Fast, friendly service & great food for a much better price than McDonald's! They also have some great deals if you use the coupons that come in the mail. I'm talking like $12 or more of food on some of them for $5. Can't beat it!

Staff was kind and helpful. Food was hot and delicious. Customers were terrible but that's not the stores fault. Sorry you have to deal with us.

Best Burger King I have eaten at, both in cleanliness of the restraunt and the friendliness of employees. Food was freshly prepared and very quick service, making our dining experience very enjoyable. Will definitely visit again, highly recommended!

I eat at the Englewood, Ohio location weekly. Foods always prepared well and tastes great. Staff is always friendly and polite.

I haven't stopped and ate at a Burger King in years. I decided to give them another chance, the store was clean, the employee's were polite and friendly. I tried the new ch'king sandwich, it was good, like really good. I'll definitely go back to this location.

Please disgard the review by R.J. Olszewski. He is only leaving this review because he was turned down for a job there. I know a fact that the GM does an amazing job and runs a tight ship. She is courteous to all guests and goes out of her way to make each customers experience a the best it can be. This store has greatly improved under her leadership and will only continue to improve with her at the helm. I am not related to her nor am I one of her employees, so before that is given as an excuse as to why I'm making this review, I wanted to clarify. Just remember that not all reviews are based of actual experiences, some are retaliation.

Have refused to come to this location for the longest time because of people attitudes and always having our order wrong. We went in tonight and the service was fantastic and the food was great. Will for sure keep coming now. The employees were amazing and the manager was the sweetest.

We had to make a quick run through the drive-through on our way home for our son. Service was quick and friendly and the food was very good.

I haven't been to Burger King in over 20 year's. I rarely eat fast food but if I do it's McDonald's Mcgriddle maybe 2 times a year. I had a sausage croissant cause that's all they had by 10 am but it was surprisingly delicious. I would have it again!

My foods always been hot and they get my order right. I went through here yesterday and it was pretty busy. The cashier Marie at the drive-thru was very sweet and doing a great job getting everyone through the line quickly. There's also a gentleman working at the inside cash register. I did not catch his name but as soon as he was done getting the people's order on the inside he came over and helped out the drive-thru.

Well , I have to say I don't know what you're doing lately , but you're doing it right. I've lived in Englewood for years. Today, was the best service I ever experienced here at the Englewood location. Went through the drive through around one o'clock And it was very busy. Thought I'd have to wait a long time as usual. I had the most friendly customer service, The food was hot and fast. Keep on doing what you're doing. I was very impressed today as a regular customer.

Drive thru is pretty dirty. Employees standing around. Didn't get my drinks that were sitting by window until they handed my food to me. One of the drive thru employee was eating right by window the entire time.

This Burger King is consistently good.

Went through the drive thru, it took a little while but wasn't too bad. They had a small crew working and they were working as fast they could. Food was good!!

Was in the mood for those TWO bacon & Swiss whopper jr's so I stopped by. The staff were very polite, my food was fresh and meal satisfying. Was basically in the lobby alone, so it was VERY peaceful as well. Thank you everyone that was onna clock that day, much appreciated.

The order taker was courteous and patient, although the drive-thru wait was lengthy. The food was lukewarm, with the exception of the nuggets, which were the hottest. It is reasonable to expect that food would be hot after waiting in line for so long.

Burger King has been working hard to raise the bar on it's sandwiches. I am sorry that I do not remember the sandwiches my wife and I had but they were great. No it wasn't the Impossible Burger. But two thumbs up for the crew and management who make those delicious sandwiches Americans love to eat.

I've ordered chicken fries the past 2 times and they've been hard as a rock and cold. The pop (coke) taste flat. I did receive hot fresh fries.

I don't go to Burger King often, but I was intrigued to try their new ghost pepper nuggets. Aaaand they're no good. 🤦‍♀️😆 They have an initial spiciness, but it's not a real, lingering ghost pepper spice, and there's no actual flavor to them. I understand that it's a fast food chain, so I wasn't expecting to have my socks blown off, but Wendy's nuggets are decent. Are BK's nuggets always so bland? Oh well... They were only a buck fifty. 🤷‍♀️

This is not 1 time in particular.... This is more often than not.... I'm talking about the way they microwave the food to heat it up... Why am I getting a hamburger with hot lettuce hot tomatoes... Each item should have a different temperature, ( at least give us the illusion that Is the food is fresh.) There's also a lot of times, when they're out of something, like mocha coffee.. Or we're doing cash only.. And I'm referring to the store on Is salem ave, in Trootwood.... They have too many Excuses.

I am neutral on this post. I had the coupon for a Whopper meal for two. My mistake for not checking it but when I got home....only 1 Whopper. I called and they replaced it but really didnt do anything for my inconvenience of having to return to pick it up. The young man that answered the phone initially tried to make me feel guilty or somehow making it my fault that I was shorted. But quickly backtracked and apologized when I called him out on it. I was disappointed on this particular visit because this location is usually great!

Gift cards wouldn't work in their readers. Customers were so upset behind us that it was taking so long that they left. They were out of napkins. No one seemed very concerned about the problems.

Ordered 5 sandwiches and only got 4.my wife got all the way home before realizing she was missing one. She called and they were really great about it. When we go back they are going to fix the problem.

We hadn’t eaten here in a really long time & now we remember why. I think there were only 3 people running the restaurant during the lunch hour. The orders were backed up & the wait was long. The food was decent but could have been hotter. We won’t be back again for another long time.

Not great. Used to be better. They slather the mayo on everything. I recently got a bacon king meal that was around $12. There was so much mayonnaise on the sandwich that it was dripping off. There was hardly any bacon on it and it had two top buns. Someone must be smoking crack before work. Staff is like a revolving door at this place.

The service is hit or miss. We have gone to this location many times and some times the staff is friendly and helpful. Other times they barely look at me or speak to me. The food is usually fresh and prepared as ordered, but I always have to pull around to the door and wait, instead of receiving it in the drive thru. They never remember to put my sauce in the bag unless I remind them. The morning staff seems to be much better trained as I never have to pull around at breakfast and they are much more friendly. The breakfast food always looks well put together, while the dinner food looks thrown together at times.

The food is ok, it's just that the places have gone down. Not so friendly anymore.

I took my grandkids and it was a long wait since they were very short staffed, but the manager who came from another store to fill in was trying his best to keep the orders coming. Id say he deserves recognition for stepping up when from what I heard the manager that worked earlier in the day got out as fast as she could and left him to deal with the situation. He was very apologetic. The girl making the burgers was taking her sweet time as if it wasn't busy. The food was not hot because she was letting it sit as she moved like a turtle.

The food was barely warm and members of the staff acted as if they couldn't keep up with the orders, they had no more than 3 or 4 people in line at any one time! It was pretty pitiful!

Overall food is good in morning when I go. The main lady running drive thru window with blonde short hair is pretty rude though. Also they have ran out of tortillas twice over past week

They usually get nothing wrong, mostly it's the little things they mess up. (Forgetting a drink, sauces, fries, etc.) But today they messed up BIG time, I seen an ad about a chance to get a free PS5 and got a 2 for $5 meal. And a thing of fries and a chicken sandwich etc. I waited patiently for about 5-10 min. for a family meal and fresh chicken; the lady handed us the food and kind of just left while saying "have a nice night." We were missing chicken fries for a 2 for $5 plus all the food was cold. And no drinks for the meals also there was no receipt for a chance to win a PS5. I will be giving them a call tomorrow about this.

Low quality service. First, the young lady at the drive through could not hear what I saying and was not a clear speaker. She also didn't turn off the microphone after my order and clearly cursed. Next, there were not very many people and I waited an easy 5 minutes AT THE WINDOW. Third, my grilled chicken sandwhich had roughly five pieces of lettuce and one measly tomato slice. Very displeased.

Service was quick until I realized why when I pulled away from the window and went to check and see if they gave me everything. Upon inspection, I found my sandwich was cold and the fries were almost cold. I went inside to ask them for a new sandwich, at first they refused until the manager came out about five minutes later. After explaining what was going on to the manger, he had them remake the sandwich. Speedy service but make sure to check if the food is at least warm and somewhat fresh (though don't expect much from fast food).

Burger King has a problem with there drive through. The food I had to wait for was not hot. I ordered 3 I can't believe it's not beef. I was asked to pull around and they would bring them out to me. Total time until I got my order was 20mins. Drove home 3 miles food was cold. Had to worm up in microwave. Burger King was not busy.

After waiting 20 minutes in drive thru just to go in and get my order I placed on app. My food was wrong. I had a kids double cheese burger with no ket. Add onion,mustard, lettuce, pickle and mayo. I received a regular Cheeseburger with mayo and pickle. Wasted ten bucks and 30 minutes of my time.

There were 3-4 people in line in the lobby and all of them ended up leaving because no one would take their order. We waited around 10 minutes for one of the cooks to come up and take our order. Most of the lobby tables were gross and the Freestyle machine was out of about half of the drinks. The ketchup dispenser was out of service as well. I'm sure the drive-thru was fine, but I would avoid the lobby.

Still not a frequent customer but, after seeing the EXTREMELY LONG LINES at other places decided this was going to be dinner tonight! Was I impressed? No, not at all! My fries were lukewarm, at best. My chicken sandwich-which I thought used to be served cut in half-left much to be desired. I haven't had one in years and it did not taste the way I had expected 😕 so, even though I don't like wasting food, that went into the trash after a few bites! The drink was the best part of my meal, but even it was lacking a straw in which to drink!! And, according to my fuel guage, I wasted 2 miles sitting with my car idled, waiting for this food....oh well, they gave me PLENTY of napkins!

Was not greeted when we walked in the door. Crew members on there phones and talking to each other. Had not been there in a while...wonder why? So was taking time to look at the menu. I guess we were taking to long because the young lady finally turns around from having her back to us on her phone and asks if we are ready yet... we just left. After seeing the lady washing dishes put meat in the cabinet with suds all over her hands and arms then went back to handling the dirty dishes...I was just done with it. The person that was supposed to be taking orders was rude and looked like we were inconveniencing her by coming in.

Gross/grõs Trash/basura I got the chicken finger meal, and Dear Jesus, they were HARD as rock. There was no doctoring up that I could have done. They went straight into the trash. The big surprise is that I didn't call them to give them a piece of my mind.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Guy had us waiting for a half hour to be very rude wouldn’t take our order until he finished the car in front of us’ food. TERRIBLE attitude for patient customers. 4 cars decided not to get food in the time we were there because of this guy. He said he was sold out of things on the menu but didn’t care or take the time to simply put a sign out there to keep from wasting his time and other peoples. Had the audacity to raise his voice at me, unprovoked & I’m super disappointed.

Trash service. They have tried to clean this location up on National Rd so many times. Just went there today and dealt with only getting half my order again. The other half was wrong. Almost every time my wife and I go to this location it results in us coming back to get food replacements. I sat in their parking lot for 20 minutes one night watching an employee cuss out a manager while I was waiting on them to bring out my order. They didnt even respond to my corporate complaint. Go to the one they just opened on Hoke Rd. Better location.

I didn't think the service was good, the man at the register a customer called him Jason but my receipt says Shemeka(384185). He (Jason) stood at the register never asked if he could help, so I ask am I supposed to come to you his response was yep. The man that gave me my food was very nice and polite. I brought three (3) Ultimate breakfast and the biscuits were hard as bricks you could not eat them, but the rest of the breakfast was good. Thank you

They was slow i sat in the drive-thru for 25 min before I got to order. Then when we received the hamburgers they was cold. When I asked where the manager they said they should be around somewhere. The worker's was just standing around. Don't recommend them. It was the one in Englewood Ohio

My Husband my Daughter and I were in there Sunday.for like 10 minutes and not one person acknowledged our presence..I was even Yelling and they Ignored me and my Family... That's B.S.!! Never going back Again!! No Wonder They're going out of Business!!

The food was cold and not what we ordered. The girl at the drive-thru window argued that it was more food than what we had ordered and to go on and quit complaining. My girlfriend argued back and said, it's not what I wanted! She got her money back and we went somewhere else.

Had lunch here yesterday. Was asked to pull around to the front because my food was going to be fresh. Unfortunately this was the only meal I ate yesterday because I became so sick afterwards my husband wanted me to go to the emergency room. There is something really wrong with this business and it's obviously a real health issue. Burgers are always cold and veggies look rotten. After the night I had, I will be contacting the health department on Tuesday.

The food was cold, was not made how we asked and what we asked for. we had to pull around and sit and wait for 15 minutes for them to bring it out. Did not even get the drinks right. We went to the Burger King in Englewood Ohio on 9-19-21 for breakfast they got our order wrong, manager was rude as hell & blamed us, our food was stone cold and on top of that there was suppose to be 2 slices of bacon and it had 1 pc broke in half. VERY dissatisfied, needless to say we will never go back there.

Worst BK I've been too. One time a worker actually stopped counting my grandmother's change so they could respond to a text, making her wait with half her change in hand. Not the end of the world, but I've never seen anything so unprofessional (I know, it's a burger joint). Otherwise, I've never received quality service or food. Hate it and will heavily avoid.

Ordered 2 sandwiches a fry and a drink...told to pull forward to wait so they could bring it out ........more than 20 minutes and 4 other cars served and waiting behind me and I had to go inside to get them to put my food from the shelf and put it into a bag for me to carry out my self . Ordered a veggie burger impossible whopper. took forever. NOT ONLY WAS I GIVEN A REAL BEEF PATTY IN AN IMPOSSIBLE WHOPPER WRAPPER, but it was RAW in the middle when I cut it open. Do NOT GO HERE. Outside is filthy. Inside is filthy. Omfg

Short story: Waited 55 mins for food from drive thru. Asked for food or refund 25 mins in…(flag #1) Told it’ll be ready when it’s ready (dude with dreads). Check on immediate disrespect (flag #2) Asked to leave or wait OR they will call the police, after asking for a refund. (Older Caucasian assistant manager. Female). Police arrived. We laughed. Agreed. I received food 50mins later and immediately tossed the food in the trash and picked up my order from McDonald across the street that was ready 30 mins ago. Good luck everyone!!!

There were cars honking in the drive thru due to the terrible service and long waits for extremely poorly made food. the workers were rude and gave us ripped bags and fries spilled all over the bag. worst fast food experience of my life.

Pulled in the drive-through tonight and I was the only car in the drive-through and got to the speaker and was told to wait. So I waited and waited and waited. I thought it was very odd considering I was the only car in the drive-through and there was one other car in the parking lot. I drove up to the window and there was some dude just chilling not doing anything. So I just left without getting anything. I drove up to McDonald’s down the road and waited in the drive-through.

The people were so mean the lady threw my food at me and the fries were soggy and they gave me a chicken sandwich when i asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and the food was expensive i will never be coming back even when i have kids the wait was long and the food was expensive

There were only two cars ahead of us when we went through the drive-through tonight so they were not that busy. We ordered and waited for about 10 minutes at the window for our food. The burgers were cold! So cold the cheese wasn't even melted. The burger we got with the kids' meal was even cold. About the only thing that was kind of hot were the fries. It was not worth the wait and especially the $23 price tag.

Terrible service waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with only 2 vehicles in front of me .... I have never left the drive thru in my life except for today . The crew needs to be retrained . I will try again in a week and post another review 🙃

Very bad customer service. I ordered through the drive-through for my daughter. She ordered mozzarella sticks with her meal. We were asked to drive up to the door so they could make the cheese sticks, we aboligised. Fifteen minutes later, we were still waiting. There were four staff members leaning against the front counter talking on their phones. Meanwhile, the drive-through line is wrapped around the building. After waiting 30 minutes my daughter'scheeses sticks arrived cold and chewy.

This place deserves a negative 10. Sat in line for 10 minutes, got to the window, and they didn't even have my order taken. A rodeo burger and fries. $16 something? Seriously? Then tell me I don't have to get so frustrated? Not a soul in the restaurant, I'm on lunch, can't get out of the drivethru once I'm in it, and they didn't even have my order? What is going on in this world? Customer service is non existent! Very disgusted with this place!

Absolutely disgusting. The french fries were actually cold (like they were left under an ac vent). The burger and the fish sandwich were cold and buns were stale. The food was obviously old and could not possibly have met health standards. I doubt I will make another burger king purchase. I damn sure won't go near this one again!!

Got there around 3:00pm there was no help, my grandson and I were the only ones in the lobby and we had to wait almost 10 minutes for our order to be taken. The lady had no clue how to ring up the box meal, had to wait while someone came to explain it to her. Took prob another 10-15 to even get our food. Literally every time, specifically for breakfast, we go at least half the food is cold . Stopped this morning for a mobile order, got there 7 minutes after placing order (app said 5-7 minutes). Still waited 6 minutes at the window (not a big deal on waiting) but then BOTH our croissant sandwiches were cold- I mean the “bun” on one of them felt half frozen- but the French toast sticks were burning hot?! The last time we went we got an eggnormous burrito, and it was half cold too. Gave it more than one chance, but I’m not paying these ridiculous prices to receive cold food.

Ordered a plain chicken sandwich. Had to take it back in because it had everything on it. They then proceeded to scrape everything off of it in front of me then hand it back. I told them I wanted a new one plain. Then I was told that they have to take care of other people first before they fix their mistake. I will never be coming back to this Burger king.

Always something that needs correction...the manager snapped at an employee who came in to get her schedule. The cashier is hard of hearing and the person on the grill can't make a sandwich...this was on one side of my whopper. Big bun, big target...smh

Consistently very slow with poor service. Not sure what the issue is here, but when the employees won't even look you in the eyes that's just weird. Be prepared to wait for your food.
