The staff here are so nice when I go in there! It doesn't matter how busy they are they always smile and greet me and promptly get my order or update me on the status.

I love wingstop but they’ve been dropping the ball recently, it’s the 2nd time they forget my seasoned fries and I know I should’ve checked my order before I left but still ughh it’s frustrating

If you value your time do not come to this location. If you order an hour ahead of the pickup time do not expect your order to be ready either. Too many workers dancing around in the back and not enough chicken being made!

Where do we start? When i walk in the place the music was inappropriate and vaguer(gangster rap) and very loud. The nice host could barely hear to talk my order. I ordered a six piece bone in combo shouldn’t take long. Well after sitting there 30 mins the manger ask for my ticket number, I showed him. He then had a group chat with the kitchen staff, then grabbed an order off the shelf and took it to the kitchen and told them to drop fresh fry’s. I should have ask for a refund then, but I didn’t. I got my order and went to my truck for one it was not what I ordered and i could taste the combination of two different favors. Nice job guys and let’s not forget the manger giving away food to the young lady sitting in the lobby I guess waiting on him to get off the clock. I bet her food was fresh and exactly what she wanted………

Too expensive for what you get. Almost $13 for 6 piece boneless “wings” combo that’s closer to 6 chicken nuggets. Fries were soggy and the nuggets weren’t even that great. Add a close to 20 minute wait for your order and that seals the deal for me to never return.

My first experience at this location was very poor. The young lady that took my order was very rude and unprofessional. When i had received my order I confronted the same person who took my order, Genesis, I explained to her that my order wasn't correct. Yet, she wanted to argue with me and tell me thats not what I had said/ordered.. Then an employee I didn't even interact with barged into the conversation to tell me what I had ordered as if she would know. They wanted to charge me extra for the sauce because the young lady taking my order didn't want to admit she took my order wrong and she could've easily just given me the hot sauce to make it correct. Its not like I wanted a whole new order, I literally just wanted my sauce to complete my order. Even our fries were soggy when we asked for well done fries. Very disappointed in the service and treatment of this visit. 0 stars if I could. Spend your money elsewhere.
