First time here. The food was good but the service could use some improvement. I think the lack of sufficient staff may play a part. By the time we left more staff had shown up. Overall a good experience and we will be back.

The service is great! The biscuits with gravy could be a little hotter and don't taste that awesome. The waffles are nice and hot. Atmosphere is pretty good for a Breakfast place.

Food is good and reasonably priced. However: 1. No senior menu, so portions are too big for an older person. 2. Biscuit served with no butter or jelly. By the time the server came back to check if everything was okay, I had already finished meal. 3. Napkin dispenser near me was empty, so had to leave my seat to get a napkin.

No Regular coffee available just decaf. hasbrows rancid just go to dennys. you are not missing anything good here. I went there because it was next to microhotel.

we waited 15 min before I haf to get and requests menus myself. 30 min went by and no one glad even approached us for our drinks orders or anything. food took another 45 minutes and we ended taking it to go, it was cold. when it was time to pay the bill and was over $35. A $10 discount was applied

This was easily one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I've ever had. The restaurant was shockingly unclean, with sticky tables, grimy floors, and an overall sense of neglect that made it hard to feel comfortable eating there at all. The air felt stale, the surfaces looked unsanitized, and the lack of basic cleanliness was Impossible to ignore. The atmosphere was chaotic and unprofessional, adding to the already miserable experience. It felt less like a place meant to serve food and more like a space that had been forgotten and left to deteriorate. For a restaurant, hygiene should be the bare minimum, yet this place falled spectacularly. I will never be coming back, and I strongly suggest others avoid this location entirely. There are far better options out there that don't compromise cleanliness, comfort, or basic standards of decency.

Im here now and the service is terrible!!!! They are incompetent and only half the order came out on time, the other part never came. The taste is okay, but for the service itself here I would not come back. No one even acknowledges there mistakes and they do not offer an apology. Forget about getting your drink refilled its never coming out. Service here is extremely mediocre!!!

Horrible horrible service ! I had to go ask for someone to attend me !after 25 minutes of sitting down. They took over a an hour and a half!!!! To bring out my food and even after bringing it out I still didn’t get my full order . I got no utensils until I asked for them they didn’t ask at all if I wanted a refill . And when I tried to ask for the manager they gave me an excuse and supposedly they took off 2 drinks off the order which doesn’t make up for my time being wasted . When I asked for my check they didn’t even go leave it!! I needed up leaving money on the table and left . Whoever is running that restaurant needs to be fired. They’re doing a horrible horrible job they do not know how to magage a restaurant at all . I will never ever go back to huddle house it tops all the bad services I’ve ever gotten

I have come here several l times. This is the second time that I have come here. Horrible service. Food was cold, eggs over cooked, waffle was room temperature not even crispy butter did not even melt. Ordered grits with my meal and they were room temperature as well, butter did not even melt. Not coming back!!

I usually like Huddle House but the service is just bad. Mashed potatoes were cold, okra was no where near cooked through, AND our orders were brought out one by one...about 10/15 min apart. They need to hire new competent staff.
