The place is charming, ideal for a good conversation since despite being centrally located, it's quiet inside. The atmosphere is relaxed and calm. You can choose a table inside or outside. The lighting gives it a vintage and cozy feel. The servers are very friendly, always attentive, and the service is fast. We found the drinks to be good, as was the carrot cake.

A small Americano and a generous sized slice of tasty cheesecake was 92.00 peso. It is expensive, however, the interior environment and courtyard is nice. Every table has an electrical outlet which is useful and I noticed that the tables attached to walls have been suitably designed for full leg room beneath. The WiFi was ok though it did cut out frequently for 30 seconds each time. Overall, a good place for a book or some laptop work. Would recommend.

This café-restaurant has surprised and exceeded my expectations! It certainly has a wide variety of dishes, all exquisite and steeped in tradition. On both occasions I've visited, it's left me wanting to go back again and again! The staff's attention and friendliness are excellent! They serve you very quickly and suggest drinks that would complement your meal. I also appreciate that they have a spacious and well-designed area for dining.

Muy bonito lugar. Lamentablemente el día de hoy sólo tenían disponibles cafés de Veracruz y de Chiapas. El café de Chiapas sabe muy bien. El cheesecake de fresa que pedí estaba muy rico y de buen tamaño. Tardan un poco en atender. El día de hoy había un músico tocando el arpa para ambientar el local. Volvería a regresar

El lugar está muy bien ambientado y la decoración es bastante buena. Sin embargo, la comida me pareció aceptable, más no excelente. El café era bueno, pero puede mejorar bastante. A nosotros no nos ofrecieron las variedades de café por regiones, como a otra mesa.

La comida es deliciosa y los cafés son ricos, ademas los hacen singulares con los dibujos pero francamente se me hizo caro. El lugar es bonito y la música en vivo hace muy agradable la estancia. Si vale la pena ir.

I liked the garden. The ferns look spectacular. The enchanting sound of the fountain kept us patient. The restaurant space is very welcoming, painted in the greenery of a coffee farm and decorated with different models of coffee vending machines. There's good natural light, which makes you feel at ease. The breakfast was delicious, but coffee creamer and sauce weren't available. I recommend the place. Best regards.

The place is beautifully decorated and well laid out, the coffee is delicious, as well as the chai latte tea. The cheese pie was just ok, still have to try other dishes, but I'll definitely go back.

The place is beautiful, and they also have live music on weekends. The coffee is of excellent quality and the food is very flavorful. The negative aspect of my experience stems from the service of a member of the staff. Although the manager took responsibility for her employee's behavior, she certainly needs to provide her servers with good customer service training.

The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful, and the prices were affordable, though not very cheap. The service left a lot to be desired. It was very slow. I don't know if they were short-staffed, but it took over 40 minutes to bring us an orange juice and hot chocolate with bread. That's because I had to remind the waiters, who rarely come to ask if everything was okay. It seemed like they hadn't taken our order. The place is very nice, but the fact that we were in the back doesn't allow the waiters to see which tables were unattended or which ones needed something, especially if they didn't come by to ask. In the end, they weren't going to give us the bread that came in the package, just because we reminded them, and for that to happen, it took them about 15 minutes to bring it! What a shame, because the place and food were 10/10.

Nice café located in a beautiful renovated building at the heart of Xalapa. The space is wonderful, with plenty of tables. Coffee is descent. Yet the service was awful. The waitress was rude, and I was served my latte in a disposable cup, which truly annoyed me.

Acudimos mi familia y yo a comer el día 15 de febrero, somos clientes frecuentes ya que los desayunos son ricos y la atención había sido bastante buena, sin embargo, en esta ocasión éramos 8 personas, apartamos mesa con anticipación, algunos pedimos menú y otros comida a la carta, se tardaron al menos 20 minutos en llevarnos las bebidas y la entrada, primero llegaron los alimentos a la carta (siendo que supuestamente lo del menú ya está hecho), entre un platillo y otro esperamos otros 15 minutos, los alimentos llegaron fríos y la cantidad dejaba mucho que desear! Al intentar dejar un comentario sobre la atención y calidad de los platillos la respuesta fue que “el gerente se encontraba fuera y nadie podía resolvernos”. Realmente tuvimos una muy mala experiencia, recomiendo el lugar para desayunar pero jamás para acudir a comer! Ojalá puedan mejorar!
