Its always a great experience at Texas Roadhouse, and this time was no exception. I ordered the 11oz Hand Cut Sirloin, medium rare, of course. It came out perfect. Super tender and juicy. Amazing flavor. I can't speak more highly about it. Try it for yourself. You won't regret it.

It was busy so it took about 5 minutes to get seated. Great service and meal ideas, you can choose from 6 different cuts of beef. The food was very good and I am definitely going back.Love the peanuts to snack on.

Hung was a please to be serviced by. Small waits for drinks and food on a Friday evening. Friendly atmosphere and quality food by all in our party of three. A once a month visit. Will gladly returned for future gathering out, unless the service and food quality declines. Then it's time to spend the dollars at home or another dining out option. Always recommend a call ahead to be seated much quicker.

I went to Texas roadhouse today with my mom and her best friend. I have a lot of food allergies so eating out is typically very difficult for me just on a menu aspect. Our server Lexi was fantastic, by far one of the best servers I've had in years. She got her manager who helped us find out what could and couldn't be made in the kitchen for me to eat. I managed to have a delicious steak for the first time in about 3 years. Texas roadhouse used to be my favorite restraunt to go to before all of my food allergies and by far still is. It was so nice to be able to go out with friends and family and have a delicious meal with great service and not have to stress. Thank you and you're entire team for your amazing service tonight. I will definitely be back again and I will recommend friends as I already have been. Thank you so much for the amazing service Lexi! We came to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate my sons graduation from Cornell. We were a party of Eight. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We also watched the Knick on TV. The game was heartbreaking but the restaurant experience was excellent!

So the food wasn't perfect but it was good. Jess the server made up for it with exceptional service.

Most importantly, clean, friendly staff, lots of people but everything seemed to be under control. The food was cooked well and was great. We went during a very busy time and the wait was not ridiculous.

My husband and I stopped at the Texas Roadhouse on Rt. 31 in Clay. We were seated promptly. Our waitress, Maddy, came right over, introduced herself and took our drink order. My husband's order was a cheeseburger, medium well, and steak fries with mozzarella sticks to start. I picked out my steak, a 14 oz ribeye medium rare, and my sides were a Ceasar salad and rice. Our meals came fairly quickly. The cheeseburger was done medium but was still tasty. My steak came medium rare and the sides were good. Prices reasonable and I would definitely ask for Maddy again. She was friendly, attentive and kept refilling Marty's coffee. Don't pass up the rolls and whipped butter, delicious. This was a hit.

Definitely recommend this location, although I’ve had great service at all I have tried. They were very friendly and helpful. Came right at open. Food was very good. All 4 of our steaks were cooked exactly how we wanted them and the sides and bread were delicious as well. Great job to the cooks and wait staff!

The food was delicious. The temperature was appropriate and the food was flavorful and appropriately Texas sized. Our server was friendly, professional and energetic and stopped by frequently to ensure our satisfaction. There was a large vegetable selection to choose from and the restaurant was child friendly with plenty of parking available for all.

Texas Roadhouse offers a fantastic dining experience for steak lovers. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a rustic, Western vibe. I tried their legendary rib-eye steak, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The sides were equally impressive, with creamy mashed potatoes and buttery rolls. The service was excellent, and the staff was attentive and friendly. It’s a great spot for a casual night out, especially if you’re craving a delicious, well-cooked steak. Highly recommended!

I don’t typically leave reviews but our server tonight was the best I’ve had in a long time. I believe her name was Lienna, she was super sweet, personable, and funny. She made our evening more enjoyable and went above and beyond for us. Our food was quite good as well, exactly what you would hope for from Texas Roadhouse. Huge shoutout to Lienna, she’s amazing and I hope this review finds her and her and her team so everyone knows how cool she is

Their family meal deal is amazing. The chicken critters are our go to. The rolls are absolutely amazing with the cinnamon butter. If you’re a family of two, this will supply you with at least three meals lol! What a great spread. I wish I had pics to add. Highly recommend if you’re in a hurry and need a meal deal. The burgers are also phenomenal and gigantic.

So the trick is to get on the wait-list through the website. We still had to wait like 5 minutes once we arrived. But the server we had was very friendly and accommodating. I had ribs, but I also ate a bit of my parents' steak. The food was great. The sweet potato was a treat. No room for dessert.

My husband is a steak person and he truly loves this place. We have been here twice and we have enjoyed it both times ! (: we join the waitlist to avoid long waiting period and it’s very helpful so I recommend it. Atmosphere is great and you’ll hear the occasional happy birthdays which is really fun. My husband loves the bread and we get seconds. The steak is so flavorful and juicy and I do feel it’s great portion size! Sides are good and it depends what you get. Outstanding ribs. Good prices. When waitress took us to our table it wasn't clean so we had to return to the front of the building and wait awhile whist she cleaned it off for us, that was the only downside, not a huge deal.

Great place. We showed up on a saturday around 7 and they were very busy. They took my number and we waited in the car for about 35-40 minutes until they text me that the table was ready. Our food took about 20 minutes to cook after we ordered it. We both ordered a porterhouse med rare and 2 sides. The steak was cooked perfect was flavorful and had a good amount on both the strip and fillet side. The side dishes we got were steamed broccoli, loaded mashed potatoes, a loaded baked potato, and chile. They were all great. . All the staff that day were smiling, friendly, and personable. Our bill for 2 porterhouse one with mushrooms, 4 sides, 2 sodas, and 1 Margarita was $80 before tip. I have been here many times and will be here many more.

Why the hostess told me it will be 15 min waiting if I want to seat not on the Bar ? I had no choice ... The place was all empty. Other then that service was nice at the bar. No wifi ... Why ? It's so basic ! Steak was good .. a bit salty from the baked potato skin that touched it....

This was a nice place. My wife and I met a friend for dinner. We were seated right away. The food was good. Prices were reasonable and the place seemed super clean. The atmosphere was a little dated (maybe 1990's?) but was pleasant enough. Lots of faux vintage stuff on the walls. You know the look. Meh. Service was great and fast. Food was good. Would likely go again if I'm in the mood for steak.

We waited over 2 hours to get our orders. Other patrons had come in after we did and had their food delivered way before we did. The server did apologize for the delay and said it would be another 20 minutes before our order was delivered to us. 30 minutes later I did complain to the front desk and another server came back to our table just as our food finally arrived. The steak was good but was cooked a lot more than I had requested. I didn't send it back as I didn't want to wait another long period of time. I was a regular customer but I'm not sure if that will continue. My guest while he liked the steak, the wait time was unbelievable.

The food is delicious. They have a country-esque atmosphere. A small sports var area. Any time I've gone I've never had any issues with service. Everyone is friendly and works well with the bigger crowds they get. I highly recommend going. Even if it's just for the bread and cinnamon butter.

When I arrived at 5:30 p.m. on a Thursday the place was already crowded. I didn't have a reservation, but was seated immediately. On the way to my table the hostess showed me a refrigerated cabinet where I could select my own steak. Great idea and they looked very tempting, but I hadn't decided yet what I was going to order. After my meal, on the way out I noticed about 25 people waiting for a table in the lobby. This restaurant must be doing something right because they were really hopping. Unfortunately, my experience was mixed. I started with an appetizer of buffalo chicken nuggets. You have only two choices, mild or hot buffalo sauce. I ordered it hot with ranch dressing on the side. It arrived with blue cheese dressing which they quickly replaced. I thought they had given me the mild version of the buffalo sauce because the nuggets were pretty bland for my taste. However, when I reached the bottom of the basket, I found a little sauce that I dragged the chicken through and it did have a medium level of heat. The worst part of the appetizer was that the chicken was very dry. For my main, I ordered a combo of a small filet steak and 4 oz of ribs. The dish came with two sides and I must compliment the restaurant on the variety of sides available. I chose a caesar salad and tavern fries. The waitress kindly brought the salad first along with some delicious fresh dinner rolls and honey/cinnamon whipped butter. Eating one of those rolls with the butter was like having dessert. Very enjoyable. The steak was beautifully seasoned and had a nice sear. However, although ordered medium, it was well done, brown throughout and dry. I normally would have sent it back, but the ribs were so incredibly good I focused on them. There was abundant lean meat to make up a filling meal. When I placed my order, I had the foresight to request a side of barbecue sauce for dipping and that proved delicious. Next time, I would order a different side than the tavern fries which were fairly limp and three of them were raw in the center. The atmosphere was very pleasant, although busy, and my server was excellent. The manager visited my table and was very hospitable. I have to think that he has something to do with the restaurant being full. I will definitely be back for the ribs and rolls. UPDATE-1: I returned to the restaurant with my wife for lunch and ordered a half rack of ribs, a side salad with thousand Island dressing (very nice), and tavern fries. I should have read my previous review before ordering because the fries were almost as disappointing as the first time. Fortunately, the ribs were just as good as I remembered. They were so fall-off the-bone tender there was no need to pick up the ribs. I just impaled the meat with a fork and dipped it into the extra barbecue sauce I requested. The sauce was thoughtfully warmed which added to its enjoyment. My wife had had a late breakfast, so she just ordered steamed broccoli. She likes her vegetables al dente, but the broccoli was so raw, most of it was left on her plate.

So, at first I was a little upset about my steak being a little burnt until I cut it open and realized that they balanced out the burned parts by making the inside super rare 🐄 (instead of medium well like I ordered). We loved the meal here. They do things right: salted roasted peanuts in shells on the table, cold beers on tap, fresh baked bread, and delicious steaks of course. A rare chain that impresses. Bring your appetite and be thirsty for good beers and cocktails.

Wasn’t a great experience which disappointed me because I come here often. My drink had some weird dirt substance on the outside of the cup and my pulled pork sandwich had a hair on the top bun meanwhile it was small still not what I wanted to see when going to eat my food. I realize this is an extremely popular eatery and watering hole. We ordered fish Frys for the 2 of us on a Friday for takeout and it wasn't what we were expecting. The fish seemed very commercially prepared, so it must have been frozen from a food company. The French fries didn't travel well, as they were soggy by the time we got home with the order. Green beans had a chemical bacon/pork/smoke flavor that wasn't the best. Will definitely not get take out fish fry from there again!

Normally a wonderful experience, tonight however not really up to par. They were not unusually busy, yet it seemed to take a good amount of time to get everything from drinks right up through our meals. Even when the meals came out, they had mixed up the steaks that we had picked out, some of the sides were incorrect, and on more than one occasion, my drink was empty. DON'T BOTHER. The place was half empty when we arrived. Yet we had to wait about 20 - 30 mins to be seated. Then, they seated us next to the bathrooms when there was plenty of seating at the front and sides of the restaurant. It took approx 30 mins for our (three adults and one child) food to arrive. The food wasn't very appealing. Also, the waiter got the orders mixed up. Either the order was missing something or was incorrect. SMH. The waiter checked on us once during our entire stay, which lasted about 1 hour. We had to go look for someone to pay the check because our waiter dropped the check on the table and disappeared 😒

Spent an hour trying to order lunch for my employees that are working today. No one answered the phone. I tried placing the order online and it didn't work. No explanation should (Order could not be accepted). I assume the hours are changed because of the 4th of July at this point. Someone should be leaving a message on prerecorded answering machine and the holiday hours should be on google. It's a very easy thing to change.

I frequent this location many times. In the beginning the food and service was great. I love this restaurant since learning about it. As of recently, the service AND the food has been subpar. I've ordered a ribeye a total of 5 times and the last 2 times have been the worst. The first incident I received my to-go order and my side dishes were smashed on TOP of my steak in the same container leaving a ring around the steak. UNSANITARY and nasty. The juices were spilled all in the bag, and string beans were half full. Looked like a rushed job before they closed. This was after I was told I'd have to wait an hour for my food because they were busy and I would receive a call when its ready which I didn't get any call. I spoke with a manager that night since they were getting ready to close and was told I would receive a credit via email from corporate giving me a full refund (which I never got). Spoke with another manager and was basically told they could only give me $15 towards my total, but with some persuasion I was given a replacement meal. (I felt they were assuming I was trying to get a free meal which I deserved) When I came to pick up my order after waiting 35 mins, I was told they accidently gave it away and had to wait another 20 mins. After witnessing a heated screaming match with 2 staff members that left one in tears, I was given a gift certificate for $30 The second time which happened last night, my side dishes were again smashed on top of my steak so I went back and showed them. They agreed it was unsanitary but didn't do anything about it. When I asked for a manager, I was told one was not available. I get home only to see my steak was fully cooked, burned and so tough to chew. dinner rolls were hard I had to reheat them. Idk what happened with this location but its terrible now.

We ordered to-go today at 5:30pm, and were told to pick the food up at 6pm. We get there at 6 and go up to the to-go window to get our food. We instantly received attitude from the woman at the window, and were told it wasn’t ready yet. At 6:45 pm, 1 hour and 15 minutes after we ordered our food, and an extra 45 minutes sitting in the parking lot, we went back up to the window. We were given our food that “just came out” (the same woman’s words). I drive back home (5 minute drive by the way), open the food- everything is half cold. The lettuce is warm, fries and blooming onion are soggy, dressings are warm. It’s hard to believe our order “just came out” when it feels like it’s been sitting at a table for an hour. Want to waste your time and money and get attitude for it? Go to Texas Roadhouse on Erie Blvd E.

NOONE IS EVER AT TO GO!! Never pick the phone up. Bread has been awful the last 2 times and I spend a lot of money. They have definitely fell off and need to step their game up horrible service in to go!!

Came in with a party of 8 they were completely empty had nothing going on but they still couldn’t sit us granted we did come in 45 minutes before they closed but they still couldn’t sit us down even though we opted to split the party into 4s i work in the food industry im a server/bartender as well and in my restaurant we would sit you down even if its 1 minute before close, we tip very well so it’s their loss it’s disappointing that other restaurants don’t commit to their schedule online

Starting off with mentioning this review has nothing to do with the food, food is phenomenal. The service is a disgrace to the restaurant industry. Starting off with the absolute B.S waiting list. I specifically joined online to avoid the chaos, went inside after i got the confirmation text, they claim my name wasn’t on there. (did this to several other parties as well) Ok whatever, i got on the list again and waited another 35 minutes. Finally once seated we noticed the AC was on and blowing freezing cold air onto us and the table next to us. Mentioned it to the server, again gave the benefit of the doubt. About half way through our meal the table next to us mentioned they have yet to receive any of their food not even an appetizer yet after sitting there for 30 minutes. Their server was M.I.A so we mentioned it to our server and she spoke to her manager and assured them the food would be out shortly. Another 15 minutes goes by and then 20 and finally at 8:57 (3 minutes before they close) the manager gets to their table and gives this B.S story on how the ticket must have been lost. Why didn’t the server notice their table had no food?! The manager never apologized to the clearly upset and hungry table. As a server it was extremely difficult to watch. Not an apology or a free appetizer or drinks was offered. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day with that kitchen nightmare.

this place has the absolute worst wait staff I’ve ever seen. you do call ahead seating and you’re not allowed to sit until your entire party is there… even when they’re just out side parking a car. they refuse to seat you. the women at the host stand is nothing but mean girls gossiping and giving you dirty looks like you’re in a high school bathroom. teach your staff about customer service!!

This is one of favorite restaurants to eat at, but this location is the worst I have ever seen. From the service to the food, everything is horrible. I can go on and on about how bad it is but just do not come here. They do not give bread they give the salad during dinner. All the steaks were cooked wrong. We wasted $130 here.

Food was undercooked. Bread looked pale not golden. Shrimp was not fully cooked and my steak was a rock and I asked to switch my steak and both times it was well done. Ordered fried pickles and the batter was falling off of it due to it being under. The bartender told apologized and I told her dont apologize you didnt cook it. Ive been to this location 2times and its going to be my last. Next time I'll just drive to Liverpool location

This is just some of the issues we had tonigh at this restaurant. The hostess sat us at this table with trash under it. Also this was another table they just cleaned and left this trash under it also. The only good thing about are food was the apps. Salad was wrong food was lukewarm and could tell its been sitting under the heat lamps for awhile. The manager Chris was a joke. Don't think we will ever go back to this location again. So sad.. Was once a nice place to eat.

We went there before 7pm. We were told to wait 15-20 mins for a table but we waited around 30mins. Receptionist was not probably listening very well when I told her my number because I have not received any text message regarding our table. My husband had to go there a few times to check if we have a table yet. Finally, we were sat down. We had to wait a long time to get served and the server that we had was a bit abrupt and crass. It took us around 20-30 mins to wait for our starters then another 20-30 mins for our mains. Now, the reason we came back here was because of that juicy, melts in your mouth rib eye. Not they did not have the bone in ribeye, the boneless ribeye that they offered was so tough and chewy that we could not eat it. I have been to a lot of steakhouse before and ribeye does not definitely taste like that. Overall, the entire experience was very disappointing compared to our last visit and I don't think it is worth coming back anymore.

On 10/05 the manager was extremely rude. My friends and I work in the industry so we usually come in tip very well and she was extremely unprofessional and refused go seat us all because of a personal issue with a friend we knew in the past.

sat for 20 minutes and got passed by at least 5 different servers with no acknowledgement. disappointing but i’d rather spend my money somewhere that I’ll be served :/

We tried to go in and they were very rude acted like it was a chore to take care of us told us we couldn’t be sat because we were a party of 8 we told them we would split into 2 no problem they still wanted to deny us i understand the closed in an hour but that’s still crazy why have your hours say you close at 9 if you reallly close at 8

Came in at 8:15 and they close at 9 on 10/05 and they refused to sit us. As someone who works in the food industry that is unacceptable and unprofessional. They also brought up someone we know and it seemed very personal. Their loss we tip very well.

Very upset had dinner, I ordered the fish it was very salty the waiter was very nice scented bag and this is what we got back a raw uncooked fish with bones in it. Been trying to call Texas Roadhouse since yesterday evening and trying again this morning and still no answer. So ridiculous.

We had another dual steak meal this evening and the meat was somewhat tender and cooked the way we desired. The side dishes were hot but it seemed that the service was a little slow two couples that arrived after us had received their meals after we did and our meals seem to be less complicated . If I did not ask for the final check I think that we would have been waiting an additional 10 to 15 minutes longer. Although the person was attentiveness than last time

I arrived with my party of 8 30 minutes before closing and they refused to serve us because our party was “to large” on top of that the staff member brought up a situation from the past that was highly inappropriate and disrespectful to one of my party members and he was very disrespected. This behavior is disgustingly unacceptable and unprofessional. As a manager in the hospitality industry this is super unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. This behavior needs to be addressed and dealt with immediately so this doesn’t accrue again.

Worst customer service of any Texas Roadhouse I've ever been to! We are in from out of town, went and picked up our online order for my husband's birthday dinner. He ordered the steak and shrimp. It's about a 15-20 minute drive back to the hotel. When we get back, we realize that his shrimp are missing. We tried to call the restaurant. I sat on hold for 10 minutes waiting for a manager so my husband went ahead and had it that way to see if they could remake his meal, I was still on hold waiting for a manager when he got there 20 minutes later and they refused to make his meal without him driving back to the hotel and bringing the steak and sides back. So they wanted him to drive 15- 20 minutes back to our hotel just to get his cold steak that is now 40 minutes old and drive it the 20 minutes back to Texas Roadhouse just so they could throw it away(managers words) and then they would remake it correctly. The manager Jason just kept saying that that is the policy and he could not do anything about it. This is absolutely ridiculous. They made the mistake. They should correct it. I spoke with two people at the front and both told them that I was asking for the food to remade and that my husband was going to come pick it up and neither one of them mentioned anything about having to bring the other food back or we would have gladly done so. This is a 25+ dollar meal that now sat here and went to waste because they did not make it correctly and would not replace it. They would not refund it either. All they offered is to make the shrimp even though we explained that if they give us the shrimp he's still going to come back to a cold meal that has now been sitting here for 40 minutes. Manager Jason did not seem to care. He kept giving us the excuse that he was the only one there which is why he couldn't answer the phone and when asked why no one else knew their policy he had no answer. All he told my husband was to have a good night and walked away. This is absolutely not the way to run a restaurant. We eat at Texas Roadhouse a lot when we travel and have never had an experience like this. I would not recommend anyone go to the Syracuse Texas Roadhouse on Erie road because if you have any issues they're not going to do anything. They also could not give me corporate's number. They gave me the GM's name but told me he won't be back for a week and a half and couldn't tell me when he actually worked next. All they would tell me is the owner is Jerry and to Google the name Jerry and Texas Roadhouse to try and find the information, this is what the manager Jason told Sanai, the girl I was talking to tell me to do.

I had Abigail as a server, and honestly I feel horrible for saying this, but the service wasn’t good. We didn’t get a single refill, until we were good and ready to leave and had just figured out that you pay the check on the tablet, no thanks to our waitress. We waited about 30 minutes for our food and when it finally came, my ribs were so cold they were inedible. I could tell they had been sitting in that window for atleast 15 of those 30 minutes. The only thing colder than my food was the restaurant. It was absolutely freezing and a miserable experience. She also never brought me my baked potato I paid extra money for, but it’s not like I ever saw my server to tell her I was missing my potato. Honestly terrible date night. Thank you for making the last night before my husband goes out of state horrible. Catch me at Longhorn next time. I will never be returning to Texas Roadhouse.

My friends and I recently visited this establishment and arrived approximately 30 minutes before closing. Despite this, we were refused service on the basis that our party was “too large.” In addition, a staff member brought up a personal matter involving my father-in-law’s previous experience, which was completely inappropriate and left him feeling deeply disrespected. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable—especially coming from a service-oriented business. As someone who also works in the hospitality industry, I find this treatment extremely disappointing. I strongly urge management to address this issue promptly and ensure it does not happen again.

With the restaurant half empty, my party of 8 was refused seating. To make matters worse, the manager felt the need to mention that she “knew who I was” and even brought up my ex’s name — completely uncalled for and highly unprofessional. This isn’t about space or service, it’s about respect and professionalism at this point… When employees treat hospitality as just a paycheck instead of a passion, these are the disappointing experiences customers are left with, as the industry is moving I’ll see this type of people out of a job soon. I truly hope the owners of this establishment address this repeated issue and take the necessary steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
