I was on my way home with my dad after we got off work early and decided I wanted to treat me and him to a snack, and lets put it like this, if I am going out of my way to write this there are a handful of problems. The microphone outside in the drive through was hard to hear the cashier on the other side, and I think they had a hard time hearing me too. Despite advertisements for "All day Breakfast" they didn't have the breakfast platter I was looking forward too. And I don't even know how my order of two Jr. Jumbo Jacks and two value drinks came out to $14.25. The smallest drink came out too $3.29 each, that's pretty much the same as the two burgers. Oh and I don't believe any of that had to do with the two people there, I think they were just doing their job the best they could. But it's very disappointing and overprices.

Sign in the restroom says checked hourly, and it's the most disgusting restroom I've been in, no way it's checked regularly. Then one of the cooks is loudly talking trash to drive thru customers while all other employees are laughing. Then they get mad when the customer questioned why she couldn't get the order how she wanted it.. Feb 1st, 1:33pm

So no one took the order the car infront couldn't order drove to the window, next it was me and behind me was 3 other cars waiting to order…. The car behind me left and so did i …. Its 1:00 pm saturday … hello??

Got my onion rings, in they looked like this. I highly recommend never going here. Update: came back Jan 13th 2026 and there was all these onions on my burger after I said I didn't want any onions.

NEVER COME HERE, i ordered a munchi box with a jibi SPECIFICALLY FOR THE JIBI. When i got it there was NO JIBI and the food was cold. Absolutly horrible service i cant believe this. I ordered this meal for my 4 year old now they're crying because the staff at this place cant place a toy in the box. 1⭐️

DO NOT COME HERE! I was on vacation and stayed at the hotel down the road and we walked to get breakfast here. Immediately we slipped on the wet floor with no wet floor sign (luckly we caught ourselfs) since the employees didnt care we took it upon ourself to take the wet floor sign from behind the soda machine to place over the wet floor. Then when we went to order the employee told us to "do it ourselfs" and we had to use a employee POS system to order and pay ourselfs. To specify this is not a kiosk its the employee point of sale system. Picture was added to show the employee system we had to order from and the employee that was just on there phone. Making customers use your point of sale system to make there own order and pay is unacceptable. Small notes the food was not fast nor as good as other jack in the box locations. The soda machine was very watered down and didnt even resemble the soda choosen.

Flies everywhere inside, order made wrong, asked for meat and cheese, burger came out fully sauced with lettuce, a mess burger came out. When told that my order was wrong, the manager clicked her tongue at me as if I made the order wrong. Terrible experience Jack, please do better!!!!

Worst JIB in the whole chain. Service is awful, the food is often cold and special orders are rarely correct.

If your looking for fast food this is it, the cook must have been looking at his phone and not working because the drive thru line wasn't moving and there was a line inside. It took more than 30 mins in the drive thru line to get my food!

If you're trying to sneak a meal in before a flight and want something fast, do yourself a favor and don't stop here. There's nothing uplifting here as you'll be greeted upon with a very nasty restroom, all tables dirty while the on shift manager is more worried about being on her phone take an orders and running the shift. For almost $15 you get burger and a charge curly fries mixed in with french fries you didn't want that is way past their holding Time by about 45 minutes Yes the purple shirt lady. I guess the personnel here only think Hispanic people can speak Spanish and yes I was cleaning a table so I could sit there. There are at least five other restaurants within half a mile here. Is there a district manager that even bothers reading these reviews from people to see the main things that are going on? 7 20 2025.1:30 pm

Rude staff. When ordered from drive thru, I asked to add another item and the employee clicks her tongue loudly and groans and gives me attitude. Not to mention, the order is wrong most the time and they take forever to make an order. Been waiting 20 mins on some crispy tacos as they told me to pull around and they will bring it to us. They aren’t even busy, with one other customer here.

When trying to call them and get ahold of them, they do not answer. They will not pick up even calling for multiple numbers. They still don't answer. I went there about 2 something in the morning and expected food to be fresh for the fact that not too busy. I'm willing to wait for food. I ordered 2 of these new burgers, and it was the combo. They were disgusting. The meat was gross, like if it had been there for hours and it was not fresh at all. The fries and the curly fries were not fresh. Order some tacos, tacos were not fresh either, and order 2 more large, curly fries. It's like none of my order was fresh. Everything has been sitting there, but to try and contact these managers or any type of employee. It is impossible.
