I Happened to be in the area for breakfast and lunch today so I decided to give it a try. And was pleasantly surprised at the value menu at how tasty those breakfast bowls are and the burritos for only a dollar so I decided what the heck give it a try for lunch and sure enough you could eat on a budget and have some tasty fast food that's not your ordinary food and I also noticed it was slightly different than other locations to drive to went by fast restrooms and dining area was clean cashiers were friendly so this would be one of my next places for the other week that I'm around thank you Taco Bell
I love going here but the only issue is that i order ahead and when i arrived they hadn't maked it. I do understand that sometimes their understaffed.but like i said i love this place no matter what.
Always a peaceful place to sit down and eat. Quick professional service, Complementary WiFi, and an A/C that would make an Eskimo shiver. ( Not a Complaint) I love how it feels in there.
5 Stars are for the FOOD NOT THEGIRL TAKING ORDERS! She asked me my order at the drive through them says HOLD ON.. I'm waiting over 5 min. no other cars in front so I drive to window, she's talking to mngr. & turnsto me says I TOLD YOU TO HOLD ON! I would've left if I wasn't so hungry! lol.. VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE!
Giselle was very friendly and professional. Customer service was very good and amazing! I loved coming here after a long day at work and greeted with this amazing service. 10 stars for her.
Because their fast It's right by the house and just a good atmosphere and if they do miss upon your order you don't get a hassle about getting your food replace so that's a big plus

I go to Taco Bell when I can. In this case I was in a hurry & saw this location, barely. The drive thru is in an unusual spot, but ordered my Doritos Loco Tacos. So good, service was quick & off I went.

Im 79 and I'm old and slow at things this kind wonderful darling women azia I think short hair and very kind sweetheart personality reminds me of my wife back in the 60s before she passed, she was so kind and had a nice laugh she help me count my change and help me out getting me more sauce haha what a darling
Normally I have to wait a while for my food... Or there's something wrong with my order... However I'm giving them five stars because I usually get something free out of it. The people that work there are pretty nice :)
This restaurant's got a very interesting drive-thru turnabout in the parking lot, not around the building.

Food was good, however, they were EXTREMELY short staffed. Order was correct. Had to wait a long time. The service worker apologized several times and gave us a free taco coupon for the wait.

I went to this spot with my boyfriend two days ago,we ordered one combo and crispy chicken taco. After we had meal together, we started to feel sick at the same time when we got home. Later then we both had the same symptoms. Nausea,body pain,muscle weakness and fever. We hope it was just flu. But it came so fast that is suspicious.
Marsha helped me rectify an order with exemplary service. She was friendly and even checked in on me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. 10/10 would eat here again.

I am an experienced food critic in America and have visited the country's best restaurants, but this Taco Bell, under the talented head waiter, Jordan Liu, completely amazed me. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Jordan Liu himself. His charisma and professionalism were evident in every gesture. He guided me to my table with remarkable elegance, sharing interesting details about the dishes on the menu. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Jordan Liu and his team paid attention to every detail, anticipating my needs before I even expressed them. Their knowledge of the products and their passion for cuisine were reflected in the delicious dishes they served me. Now, let's talk about the food quality. Quick service. Food was served at correct temperature. A little overpriced for fast food. Tried their nacho fries. I don’t believe this item will make it to their regular menu. Very little product for the price point.
First time ordering using the APP. Worked perfect! When I was close I let them know i arrived in the App as instructed. As I was walking in door, the lady was calling my name that order was done! Can't Ask for any better service than that!!!
For the most part the food is good but once in a while they forget one thing from my order when I order through the drive-thru, and when I get home I realize but it's too late to let them know.
It is a bit slow to get your order. My order of cinnamon twist was skimpy. But, the food was what you expect from other Taco Bell restaurants.
Always friendly service and great place for a quick bite for Vegeterians. Wait times always differ, sometimes I'm in and out in 5 minutes sometimes I wait for almost 20. But the cozy interior and nice staff always makes up for it. Plus the food is always a delicious reward.
This is the closest Taco Bell to us so we order regularly. Aside from a couple times where we had been told the place wasn't open yet during listed business hours, we haven't had any trouble. Had a chance to meet a supervisor/manager today who helped us with an order that she felt wasn't up to their standards. Was a surprise, but appreciate how professional and helpful she was, since we personally didn't have an issue. I hope Taco Bell treats her well. We need more people like her.
Honestly have been going here for a year now. Sometimes the food come our as they are supposed to or some times you take back a very crispy quesedilla with char. Customer service also differs from who is giving it to you, have got some sassy ladies to some cool guys.
Service was poor, slow they need more staff. Cashier is working on the front and drive thru window and ended up messing up our order. It took more than 15 min to get our simple order a burrito and Mexican pizza. Won't recommend for service.
I get a ... I'd Rather Be Somewhere Else vibe -my last review from 7yrs ago. ____________ 8:20pm Need to kill time. I step back in here again. I guess there's new paint. (shrug) Ordering, as expected, but walking into the restroom was atrocious. I've seen worse, but to find no toilet paper, explains the used/ unused scattered butt gaskets ALLL over the floor left by the lunch crowd. The auto light went dark on me as I was crouched, looking at the empty toilet paper holder. Light sensor doesn't cover the toilet stall. Wrap up my biz. Picked up my held order. Told someone about the restroom condition (8:27ish). Took a seat. Ate. 8:58pm Just saw the same guy I spoke to walk into the restroom [finally]. 9:06pm, im leaving. He's still in there. Yeah, gonna give this place another 7yrs , Stay tuned.

I was a little disappointed at the wait. Literally nearly 10 mins before someone came to the cash register to take my order. The same guy taking drive thru orders, was handled ok ng the counter too. At prime time lunch? Unsatisfactory. But the food was typical Taco Bell. So, no demerits there.
Such a weird drive thru as it’s a narrow lane and separated. Had to wait for my food in the parking spot and I didn’t get any hot sauce when I had asked for it at the window. Had to go inside and wait for them to finish up with other customers just to get hot sauce.
Had a crunch wrap craving. Location doesn't open up as early as Wendy's. But i was in the area late enough. Otherwise service was good, and breakfast was saved.
Doesn’t matter what time you go or how many customers are in the store. You will always wait 30 min or more between getting to order and your food….you can be the only car in drive thru and still wait 10 min to have your order taken……:been dealing with this for years cause it’s the closest store 😭😭😭 UPdate: they have gotten much better
The food is consistent from one Taco Bell to the next. I received what I expected. What does change is the service and the cleanliness. Service was adequate but the cleanliness was not to par. Several tables were dirty. My biggest issue was the small in the dinning area. It smelled like an old trash can that had not been clean in a very long time.
I do mobile order around 10pm-11:30pm: some days the wait times are OK, while some are BAAAD BAD to the point where they'll say "sorry we're gonna need a minute." ... AND when you do finally pull forward, you'll be waiting some more. Another itty bitty nitpick: the speaker box will say "sorry we are closed" during open times. 🤷♂️
Drive-thru is consistently slow no matter the time of day
Terrible slow service. Arrived around 7:30pm close to empty place. Only one person ahead of me and my to-go order took more than 15 minutes. If you are in rush try their mobile order instead, hopefully it's faster.
Slowest service EVER. Unfortunately have to come here for lunch sometimes and we usually always have to wait 15+ mins in line. Just went today and ordered TWO things off the menu and my friend and I were stuck in line for 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
The management need to change. There are like 5 employees in there which is more than customer at the time, but all the orders mixed up, drive thru jammed, I have to wait 30 minutes for my two simple combo order, don't know how they gonna do if they're In N Out
I was there about a week ago it's always fairly empty however for the past four or five days the lights have been off and nobody's home. There is no notice of closure posted and their website doesn't specify anything about it either. Too bad it's a nice location.
Chris is so rude he makes weird remarks towards the customers always flirting very disturbing... I am a witness I never said anything to him at all I was sitting at a table when this happened bad one star on him horrible af Although azia is a good worker she's very nice and helpful and polite deserves a raise fr she is very helpful and understanding and patient 5 star for her
This location could definitely use a remodeling job. The floor has cracked tiles (where food and debris build up creating bacteria) and the bathrooms are horribly disgusting. I try not to eat at a place that has low cleanliness standards because I worry about the condition of the equipment and area the food is prepared in.
At least it's clean.. But while you're sitting, waiting for 30 minutes in the place for an order you made online 45 minutes ago, while the staff fumbles around each other, you can look forward to getting your order wrong every. single. time. Listen, I've been begrudgingly stopping here for 3 years. If you order and put ZERO mods on it, you can at least hope to get the majority of it in hand within the hour. So at least there's that. Ignore the obviously paid-for reviews. It's just taco bell. You know what you're getting into here. Bottom of the barrel shlop in a crusty shell.
I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and it was completely disgusting. First problem was how everything was so uneven. Whoever made it was either drunk or having a bad day. It was all sorts of unorganized and tasted absolutely terrible. One bite would be all sauce and another would be only lettuce.
Really inefficient drive thru. I don't know if they are short staffed or what but they took my order (5 items, no drinks), I paid at the window, and then they had me idling passed that window to wait for my food. Meanwhile, no one in line behind me was progressing forward. This Taco Bell needs to get their act together. I was waiting for my food a total of 35 minutes on a weeknight after 7pm. Avoid this drive thru if you value your time.
9 out of 10 times they mess up my tacos. Like if I want soft tacos, I'll ask for soft. I specifically say crunch and yet here I am with soft tacos. So, drive thru sucks and don't go during busy times.
High prices, quality has gone down and the only "good" items are on the $ menu ...the bean cheese & rice burrito and the potatoes,nacho fries. Mexican pizza,chulupa are good but pay day only staus lol . then they keep messing with the mexi melt like keep it on the menu.

You would think for $20 an hour they’d be nicer lol every time I come to this Taco Bell the dudes always have an attitude and are real jerks. Have a problem with giving me extra sauce, have a problem with me checking to see if my order is ready once. Management please do something about this… I know you could care less but your customers do. Be more friendly and welcoming. I worked in the service industry too, doesn’t hurt to put a smile or be nice.
If I could give then less I would I ask for the 2 duo special and instead they gave me two cheese burritos you got to be kidding me I will post reviews on yelp and also will give them bad reviews on the survey. So few I'm my disappointed. ..
Terrible. Called today at 5 o'clock to ask if dine-in was open so my family and I can dine there, but they never answered. My mom called the first time and no answer. I called on my phone three times and no answer. Now i'm wondering if they purposely ignore calls or ignored my calls thinking the purose for my call was to file a complaint instead of a pending question.

Horrible. Tmobile Tuesday promoted free TB free taco which required to install TB app and payment information. So I paid and waited 1/2 for later still no food. Went up to the counter, they said they never received any order. The clerk had to search my name in order to find the order. The app and the store are not communicating. Stay away from app and this store.
first I put in a mobile order it was 9:20pm when I tried to put in an order upon completing the order a message pop up it said lost connection with the store I was thinking they close at 10pm. anyway I ended up driving to the store I parked and the doors where closed so I got back in my car drove to the drive thru and it was already 946pm I'm waiting and I hear the store is closed, hmm scratching my head? so I'm guessing they closed at 930pm they should post it on their web site and at the door on google their hours say till 10 it's really confusing they should fix their hours!! just a thought so a customer comes and is blocked by someone saying we are closed.
Closed 30 mins before posted closing time. Food is soggy by the time you get it (when they are open). I would love to speak to the owner about their terrible management
I went here two days ago this weird guy name Christan or Chris idk but I think he's mid tall and white brown eyes I think and blonde hair scary tbh he's very creepy looking and I ain't the one to judge because I'm a walking jumpscare and so HIDEOUS but when I saw this dude he was making flirting remarks to my sister and mother dude gets away with this so easily you need someone better, azia is the best worker there at the cashier I have been going here for a month and she's a 10/10, so kind and smart and very calm not no loud dude like Chris pls I would cry if I worked with him but overall azia needs to be employee of the month she's perfect fr
Some of the employees seem to always be annoyed and are rude. More times than not, items are forgotten in the order. Just visited this location today and a burrito was missing, which we didn’t notice till after driving off and the sauce we asked for wasn’t in there either.
Sat at drive through about 5 minutes. No cars waiting. Decided to drive up to window to see about placing order. Smh. Couldn’t communicate with the lady. Language barrier. What is more concerning is I attempted to speak with her in Spanish!
Horrible customer service. SLLOOOOWWWWWWWW!! Theres a big clock that shows how long a cars been at the drive thru window and every time i come here it takes about 5 minutes per car. Every car. So if theres 3 people ahead of you in line, expect it to take 15 minutes to get to the window after you order.
We ordered a nacho party pack and asked if they can just put the guac on the side because someone is alergic and when they gave us our meal they didn't put the same amount of guac that normally comes in the platter.. that's terrible customer service. When I had asked they acted like they didn't understand what was wrong.. such a shame
They have the cheddar chalupa on their sign. I tried to order it... they won't have it until the 5th. Then why is it on your sign?! I order a grilled cheese burrito and a dragon fruit freeze... the freeze machine is not working. Ok how about a Pepsi. Nope Pepsi machine is down. So I just go with the grilled cheese burrito. As I'm eating it I swear I almost broke a tooth on it. Maybe the tortilla strip? It happens again so I spit it out. It was rock hard rice... probably hella old. Gross. So I tossed that one and stopped at another taco bell to get my fix. Lol! For real though do not go to this taco bell.
I have been to this taco bell many times and they always mess up my order and are the extremely rude every time I go. I never write bad reviews and I work in customer service, but I finally had to say something because the cs is so bad.
They are the slowest fast food place I've ever been to! I have been to this place at least 10 times cuz it is the closest one where we live, & it doesn't matter what time you go you always have to wait at least 35 minutes in line at the drive thru and the same thing when you walk inside to get food!
The service was absolutely horrendous, it took almost 15 minutes to get my food and all I ordered was a quesadilla. The employees here care more about gossiping and making jokes about how annoying and ugly customers in the drive through are over having good customer service. I dont recommend going to this location ever, you will regret it.
I waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru line for nothing, There was only 4 cars in front of us. I took off furious and just didn’t get my food. Instead I got Jack in a Box, took less then 10 minutes with more than 4 cars in front of me. Just Terrible
Horrible customer service. The order is always wrong and when you go back to the counter to have them do it right they give you attitude. The restaurant is dirty all the time and they are always out of napkins and hot sauce. The soda machines are usually out of soda and when you ask them to refill them they are too busy and just say they are out. The last time we went in every table was dirty and when my husband asked for them to clean one the girl just handed him a rag.
I had a horrible experience before I was even able to order my food. I drive up and the lady says with an attitude “what can I get you” so I asked her if she could give me a minute and she said yes but then the lady says very rudely and impatiently “Hey girls but you need to hurry up and order because there are people behind you,” not even giving me three minutes to think about what I want. I then said “ok I’ll be eating somewhere else thank you” and left because just like the people behind me, I’m a paying customer.
I drove 5 miles to this particular location because their food items are always right on point…I mean that their “meat” portion sizes are better than any other Taco Bell in nearby areas…but unfortunately on my last recent visit I’m sorry to say I was very very disappointed! Their “meat” portions were ridiculously very small compared to what I’m used to getting at this location…so I actually went back thru the drive-thru window to make a friendly inquiry & the employee, HORTENCIA, explained to me that the MANAGER is the reason why they have cut back on the “meat” portion sizes…well I guess this will no longer be my go-to Taco Bell restaurant in the future 😩🤔😬🫨🥴
Went through the drive thru during my lunch, there were only 2 cars in front of me. I ordered 2 spicy Doritos tacos... I should have driven off when I had the chance, it took 26 long minutes before I got to the window, I asked wth why did it take so damn long, the employee responds that’s they were very busy inside. I told her you could have told me this when I ordered that it would take longer than the usual because they’re understaffed. Not ok!!!! There went my 30 minute lunch. I was so disappointed that I lost my appetite.
Worst taco Bell experience ever! Lady was so absolutely rude and in all honesty should not be working with the public. She clearly hates her job considering my Mexican pizza box was all smashed up but itkitterally looked like she drop kicked it before making be go back around in line because 'the other people will get mad about waiting" ( for my two items and there only being 1 car behind me.) Unreal.
I had to give a star because I'm forced 2. We waited in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes. There was only two cars ahead of us. One is already paying and the other one was ordering. Once we got to the window the cashier made a mistake and charged us someone else food. We spentat least 5 min waiting for the food and for the cashier to correct her mistake.

As I was waiting for my food to go, 3 people with one being GrubHub, all of the orders had issues, missing an item, wrong item, or not the right size. Staff looks 110% miserable and not welcoming. Customer service is key these days, I will not be returning. Long wait, they mess up on all orders within a 10 min time frame I was waiting for a taco and nachos, which I asked for to go and messed that up too. Listen to your customers and read the screen for crying outloud.
Awful service through drive thur, the girl said we are not taking order's, didn't explain why. I asked why ? She drive thur register went down. She should of said " Sorry our register are down, if you like come in order inside" But no she didn't do that..not happy customer, will not return.
Every single visit, without fail, something is wrong. Either something is wrong with the order, there is a ridiculously long wait, they are out of something (straws, shredded chicken, sauce etc), workers are bickering amongst each other or cashier has a bad attitude and is not helpful. Not 1 single trip where a mobile order pickup has gone smooth. Workers sitting in dining room staring around aimlessly while the drive thru is telling people that there’s a THIRTY, THIRTY-FIVE, and FORTY minute wait. This place is just a dumpster fire.
For the love of GOD, Please don't serve fries that have been sitting under the Heat Lamp for (2) Two hours,! If we wanted rocks for dinner we have a garden. #QUALITYASSURANCE. UPDATE: 4/26/2020 5:16 PM. ANOTHER PROBLEM, THEY FORGOT AN ITEM AND I KNOW IT'S MY FAULT FOR NOT CHECKING BEFORE I GOT ALL THE WAY HOME. JUST KNOW THAT IF YOU ORDER MORE THAN 1 ITEM, THERE IS A VERY GOOD CHANCE THAT THEY WILL FORGET ONE OF YOUR ITEMS. #PEASETRAINYOUREMPLOYESSRIGHT! I would give them negative stars if I could.... $17.00 for Quesadillas, drinks & fries then I get home and it's the wrong order. Maybe it's my fault for not checking but when I try calling and I get a "Fax" Machine? Who uses a fax machine these days anyway? I tried calling other Taco Bell and they all answered except the Taco Bell in Diamond Bar. Will Never go back unless it's to give them a piece of my mind.
No body in drive thru and my food still happened to come out cold. Then ask for mild sauce and gave me 100 of the wrong one. Overall a really bad experience.

Had a very bad experience here. Ordered food for four people, they got it wrong (missing an entire box, two drinks, and a quesadilla), luckily we checked and noticed and went back through the drive thru. We assumed they gave us what we were missing but when we got home, we realized we were still down a drink. I know it's a $2.50 drink and not that big of a deal, but we literally spent 45 minutes sitting in line total tonight so I feel like we should at the very least get what we paid for. So very clearly an understaffed location, please manage it better.
Absolutely dreadful!!!!! The Current manager is terribly awful. Hovering over their employees and cheaping out on the food as well. We ordered the grilled cheese burritos and usually anywhere else we’ve gone they’ve been plump and done well. But after even paying extra add ins the burritos we were given light tortillas with cheese and sauce. Hardly any meat. We paid almost 20 dollars. I feel terrible for the employees, they seem to be trying their best under the awful management.
Unfortunately this location is either understaffed or under-trained. 4 times I have been to this location. And 4 times there has been problems. Most of the issues stem from orders being incorrect (even after using the application and making sure it was right). The other chronic problem with this store is to make those in the drive thru park and wait for food. Of the times I had been in this situation, most of it was due to the fact that they don’t start the order until you are at the window. It does not matter how large or small your order is.
Came today (Friday 10/21/22) around 11:30p.m since google says it close at 1:00a.m., waited in line for like 10-15 minutes and when I pulled up the lady said they're closed and I proceed to hear some giggles. What's going on guys? Change your store hours online so people won't have to waste their time and gas!

Horrible service at the window and calling corporate about the problem didn't do anything
The people that said its the slowest service are telling thr truth. Ordered on the app at 545 and said it will be ready by 555. Wasnt ready till 610 and then they tried to give me a free taco loco coupon. I threw it in the trash they would have took long for that too.
Absolutely the slowest service from a Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. My wife and I waited in the drive thru line for an entire HOUR for two tacos, and a burrito!! When we finally got up to the window, we didn’t even get a “sorry for the wait” or any explanation at all as to why it took that long. Definitely will NOT be back here.
This Taco Bell is absolutely terrible. I can’t believe this! This is a situation where I can’t rate a 0. So I rated a 1. Absolutely insane. Picture this: you and four other hungry middle school friends are craving nacho fries, a steak quesadilla, nachos with ZERO beans, and EXTRA SAUCE. You’ve been working hard all day. And your Taco Bell FORGETS half your order. Words cannot express my disappointment. Also, the price was doubled. Insane. Double the price for half the food. I’m starting to believe the workers ATE it. They even had the AUDACITY to add beans to our nachos. Taco Bell, I know you could do so much better. Do NOT come to this Taco Bell. You will not be satisfied with the results.
Veryyy slowww service. This Taco Bell is the slowest fast food spot I’ve ever been to in my life, drive-thru will be backed up and often only letting one car past the speaker at a time and each car consistently takes at least 10 minutes. Every time without fail, and I’ve been coming to this one because of the distance from my home for the last 6 months. I’ve tried going inside as well or ordering ahead of time on the app, they start your meal when you get there and tell them you’re waiting for an online order. Inside is just as slow.
Continuously the worst taco bell ever. Management needs to offer proper wages so they can hire employees that actually care. Slow service and gets the order wrong all the time. Prices are also insane for food that's so cheaply made.
ill keep posting a review about how absolute dogwater this place is, if you replaced this building with an empty dirt lot it would serve a much better purpose than its current existence. Lazy workers and horribly made food. Why's a food establishment in Diamond Bar this horrible? Lazy workers closing an hour prior just to chill claiming the systems are down. Yeah bro I was born yesterday, totally. This place needs to go.
I'm sorry but when I have to choose between 6 or 7 fast food places in my neighborhood, and I decide to go to Taco Bell they can't get my order right. Now I have to drive back in order to get the thing that they missed and I tried to call them but they don't answer their phone. I'm really tired of this place and I like Taco Bell's food but they cannot get their act together. Go across the street there's tons of good places to eat and I am not going back to Taco Bell, except today because they didn't give me my extra burrito that I paid for!
