First time here! The place is small but the food makes up for it. I had a shrimp tempura roll and my younger sister a special fried rice. The rice was too much for her so we ended up taking it. The rolls were delicious and so was the rice. For dessert we had ice cream tempura which was amazing 😍 wish there was one closer to my house. The prices were similar to other sushi places and the service was pretty good.

Great place. The quality won't disappoint. One of the best in Miami (in my opinion). They have a buy two get one free for rolls that I used constantly. Parking is abundant but their forte is delivering. I highly recommend it.

Amazing, huge selection, helpful staff. My friend and I visited here while in Miami. He's highly allergic to shell fish and they were extremely careful to make sure his items were "clean". We’ve been ordering from Sushi Runner for about a year now! The food is great, the rolls are HUGE and the staff has always been friendly. Their miso soup is the best I’ve ever had! We usually call in an order and pick it up because our apartment is hard to find (it’s new and used to be a golf course, some gps services still show the complex as a lake) but my parents were in town so we tried online ordering & delivery. It was really easy to place our order and our food arrived really fast! We love everything about sushi runner, especially the online discount!

I placed my order here by mistake and went to the Miami Lakes Location. This location was very accommodating and changed my order to the Miami Lakes Location with no hassle at all. I love the great selections of rolls and sashimi rolls. For the rolls I enjoy the Alaskan Roll and the Rainbow Roll. Also the fresh water eel. No matter what you are craving you can't go wrong. Our service from the minute we arrived to the minute we left was amazing. You could not ask for a nicer staff from A to Z.

I had tried Sushi runner at their Miami Lakes location and I loved so I was very excited when I discovered they had one closer to me in Doral. I love ordering their spicy lobster sushi with my sisters when we want sushi we definitely come here. They have friendly staff and clean restaurant which is always good. The only thing I have to say is maybe their parking it can get pretty packed at times but overall 5 starts definitely recommend and TIP: make your order online for the 20% discount and eat there once you get to the restaurant awesome right

The service is great here. The prices are also great. I usually make my own poke bowl and they do a good job. You can have a great meal with the discounts they usually always have for not too much money.

Food is always fresh and tasty! My fave is a Fuki sandwich appetizer, I think they call it. Salmon, cheese and avocado, deep fried in something flaky. Reasonably priced. The food is at the right temp: cold where it's supposed to be and hot where it's supposed to be. There's one girl there who is usually very considerate: water, cutlery, etc. Fast and efficient, considering that they do properly cook the things that need to be cooked. If you ask for something they don't forget you even if you're outside. Yummy.

The sushi is overall really good here. It has a lot of variety which can be fun but make sure you look at the ingridients in what you're buying since it might end up tasting weird if you're not ready. Half off sushi on thursdays for dinner is a great deal, it's usually when I go.

Best sushi in Doral, usually we do take out. They have a great deal for the rolls 2x3 and it’s really delicious. As well the poke bowl are good and tasty.

Today was my first time ordering from here and I love it! They got to my office in literally 15 minutes, and the delivery fee is reasonable. They have so many varieties in sushi rolls, and food in general. They also run deals for lunchtime. The sushi was well prepared and delicious, I can't wait to order more from this company. My new go-to place!

The sushi is excellent! It is always fresh, they have creative and interesting rolls and monthly specials (2 rolls for $15). I love their Pad Thai some of the best I've had to date. The customer service and delivery service is excellent as well though the delivery guys are Spanish and you may have communication issues it's not been a real problem for me. This is one of my favourite places to order sushi.

Food was good and reasonable price. The chicken dish was crunchy and tasteful. The negative is that it took 40 mins for our foods to be ready while the restaurant wasn't busy at all.

The best bang for your buck sushi that you can get. The Price is great, the quality is good, and the food is fresh. Even though it is not the most traditional and High end sushi place. I go here when I am hungry and find a decent and healthy meal. Yes, the sushi here is a bit Americanized but it is good so I don't mind. One down side I think the sushi has too much stuff on it.

Great food, delivery was fast, I have food allergies and they were very attentive to my needs. The only little thing is that they always forget a little something in the order. The Last two times has been a side salad that comes with the meal, but other than that it's amazing I love sushi runner and highly recommend them!

The food was so good, my only complaints were about the way the order was packaged (multiple rolls were together - a roll with avocado was packed with a roll without avocado and the person that ordered it without the avocado did so because they were allergic), and since we ordered online we weren't made aware that we needed to have a copy of the card we used to order with us. It was a work order so the actual credit card we used to purchase the food online was in our office so we needed to go extra steps to actually get our order. I'd still order from them regardless of those two issues though, I'd just make sure to bring the card with me next time and call to clarify any allergies and what cannot be packaged with other items.

Food is great, personnel is very friendly. Besides that, it is FREAKING COLD. If you keep your home's thermostat at 70° that's fine... But for a restaurant it's way too cold. Besides that, the employees are freezing too. Please fix this problem so we can dine in!

Good price and good sushi. However, I think that their policy of not allowing customers to take home the left overs is not right. After all, I paid for it, independently if there is a promotion.

I love the rice this place offers because it's got a different twist to its flavor than that of your conventional Chinese rice but when it comes to their Sushi... It's not the freshest tasting (judging from several years of attempting it out of lazy desperation due to proximity) Price-ee for the quality of food. I would not recommend unless you are nearby and just don't want to look elsewhere, essentially it does the job but knowing that you could have had better. Sushi Runner has to up its freshness.

One of those days I needed my Poke Bowl fix. I left work and worked my way to this Sushi Runner. The food was fresh which made the 30 minute fight through traffic and the postage stamp sized parking lot worthwhile. The young lady told me they are moving to a new location with better parking soon.

Food was not bad , it was averaged, a place to try once but would not return. Wife had the NY roll not bad but not amazing, the fried rice was not bad but not great either, crispy honey chicken was not good. This place is just average, the same with service, not a restaurant I would be looking forward to go again.

I’ve always purchase sushi for this place and I love it. Last week I received and email letting me know about the new menu including Chinese food. I’ve decided to place and order to try it. The food smelled good and generous amount, but lack of flavor. This needs to be improved. In Doral there are many place’s for less money and better flavor. For now I can say that the sushi is better than Chinese food. Take this comment as a good comment to better this food with a good potential 😉

Asked 3 times for no cream cheese in my roll... got my roll and it had cream cheese in it. Then argued back and forth with the sushi chef for a side jalepeno and they weren’t even fresh they were from a can. Sushi was okay. Service was bad.

It's not the worst Sushi in the world, but for the price (It's very expensive), you'd think it would at least be mediocre. The rice is never right for one, and while the quality of the meat itself isn't the worst, for the price point, it is. I get that they are basically the only folk around here delivering Sushi, but that just means they can get away with their exorbitant prices. Just get some take-out from Umami for similarly priced but infinitely better sushi, or Aki sushi for better priced, similar quality sushi. Gets 2 stars because the food itself isn't horrible, the prices cost them the other 3 stars. This place is not worth the pricetag.

sushi runner used to be one of the best restaurant when it came to sushi however their quality is beginning to get shaky. although they do deliver some fast sushi, they are pricey for the quality of sushi they make. They are fast, the delivery is fast, but their items are medium to low quality. I dont recommend eating in because their service is not so good. For a better eating experience Id go to Miyako down the street. You get a restaurant experience for the same price

My brother took me to this restaurant because he goes to the one in Miami lakes. He said their food was great. So at the moment this one was closer to us. He and I were very disappointed with their food. Will not be going back to this location.

I have ordered from here about a dozen times. I haven't really had any problem with the. Until tonight. I ordered and it took them over an hour to delivery the food. Obviously by that time it wasn't fresh anymore. When I called about the order the women assured me the driver was already here. I waited an extra 25min and then called back again. I was then told the driver was having trouble finding the building. He could have called since I provided my number. No sort of compensation or apology was given. I will definitely never be ordering from this place ever again. It's disappointing that a place that make such good sushi has such bad service.

Customer service is terrible, it shouldn't matter if they are busy, they should still be polite and I have ordered from there several times to give them the benefit of the doubt. If you have any food allergies, do not expect to get your food prepared properly and when you receive it, check it very carefully. I have had enough of this place and will not order again since there are many good sushi places in Miami who care about their customers.

Tastes like fast food but not priced as such. The ceviche was incredibly unfresh, I went at it twice and just couldnt eat it. the sauce was too spicy and probably meant to cover up the taste which it didnt. the rest of the food wasnt bad but not good either; plantains, tempura veges, sister roll, sauteed veges. after spending $50 on this food I was still unsatisfied, it didnt hit the spot. would have like to order a side of fried wonton but wasnt on the menu. the take out order was ready when I got there but the girl at the desk was a bit rude: didnt acknowledge me at as I stood there waiting while she was rolling her eyes at someone on the phone and looking miserable while not wearing a mask over he mouth or nose but on her chin. total unprofessionalism

A one star is an understatement again, I placed an order at 6:22 pm with Ella. After an hour Sofia called me to tell me they do not deliver to my address. However, I live in doral. I confirmed my address and she tells me I have to pay an extra delivery fee Because, they cannot find my address. To top it off Sofia tell me it will take a week to get my money back. The worst service ethic ever. Sofia was disrespectful to top this off. She thought I didn’t understand Spanish and she was calling me names. I have never experienced something like this. So unprofessional and disrespectful.

We ordered sushi on UberEats last night, ordered the Sashimi Lover menu item and it smelled awful!! We were scared to eat fish that was not fresh so we threw it out. It was a $20 item, down the drain. Very disappointing and unfair. We will stick to ordering from the Miami Lakes location as this hasn't happened there in all the times we have ordered.

I ordered take out Eel tempura thru.. When I went to pick up the bag was closed so I didn’t bother to check. When I get to my car and headed to highway I started to smell this horrible disgusting smell from the bag so I was forced to open the bag while I was driving and the eel was food is totally not fresh, it’s not the eatable food u can tell. I contacted restaurant when I get home and spoke to their acting manger Angie, she wrongfully accused me saying I checked the food when I’m there in front of her which it’s not true. I told her she needs to check her security camera footage to prove she s lying. I can’t afford to spend another 40 mins driving in Miami traffic to return the food but if she wanna proof she can come pick it up at my resident. But she refused to remedy the situation. Non-eatable food and accusation? This is outrageous. I should have checked the reviews before I order there cus I would have seeing what other people said on yelp, I won’t not waste money and time here. Disgusting experience.

I just ordered online from the website. Great timing they got here in perfect timing, however when I opened my food it was a dissapoinment 4 small pieces of garlic chicken along with the 2 sides that I choose. Also when I opened the 2 egg rolls they were completely burned. Terribly dissapointed I don't think I'll order again... sorry

This place used the bomb but i dont know what happen i was told it change owners and he fired all the great staff and has bums now. The Service Suck you have to get up and order your own food and pick it up. I dont even know why have a guy working there even asked for tip and the bill. ya here a tip bring me my food. He added odd Sushi items like a burrito and a bowl . if i wanted those i would go to Chipotle . remove some items. and raised all the prices like wakame 8.99 for seagrass get out of here. Ordering online cumbersome if you don't download the app. Order arrived fast, Grub Hub delivery person exercised social distancing (tipped 20% in advanced). Food was still hot, beverage wrapped in paper & plastic, utensils including chopsticks. The most disgusting Pad Thai & Spicy Tempura shrimp ever. Didn't know U can dry out shrimp like that. Drenched in salty sauce, $43 down the drain. Never again😒

This is a copy of an email i sent to the management and still waiting for a reply. I ordered a red Dragon roll from your location at 4715 NW 79th ave, Miami. on March, 1, 2014 After receiving my order I noticed that the tuna on the  was cooked all the way with no pink left at all, I tasted it and it was by no means the taste I was used to from ordering in the past(the red dragon roll is pretty much the only thing i order). After having to argue with the store manager, Juan, for approximately 25 minutes (ten of those minutes were spent waiting on hold for him to come to the phone) i had to listen to him tell me that the people from the rental car center are always complaining about the food. He is extremely rude and non empathetic towards my complaint about the taste/quality of the food that was delivered to me. He said to me "this is not the type of place where if you don't like the food you get to send it back" finally after threatening him with me never ordering from your company again and telling him that i will make sure that no one else from my company orders either did he agree to send out another roll and even then he was still insisting that there was nothing wrong with the food sent out to me telling me "no one else complained about the food" (i had to tell  him multiple times that if there was nothing wrong i wouldn't be calling him). and even after he agreed to send me the new roll he told me it would take another hour before it would arrive(so i now had to wait approximately 2 hours before i could enjoy me meal. there are over 50 employees at my particular company that order from you, we order from sushi runner every week, this is the first time I have ever had a negative experience with your company. I think it would behoove you to train your manager about proper ways to handle customer complaints and  not to blame me, the customer, for wanting my food to be of the same quality and taste that I have become accustomed to.

Food was okay, but the girl at the cashier with short hair down to her shoulders had the WORST attitude someone can have. Seemed as if she did not want to be there, rolling her eyes when we had questions regarding the menu, and was overall the reason we’re NEVER going back to this place.

Please everyone be careful with the scam this restaurant is secretly making, when you ask for a refund they will say they gave it to you and you will receive it in a few day's but some people with busy lives can forget about it and you also trust the refund will be received, thank god I decided to check my bank account and saw that I still have not receved my refund, when I called they said I have to call my bank for a cash back! Don't trust this restaurant make sure you get your money back is CASH!

First time, I go to a restaurant and take my toddler to the bathroom to return to a cleaned out table when I was not done with my food. While I went to the bathroom in the restaurant, it was assumed that I had left without paying so the server threw away my drink and food. Not only is it upsetting that my food was thrown away but the fact that they assumed I would leave without paying. Ruined my entire day and mood. All I was trying to do was have a meal while my car window were getting tinted near by but I guess they profiled me for looking hispanic and having a kid and thought I wouldn’t pay.

I placed an order online. I proceeded to call the restaurant a total of 38 times. Was placed on hold for over 15 minutes and then hung up on. I was hung up on several times, could hear people talking in the background. My family members also attempted to call and received the same treatment. I was never able to receive a status on my delivery. I have eaten there before and the food is great. Don't ever order online or via uber eats. They will not answer the phone. Horrible contact services.

This restaurant has really lost its ability to produce quality food. I've been ordering food from Sushi Runner since 2012. However, I think I just had the last sushi I'll ever order from them. This order and the last one have tasted absolutely horrible and fishy. The seafood is definitely not fresh anymore, and pretty much every item I ordered (which had seafood) tasted weird. It's very sad because they have also been consistently raising the prices on their menu items, but at this point, the sub-average quality of the food no longer justifies it's expensive price tag. I'll be ordering sushi elsewhere from now on, for sure.

This place has a split fan base some love it , others hate it, so I was curious and ordered a delivery. I ordered a few rolls and the only good part was the delivery on time. The sushi is just awful is not fresh, they cut is bad I mean is just horrible. I did not finish my meal. I’m never ordering anything there ever again.

The chicken teriyaki bowl needs to be taken off the menu. The chicken was of a very low quality, completely tasteless. I’m not sure there was teriyaki sauce in the dish. Instead it was some sort of light barbecue taste paired with a really horrendous taste that I can’t quite explain. This was an extremely disappointing meal that I don’t imagine anyone would accept, not at any price, let alone $15. The staff are very nice and helpful, but this dish is quite poor and really needs to be replaced.

iv been to this sushi runner quite a few times but today i specifically asked for something on my order and they did not CARE to put that in at all after i left tip on a TO-GO order i kinda feel like iv been cheated. Been ordering from this place for years. Decided to try their Chinese items. Asked the guy on the phone what variety he has of fried rice. Unbeknownst to me he only gives us 2 of them, though he has a menu in front of his face most likely. I place the order call back 5 minutes later after seeing online they have a vegetable option, refuses to change the order for me says it was already prepared... prepare in 5 minutes right... he must have meant reheated... then says let me go talk to a manager up until this point had only spoken English with the guy, and then I get the special treat of listening to him complain about us in Spanish to his "manager" saying outright lies and making dumb claims such as we had asked the price for everything on the menu etc, all I wanted was the guy to substitute a meat item for a vegetable one. When he came back on the phone I explained that we speak spanish, and if was going to be dumb enough to trash talk a customer he should at least put the phone on HOLD not just place the receiver down... called back trying to speak to a manager they tell me to call and hour later called an hour later they tell me to call back in another hour. They lost a customer who has been ordering prepandemic for no reason other than to be rude to me and my wife.

I've had lunch here a handful of times. However, this past Friday, about halfway through my meal I found a fly sleeping in my eel sauce. I called them to see if they'd be willing to reimburse me at least the roll that I had... They offered me a $1.00...

Ordered 3 rolls on door dash and unfortunately it was not good sushi at all. The rice was overcooked, ontop of the fact that the layer of rice on the roll was extremely thick. One of the rolls contained raw fish and on the first bite you could tell it was not fresh at all. My husband and i could not eat the rolls despite being extremely hungry. Really disappointed with the food from here.
