If you’re looking for tacos de tripa, this is some of the best you’ll find anywhere in the world. I personally order them mixed for a combination of textures. Also don’t miss out on the sirloin tacos, cooked perfectly with amazing flavor, sometimes I’ll come here just for these. The red and green salsas are both delicious, not too spicy and the consistency is almost like a cream. They have a good selection of bottles of aguas frescas from a local supplier. I waited to write this review until trying them 5 times and they are incredible every single time. An added bonus is they accept card payments. I cannot recommend them enough.

For the price, the size is insufficient, the tripe lacks seasoning, both the golden and the medium ones.
They're delicious!! They just need to give it that old-fashioned touch and a little something extra. I'll still go back though.
Traditional ones in Delicias are very tasty and okay you can order to your liking, although they are a little expensive.
The people taking payments and serving weren't wearing masks (not even the cook), and I didn't see them washing their hands or using hand sanitizer. And they were handling food like that. I wish they would be a little more careful about that. There are only a few tables and the service is slow, so I suggest arriving early and allowing plenty of time. The tacos and salsas are good.
On my last visit, I was disappointed; the ones that were supposed to be "golden" ended up burnt. I think there are better options.
Bad because they limit the cooking time of the tripe to medium only, if you want them fried it is not possible.
