I love this chicken, but this branch is overcrowded; they're so busy and it's inconvenient to have to stand in line and block the tables. Seriously, there's no more room. They should expand because we even have to park in the Merco, where there's no space left.

Don't wait any longer for a franchise location. The chickens are the classic Happy Chicken recipe, good but not extraordinary. The staff is very attentive. The facilities are quite run-down, and the lack of air conditioning is noticeable. It's not very pleasant to see someone dripping with sweat handling your food. It's not their fault, but better air conditioning would be fantastic.

I went to the Pollo Feliz near the La Joroba bridge at 10:45 AM today, and they refused to sell me any chickens because they didn't have any change.
