They suffered through making 7 different foot long subs for my entire family (which is a LOT) and they did it with a smile. Very impressed! I always feel bad ordering for my zoo but they made the experience pleasant as always. Thank you!

Even though they were closing up shop they were very helpful and polite. They were extremely patient with me because my card was acting up and once I was in the clear and made the purchase they were very understanding. No dirty looks just great customer service. Thank you!

I recently visited the Subway on Stewart and Gray Road and Paramount Boulevard. It’s a small shop but very clean and well-kept, with a Grade A rating. There’s plenty of parking available, so it’s convenient to stop by. The food quality is up to the usual Subway standard, but I did run into an issue when I ordered through the app, the staff didn’t follow my customization instructions. That was a bit disappointing, but overall, the staff is polite and the experience is generally positive. I’ll continue coming here, but I might just stick to ordering in person to ensure everything’s right.

Honey oat bread tasted fresh, as did the veggies in the veggie delight. They ran out of spinach and didn't check to see if they had more in the back. The bathroom didn't have any soap. When asked if the employees could refill the soap, they stated there was no more soap. After asking the employees to allow use of the employee wash basin and being refused, they were asked if i would be possible for them to dispense some of the soap from their soap dispenser. They relented and allowed use of their wash basin. Does this mean that if their soap dispenser runs out of soap, food will be prepared by dirty hands? Or is it that the employees didn't want to put forth the effort required to refill the soap dispenser in the bathroom, and in the same vein, didn't want to refill the spinach? Hmm...

I have used coupons at this location. One day, they say the coupon is good for any sub on the menu (footlong). The next day, you get a different employee saying the coupon is good for some selected subs on the menu. It all depends on who you get to "help" you.

This subway needs a deep clean. If you look in the kitchen it’s very gross. Also they had paper in their cucumber on Saturday 10/18! Their veggies are always overly frozen and soggy. I won’t be back with a food place this disgusting.

Just went there, Sunday, May 3 @3:45. The gentleman wasn’t pleasant or friendly. It just seemed like he didn’t wanted to be there. No greeting, as I walked in, as he was doing something. I waited for him to acknowledge me. There was no one else in the store. I asked for Jalapeño chips, he gave me hot Fritos, had to correct him. Then he asked what type of cookie? I said double chocolate chip, he gave me chocolate chip. Didn’t want to deal with him, so I just took it. In these difficult times a lot of business have lost revenues due to the new normal, but you would think you’d wanna keep the little business you have.

The lady named Maddie or Madi, not sure how it was spelled, was very rude to me and yelled at me when I couldn’t hear what cheese I wanted. I was nothing but respectful and she was very rude.

I am very disappointed with my experience. Food took forever. The new guy didn't get help from the manager who was stocking or the other guy who wasn't new. Food took forever, and the manager didn't take the initiative to help out. He was a bad team leader. I feel bad for the new guy because he was struggling and didn't get any help from the other staff. Won't be coming back.

Ordered foot-longs to go with chillies on the side. The sandwiches were not marked and chillies never made it to the to go bag. Left a cash tip, guess not sufficient for competent service. My last time at this location. I was the only customer in the store at the time.

Not a good experience. The guy that helped us didn't even have a name tag yet, it took him 25 minutes to get 4 sandwiches ready. People that came in after us with a bigger order left before we did. By the time we sat down to eat our sandwiches had gotten cold.

I’m sadly profound for this specific Subway restaurant. I came to this subway with my two kids, were waiting in line for a while and this older lady named Patty sees us but instead of helping us asked an older man who was behind us for his order. As she was making his sandwich we just looked at her. After a while she finally acknowledged us and asked “What are you waiting for?” (If it wasn’t for the fact that my kids were with me I would have used some choice words with her) I replied “food!” She then said “What do you want?” Now, if the management of this restaurant cannot hire or have a staff that is not professional it speaks immensely about its lack of quality. I will never return to this restaurant and will warn others of its poor service.

If I could give them no stars I would.. I order 3 sandwiches and none of them were correct and was charged extra for avocado that I did not receive.. The place wasn’t even busy. 4 people working there and none of which apparently know how to read an order.. Do not waste your time or money going there.
