Placed a mobile order for 4 drinks and a wrap. Walk in and Abigail was the only working with at least 15 drinks to make while still taking orders that walked in the door. Informing them of the wait and still moving along with making the drink orders and communicating with all customers waiting. She remained polite and professional. Working hard to complete the orders and still maintain the high standards. She deserves a raise as she showed what true customer service is, being alone and still running the counter, register and customers like a pro. Coming from someone who works in the service industry understanding how hard she worked. She is rare.
Really confused about the negativity in the comments, my sister and I had a great experience here! First, they were out of some items and were really apologetic, which was really considerate. The suggestions they made were even better than the original items we planned to order! They filled up my sisters water for her and even gave her the bathroom code before she even asked! The vibes were nice and the food and drink were good as always. Brandon was the sweetest and deserves the recognition!
Idc who you are this is def the smoothest running Starbucks in the town of West LaLa. They take their time making your drinks, but they also have a sense of urgency about them, I don't know but I'm here for it yawllll! 🙌 Definitely check them out & DON'T forget that they are still open amidst all of the levee construction & ongoing developments!
This Starbucks has been my go to for years. I will say during school sessions you most definitely need to utilize the mobile ordering function. Also wanted to give a huge shoutout to all the staff and workers. They have been understaffed for about a year and have continued to pop out amazing service. I have witnessed this full heartedly when I saw them being yelled at by a customer for the most random mistake that they fixed no questions asked. Love this one. Easy in and easy out.
nice place. people were friendly. I wish the parking was better. It's not their fault. You cannot park in the front. You cannot park in the HUGE lot behind with plenty of open spaces, as the signs CLEARLY state no Starbucks customer parking. Sad. They have a small lot in the back to accommodate around maybe 8 cars safely. And the big lot will tow your car if you go to Starbucks. again, not Starbucks fault. but c'mon Dayton, do better.
im editing a previous negative review i left because The quality and service I’ve received from Starbucks recently has been great!! The only thing I would say could be better, is there needs to be A better way to communicate when things are out of stock to customers who Ordered online Instead of letting them sit there for an uncomfortable amount of time and then asking them what they are waiting for and then tell them its out of stock. Aside from that, I’ve been getting wonderful service and Everyone’s faces are so refreshing and bubbly and make you feel so welcome. ♥️
The wait was long which would be understandable if the barista (cameren I think?) didn’t spend so much time flirting with the only other person working and did her job. The customers do not need to hear about her money trouble and her arrangement with paying back her coworker. Also she did not offer me to use my points, I went to use my rewards, scanned my phone and she proceeded to cash me out because “I didn’t tell” her I wanted to use my rewards even though it showed on her screen.
The service was great a fast. I ordered a matcha and it was chunky and unmixed
Nothing worse than a rude counter gum chomping human first thing in the morning. .Take the gum out , say hi , don’t be mad at me because of whatever you have going on in your life , I’m paying $8 bucks for flavored water , if I wanted this type of morning I would get married again. Coffee was good though ~
I've tried and tried and tried to like this Starbucks but whoever is the manager is not training their Baristas correctly. I'm constantly having to come back in here and get my orders corrected especially every Saturday I don't know who works on Saturdays but they never do a simple iced latte correctly. I try to go to the Starbucks on Far Hills because every day they make it, it's the made the right way but the Brown Street Starbucks is so much closer to my house I end up going there most of the times and I end up regretting it. Please teach your employees the correct way, I mean you have the lines on the cups, its that simple!!
I ordered a Dubai chocolate coffee and a grilled cheese for my lunch break and apparently they were out of the grilled cheese which is fine. However, the store never called me to see if I wanted another sandwich, which I would have or to even just cancel the order. They just sent me an EMPTY sandwich sleeve with a note saying to ask for a refund. The coffee is great but the communication should have been handled better.
No reason i should wait 30 minutes for a coffee.
My Venti shaken espresso was half full and did not have any ice in it when I received it.
Inaccurate hours online. No hours on the door. No way to figure out when this place is actually opened. Too lazy to adjust their own hours. Tell you instead to go online to figure it out where it's from.
They prioritize online orders so you end up waiting for 20 to 30 minutes for a coffee.
Waited a long time for a fresh brew then added sweetener which I do not use in my coffee.
You guys should do better at bagging doordash orders a large single cup should not be placed in a very large bag for a doordash you've already secured the drink by placing a table over the drink hole you should not be placing a large cup in a drink holder in a single large bag as a delivery
So.. I wanted a latte... 1st thing I noticed was no receipt, no offering of the receipt.. 2nd, while I waited, the table a gentleman was sitting at was dirty. 3rd behind the counter, mainly the floor was also dirty, with fruit other things on the floor. 4th the individual making the lattes was somewhat speaking to a coworker and out loud, very negatively, no eye contact, no rapport only an off-putting energy to kill the atmosphere... Last, but not least, the latte was lacking flavor, strength and tased significantly watered down that I could not tell if it actually had any coffee in it .. This review for me would be a NEGATIVE 17 if that was possible...
