My order got lost and took awhile to get to me, but the team, especially the cashier, got it fixed right away (which I appreciate because I was running late) and offered me a free item. I have a little bit of bad luck where restaurants lose my order, so I appreciate that they showed concern and offered to make up for it because most places say a quick monotone sorry at most and take a long time to fix their mistake Mistakes sometimes happen and I think they dealt with it well. I wish I got the cashier's name to thank her here Might be good to note that I used the kiosk, which I later found out isnt always trustworthy

This place could be better. They have improved with getting your order correct and the wait time is not too bad, but at times the food is meh. It just depends who is working and what time of day it is. But it is McDonald's, so that is enough said. I go back because it is convenient. I was debating between 3 or 4 stars. On this visit it was 4 stars but the week before it was a 3.

I was here two months ago. Food was ok. Fries tasted like they had been left out for a while. And oh gosh, the cleanliness. The tables were not clean, and the flies were abundant. It was horrible. This place seriously needs to be cleaned.

Hamburger meat taste and looks like extremely thin reheated (more than once) hockey pucks. Don't get me wrong I dont expect much from McDonald's but this was a different level of terrible food. This location is terrible

Terrible drive Thru, I ordered two combos of Big Mac and Mac Chiken and unsalted potatoes, Coca-Cola drinks, so that when I get to the window they give me an order that is not mine, I claimed it at the end, they gave me what I ordered, but the potatoes were salty, they didn't give me straws, tomato sauce and the meat of the burnt hamburger 🫥🫥🫥 In short, the fatal service.

This place seriously needs work!! If you can go anywhere else, do so!! I'm seriously thinking of calling a health inspector. And the BBB. May give them a second chance in the future. I would like to leave a better review. Edit on Saturday July 1st 2023: Went through after work at 8:50 p.m. lobby doors were locked, super disappointed because I was so tired from work and just wanted to sit inside in the A/C (it was 100°+ today) and eat and rest up before heading the rest of the way home. I was told Andrew was the closing manager this night, and I was also told by two employees that they close the lobby "around 9". I ended up ordering through the drive through. Why eat here again after my last review?? Because I was hoping to leave a better review!! Guess not. My burger looked smashed. At least the fries were warm. Hard to trust this place when they're not consistent. This maybe my last time, maybe it wasn't worth giving them a second chance.

I came all the way from Delano because this was the nearest McDonald’s that serves breakfast all day & I got there, ordered , the girl talking my order was so RUDE. Made me wait outside for 15 mins just to come out and give me a WRONG order & make me wait again for the right one & when I got the right order one of my sausage biscuit had mold & smelled awful. Never coming back to this place. Again.
