed to be Garlic Parmesan but had no seasoning at all. The fries were also unseasoned. The chicken was cold and stale just 10 minutes after pickup. I’ve been a regular Wingstop customer and have always enjoyed the quality, so this experience was disappointing.

Maybe i should've been impatient ask them more often maybe slap my phone up their face now and then

This location takes an inconsiderable amount of time to make food, there’s absolutely no reason 3 chicken tenders should take over an hour. They also tend to forget drinks in orders whether in person or online.
