Nos trajeron un aioli espectacular, y el pan era imperdible. Pedimos unas mollejas crocantes de entrada, que no estaban crocantes, pero sí muy sabrosas. Luego un matambre de cerdo y papas de campo. El matambre estaba sabroso pero duro, las papas espectaculares. Para resolver el error nos trajeron 1 vacío que tenía una pinta bárbara, pero no podíamos comer más. Y como eso no lo aprovechamos, nos dieron un postre para llevar, en señal de reparo por el error del matambre. Pocas veces he visto que acepten de tan buen grado un comentario y creo que eso, más la inmejorable atención de los mozos hace que volvamos en otro momento.

Llevé a un grupo de amigos extranjeros y quedaron encantados con la calidad de la comida en general : vinos, carnes, provoleta y espinaca a la crema. La atención de todo el personal estuvo muy bien especialmente Francisco. Un lindo recuerdo.

I was looking for the best beef in Argentina and I am glad I found it at Don Benito, the Bife chorizo was espectacular, so succulent, and every single dish was cooked to perfection. Besides the entire team was super kind, they made us feel welcome and very special, specially Walter. Congratulations to the entire team. I wish I could live here. I suggest you try the mollejas entre, it was amazing.

Great place to have a steak. There are a lot of options from the menu. Cooked to the perfection of your choice. Stuff is very friendly and professional. They have a flan that is worth dying for. Homemade with cream and delicious caramel. Highly recommended.

Food was amazing! Parrilla for 2 or 3 was plenty. If you don't like the variety, probably better to order individual meat (i.e. Ribeye, tbone, etc). Each order is plenty to share for 2. Guido and Nicolas were amazing!

Ordered to share between 2 people a ribeye (400g), morcilla ( blood sausage) and grilled tomato. It was plenty to eat! The beef and condiment sauces were great. I would have liked a touch more salt on the meat but because the salsa verde was slightly salty, it went perfectly with the meat. The morcilla is best eaten with the bread to balance out the salt and texture. Service was excellent - the wait staff advised that we ordered enough and shouldn’t add anything else. At the end of the meal, they gave us both a complimentary glass of moscatel which we really enjoyed. Atmosphere is modern and nice but would have been even better with warmer lights/ made it slightly dimmer to feel more cosy.

Fui a almorzar a la sucursal de Don Benito en Palermo Soho. La atención fue muy amable y atenta, pero sinceramente me gustó más la otra sucursal, que me pareció un poco más cómoda. Esta estaba algo ruidosa y no contaban con pan sin gluten, aunque en compensación nos invitaron al café ☕, lo cual fue un buen gesto. Pedí una milanesa napolitana sin gluten con puré de batata, muy rica y abundante 🍽️. Tienen un 15% de descuento pagando en efectivo, lo cual siempre suma.

Great service. They were very accommodating and friendly for our table of 12. We’re definitely a chaotic group haha but they kept up. The food itself was tasty and had good value. We ordered a 3 meat cut tasting platter and it was so much. The grilled veggies rocked. In my opinion though the steak could’ve been on the rarer side but I think that’s how all of Argentina cooks their steak bc everywhere we go we ask for rare and it comes out this temperature

The servings seem very large for us and we were disappointed with the food (though it was cooked perfectly medium rare as we asked). We would have preferred that the waitstaff advised that we ordered too much, but it maybe an Argentinian thing to not advise serving sizes. We also ordered the chorizo as a starter and it was also very big and very salty.

Dan Benito Parrilla was a big disappointment after coming with high expectations. We had a reservation for dinner, yet it took around 20 minutes just for someone to take our order. When the menus arrived, I had to clean bread crumbs left on them before even looking at the menu. After ordering, we waited nearly 50 minutes for part of our food to arrive. When we asked about the chorizos we had ordered as an entrada, we were told the order hadn’t been placed and they offered to add it again, which we canceled. Later, they brought a chorizo as an apology and said it would be removed from the bill. The steak we ordered medium came very well done. Although they offered to replace it, we didn’t want to wait another 50 minutes. For a parrilla restaurant, not knowing how to cook meat properly is very disappointing. The meat itself was very average, while the salad was good. Even the water we ordered at the beginning never arrived. From start to finish, it was a disaster and definitely not a place that deserves its prices

This place if for people who can’t get a reservation at one of the big tourist spots or do t know all the good local places. I almost laughed when the server was cutting my steak with a spoon and had to go get a knife because it was too tough. Not the worst and not the best, just pretty average all around.

Overpriced. Waiter got every order wrong (cocktail, entree) and tried to upsell me constantly. Family with screaming kids there ruined my experience. I guess this is culturally acceptable here in BA? Pasta was delicious, I will absolutely give them that, even though it was not what I ordered. I asked for a water refill that never happened. The men's bathroom in the basement was filthy and smelled foul. The lady at the door neither greeted me nor acknowledged my leaving after. As I write this, I am a little shocked at how actually bad of an experience it was. Would not send my enemies here. Better and cheaper places in Palermo for sure.

Really disappointing experience here at Don Benito! The food took over an hour and a half to arrive. The service was poor and it felt like we had to chase after the servers. The steaks were overcooked and the bathrooms were abysmal. A restaurant of this rating should be much better! I don’t recommend!!

Lamentablemente, quisiera compartir mi muy mala experiencia en este lugar. La atención no muy buena, el mesero que nos tocó era medio disperso y si no le decimos lo que queriamos para beber se iba sin más y rápido. Pedimos dos limonadas y realmente malas, eran dos gotas de limón diluidas en agua endulzada con hielo, realmente insípidas. Posteriormente llegó la comida, pedimos la parrillada para dos y la tortilla de papa incluida venía excesivamente salada. La proboleta fue lo unico que salvó de entrada. La morcilla parecía un puré por dentro y tenia muy mal aspecto. Los cortes de carne (adjunto fotos), dejaron mucho que desear, los trozos de matahambre apenas tenian una pizca de carne porque todo lo demás era grasa. Había otro trozo de carne que el sabor era identico al de una carne hervida, era imposible que eso fuera asado. Por otra parte, a mi pareja dos veces les salieron pelos en el plato, lamentablemente no le alcance a sacar foto ya que los retiró del plato. Una vez, es “relativamente” pasable, ya dos platos con pelo seguidos es insalubre. Me pareció increíble que todo lo principal estuviera mal. Las papas fritas pasables, sin sal al igual que la carne, totalmente insípida. No ibamos con mala predisposición, fuimos con una expectativa alta. Si solo fuera una de las diferentes comidas la que estuviera mala, sencillamente se podria hasta dejar pasar, pero que practicamente todas estas esten malas hace que tengamos que emitir esta opinion, y en aquel momento, querer pagar e irnos. Lo único que voy a destacar es la atención del mesero, de nombre Francisco creo, que mostró preocupación de la situación ya que solo queríamos pagar e irnos, y nos brindó la atención correspondiente. El bondadosamente nos ofreció no pagar nada, porque al momento de preguntarnos que tal estuvo la experiencia, fuimos sinceros y comprendió la situación. Nos retiramos del lugar a los 30 minutos de llegar aproximadamente, la cena quedó casi completa porque era incomible. No volvería.

Sadly this place was a let down, ordered three various steaks, And requested the medium rare, Two of them came out almost completely raw and had to be sent back, Then it turns out that one of the steaks was rancid, The meat had definitely spoiled, And had a very sour smell and taste. They did remove it from the bill, But still, I find that if you are a steakhouse, you should know better than to feed your customers rancid steak. I would go somewhere else.
