I ordered on the Chick-fil-A app and my order was ready within 5 minutes. The staff was super polite and everything was labeled on where to go to pick up mobile orders. The Chick-fil-A minis are my absolute favorite. I just wish they were served all day!!

Best chicken spot I've been to. Chicken just tastes better. The popeyes hype was just that hype. The chicken sandwich from here walks laps around theirs. Their tenders, fries, and variety of sauces is a plus.

One of favorite franchises. This place was so packed! We tried to go to drive thru but ended up walking in because of the line. I guess people love here too. Compared to other fast food restaurants It tastes better and feels healthier. Plus they have condiments out so customers can freely take them.

We all know Chick-fil-A is delicious but I was surprised with the awesome salads they also have. I tried the Market Salad and it didnt disappoint. They also have new dipping sauces that are a must try!

Wow, one of my favourite American fast food joints. I don’t agree with their agenda, but damnnnn, their chicken burgers and fries are amazing! Service was beyond what I expect for fast food, friendly and helpful, even asked if I wanted a refill while I eating at my table. Place was busy, but the staff did an amazing job getting all the tables cleaned.

Have always loved coming to eat at these restaurants (despite the negative view they have for equality). Always fresh, delicious food and a good atmosphere. I recommend going inside to order rather than driving through. From my point of view, you get your food faster. Look for ABEL, he took great care of me from beginning to end.

Esmeralda, who I understand may be a shift lead or hold a supervisory role, needs to improve her customer service skills. After receiving an incorrect order at the drive-thru, I went inside to address the issue. I calmly explained the situation, clearly identified the missing and incorrect items, and requested that they be replaced. My receipt was taken from me with an expression that suggested I was at fault, and I was issued a “remake receipt.” Fortunately, I had the foresight to take a clear photo of the order number on one of the food bags still in my vehicle, in case it was needed for verification or tracking purposes. I entered the restaurant calm, respectful, and courteous, yet left feeling as though I had done something wrong over a very simple issue. To reiterate, I placed my order, paid in full, and the order was prepared incorrectly due to human error— something that is understandable, but entirely outside of my control. Situations like this should be handled with professionalism and courtesy, such as a simple acknowledgment of the mistake and an offer to replace the missing items. Even a small gesture—such as a complimentary cookie, milkshake, or extra fries would have gone a long way, though no complimentary item was necessary. What mattered most was the manner in which the situation was handled. While I do not fully agree with the saying that “the customer is always right,” this situation warranted consideration, especially since the incorrect item was physically brought in and handed to the associate for disposal. That alone should have provided sufficient confirmation of the issue and merited the benefit of the doubt. As I am no longer local and do not live in the area, I do not anticipate returning. Frankly, I do not see myself returning at all. Based on this experience, I would rate this location 0 out of 5 stars.

Never experienced a Chick- fil- A with horrible service. If you don't believe me, just visit the Norwalk location off Firestone in CA. As we walked in Savannah (Manager) taking customer order(when she finished, we were the next customers, she turned around walked away. Never looked our way, never greeted my 2 kids or myself. Which my kids are the ones that wanted to get out and eat at this particular establishment.)( Then Bordeick another manager) taking drive thru orders and simultaneously walking back and forth on his cell phone from the front of the store to the back, back to the drive thru, not once but multiple times came to the exact register we were standing near, never greeted nor acknowledged us at the same time look right at us. He walked around like he had a chip on his shoulder and was the coolest thing to walk the earth.. As A few minutes pass and out the back Savannah appears with a gallon of tea, which at that moment she says "we'll be with you shortly".. never a greet(Hello, sorry for wait, ect.) as she proceeded to place a 'date tag' on the tea and returns to the back with the tea. Mind you, the restaurant is Empty, no urgency in acknowledging/ assisting customers, at that moment I felt the tea was more important than saying hello! she had just assisted an elderly couple 'the only ppl in the restaurant, besides us'. Then turns and enters the back like a pipe was leaking(fast), Not a few seconds but a couple minutes pass and then returns "WITH THE TEA" she's walking as shes in a flooded room. No urgency, no importance, just as if she didn't care we were there. I will also reach out to corporate, however if anyone in corporate feels a sense of exaggerating please review store video and get an understanding for yourself. This IS and WAS completely UNACCEPTABLE and never once thought, I'd, yet MY KIDS experience this at A Chick-fli-A. I'm glad through My MANY great experiences at Chick-fil-A, I informed my kids these are not the values Chick-fil-A hold and assured them that if we go to any other Chick-fil-A, It would not be the same!! I decided to take our business down a couple miles to the city of Downey(Firestone blvd)another Chick-fil-A. with positivity and gratitude, we were greeted quickly, with amazing service throughout our stay, we sat and enjoyed our meal. Thank you Chick-fil-A for the standard you Value, with those standards, I'm comfortable writing this review.

This place just gave me the biggest scare of my life. I always get the Grilled Nuggets for my 2 year old little girl because she loves them. I got her the 8 count Grilled Nuggets and I put her on her little table with her Nuggets and I heard her making a little sucking noise at first and then the little choke sound and she gagged a little, I immediately went to check on her and she had this plastic piece in her mouth. I was shocked! I can't believe these people that work there did this to me. Please check your kids food when visiting this location.

I go to this CFA all the time and have never ever seen anything like this. It’s the closest one to me other than the one on imperial, but i have had great service here up until yesterday. I got a salad for my mom since she loves the grilled chicken salad, she had opened the salad and was enjoying it up until she almost finished her meal and saw not one but TWO flies in her salad, it was disgusting and very very disappointing considering the salad was not opened until i had gotten home. super upsetting and will now be going to the one on imperial.
