Fantastic restaurant!! We were greeted at the door by a very friendly host … confirming my husbands birthday celebration! Isabella was our lovely server! Very knowledgeable! She explained the whole concept of the menu. Great selection of wine & cocktails! Salad Bar is great!! Everything so fresh !! Great display of everything under the sun !! Then the delivery of the selection of delicacies was fantastic !! Each server explained the cut of meat & they whatever you asked for !! Ribeye, filet mignon, sirloin, leg of lamb !! Our favorite lamb chops served table side with fresh rosemary!! The side of potatoes , corn brûlée & Brussel sprouts were delicious also!! The warm sliced pineapple 🍍 was so savory!! Desert was a fabulous tres leche cake & Flan ! Delightful evening !!

First time here and the experience was lovely. Our waiter Felipe was so helpful and pleasant and took care of us incredibly well. Everyone was so polite and friendly. We had the full experience including 3 delicious cocktails and for the price it was amazing and completely worth it (under $200). Very spacious inside and they have a very open seating area in the back that looks like it’s for larger parties and gatherings. We will definitely recommend this place to others and will absolutely be returning. We had a great time.

We have been to MANY Brazilian steakhouses over the last 20+ years… this one is by far the one of the BEST ones we have ever been too. The service and the WHOLE staff (servers, gauchos, managers, everyone) were FANTASTIC. Jefferson, one of the gauchos/chefs, was truly amazing in giving a different meat experience than we never got at any Brazilian steakhouse. He provided us with different types of meats prepared differently and they were delicious. You can tell he really cares about his job and ensures we were taken care of. We live over 2 hours away but next time we are in the area, we will definitely return. They also took time and ensured our dessert was prepared special for our anniversary.

Held an event here a few weeks ago for over 50 people and to say we were very pleased is an understatement. Atmosphere: Great! Classy atmosphere without being stuffy. Everything and one was neat and clean (including the restrooms). Staff: Friendly from the start—even before knowing we were part of a big party. Glasses were always full and the if we had a meat request it was quick to be filled. Food: Delicious. Not overly salty with great flavor. The salad bar was well stocked and provided a great assortment of quality products. Overall: When you hold an event and receive compliments days after you know you scored. He knew the menu well, made great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. He made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. We had visited for my birthday and I was very impressed with everything. From the service by Christian to the managers that checked in on us, they were on top of things. If you needed anything they were right there to serve you. We had the Full Churrasco Experience and we were very impressed with it. They come out with all the meats and you just have to figure out which one you like the best as they keep on coming! Each of the meats were very good and had their distinct flavor to it. Everything was perfect cooked and seasoned well. Given it was my birthday, it was such an amazing experience on how they presented my dessert. It truly was the “wow” factor in them putting in the extra touch, so kudos to the chef and whoever prepares it. I am going to share my picture of the Panna Cotta Açaí and how the decorated it, so don’t look if you want to be surprised and go there for your birthday! The panna cotta açaí I have gotten a couple times and it’s the perfect ending after all the meats and as a refresher. So if your ready to enjoy an amazing salad bar (truly amazing, between the honey pepper bacon on the charcuterie board, to the quinoa salad and smoked salmon) and then a variety of rodizio meats, along with great service, go and visit them! I know I will be back soon there! They even have a medium size and large room for gatherings! P..S. You will need to take a walk at the beach after the great food!

Took my two cousins from Kansas for their first Brazilian Steakhouse Experience. They absolutely loved it (and me too). This is my third time coming here and it is really nice. Their food was really good, and the servers were nice. We had their halal meats and it was tasty and juicy. Their dessert is good too. This was my first Brazilian steakhouse experience and it did not disappoint! We went on a Thursday night so it wasn’t crowded and service was fast. Our server did a great job explaining how everything worked, and once we started, the meats came out back to back — definitely overwhelming in a good way. Everything was cooked well and I enjoyed almost every cut. The grilled pineapple at the end was my favorite — a perfect little dessert to help settle your stomach. Come hungry because it’s a lot of food, but totally worth it!

We booked a reservation being a big group of people, the team was so amazing at acommodating us making it really easy. It was out first time in a Brazilian Steakhouse and Izabela was I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E, she explained how everything worked and what our menu options were. Wow! Outstanding! Went there for a birthday party, I was the only Brazilian in a table of 25. Food was outstanding, they had my favorite cut of meat (Cupin) which is pretty hard to find here in the US; service was excellent, the meat guys were funny and attentive, our waiter Gustavo was impeccable, fast, and attentive. My wife and I arrived at 6 pm for our reservation, and from the moment we walked in, we were stunned. It is beautiful inside, the restaurant is gorgeous, and the host staff at the front are very kind and Inviting. The dining experience was 5 stars, from the moment of sitting down, the wait staff was engaging and attentive. checking in on us periodically and not in an obnoxious way. when are cards are flipped for green (meaning we want food) they were quick and constant. Lots of smiles and very engaging. When the cards were red, they absolutely left us alone except for bring us water. we went to celebrate my Wife's birthday, gave us a free desert plus they honored a promotion that was supposedly already finished. them honoring it was awesome and made the night even more special. the wife loved it and so did I

The atmosphere is amazing, the meats were so juicy and tasty too, but what was standout here was the service. Most beautifully decorated restaurant we have been to in a long time. The staff made our experience extra special. Every single employee to include the owner and manager stopped by to chat and make sure everything was satisfactory. The level of attention from everyone, the decadent taste in every bite, and don’t get me started on the drinks and their presentation! Every temperature I asked for was served with perfection, but what stood out to me was Filipe's amazing service. The best Brazilian steakhouse I’ve been to in Florida. The meats were constantly coming around, and not just Picanha like other places. We were able to try many different once! Wait staff was also very friendly and enjoyable

We had an amazing lunch at Adega Gaúcha in Deerfield Beach this past Saturday! From the moment we walked in, the hostess gave us such a warm welcome, and Brenda, our server, was absolutely wonderful. Pedro and the rest of the team made sure we were never without the endless variety of perfectly cooked meats and tasty side dishes. The caipirinhas were spot on—refreshing and delicious! The restaurant itself was spotless, the atmosphere inviting, and the service truly exceptional. A special thank you to Carlos, my brother’s childhood friend from the Orlando franchise, for making sure we were taken care of and for surprising us with the cutest dessert. We had such a great time and will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for outstanding food, amazing drinks, and top-notch service, Adega Gaúcha is the place to be!

This is 100% the place to come . The Hostess Gabby greets you with a smile . The Manager Matt is Extremely Warm and Professional. The Manager is on the floor always making sure each customer is happy . The Quality of Food is Top Notch. The entire Staff Greets you at the table with a warm Friendly disposition . The staff is knowledgeable of each item they serve you. The Atmosphere is Classy. This is 100% Amazing Experience all the across the board. I look forward with eagerness to come back .

Had such a great dining experience here! The halal meat has an amazing selection. My favorite was the ribeye! The manager came out and introduced himself to us and our server Gaby was very attentive! Definitely will be coming back!

I now understand why this place has such amazing reviews. They live up to the expectation. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The buffet section is clean and the quality is amazing. The service is hyper attentive. There are servers bringing around meats nonstop and they even ask you what you are looking for. The pineapple they brought around was to die for. The meat was so tender and cooked to perfection. This place is the best Brazilian steakhouse I’ve ever been to by far. I was expecting to pay more than what we did considering the quality and type of service we got. It felt like fine dining! We will definitely be returning.

We attended a brunch and the service was amazing. The servers were very attentive to us and although the meat did take a while to come out, once it did we throughly enjoyed it. The bathrooms were immaculate, the buffet station was spotless, and the overall attention to detail was quite impressive. I highly recommend.🤌🏻

Christian the server we had was so kind, extremely polite and even humorous. Very patient and helpful with showing us the menu and carrying out the order. The atmosphere is like no other, the place feels like a 5 star restaurant, super fancy, well kept and organized. The service is honestly my favorite part, the servers feel like family. The food is outstanding, I had the Pichana (Steak) Extremely tender and filling, fries are good too, a little salty but it’s still nice, rice is amazing aswell. If you are looking for a special night out with the atmosphere of a movie or want to spend a great time with family, this is the place for you. The food is superb. Meat is tender and the salad bar is super complete! Staff is attentive and caring . I went on a very cold day and my daughter was cold . The maitre brought her a cup of bisque so she would warm up. i was impressed by such display of empathy. Finally the ambiance is relaxed and quiet. Tables are nicely set cutlery glasses and plates are good quality too. You definitely get your money’s worth when you go there.

This place is incredible! The atmosphere is great, the music, the servers, everything is wow. Big thanks to Elton, Pedro and Felipe, the managers, they made us feel so welcomed. Jean and Rafael, our servers, gave such a special attention to us. And the food…. It’s definitely the greatest steak in America 🤤. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Excellent place and a real Brazilian experience! The team is awesome, and Gustavo especially made it the best. He made sure we got the cuts we wanted, suggested great options, and kept everything coming at our pace. We did the rodízio and never had to ask for service or anything he was always there offering me asking what we want. Highly recommend, and if Gustavo is your server, you’re in for a great time!

This was our first time here at Adega Gaucha in Deerfield. I love steak and have a soft spot for AYCE Steak so we decided to choose this restaurant to celebrate Mother’s Day!! First off, because of Mother’s Day and I knew that they were going to be busy and we were glad that we were able to get a reservation early. Service was impeccable!! We had Brenda as our server and she was amazing!! Management was also great!! They were able to get us the meats we were waiting on but it did took a while but we understood that they were pretty slammed. Next the dining room is separate into smaller private and semi private rooms and very elegant! Now, is the hot/cold Buffet, smaller than the ones at Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil but there was a variety of hot items like white and yellow rice, black beans, garlic bread, collard greens, pork belly and lobster bisque. There also many variety of cold salad items as well. Meats, were of great quality and were seasoned perfectly (Fogo tends to over salt their meats) we were lucky that we were in a little before the big rush and got to try all the different cuts of meats (Filet, bacon wrapped filllet, picanha, top set loin, flank, beef ribs, chicken, sausages, lamb and lamb chops and the pineapple!! But once the rush hits, we notice that the meats were all on the rare side and the pineapple were still not cooked enough. They might have to work out some kinks since they have only been opened less than a month. Overall, we had a great dining experience and the food were delicious and we will be back again!! Also, we were so hungry that we forgot to take pictures of the meats and if you don’t want to wait for the meats to come you can also order ala cartes as well.

We visited Adega Gaucha for the first time today and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was incredible, everything tasted amazing and we felt completely comfortable from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and the music created such a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying our meal. Our server Christian did an outstanding job, he was attentive and genuinely friendly throughout the evening. It was actually my birthday and I hadn’t planned on mentioning it, but the staff was so warm and welcoming. They showed real heart and hospitality in a way that felt truly genuine. I don’t usually write long reviews but today everything was just perfect. The food, the atmosphere, the service, all of it. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you to Christian and the whole team for such a memorable experience!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

My wife and I were extremely surprised by this place being that’s in a strip mall and they had only five star reviews from over 2000 people. However, we totally understand why the service was impeccable. The food above all was delicious and seasoned great dessert was something else in the cocktails were also fantastic. This is definitely gonna be our go to spot. Izabela was a wonderful waiter and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Ask for her next time!

We recently checked out Adega Gaucha, a Brazilian steakhouse. The experience was a mix of highs and lows, and here’s how it all panned out. We went the classic route: I opted for the full all-you-can-eat experience. My wife, on the other hand, went for the fish of the day with some mashed potatoes on the side, spoiler alert, that choice was a bit of a miss. Let’s dive into the meats. They were, let’s say, a spectrum. Some cuts were on point, like the flank steak, the beef filet, and the star of the show, the picanha, which lived up to its ‘house specialty’ status. The ribs were also good. Others… well, a bit chewy here, a bit overcooked there. It’s a mixed grill of hits and misses, but those three cuts are the winners I’d go back for. As for the sides, the roasted mushrooms were pretty average. The Brussels sprouts, though, were a pleasant surprise with that charred, sweet-savory marinade. And those Provence fries? Well, they were basically just fries with a sprinkle of dried parsley, nothing particularly ‘herby’ or Provençal going on there. Now, dessert was redeeming. Both the cheesecake and whatever cake my wife picked were absolute winners. Sweet, satisfying, and the perfect end note. The real standout, though, was the service. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Even though we learned what to skip next time, the warmth of the staff definitely made the evening a pleasant one. So, overall, a decent experience with some highlights and a few ‘notes to self’ for the next visit.

Valentine’s Day Dinner – Disappointing First Experience We visited Adega Gaucha restaurant in Deerfield Beach for Valentine’s Day dinner and chose the “full experience” (all-you-can-eat option). Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. The service was just okay — there was no warmth or welcoming smile to make us feel comfortable. The ambiance was average; the “fireplace” was actually a large TV screen (75+ inches), which felt artificial rather than cozy. The salad bar did not seem fresh, and some of the meats were salty. The side dishes were also salty (Fries and Fried Yuca), with the exception of the mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, and sweet plantains, which were enjoyable. Overall, for a special occasion like Valentine’s Day, we expected better quality and atmosphere.

I was extremely disappointed. I ordered delivery through Uber Eats, and it showed a large, very attractive option for customers. Since I was unsure about the amount of food, I called the restaurant and was told it would be as generous as the photo. An extra-small box arrived, with 2 tablespoons of rice, which wasn't enough to feed even my 7-year-old daughter. And we paid $60 for it (as pictured). I had to reorder the food from another establishment. I will NEVER order from or recommend this place again.
