I come here a lot to be honest I’m a cna so sand witch’s at work are my go to , I get the same thing every time and I love they young guy with glasses that takes my order he’s very friendly and super funny and kind need more people like him in serving for sure .

Most workers are great. The food not so great or fresh. Service good. Atmosphere there isn't any. This place is small with no color or fun. It's just a box. Boring 😴.

My husband walked in and the employee made eye contact with him then went to the back. While he was standing there waiting, he saw mice running around! He waited for someone to come out (about 5 mins later) to tell them that there are mice and they told him that wasn't true. He told them that he had a video of it and then left. It's disgusting in there.
Trash just like every other fast food restaurant in Dickinson, service sucks, food is not well kept, the guy behind the counter (who I'm pretty sure is a manager) seems like he is high as a kite every time I see him, he takes forever, moves in slow motion, completely stops what he's doing every 5 seconds to stare at people, he's rude and has a bad attitude, drops food all over the place, doesn't listen or pay attention at all. The rest of the staff is hit or miss, a few ppl do a good job but mostly bad too, bugs fly around the restaurant, the soda machine as of right now has no ice, and all of the drinks are flat, they are out of 2 of the veggies, and they only have white bread. And stuff like this is normal at this location.
Worst subway experience I’ve ever had... Was polite and not complicated at all the worker Vanessa didn’t greet me ask what I want or anything. let her know I want the special.... she proceeds to make it and everything was fine when it was time to ring it up she tells me after I pay the special doesn’t apply with just the sandwich. I ask her politely could she add it. Her response was NO I can’t.... I work in Customer service/sales and I know that’s not true , so instead of simply canceling and re-ringing my order she ignores me in hopes I go away. I did not the manger on duty was just smiling in the back observing... I was hoping she would do a simple thing to fix my order I was wrong... I ask for a full refund and gave the sandwich back... Worst subway experience by far.... the manger refused to give her name I didn’t raise my voice or anything...
I walked into order a long foot tunafish sandwich and one bag of chips. I hit on the prompt no tip once I got to my vehicle and went on by my day. I looked at my receipt and noticed that I was charged tip for $2.22 that I did not authorize please be aware. waiting for manager to contact me back to refund my $2.22
One of the workers was very sexist and racist to me and my sister in law and wasn’t nice until my brother stepped in to ask for our order and I don’t know how they let him work there he was rude and I don’t recommend going the food was ok but the service was horrible and he didn’t get my order right I will be calling to complain I don’t recommend
My card was charged for an online order that they never supposedly got. It took an hour after I got there to receive 2 salads after trying to makethem understand what was going on. Dunno what happened but the communication was Very difficult to get through.
1 12” veggie was for a vegan with mustard and veggies only. It was slathered with mayo. i called the store and asked if I could come get a replacement for my dinner and was told by the gal who answered the phone that she didn’t have the authority to give me a sandwich. She questioned whether I ordered correctly. That shop is off my list of businesses to patronize. I find it sadly consistent with the type of customer service that is too prevalent today. Replacing a $1 sandwich just cost you a customer.
Closing time posted at 9:30, came in at 9:15 an employee said they're closing time is at 9:10. Drove good distance to get there you'd think that the hours posted would be accurate in order to provide good public service. No intentions doing business with this Subway going forward, other customers beware.
Ordered two sandwiches online and mostly did NOT get the right ingredients on both. Did not get the double meat we were charged extra for. Did not get cheese on either sandwiches, nor were they toasted. Peppers and olives were scattered over both sandwiches when only one was supposed to have them. Subs were extremely messy and sloppy. 2nd time I ordered online, they did not add sauce, cheese, pickles, but they added onion and bell peppers??? Which I didn't order? The only thing they got right, was that I wanted an Italian BMT, but everything else was wrong. Workers need to pay more attention please.
I have always came to this location since it's close to my job, but it's really Tiresome for a place that says the timing close on Google and even on their doors that they close at 9:30, Not at 9 just cuz they want to leave early. Really bad for service, no wonder it's always new people all the time there, and they can't even make your footlongs nice, they're all sloppy with extra sauce dripping out from everywhere. Management should really do something about this. I'm just going to drive 15 mins away instead of driving 2 mins to this subway location
If Rafael doesn't like his job he should quit or better yet you should fire him. He is the rudest person. Not only is he rude to your other employees but to your customers as well. Although I live less than a mile from this location I will drive the extra 5 miles to the Subway on Highway 96, hopefully you aren't associated with that location and Rafael shows up there. His attitude is simply ridiculous.
Unfortunately, this is the closest subway to my home. The oldest kid that works here is probably 18. No work ethic. No attention to detail. I have NEVER been able to get a cup of soup, because they're always out. Dont try to get a sandwich after 9:30, because they have already started putting stuff up, or have mentally checked out. At this point, I'll drive 8 miles to Jimmy John's in League City. Don't waste your time here. Anyone rating this place with more than one star, is either a friend or family of an employee. My dumb self continues to try and eat here 3 evenings a week, thinking it will change. No luck. I'm done.
The absolute worst service possible. Refused to refund for an item that was out of stock. Rude and zero customer service. Beware.

Why do I always end up with the food service person who can't speak or understand English. How do you get Subway Vinaigrette mixed up with Ranch & South West sauce? Sure, just put whatever you want on my 10 dollar sandwich. This location is off the list!!

If I could rate anything less than 1 Star I would. There hasn’t been a single time that I’ve gone in here and they don’t have something. I always get the same thing a Breakfast white flat bread Black Forest egg and cheese. And every single time they are never prepared. Today their excuse was they didn’t have any white flat bread. And before that time it was they had to microwave the bread ( which I thought was made fr she daily, that’s wrong) and they never have any egg. This place is a joke and the people working there are rude and don’t care that they are jacked up. I’ve tried and went back a couple of times thinking it was a one time deal, nope it wasn’t and they constantly aren’t prepared.
