Even tho they were short handed and slammed with orders, Zoe took my order with a smile. She made sure my order was correct and Super polite!!
Stopped in to get something to eat on the way home after a 12 hour shift even tho they were busy with drive-through they were fast to act to take my order as soon as they could. As I was getting my drink and ready to walk out of the store the crew member that took my order stopped me and said he was sorry he for to put my Burrito in my bag. I would say other then Mr Entertainment as I call him at the Sterling store this was the best service I have at any fast food place.
We went to this location tonight and the wait was long but come to find out there was a staffing issue as many other places are having. The staff was incredibly nice to us and I repayed the favor and was nice to them even though there were some things in our order that got messed up. The staff was doing their best and we’re still smiling even though they were struggling. I’ve worked in the fast food career before so I know how hard it can be to run properly when your short staffed. I really hope that this review gets to the very nice young men that we encountered in the drive thru.
Haven't had taco bell in a couple months do to I was treated horriable. I was craving it tonight. Thank you to the two men that were working tonight. 💪 You both did great work and my food and drink was what I asked for..

I haven’t been having the best experience with this location for a while in regards to the quality of the food, but I just went through their drive thru on a whim and saw new Crunchwrap sliders on their menu and decided to try them and I’m so happy I did, they tasted so amazing🥰 and the woman at the window was so very nice and we engaged in conversation. I didn’t get her name but my receipt says Melissa. I’m happy I went!!

I went over to this Taco Bell right before they close. I want to say about 1:30 in the morning. I had a really rough few weeks and I was at my breaking point. I thought There was nothing left to live for, and I was in a very dangerous mental space. I got there around 1:30 right before they close and talk to the employees. Ask them the easiest thing they could make. When I went to the window, I talked to A girl with red hair and they told me they gave me a 50% discount on my food for being a nice person and then gave me a free slushy because they were closing. They also gave me a few free tacos Probably because they wanted to get rid of their stock. But this action meant so much more to me than words can describe. I truly believe that with these peoples kindness, they saved my life. Please go to this Taco Bell. They have the best customer service in the best people working there. If any of the workers that were working that night happen to read this, thank you so much for your generosity and your kindness. It really did go along way and help me get through some thing that I thought was impossible.
They usually make my food perfectly, I don't often feel the need to make sure it's right because it usually is. And with the app I just pull up and tell them my name and that's that. Though wait times can be very long. There are times where I've waited over 30 minutes, especially at night.
Tacos ordered without lettuce to go. Luckily i checked them before getting too far away, as they had lettuce. Manager made it right immediately which salvaged my 4 star review. Tacos were as good as you'll get from the Bell.
One of the only places around Dixon to get food late at night. Obviously not gourmet good, but when you're hungry, want something fast, and don't want to cook Taco Bell slaps. Would've been 5 stars, but the other night I tried going through the drive thru and no one responded for over 5 minutes so we backed up and left. The lights were on and a couple cars in the lot so that was strange. Again, it's fast food, hit or miss on the night.
I liked this Taco Bell. I am not a big fan of Taco Bell in general but they were apologetic for our longer than normal wait time and compensated us with coupons for that. They were friendly and quick to please! These guys did an awesome job for how busy they were at such a late hour! They definitely deserve praise for that!
The food was hot and out quickly. Order was taken speedy and accurate. The greeter/cashier was very nice. The facility itself needs at least cleaned, tables were dirty and the drink station needed a wipe down. My nachos had very little meat but a ton of guacamole and beans. Overall a decent eat in experience but could have been better, all main issues would be able to be taken care of by crew.

Sometimes they're understaffed, but they always try to make sure you get your order. The employees at this store are 100% nicer then most!
We needed to place several seperate orders for people in the same car so we all used our apps which really speeds up the ordering process. The food was made fresh and tasted just as Taco Bell should. Our orders were all correct and made with little wait even though we customized over half the order. I am sure they probably hated us but they didn't act like it and were very friendly. The area surrounding the restaurant and the drive-thru was very clean and well kept.
I hate how long I have to wait in the drive thru and I'm usually surprised if the orders right. This time I didn't get asked if I wanted hot sauce. Then had no silverware and napkins! Wasn't aware I had to ask for those items.
Food is standard Taco Bell food (which we love). That said, they regularly make mistakes on our orders (hard shell instead of soft shell tacos, forgetting the sour cream in supreme tacos, etc). Check your food when you get it and you'll be just fine.
Not sure it was quick service, but I was the only one in there so I gave you the benefit of the dough

This Taco Bell by far has the worst speed of service of any Taco Bell that I visit. It is regularly 30 minutes or more one pulling up in the Drive-Thru to get your food. It doesn't matter if you go inside. It still tends to be upwards of 30 minutes. It would literally be faster in some cases to drive to the closest Taco Bell which is 13 miles away and back to get my food. The only thing that keep me coming back to this Taco Bell is I love good cheap tacos and it's in the town I live in.
The only issue I have is that they need to do a better job staffing this place. It always takes forever to get things moving. The food is what you expect from taco bell, the staff they do have are well trained and friendly, and the location inside and out is clean and up to date.
Food took forever to come out. We waited 20 minutes. The pop was flat and once the food did arrive it was messy and not packaged right so it all fell about. One of the workers was on his cell phone while making or food.
Tacos are pretty good but the last couple of times we’ve ordered, the chips taste so gross we can’t eat them. The cinnamon twists taste the same.
Kiosk only I was told not very friendly heavy set young lady to busy talking to other team members. If I have to use kiosk I won't be back if they can't take my order but can take my cash may a well fire her and do a Machine like Walmart has.

Nobody takes your order. They essentially force you to use the kiosk. Then it takes forevvvvvver to get your food.
This is crazy. Been waiting for a carry out order over 20 minutes. No we didn’t order 100 tacos or anything. Drive through empty, a bunch of sad faced people slumped in booths also waiting for their food to. Employees visible behind counter. What are they doing? Not making food I guess.
They aren't rude, but they really don't have anything together over there. Takes 30 minutes to go through the drive through, and they ignore you if you go inside. If you get food, don't bother checking it just go back inside because they will ALWAYS mess up your order.
Food was delicious! Service was not great. Waited in drive thru for 18 min from ordering to receiving food. Ordered 3 items... Staff said it was due to mobile orders. Guy was nice though and gave me a few free taco coupons. Just frustrating to have to wait that long for 2 soft shell tacos and a cheesy gordita crunch.
Ordered 3 tacos and 3 mild sauce at Kiosk. No sauce in the bag when I went to eat my food. I suggest they put sauces out where costomer can take what they need.
WOW...I know they are not known for cleanliness or "professionalism" but just WOW. Went in for a cheap taco box, which is not even cheap anymore, all of the employees where on their phones, what must have been a friend of the employees was standing at the counter talking, laughing, and looking at her phone as well. My wife and I ordered, which was hard to do trying to talk over all the yelling and giggling between the girl at the counter, the people in the kitchen,and the woman I assumed to be the manager. Once we got one box, we waited at least another 10 minutes, my wife chose not to eat until I also had mine, while waiting she asked if they would give a refund on the box since it was going to be cold by the time she ate it, and suddenly the manager was too busy to come to the counter (there was on car at the drive thru and only one other person in the dining room compared to the 3 cooks in the kitchen, 1 girl at the drive thru window, and one guy at the counter plus a manager) we where going to eat in store but got too disgusted at the site of the cooks wearing gloves, but the also playing on their phones while making our food. 20 minutes after walking in the restaurant, we finally got our food, and decided to take it home. After we got it home, the food did not taste right (might have been just the thought of the same hands making my food as touching their phones with the knowledge that most people take their phones in the bathroom). Two $10 boxes just went in the garbage, so much for a quick cheap meal. This is one Taco Bell I will avoid from now on.
1130 pm show up to drive thru to pick up door dash order mind you only one car ahead of me. Waited 35 minutes for the car ahead of me to leave drive thru then I get to the window wave my hands then raise my voice while I see the order on there counter by the cash register that I’m pick up .. then I had it honked the horn then came to window like what’s the problem the problem is I’ve been in this drive thru for going on 45 minutes while the order I’m picking up is on your counter then they proceeded to hand me the order and mouth off something as I was leaving the old crew they got rid of wouldn’t be like this this new crew still the same smoking weed by the dumpster or in they cars
This place needs to be shut down. Between the toothless cashier, the other cashier who took five minutes to give me 80 cents, and the 20+ minute wait for TWO items, I'll never be going back here and advise others to stop going here. The manager is completely unprofessional yelling at his employees and should find a different line of work, such as cleaning bathrooms because that's about how useful he is in life.
Takes 25 minutes just to order one Chalupa box place is so nasty they haven’t washed their windows. It looks like in 10 years. No one wipes, tables down they barely put any meat on the tacos you got five people behind the counter they are pretty much lazy
Incompetent. My wife ordered (saw the online order reciept) 3 doritos locos tacos, and paid an extra dollar for each to make it Supreme. Can you believe they had the audacity to take the shell, put meat and sour cream and send it off. No lettuce, no cheese, no nothing. Shell, meat, sour cream. What's sad is they were all grown doing this. She drove 14 miles home, opened the bag, and instantly her night was ruined. Do not leave without opening everything and checking it. If they have attitude reference this as proof of their Tom foolery. Better yet, there is other locations. Treat them like another drive thru window during the early 2000's. You know the one with the big M. Sit there at the window and check EVERYTHING. If they want their corporate checked drive thru times to be where they're supposed to be, then they Need to prove quality and not just speed. For my wife to have to go through this over absolutely nothing is insane. We're paying more for the same bs. Hold them to higher standards.
Just went there. Was told I had to order at the kiosk. ...... 15-20 minutes go by. I've seen 6 cars through the drive thru and 3 orders carried out. Asked what was going on and was told by someone telling from the prep line they're really busy and they'd make my order fresh...... Got a refund and left what a joke
Trash. Have had many bad experiences with this place forgetting items and not finding out until I get home. And this time, I had placed an order for delivery through the app and waited and waited and waited until finally calling the store and the person on the phone had no clue what I was talking about. Canceled my order. Problem is that I was buying food for my work buddies. Now we will eat vending machine snacks...just garbage
Cost me $50 some dollars for NOT so fast food! I can spend more and get in and out FASTER getting real tacos! Waited twenty minutes for food just so we could eat cold meat tacos.

$40 worth of food didnt even take the whole order left off an item I repeated to them 3 times. Put lettuce on 2 items that it had on the receipt no lettuce. Had to go inside to fix it took them 15 min to replace the 2 items threw the others in the garbage and didnt even get an apology for the wait or mess up.
Girlfriend ordered a crunchwrap Supreme box with no tomatoes on both the crunchwrap and the burrito. Burrito had tomatoes, crunchwrap didn't but was hard as a rock. I ordered a bean burrito make it Supreme and the sour cream was only in one half the burrito and the beans tasted stale.
I went through the drive through with an order for 10 drinks. They just kept handing them to me. No drink carrier just 10 loose drinks I had 2 in the cup holder and 8 in my arms. Spilt all over myself. Highly unsatisfactory
Was giving my order to one of the employees through the drive through, and i simply asked for a Dr.Pepper. They then told me that they didn’t sell Dr.Pepper, I then asked why are you guys advertising Dr.Pepper, and then another employee interrupted me and started yelling at me. Terrible service, i’ve worked at fast food places and i understand that it can get stressful but not once have i flipped out on a value customer. most definitely not coming back.
As long as it takes in the drive through I could go in and sit somewhere else to eat. Dixon taco bell is the slowest fast food joint I've ever been to. I get a 45 min break and when I finally get my 1 burrito I have 5 min to eat it and my gas tank is almost empty. Find another place if you're short on time
Don't eat here, poor service and it took 40 minutes for our order and it wasn't right or hot. In addition you needed a magnifying glass to find the beef. "Where's the beef" not at Taco Bell!!
It’s annoying that you could tell them exactly how to make your food, and they charge you for it… and still not give you what you asked for!
Very hit or miss. Most times you can't order hard shell tacos, mexican pizzas, or nachos. I don't know where they keep their crunchy stuff but it constantly tastes like burnt plastic, I think they are keeping them in too hot of places so a burnt plastic taste is leaching onto their crunchy items. Once in a great while they won't have that taste but it happens so often that we only get soft shell tacos or burritos from them and those are fine.
Waited over 20 mins for food in the drive thru. It was 1 am, nothing but chips with my nacho platter, the 2 kids that were in there were doing everything but their jobs.

This place has become a joke. Food was awful. They put nothing in the taco shells. They refused to take out orders and told us we had to use the kiosk station. My wife asked for our drinks and the rude girl point over by the condiment station and said you're cups are over there and walked away. Customers were coming in while we were eating and the staff was not paying any attention to them. We will never go here again.
This location is getting worse and worse. Every time I go through there always out of something so tonight before I ordered I called them and I asked them what they were out of so I knew how to order my order they said the only thing they were out of was chipotle, so when the DoorDash driver got there to pick up my order, he had to call me and tell me that they were out of items and asked what I wanted to be done and so I told him to have them cancel the whole order they refused. I eventually gave them substitutions, but I will not be ordering from this location ever again , unless they get Their act together. Every time I go through after work, they always give a long list of things that they do not have. I will be forwarding to corporate as well. This is ridiculous.
Ordered ahead in the mobil app and still waited 40 minutes in the drive through. When I finally got my food, the chips were stale and didn't taste right, quesarito I had ordered with extra steak was instead made with flavor-less chicken, and cheesy roll up was cold. Won't be back anytime soon.

Sat an watch the employees wipe their noses with gloves on an use the same glove to make food all the while touching their face or hats as well. Also had an employee walk through the food area with food an the wrappers all over the floor with his shoes on his feet an another pair of shoes in his hands. Went to bathroom changed an came back out with the shoes he just had on walking through the food area on his feet now in his hands up at the cash register clocking in for duty then all back Through the food area again. It wasn't a clean establishment at all. We got our money back an we left. I think they better clean the place an get some managers who actually care an make sure that the employees are practicing good sanitation. They are gonna get people sick if they haven't already. If they touch their face or hat them gloves need changed common sense common!!!!!!!! An stop touching your face an wiping your nose an touching your hats would be a start. An clean that floor. Keep in mind people are watching you while food is being made FYI !!!!! 03/04/2022 bout 530 pm yesterday was when we were there an left. My final update since I have decided never to go to this location again.. ordered 2 burritos and a taco, had to wait about 15 mins for my food and the saw they forgot a taco... Went back the following day cause my girl was craving some tacos and we order 2 taco supreme, waited about 20mins again and when we looked we got normal tacos that had maybe a teaspoon of meat and a ton of lettuce, nothing else. IDK what the manager of this location did to make these employees hate working there, but I miss how great this Taco bell was a year or so ago. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dont ever expect to get all the food you paid for. They will ALWAYS leave out 1-2 items on your order after making you wait 20min for 3 cold burritos. I don't know what happened recently but most of their staff has changed up and their wait times have gone through the roof. The last three times I went there I was waiting in the drive-thru for literally half an hour each time for one or two items and they weren't even busy so I'm not going there anymore

Slow slow slow. If you have a minimum of 30mins to wait for just a couple items this is the place. I absolutely hate when my husband wants food from here because I know there goes my night waiting and waiting. NOT JUST SOMETIMES...I have NEVER been in the drive through for less than half an hour!! I have worked fast food and even if short staffed I cannot figure out how they take so so sooo long. Do not come here if you're in any type if hurry!
Why am I paying sit down restaurant prices and facing sit down restaurant wait times for drive-thru fast food. 3 quesadillas, 2 cheese roll-ups, 2 chalupas, rice, potatoes = $42 and 10+ minute wait. No drinks, no extra sides. Food was not great, all the wrappers were wet for some reason. Just for reference, I can go across the street to Culver's and get full meals with drinks and ice cream for the same price, and I'll get my food faster and it'll be much higher quality. Last time I went got 2 kids meals with drinks and ice cream, a chicken tender basket with curds and a drink and a bacon burger basket with fries and drink = $38.
This place is extremely slow and mismanaged. Average wait time at slow periods is 10-30 minutes. Compared to the previously conveyor belt like movement they had before. Poorly staffed and in need of repair inside. Many safety hazards in the store that harm customers and employees. I recommend staying away from this location for the foreseeable future. Employees seem generally nice, must be a management issue.
On 8/21 around lunch time, came here. They were all out of there new chicken chalupa meal. I asked about the burrito meal. They said yes. Asked what it came with , lady kept saying burrito bowl. I was very polite and I said no the burrito meal. I don’t want a bowl. I told her I didn’t even know you had bowls. She snapped well now you do. Was the rudest lady. I don’t know who peed in her cheerios, there was no need to be that way. I didnt order and left.

Every few months I decide to give this place another try. Once again they fail. Decided to use the app so I could avoid the notoriously long wait times in the drive through. Placed order at 7:29pm. App reported my order would be ready at 7:44. I drove across town and entered the restaurant at 7:45. They hadn't even started making my order. There was one car at the speaker and another had been pulled forward to wait for their food. I didn't receive my food until 7:54pm, a full 25 minutes after my order had been placed. All this only to get food of a sub par quality. My kids cheese quesadilla didn't even have any cheese in one of the 4 wedges. It's cheese on a tortilla for crying out loud. Guess we'll try again in another 6 months and hope they have a new owner by then who actually cares a little bit. Oh and while waiting I leaned against a counter, big mistake. It was sticky as hell even though the lobby was empty.
Do not eat here. Thank me later. Store is ran by actual clowns. I went in due to an issue which I saved the food from. While in the store I took the managers business card. The manager comes out and says put my gift card back lmao. I have cameras. I stated not very good then cause I took your business card not an empty gift card. Each time I come to this location I’m in the drive through waiting for at least 30 minutes to a hour. You can be the only car at this place and your food will still take 30 minutes. Usually I am the only car in the drive through and it still takes over 30 minutes to get my food, even when I place a mobile order. Last night when I got there all of their workers were outside talking to some people in a truck, had to of been a friend. While we were waiting for our food the guys went out again to talk to their friend. It doesn’t take 30+ minutes to make a small amount of food at a fast food place. We were the only car in line as well. They never apologize for the wait even if you were waiting for a hour. The food was cold and they messed up the order. They also never give us the sauce packets we ask for. We pulled around to leave and the workers went right back on out to talk to another friend in a different car while someone else was waiting in the drive through. If you only have cash to pay with don’t even bother going inside because they will ignore you and expect you to use the kiosk when it doesn’t accept cash. Don’t waste your time coming here. We usually go to freeport and they only have one or two people working at night and the line is usually long yet we get our food within 5-10 minutes after ordering with cars in front of us and they have never messed up our order there.
After 20 mins in the drive thru, I had to go inside to get my food. I watched numerous cars behind me come and go as the lady kept bringing out food to cars behind me. Once inside, there was inappropriate rap music blasting from the kitchen. Was even hard to hear the employee speaked. This service and environment ruined my chances of coming back to taco bell in awhile.
I go there twice a week sometimes more. I never have a problem with Anyone except this new store manager, which has no clue how to run the business I went there with my family after trick-or-treating and we wore tired, cold and hungry, especially my four year old was starving and almost falling asleep due to waiting almost an hour for her and our food. And on top of it we didn’t get our food or money back and all this occurred because the manager was serving the drive-through Customers only so she didn’t mess up Drive-through time And get written up so she can get a raise and benefit her pocket, but who cares for the customer inside after according to her, we’re waiting 45 minutes to an hour, I finally asked nice and polite at first time and she said something I didn’t hear her roll her eyes and ignored me after 20 minutes longer snapped and I said where is my food and I said something like what are you guys on taking forever and why are you only serving drive-through not inside customers she made a big deal that she said I’m the store manager this is my store and end up calling the cops on me and false accusation saying I hit one car when I left after she refused to give my money back for the food which I didn’t receive because still wasn’t ready an hour later And and I guess one of that person that had the car was a family member or friend that went with a story that the car got hit. I never touched their car because my truck has back up camera and at the same time I was showing my kids saw the camera works in the back up. Show the lines when I was 10 feet away from the car when I drive after this demonstration to my kids, on the camera work I’m back on my truck now I’m getting accused for that it’s called cordon telling the police false information and reporting a fraud friend of her/family that the car got hit with my truck and their car didn’t have a scratch on except one little dent on the right side of the car that was already rusted that they claimed when probably happens a year ago that they had that damage I’m gonna sue them for false accusation and harassment.
Floors and counters are always a hot mess, especially in the kitchen areas. Food, wrappers, lids, etc all over the floors. Always have to wait an INCREDIBLY long time for your food, no matter what time of day it is. About 50% of the time your order will be wrong. 0/10 for this Taco Bell.
As a former quick service food manager, I understand how demanding this work can be. Now, let’s talk about this chaos wagon… I placed a drive thru order in the app so I know that the order is noting all the instructions and proper ingredients for my order. I have a child that hates nacho cheese, so I added comment to the order as well. We pull up to the drive and there are two cars ahead. When I get to the kiosk outside, I give my information, confirm my order. What should have been a five minute wait was nearly 25 minutes. I asked the girl at the window what is the hold up with times and she gives me a blank stare. She just stands there idly. When they moved us to the side of the building, I had my food delivered by a rude young man.
I only had cash on me today so I had to order with one of the ladies up front. Both people working in the area looked at me four different times and just kept ignoring me and after 5 minutes I said can somebody take my order and the lady says oh yeah just use the kiosk they're trying to force us every time to use it. Then I explain to her I had cash only and she got very rude. Took over 10 minutes to get our food. Five of the tables in there were just completely filthy nobody had cleaned them in a while stuff was all over the floors We seen ant crawling on the seats. Not sure what's going on but this location used to be amazing now it is horrible the last four times I've went it's been not good.
These people will take 15 minutes to make a bean and rice burrito and tell you to pull around the buildingto the side door, then tell you that you pulled to the wrong door and they point at the FRONT door. Unreal
Absolutely terrible food and service. No name tags or hair nets on employees. My food of course contained meat even though we specifically asked for no meat, substitute black beans (as we are vegetarian). When I got to the window instead of reading the entire order back the worker just said "black beans?" Assuming my order was correct and that my food would in fact be only black beans, I paid. After my card was ran I asked for the receipt and they said they were out of paper for the printer. As this also was a business meal expense and I needed the physical receipt to file. I then immediately asked for a refund. Like as soon as they ran my card and didnt give me a receipt I asked for said refund. I hadn't gotten my food yet and they refused because they had already prepared my food. Said they couldnt give refunds over $10 so I asked for at least a hand written receipt or some sort of proof of purchase other than my bank statement. The manager working was extremely rude about it and gave me a hand written one and said "we will NOT do this again." So I drive home 20 min away just to find meat on the food we ordered so I wasted $20 was refused a refund and was forced to make a formal complaint with corporate. Absolutely ridiculous to say the least. Wasted money, time, patience, and of course we will not be returning.
Just went through the drive thru at 1:45 am on 04/17, they close at 2:00. The cashier informed me that it was card only. That led me to believe she counted her drawer 20 minutes before they close. I only had cash and therefore could not get anything to eat. She wouldn't take my cash and I had to drive away hungry with nothing else open at this hour. This location used to be good, not anymore. A month ago I was trapped for almost half an hour in the drive through, I couldn't leave because there are curbs and bushes. Made me late for an engagement. Half the time the rice is crunchy like they scraped it off the bottom of the pan. I've been coming to this location since they opened in the mid 90's, they used to be good but now they are absolutely terrible.
They took forever we waited in line for 25 minutes people behind us got their food before us and we only had 3 things. The workers weren’t friendly and the food was freezing cold.
They won't consider starting to prepare Doordash orders until the delivery driver is in the building... Then they print off the receipt & mark the order as "Ready" before it is even started to falsify their wait times. It's typically a 25 min wait to pick up at this location & u have to listen to vulgar music blaring from the kitchen that isn't appropriate for the family. Half the employees will be outside not even focusing on orders while there are Doordash orders that haven't been prepared yet.

I’ve never been a fast food employee, so there’s things I don’t understand. But as a bigger fella that frequently visits fast food restaurants I have an idea of how the should run. And this Taco Bell is an absolute atrocity of a place. Not one time in the last three years that my family has gotten food there has it been correct completely. Literally zero times. Sometimes it’s made wrong from what we ordered, but mostly just missing items. And the wait time, if you choose to go in to try and eliminate the missing items, is abysmal. Tonight my wife ordered on the app to eliminate wait time, it took me 7 minutes to get there from home after the order was placed, and I still waited in the restaurant for 40 minutes. To the point that the 6 people dining in were asking how big my order was, or if they took mine by accident. After I received the order I left in a hurry due to be frustrated, and wouldn’t you know it, we were missing items when I got home and checked. Now this is not a dig against Taco Bell as a whole. But just in Dixon, IL. I don’t know how much they are being paid, I’m sure it’s not an extravagant amount, but do your job correctly. Every employee that I’ve seen or been in contact with there in the last few years, shouldn’t be allowed to wipe themselves, because it’s apparent they don’t know how. Please stop hiring people just to have a warm body to stand in the way. It’s getting out of hand.
Unfortunately it takes 30 minutes at the drive through to get your food, door dash has to cancel late night orders because they shut their friers off at least an hour early. They pull people around to fudge their drive through times. All went down hill ever since they fired the manage they had a few years ago- he ran a strict program. Used to be fast, good quality, warm, and reliable. Once you’re in that drive through you are stuck for sometimes- and I’m not exaggerating- a half hour. Snail paced fast food. I feel sorry for the employees to be quiet honest because this is a very clear management issue.
This may be the last time I ever go to this Taco Bell. My order is always wrong, after waiting 20 mins every time, the entire reason I went there and they forgot all the sauces. And the food is old and cold, how is this even possible waiting so long for it to be “cooked”. Disappointed for the last time
Cars all the way out to the road they were really busy and I pulled in to give my Daughter something. And I see the new GM of the store walking over to the gas station. Not helping the employees that was swamped. The company that runs this place gets rid of good people and puts people like this in there place. The store is a mess more than it ever was. Get your head together or this store might as well shut down.
This is the worst place to eat. We ordered through the app to have to still wait. The line was so long. People behind us left. I would had I not already paid. Don’t go here 👎Go to Din Pedro in Sterling instead. It is better service and food. Also you won’t be waiting for 40 to 45 minutes for your food either.👍
No matter what time you go it's going to take three times as long as it should. There was no one in the drive thru or inside and I still had to pull around and wait forever. If you go at night there's five people working in three are sitting in the lobby not even working. Place is a joke.
Ordered online. Got there and had to wait over a half and hour for 6 things. 6 people were in front of me waiting also. Workers were talking more than actually making food. Gave out freeze drinks for the wait. Food was luke warm, rice was hard basically trash. Will NOT be back. Dont waste your time.
Just went through at about 1am. Lights were off trying to push away business, but the drive thru was clearly open. Paid $40 for 4 crunchwrap supremes and 2 soft shell tacos with MAYBE a teaspoon worth of meat in each. They said they were only serving beef tacos or crunchwraps, nothing else. I get short staffing, but something needs to be done in this location. The quality and service shows that they're suffering for staff, but nothing ever gets better here. We only went because they're the only ones open this late, but were still majorly disappointed. I hope to see this place close soon.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Tried ordering here 1am 8-31-25 placed online order went through went to go pick it up. And got told at the speaker "sorry we're not making anymore orders due to Labor Day." This store has been nothing but problems for me and especially when it's the only place open in town... Guy just wanted his nachos and couldn't even get those. Will not be coming back to here again.
Waited 15 minutes and paid over $30 in drive through for 2 number 6's. Asked for fire sauce they brought out bag, no sauce , napkins, sorry so long, thank you, nothing. I went in to get sauce and napkins, 3 ppl working line, 1 taking orders, 1 cleaning eating area. Only 3 cars in parking lot, 2 kids inside eating, 1 lady waiting to place order and 2 cars in drive through. Owner needs to do something. Done with that taco bell
The food here is almost always cold. The workers are rude and lazy. Especially with door dash drivers. Who are customers just as much as the people in the lobby. They try to say they're closed when they're open, and they are just not a good place. At all.
Why can't a worker take my order inside, but can take my order in drive thru? No, I don't want to use your worthless kiosk trash. No worries tho, The taco truck deserves the business. Way better food also for cheaper. 🤷🏻 I'm sorry, but this location has turned to complete 🤬
Waiting 45 minutes just to get 2 breakfast crunch wraps when there was only me and one other person that ordered food in the drive thru, no one inside. This is a constant problem with this taco bell and it is beyond frustrating. The fact that this hasn’t been fixed and it is a constant problem is ridiculous. Also, never do I ever get sauces in the bag. I ask for them, nothing. After waiting how long to get food I paid for and then nothing that I asked for is mind blowing. Do better Taco Bell.
The wait at this location is ridiculous. The drive through took 45 minutes. There were only 3 cars ahead of me, that’s more than 10 minutes per car. I asked (and paid) for extra cheese on my quesadilla and there wasn’t even a normal amount of cheese! So disappointing. I’ll go to Culver’s next time
