They don't give clear, correct direction. To where the people in line at the drive through needs to park, which causes everybody to be congested in one spot and people in the drive through can't get by. They have people move, so their time in the drive through looks better than it is.

Always love getting jack in the box! I got the bacon swiss burger and curly fries. The food was delicious and inexpensive for what you get. The tables were kinda dirty but we found a clean one. Bathrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly which was a nice change of pace. Last jack in the box I went to wasn't the best experience. I always recommend jack in the box since I don't live in an area with one.

Waited in line 4 mins, 2 at the order screen. Only asked for 2 tacos, no sauce. It was 530ish pm, had not eaten all day, pouring rain. Horrible week, spent afternoon 45 miles away. Lady was nice, but got sauce, no onions, they would not add it. Took 2 bites, threw it out

Please don't read into this wrong! After getting someone to work the drive thru, things have been much better. We could not understand her but on the other hand she could not understand. There food has always been fresh. The ice coffee is not the best. We go to other Jack in the Box and have better coffee.

Staff were friendly. But food was definitely sub par... The tacos have been my go to for 50 years. When I can get them. As I grew up in an area with J&B and now live in an area without.. so when I travel.. I'm like give me my tacos and sauce... They are not the same.. And I would know. Come on corporate. Why are we paying more for less ? Please explain....

Placed our order in the drive through the service was fast however the food was TERRIBLE! The meat on the burgers was cold and had an awful taste, the tacos were soggy and cold as well. When we returned for a refund, that process took longer than actually placing and receiving the order.

I had my order made incorrectly. I tried to speak with the manager Maria. When I was trying to explain to her how I wanted my order, she made me feel like I had to hurry up and explain then when my order was given to me they shut the windows very ugly. I don’t know why it’s so hard for people just be kind to others I don’t recommend.

‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Beware of this location The manager is very very rude. Her name is Maria. She has no respect for customers. She left her mic on on the drive-through and started talking in Spanish with the other coworkers and talking very bad about customers thinking that we do not understand her language. The food was made terrible gave us an incorrect order and then argue with us that she gave the correct order. The lady at the window that was working there she was very nice and said to me that she was very sorry about her and that’s how she treats a lot of people. Sad that you have a manager, that’s not very kind to others. This establishment has gone down tremendously because of who they hire Jack-in-the-Box you need to better. I am not going back to this location.
