This is a good Denny's restaurant. I received my dinner and a timely manner. I had a iced tea the chicken fried steak with two sides and a salad. All was good and they kept the glass full

Busy @1am with 1 manager, 2 servers, 1 cook & 1 busser/dish washer. Ordered 6pc donut appetizer, it came out w/our meals late. My daughter’s bun on burger was burnt. My Angel Nuggies heavily salted with cold greased soaked seasoned fries. Had to replace fries. Manager had to request the replacement fries twice because they were never cooked or came out. By that time we were done & ready to leave. It’s now 2:39am I’m writing the review.

Well, it’s a Denny’s. Food was good and HOT a big plus for that. Server seemed rushed as at the time she was the only one there. Had to ask several times for a simple glass of water. Cleaning could be improved, several families were in who had children in high chairs, when they left they cleaned the tables but left the food on the floor that the children had discarded

just had breakfast here….ordered an omelette with bacon, sausage and 2 cheeses….when it showed up the bacon wasnt broken up into the omelette and the cheese was just a slice of swiss that was cold and congealed and some shredded cheddar that also wasnt melted

Service was lousy. It took 20 minutes for our server to even come by and say hello and get our drink order. The food took over an hour to get to us. Thankfully we ordered the appetizer samplers because as you can see, we never even got our silverware. We asked for napkins as well and they never got to us. Thankfully I had baby wipes with me. When we were leaving to pay, mind you we didn’t even get our tab at our table, the servers and host were huddled around talking to one another. I understand people make friendships with coworkers but I feel like there should be a balance. The food itself was great but the service is lacking.

We decided to eat out and not cooked just to relax, I love Dennys in delano! Omg night manager a young lady she is! A lot of tables clean and open , she decided to put us in the back with 4 small kids 6 adults in front of us 2 feet away, 3 kids behind our table with 3 adults and another 3 kids in front of our table with 2 adults , very close where the manager sat us, of course they are kids , they cry , yells, run around and playing with their tablets loud. I have children too but it’s about Managers decision where to sit 2 senior citizen! We rushed and paid but I asked the manager to why she sat us where the crowd was, her reply was that it was their policy because of short server and no clean table , lied because when we walked in , the back was the only place that was occupied , the rest were empty. No apologies but said we should have asked our server , Inexperienced manager! Then my food came burnt, server said that’s how it is oh wowwww! Corporate office HELP!!!!

Being from Delano and only having this location here makes it unpleasant to enjoy. The waiters who have been here for YEARS have poor customer service. They judge you based on how you’re dress. Not once did the waiter ask us how our food was. She failed to even greet us. I am not one to leave a review but this location needs to do better. I will drive out to a different Denny’s out of town from now on. Horrible customer service. They need to hire new employees who enjoy what they are doing. 0/10. Do not recommend this location.
