This location is on top of it. They always make my drinks in a timely manner. Always tastes fresh and great. The customer service is excellent.

5* for the armpit of Starbucks in America.

What a lovely Starbucks location. The inside is beautiful and I wish I had been there with time to lounge. It's a perfect space to sit down and relax with a good cup of coffee. The service was excellent with a friendly and engaging staff. My Americano was made perfectly and I was back on the road in record time. I would absolutely recommend this Starbucks to any traveler.

Most people would agree that Starbucks stores are generally indifferentiable -- they all look similar, have nearly identical product offerings, similar service practices, etc. This location is really not much different except that it is in a semi-rural area and, as such, is less crowded than your average Starbucks. If you like Starbucks, you'll be happy with this location most likely.

Edit** Adriana (hopefully I got her name right) proved to me just another reason I love this place ❤️****Aurora (I think this was her name, she is the sweet blonde lady) was great. This is my second time in and she remembered me. Ik Starbucks is extremely busy but she makes every customer feel special. I would highly recommend this Starbucks, it’s nice, clean and you can get a semi within walking distance. I’m an otr truck driver so this is very exciting for me. It’s difficult to find Starbucks that I can get to.

We stopped for a drink, snack, and bathroom break. Wow, what a nice, modern and clean location. They are right by the north entrance so they are also conveniently located. They have uni-sex restrooms with shared automatic sinks. It is also very spacious and the staff is very friendly. This was a great stop for travelers!

This Starbucks is a lifesaver! It's just a short walk from the Tesla Supercharger, making it the ideal place to grab a coffee and snack while your car charges. The staff is super friendly, and there's never a long wait. Highly recommend!

We loved the Polaroid photos of the dogs that have visited the drive through. Vanessa was super friendly and helped us with our order after I ordered the wrong thing.

Although this review is not of Starbucks itself, it’s a review for the lifesaver of an employee you have at your Dunnigan location, Izzy. While traveling home from Oregon, My wife had left her purse at the Burger King next door, we didn’t realize until we were 3 hours down the 5. We could not get thru to the Burger King and called the next door Starbucks to see if they were able to get in touch with them for us. Izzy from this location said absolutely. She took our info and called us back saying they did have it and it’s safe! Thank You Izzy for helping us thru this stressful time. I hope this finds you well and you also get the accolades you deserve from Corp! ❤️

The young lady who took our order had such great energy and customer service, it always makes a difference. One thing I noticed was everyone was always doing something, cleaning, prepping, making orders and with a positive attitude. The place is really clean and well taken care of. I normally don’t do reviews but their effort and hard work deserves recognition!

Beautiful,clean store and excellent customer service. Coffee was delicious and the food warmed up just right. The interior has wooden accents, very tastefully and cozy. We will certainly be back!

Would rate 4.5 if possible. The path to should be signaled better. They have a staff shortage, so are closing early. The location is new and conveniently located where 505 & 5 merge. The latte was not topped off (was not ordered as a shaken espresso for that reason). Taste was ok, typical menu items.

Slow service, waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru with only one other car just to have my drink made incorrectly! They charge to customize your drink which is the first time this has happened(no surprise, nothing is free in this world). They did remake it and bring it to my car which was appreciated. The location is convenient when heading North of Sacramento! Overall decent, just expect a longer than average wait and try your drink before you leave

I stopped in at the Dunnigan Starbucks to get a coffee. Unfortunately, upon grabbing my beverage, I attempted eye contact with the barista and politely said, "Thank you!" She averted her gaze and did not say you're welcome or acknowledge me whatsoever. Definitely not the customer service I would expect from a Starbucks, or anywhere for that matter.

I like that this Starbucks is right next to a truckstop, seeing as you don't get many Starbucks places as a trucker. However, the bathrooms are poorly maintained, but it's because your few workers are overworked. If you paid your workers more instead of being a greedy jerkwad, you could have more staff who would feel it's worth the effort to work at this place (and would actually be able to maintain the bathrooms too).

Please get the recipe right. We are loyal Starbucks drinkers and we got our coffee 2 times here. 1st time was when they first opened. We got mocha and latte, they were really bad - super watery taste like the coffee our five year old mix her chocolate mix with water for us. But we thought we would give it chance thinking that they first opened still trying to getting things settled. 3 months later we pass this location again for charging and ordered again. When we took our first sip, we both looked at each other said “that’s that bad location!” Very disappointing… hope every store can hold the Starbucks standard.

I ordered an extra shot caramel macchiato and they gave it to me regular with extra caramel, I told the girl that I wanted it extra shot and she made me another but she already gave it to me in a bad way the coffee almost threw it at me. These new people should be trained in customer service. They have very bad customer services.

Had to have my drink made 3x before it was correct. I mobile ordered. Anna argued with me abt what my sticker said..but when i reviewed the sticker with her, she was wrong. Prior to being combative with me, she was rude to a woman with her 2 daughters. The woman was being ignored so she asked if she was supposed to mobile order. Anna snapped at her that they were "just really busy." Ghastly customer service; hostile af. Sorry Anna, but that experience was wild. I hope your day gets better but you cant treat customers like this.

I've been studying at this Starbucks for years, I did all my homework from highschool and EMT school here and when I worked at medic ambulance, I got a pikes place from the drive through every day on my way to my night shift. However, lately there seems to be a regional manager there who strong arms me into buying something every time I try to study here (which naturally, I'm in Starbucks I was going to buy something anyway), but the way he pressures me into buying something is weird. He tells me if I don't buy anything that I have to leave. It's been really frustrating since I come to this Starbucks to avoid distractions while I study. Other than this gentleman though, the staff is super cool and always a pleasure to talk to, the drinks rock like usual.

i asked for a venti strawberry frap with caramel crunch on it and 3 pup cups, they forgot the cups and gave me a small caramel frap.....🧍🏻‍♀️

I recently removed a negative rating because things were improving here. My bad. Fool me twice shame on me. I asked the cashier three times for the reusable cup discount for drip coffee with her only response being would you like anything else each time like a parrot. I get coffee everyday at Starbucks across California and usually don't even have to ask for the discount to be applied. The inability to complete simple tasks leads one to believe anything more complicated as a prepared beverage would also be incorrect. Consequently I will avoid this location AGAIN in the future.

We ordered 2 drinks and 2 of the lemon iced lemon loafs. My husband got his drink, five minutes later our first lemon loaf, 3 minutes later I got my drink and 5 minutes after that we received our last order. Meanwhile three other people came in and ordered their stuff and received them in a timely manner. I’m not really sure what the problem was.
