Had a late lunch upon arrival for a flight connection. Order was quick and easy for takeout only. But they should have some seating to eat at in the airport located in terminal E near Gates 20-29. I ordered the classic whataburger meal. Changed out the fries for onion rings instead with medium size soda. Total cost was a bit over $11.

Food is definitely hot and fresh. Nice location. Grill was dirty. Not happy about my egg on my biscuit. Employees in kitchen sumped over on the food tables.just doesn't look professional at all. Nice and clean restaurant.

Pretty decent first experience with Whataburger. Fries were crispy and the pie was pretty good. The burger was very decent, but nothing particularly good in any way. Seating at this particular location was awkward. I ended up standing next to a trash can to eat.

Food is decent. Orsers are pretty slow coming out. A lot of things needed to be cleaned or restocked. Prices on screen are different than what rings up. They refunded me, but you should check your receipt.

I had a two hour layover so I thought I’d grab some lunch. I wish I would’ve tried something different. The Service was OK no smiles from the clerks. They weren’t rude or anything just not overly welcoming the food. I’ve had better food at McDonald’s!! my burger was tasteless and soggy I think they make the food fresh. I don’t know how the bun was so damp. This airport has lots of food choices. This would not be a good one. In my opinion. The service was quick. The pop machine had no Coke or Diet Coke available they also were out of sweet tea very few options. Dickeys barbecue pit is right across the way. Wish I would’ve tried that instead.

Poorly laid out so it it not clear where to line up to order. While waiting we saw customers over and over unclear whether the many people waiting for their order were actually in line to place an order. Then they were so disorganized that the kitchen staff couldn't keep up, and they closed the accordion door to block off the entry this was at 12:19 in the afternoon on a Sunday.

Super bummed I had to wait almost a half hour to not get my burger…. I used to live in Tx so was super excited to get a taste of home and didn’t get one. I got ketchup waiting for my food that sadly is likely getting soggy and wondering when it was going to be enjoyed… alas my poor little beefy friend… my stomach sits empty and my heart broken. 🥹 won’t be stopping here to waste money again. I’ll just go to the lounge. At least I’ll get fed for sure.

I ordered a double wataburger… it took them a whole 27 minutes to give it to me. Don’t eat here unless you got time to spare… sound like they where back there having a good time tho, but I’m glad there happy. And I asked for no tomatoes but they couldn’t figure that out in the 27 minutes they had to be back there playing with each other. Bless their hearts.

this location in Terminal D has rude employees and the FBB the manager is rude as hell they won't honor requests for fresh shelled eggs terminal E will honor the fresh shelled eggs requests Terminal D told me they don't do shelled eggs i mean are they not a part of whataburger? all whataburger honors requests for shelled eggs Try terminal E you'll get better service

Just no. Sloppy overcooked burger with zero flavor. I heard great things about this restaurant chain and was excited to stop in. I would not return.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo, what I got what a grilled chicken sandwich with mayo. I took it back to the lady taking orders and said that it wasn’t my sandwich, she said she would take care of it, a guy came out from the kitchen told me that’s what I ordered, I said it isn’t that why I brought it back. He when back with attitude and made my sandwich. When I got back to my gate I tried to eat it and took the pictures that I posted. It (chicken) was paper thin and was almost had a burnt taste. I will never eat at that location again. ( I’m there about 6 times a month)
