Family ate there for dinner which we do frequently because my kids enjoy my it. Manager always smiling and greats with kind demeanor. Great customer service. Never wait long for food. Favorite location to visit. Love the peaceful environment. Food always tastes fresh cooked and not old. So friendly. We look forward to addition visits to this location.
I take my 5 yo daughter here often, but usually go drive through. On our recent visit we decided to go inside to eat. My daughter ended up spilling her drink and making a huge mess. There was a gentleman who promptly came over to help clean it up and could not have been more friendly and courteous. 5 stars to that hero.
This specific McDonald's had the best tasting and fresh food of any that I have been to. The indoor atmosphere is nice and retro setting. The service was great and the workers were kind. Best McDonald's I have been to. 10/10

Drive thru was packed, but the order taker was patient with us while we ordered and helped with app code that was not working. Prices here are higher than home (Ohio), but I'm sure it's because it's New York!!! We did have a bit of a wait to receive our food, too, but it was worth it!!!
I wanted to to share my experience today 12/7/2025...the young lady that was the manager on duty around 12:30 pm went above and beyond for us....I want to thank you again
This McDonald's was awesome! But the play area was a little different than most and not very exciting for my kids. But everyone was so friendly here, and made my order perfect, which a lot of McDonald's seem to be having trouble doing. The employees were all smiles and positive vibes! They even waved to my son and said hi back to him as many times as he said it to them! Very good experience here!

So we went here on a Saturday night just before closing 11:45pm. The employee was zooming. Like the fastest I've ever seen someone fill a drink and hand it out the window. Then he left our view to get the food. We sat there for 10 minutes with no action. Another customer pulled up behind us and made an order. 3 minutes later the employee came to our window again and looked surprised that we were there. Proceeded to ask what we ordered and said he forgot we were even there. The big Mac was fine but the fries were ancient.
The place is usually not well maintained. There is trash all over the place, the tables are sticky, and the kiosks don’t have enough paper to print out the receipt. It was in the exact same condition each time I went to this place. The food was the same as any other McDonalds, and it is nice that they have a play place for the kids, but they need to up their sanitation. Overall, the place isn’t that bad, but it is definitely one of the lower end McDonalds compared to the ones I’ve went to. I usually try to avoid this place unless nothing else is open, which I would definitely recommend other people to do as well.
Nothing wrong with the food or service, but if you use the drive-thru, be prepared for a bumpy, possible tire popping adventure.

I've had mixed experiences with this location. A lot of times nothing has been wrong except for occasionally being served room temperature food. Other times I've had orders and requests messed up, resulting in me having to return if I'm still nearby. Due to this problem I always check my order before I leave the lot. During peak times (mornings, early afternoons) the line can back up significantly, often times related to or exacerbated by a lack of staff.
Saturday Feb 21 around 11am ordered a meal to eat in and it was out really fast and the food was good, but as I'm writing this there's a girl working that just keeps yelling and goofing around with the employees. Not sure what's happening but I have now heard her yell "put it down!" Repeatedly, "good boy", and then "2 for flinching!". She keeps making loud random noises as well and there's a mom trying to eat with her kid in the place as well and keeps looking over like wth is going on here. Strange and unprofessional
They didn't even try to make my cheeseburgers the way I requested. With just..."Pickles and mustard". And they easily shorted me on my French fries. I won't recommend this particular location for lunch meals to go😒
Drive thru forgot to put in my spicy McCrispy sandwich
I specifically ask whether or not their coffee is fresh to avoid old or cold coffee, I was assured it was fresh, then received tepid old coffee. This is twice in the last few months. Upon calling and complaining to the manager I was not offered reconciliation and was hung up on. This used to be a good location.
I walked in and was the only person inside, a staff member who seemed like a manager was upset with an employee for not taking care of something, after a bit of time of standing upfront she yelled to me someone would be with me or i could use the kiosk, I chose to wait. When she came over I greated her with "hi how are you doing today" she didnt look up or acknowledge me. I said "ok", she them says Yep what can I get you. I was shocked by the blatant confirmation of the fact that she wasn't going to greet me. Food came out quickly but my sandwich wrapper was covered in grease. Woman didnt have on a name tag to identify her.
Took grandkids in eat. French fries were undercooked and cold. None of the food was hot. Had to ask for the drinks that were ordered. Employees could care less, walking around like zombies. Hate ordering on the looked, no interaction with employees. People standing waiting while employees were walking around. The bathrooms were also disgusting. Will never go back !!
Stopped here in a pinch. Went in to order. We used the kiosk and the food took o er 20 minutes. Other customers waiting said theyd been theres forever. Almost all the tables were dirty, the floor also was sticky and clearly hadnt been mopped any time recently. Most likely this is all due to being ahort stacfing but it is still unacceptable. There were a few signs on the walls saying to let the gm or owner know how your visit was. I sent a text to that number while i waited for our food, never got a response. I definitely would not return to this location.
Looks like it's been abandoned by the owners. Went for a dine in and the tables and floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned. I don't like the way the counter is set up, not inviting at all. My first impression is they want you to only use the kiosks, which I did. None of the kiosks has table numbers. For a better experience try the one in Arcade, NY (top notch McDonalds).
Didnt get all of my order. Wasn't trying to go back through driverhrough line at 11pm for my 5 dollars of burgers
The only good thing about this location is the play place, and that's not even that good. Food took forever. Fries were cold. The order before mine wasnt correct. Dirty floors with garbage all around.
Ordered my food waited forever for it then when I get it it’s not even what I ordered. I said this isn’t what I ordered and she says yes you did order that. I said no I can’t eat fish so I definitely didn’t. Acted crabby and said well you’re gonna have to wait now. So I waited another 10 min and only got part of my order said other burger wasn’t ready. So when I had my other food almost gone she came with the other burger. Tables were all dirty.
Spent over 25 minutes waiting for my order, after ordering on the app 10 minutes ahead of time. Staff was unresponsive when asked a question and rude.
Ain't no way in living hell anyone should be waiting 45 minutes for anything let along an ice cream cone, everday this place gets worse, poor management and poor work ethics. Do better it shouldn't take me longer for FAST FOOD than to site and dine at a nice restaurant
Showed up at 815 on a Tuesday night. Doors were locked. Sat in the drive thru for 27 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers. All 3 had (1) of the thinest pickles ever, about 4 drops of ketchup and the same amount of mustard. It had maybe 10 pieces of diced onions. WORST MCDONALDS EVER.

Unbelievebly terrible. Made a mobile order for counter pickup, doors were locked upon arrival at 5:00pm. Sign on door stating dining room was closed due to staffing issues. I then pulled into the drive thru with only 4 cars in line and still waited 20 mins to get to the order screen. Young lady taking orders was very nice. I stated I had a counter order and she said no problem and to pull up to the second window. Pulled up to the second window and was handed the wrong order. The young man was confused and went to get another person to figure it out. I again told them my mobile order number and the lady was condescending and stated “that’s a counter pickup” I replied “yes but your doors are locked, I can’t get to your counter”. The lady huffed and went to get my order. As she handed it to me she replied “here!” After all the confusion they never even gave me the drink and I didn’t realize it until we drove away but I wasn’t about to wait in the drive thru again for another 20+ mins. How come the only fast food joint in EA is so terrible? The management of this place needs to step it up.
The only reason I still go to McDonald's is because I have a young son that talks me into going. The food is extremely high priced, especially for what ends up coming in the bag.This is not once in a while,it's everytime! It's thrown together and the quality goes down, prices go up! I continue to talk my son into a better, healthier choice.This place is not it. Thumbs way down for McDonald's!!!! Also, I never ordered anymore for myself... can't afford it!
20-25 mins. to get through a drive-thru (with only 2 cars ahead of us) is ridiculous! 3 teenage girls hanging out the drive-thru window, laughing and talking to friends with no care in the world that others are waiting for their food.
Terrible service. Took 20 minutes for a happy meal and no one else was in line. No ice in the machine. The apples we’re missing from the bag, only air inside. Filthy place! Oh and french fries were cold.
This place is a joke. Don't try getting breakfast because if you're close to 10 they'll stall you until lunch swap or they always have excuses why they can't do there jobs. The employees also need to learn how to do what they're paid to do. Don't recommend wasting your time and money
We ordered a plain double burger, a spicy chicken sandwich, and a plain chicken sandwich with pickles. The food was fine, but we had asked for sweet and sour sauce with the sandwich. The worker who took out order forgot it, and we didn't get it. When we asked them about it, all the workers started making a problem about the sauce, so we paid and left, begrudgingly. The food wasn't even that good either. Just go to the McDonald's in Arcade! Don't waste your time arguing with the employees please!
I drive thru this McDonald’s on my way to work and order a mocha frappe, my frappe today was warm, watery and only 3/4 full, cannot even drink this, I had no time to go back or I’d be late for work, I called them and spoke to the manager and all I got was I’m so sorry about that, I asked her what can be done about this, she said there’s nothing she can do cause I’m not in the store, I told her that’s because I’m on my way to work, asked if she could take my name and give me a free frappe next time I order, she said she’s a “low” manager, it would have to be approved by a high manager. Horrible customer service!!!
Horrible experience. Employees not in uniform, wearing street clothes. Raw burger sent it back. 2nd burger was so full of grease bun was drenched. Absolutely zero cares from any employee at this place. Acted like it was a hangout! Dirty tables everywhere! Do better!
Employees blatantly ignored myself and another customer at the counter. It wasn't until we actually said something to the employee packaging food that we were helped. My order came out with containers of old fries and contains half to three quarts full. I did ask about new fries and I did get some new fries for the happy meals only. While we waited for our food my kids played in the play area. There was garbage on the bench and windowsill. When we did get our food they forgot the drinks for the happy meals and only had two out. When we went to sit down there was one clean table. It was also a bit odd they locked the doors while we were inside. I had to let the door dash guy inside, while my kids played in the play area. After we sat down and the kids were settled. I opened my burger to find it and the other with a crinkled up bun and burger hanging half out. One young man in a bills hat was helpful and seemed to be a hard worker. He deserves that second star I gave for service.
UPDATE: worst fast food restaurant in the universe. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to get a cup for the soft drink you order and pay for at the kiosk! And that's when the restaurant is fully staffed even with employees lingering in the kitchen. Zero customer service. Avoid this place if you can. If I could give THIS McDonald's zero stars, I would. The service sucks. Always. The kiosks never work. Always. The food is cold. Always. The restaurant is dirty. Always. The employees are dressed slovenly. Always. They even swear. Sometimes. If anything, this place is consistent. Consistently bad, that is. Everytime I go there, I ask myself why?
If I could give a negative review I would! Was fiddling in the car for about a half hour before going in and seen someone walk in when we first arrived. Walk in to order and they were waiting for that entire time just for nuggets and fries. It wasn’t even that busy. Poor quality restaurant. Need to get their shit together!
This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Used the mobile app. Picked up my order at the window and the holiday pie was not in the bag. I told the employee and he said, “What pie.” I said my holiday pie. He left and then said, we don’t have any and stared at me. I said I already paid. He left and a woman employee came over. She said we don’t have any pies. She said they take 12 minutes to make. I said I already paid, what do you want me to do. Do you want something else? A cookie, a frappe. I said no and I finally just took a fry. She said, “Well, it has to be a small.” I said fine. I got down the road and my cheeseburger was folded like a taco, there were no napkins and they didn’t give me the sauce that I ordered for the nuggets.
Negative # if I could…. sat in the drive-in for 50 minutes, waiting for food could not walk in because the doors were locked. Used the app. ( see screenshot of receipt) time stamped 844 pm When I got to the window, the food order was wrong. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese for my daughter with fries and a drink. She gave me a receipt for some desert.???. I handed her the receipt back and said that that’s not my order. she looked at me and said nothing. No words came out. I was confused. I repeated myself thinking she did not hear me. She continued staring at me and finally replied. “what do you want me to do about it?” She left the window and was gone for several minutes. She came back and handed us a bag. However, she did not give us the drink. She shut the window quickly. My daughter checked the bag however there was just one cheeseburger in there with french fries it was not the quarter pounder And it was smashed together with someone’s fingerprints in the bread. I sat at the window waiting until she would look at me as I waved my hand to get her attention because we were still missing some of the order and the drink however, upon seeing me, she walked away from the window and would not come back. I would’ve walked in, except the doors to the restaurant were locked. We threw the meal out. Horrible service and food. Would of gone back next day to talk ti a manager of some sort but had ill family emergency. Don’t go here.
Most staff is incredibly rude! It’s for sure no longer have it your way. I can’t eat bread for health reasons. I asked for just the patties with cheese and was charged $21.00!!! I calmly tried to explain that I have never been charged that much before, and they would not budge. Water costs money, forget about a dipping sauce. Overall so disappointed with this location in particular.
Me and my buddies went here tonight, sat at the speaker box for a minute or two and no one said a word. So we said “yo yo” “hello” “yall open” and the dude working refused to serve us even though we had a mobile order. We went to the window to clarify it was a mobile order and he proceeded to kick us out of the drive through and called the cops. For no reason. All because we asked if they’re open and said hi.
After multiple employees looked me directly in the face and then went back to ignoring me and paying attention to the drive-thru I recommend never coming here! That is extremely rude and unprofessional for the employees of this location to not care about the customers inside of the restaurant! If I could give this location zero Stars I would give it negative Stars
"We don't have that button. You can go to another location." Said the manager on duty when I asked (nicely) about ordering just quarter pounder patties (not the whole sandwich). Thought I was going to pay $20 for 3 patties, a drink, and some attitude. Um, no ma'am. The cashier was nice, but the manager had attitude, and no, I'm not a Karen. Lol PS their bathroom was gross, too. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant visit.
I don’t usually like taking time to write reviews but a McDonald’s that has bad service and wants to charge you a 1.50 for water cup. Stay away go somewhere else. This place messed up my order too. Not great
Goes into store first of all because the mobile order seemed to have an issue and ask and the Manager proceeded to scream at me do I want her job because I asked how to get my food when I had been charged for it, something happened with the mobile app fine So i re ordered my family's dinner and paid again and then requested a refund for my first order...well that was August 14th and they have yet to refund me for me order, call the customer service line and they can't do anything I have to wait for the franchise owner to release my refund. What a joke and bad service this McDonald's has provided
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. The last 3 times I have been here it has taken forever to get my food and my order has been wrong. It has also been filthy inside and the workers are very rude. Corporate should take this location over if it is a franchise. Just terrible. Never coming back.
~845pm 12/16/24: Employees locked the doors when they saw a group pull in. Refused to serve the group. Some individuals had ordered ahead through the app and were told they would get a refund within a week but any points they had used towards their purchases were lost. These are good kids that were coming back from a school event. They were hungry and still had over an hour drive left until they reached their hometown. This is the second instance this school group was denied service at a McD's. The first time was the McD's in Leroy, NY. I don't like to complain, but it seems unjust given they are open until 11:30pm.
If you have 45 mins to spare, to get the wrong order 90% of the time this is your place to go
They closed the dining room at 8pm , there's no access to bathrooms close so nuts. We've had mistaken orders here multiple times.

19 minutes. That's how long we were waiting in the drive through just now. Long enough to trigger my claustrophobia because we were trapped. But the best part was finally getting to the window and interacting with the utterly silent employee. Thanks for the apology, dude!
For a fast food restaurant to wait five minutes before the audio kicks in for an order and to continue to wait an additional nine minutes in line for the order seems a little excessive. And this was not during lunchtime.
They are mean and loud and hung up on me when I called to see if there was a Shamrock Shake. The service is also so slow. If I could give this McDonald 0 stars then I would. I also went this summer and they could not handle it when someone ordered 43 McDoubles.
Bring a book while you wait. Might be able to finish it before your order is finished. This place is painfully slow during all hours of the day.
My boyfriend ordered lunch for us 10 minutes before we went on our lunch break today. He had ordered to pick up at the counter in hopes that it would be quick. 15 minutes after the order was placed, we get there. We waited our entire lunch break for them to bring anything out. From the moment we ordered to the moment we finally got our food, it was 35 minutes. Our order? We each got 2 McDoubles, an order of fries, and a slushie. Nothing huge or complicated. When we went to ask for an ETA because we had a time limit to get back to work, we were just brushed off and dismissed. We hadn't said anything rude or done anything rude. Other customers were also getting agitated. The entire area near the counter was packed full, and everyone had been standing there for a considerable amount of time. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone...
First, they’ve screwed up my order so many times I couldn’t even give you a number. My main complaint is the app. Yes I know a restaurant doesn’t control it but the response I got from this location was rude. The app has been broken for months. I called this location and asked if they would honor a deal on their website without the app. The person on the phone said “we can when you give us the code”. I explained I can’t get the code from a broken app. Then the person said, “well, if the app is broken, I don’t know what to tell you”. Didn’t ask any details. Didn’t try to work out something. Just brushed me off. This right here is why the franchise is failing. Rude customer service. Crappy food at sit-down restaurant prices. If you want a deal, you have to install an app, hope it works and hunt for it. Screw this company. Never again.
I’ve gone to this place for the last 3 nights after work, and at 10pm, they conveniently tell me ‘sorry our system is down and we will not be able to serve you’. WHILE THERE ARE CARS IN LINE, ORDERING. So I called the place and asked how they’re serving people if the system is down, and they said ‘they ordered right before the system went down’. It’s a bunch of bs, and I will be calling corporate to let them know that the manager and employees refuse service to people at the same time each night, in order to close early and avoid doing work.
I go to this location almost every evening after work, I get basically the same thing every night...tonight I ordered the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, there was no lettuce on the sandwich, and a ridiculous amount of mayo that was slopped all over the place....who makes a sandwich like this and thinks to themself "yea, this looks good"?
So after 20 or so minutes of me waiting for my delicious cheese burger that I ordered, I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of burger. If I wanted a cheese, I would have asked for a cheese. I wish I could have forgot to give you the money I spent on the cheese burger you forgot to put burger on.
WORST McDonald’s ever. I give them another chance every now and then- like tonight in bad snow- please see the pic. They usually don’t have the deals that the rest of the world has- the prices are higher that in NYC and we went tonight to get the newest advertised toy and they didn’t have them. The staff are often arguing in front of customers. How do you put a Big Mac together wrong?? There is even a song about it. One star because it has a play place and it seems to stay clean.
This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I understand they are shirt staffed but that's no reason to be rude to customers. While there I witnessed a woman's tray that was stacked so high when she grabbed it and turned around her large fry fell off. When she asked for a replacement they told her the manager told them to tell the woman they don't have to give her another one. They also told me they aren't taking cash counter service and only drive thru and kiosk but the kiosk only takes card. When the woman mentioned they forgot her sandwich they slammed it on the counter. I was able to get some video recording of some but this mcdonalds is the worst I have ever been to.
Very slow. Waited in drive through for 20 minutes at 6:20 in the morning then another 7 minutes to get my order.
Sat in drive thru with my 5 yrs for a happy meal for 15 mins to get to the order box and be left there by the order taker for 10 mins while she took all the orders in the first line. I was patient after the 4th customer I said hey is the box broken( which I knew it wasn't I just seen 2 cars get their orders taken) and was ignored as she proceeded to take another order from the first line. I still patiently waited until she took that order an lightly tapped my horn. Alls I here from the box is "get out my drive thru now" I said excuse me I then hear "get out of my drive thru now i'm not joking" I said was that supposed to be a threat? I pulled around an park and I see some girl run to dining doors and lock them both. Crazy part about this is I go to this location at least 20-30 times a week the past 8 years Ive worked in east aurora. Mainly for my residents I care for in a nursing home. Never had an issue. Besides petty mistakes they've always fixed. But its all good. They will never have to worry about seeing me again!
If I had the option to give no stars, or negative stars, I would. This is by far the WORST McDonald's you could ever go to. Time after time you will have to wait and least 20 minutes. If you go inside it's the same thing nobody's anywhere to be found. Will ignore you in drive thru, employees and manager have horrible attitudes and extremely unhelpful. Oh and if you have the app and want to use your points you earn from the money you spend, good luck! Because over and over they'll say "that's not working" or some other bs. This place SERIOUSLY has to get their act together. It's especially unfortunate since it's one of the only fast food places in town.
Went through the drive thru about 11:30. Matt took my order. He was so rude from beginning to end. He looked like a homeless guy. McDonald’s needs to remember that everyone they put at their windows is representing them as an owner and as a person. They were very poorly represented. Matt needs some serious guidance as to how to treat a customer, or even a human in general.
7/12/25, 1:52pm, receipt #171. Our order was finally received at 2:14pm. (A cheeseburger no pickle, a double cheeseburger no pickle, med fry, and a vanilla shake.) I had to call someone out from the prep area to place my order. I don’t like kiosks. I was one of several people waiting for orders. Upon receiving my order 22 minutes later, the cheese wasn’t melted, and the bun was hard around the edge. (Old?) I asked the supervisor (Hanna?) for a copy of the receipt I hadn’t gotten from the original ringer. She gave an eye roll and fake smiled an ‘of course’, and printed it. The attitude of this store is not acceptable. Yelling to one another in the prep area, ignoring customers waiting by the counter, poor product preparation, all contributed to a terrible experience by this customer. You have a junior varsity team lead by a junior varsity supervisor.

They give orders To the wrong people then won’t remake - it takes them 20 minutes to make one sandwich in the drivethru. They need to hire more people or something .

I do not normally go to this McDonalds even though I live close by (I should know better) but I decided to grab a "quick" bite by going through the drive-thru. Only one car in the drive-thru in front of me so this should be quick. This group of people must have been ordering Thankgiving dinner. It took them15 minutes to place their order for four people. I am not sure if that is a McDonalds problem or a customer problem. There is more...at this point other cars start going in the other drive thru-lane and the one girl taking order starts taking their orders even though I have been in line for quite a while. I place my order eventually and she did not understand that I wanted a Value Meal but whatever. Then another thirteen minute wait as we are all lined up behind the people eating Thanksgiving dinner. There were multiple mistakes to their order and the line was going nowhere as there is nowhere to go. I was still at the window where you "pay" and I asked her what was taking so long. She politely responded "that she does not control the speed of the line"...OK then how about moving that car to the side so that the six cars behind them can eat their lunch before they are late getting back to work. Oh and by the way can somebody fix the huge potholes in the drive through lane. Somebody or some car is going to get hurt...and of course my food was cold. I used to work at McD's over forty years ago and this would have not happened and we did have drive-through. Very sad...not going there ever again!
I just went through the drive through and ordered my son a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. That’s all. No cars in front of me or behind me, but some how they still failed today! When I pulled up to the drive through window to pick up my food, I was not greeted, no hello, not a word. Then was handed my food like the employee was trying to hand me my order as if I had 10 hands to grab everything and proceed to say “here ya go!” Apparently I wasn’t quick enough putting my son’s happy meal on the seat next to me. I didn’t say anything just left. Then I open up the box and find the box of fries flipped totally upside down, so I figured the fry’s are at the bottom of the box, no big deal right? Wrong!!! To my surprise I find maybe a total of 5-6 soggy fries in the bottom of the box. So I called the store and requested to speak to the manager! What a waste of time! I informed her that I was just there and was given a happy meal with almost an empty box of fries. Her response, “do you think I am that stupid to give you a happy meal with six fries!” I informed her that I was simply calling to them about the experience and did not want anything replace or anything, just thought someone should know. She again said, “do you really think I am that stupid!” It was clear I was getting nowhere with this one, so I said I’d be calling tomorrow and asking to speak to a different manager. Now that I think about it, why bother!!! This place is a complete circus and the manager tonight was so rude and I’m almost sure, she was the employee that was so pleasant at the drive through window as well. Stay away from this place unless you want to be left hungry and angry!!!!!
This is the worst location I have ever been to. They just don't care...about anything. The shift leader or manager had some choice words for when I asked if my order was ready. It takes 20 mins to get any help. They don't care.
Terrible service there are people who don’t even work here in the kitchen. They won’t let us order, the ceiling tiles are broken and the workers are telling us to go to the gas station instead. All of the kiosks don’t work and there is food all over the floor. Workers are vaping in the kitchen, and flipped us off.
If I could give no stars I would. They had no shakes and when getting combo they gave cans. Weird experience
Ordered a spicy deluxe Mc crispy through the app, I got bread with a piece of chicken. That was after waiting in the drive thru for 25 min at 930 at night.
I ordered multiple things on doordash from this location and when I received my order not one of the items was in the bag. I called them to ask them what happened and they were very rude and said there was nothing they could do about it. They ended up hanging up on me. I'm pretty sure they have 3-year-olds working there that don't have a clue what they're actually doing. I would never recommend this place. Go somewhere else.
Ordered three things: coffee was cold and three quarters filled, ordered a strawberry milkshake and got a mango banana smoothie, fries tasted like they were made in old oil. Returned the smoothie and the milkshake still did not taste right and I didn’t drink it.
$2.71 dollar order. Multimillion dollar franchise owner and multibillion dollar corporation rounds up to 2.75 for cash transactions. Then when asked why, manager proceeds to tell me they gave me too much change. I gave them 3 dollars they gave me 25 cents back. She refused to tell me what .75 minus .71 was and to explained how I got too much change. Please train your staff on BASIC math skills or they will be stuck working at McDonald’s forever
I was there yesterday with my eight year old niece. She ordered a kids meal; I ordered a Big Mac. When her kids meal arrived she looked at the burger and said, "Wow". There's. not meat on this." I took it back and they gave me another burger. We opened both and discovered the meat was very overcooked on her kid's burger and my Big Mac. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald. The staff was not very friends about the kid's meal with no meat, nor of both burgers being vastly overcooked. I highly recommend finding a Burger King over having anything to do with tis McDonald's! it was a disgusting experience. We will never return there.
The town of east aurora is nice, this location is not. Food, hours and service are inconsistent. Sometimes the food is good, other times its either wrong or inedible. Hours- closed with no notice. You order on the app, show up, and no ones home- bye bye money. Service is either incredibly nice or the person is angry at the world that they work a minimum wage job, no in between. Would not reccomend this location, save your money.
I would give zero stars if I could, avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. Placed an order for counter pickup, which was supposedly open, and found it closed when I got there. Waited in line for an hour and was told food was fresh. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else, anywhere else! The guy at the window was the night manager and was doing what he could under the circumstances, the GM of this place need to get their act together for this embarrassment of a franchise.
The girl at the window said she was waiting on my food and I was sitting there for About five minutes And my food arrived cold. AND THE ORDER WAS WRONG WHEN I GOT HOME. I also asked for ranch sauce and she gave me sweet-and-sour!!!
Absolutely terrible waiting for my food as I write this been here 45 minutes now I ordered 10 nuggets that’s bull I’m on break I don’t have time to wait. Mind you I ordered in the app 10 minutes before arrival. Not the only person in the lobby complaining and then a man came out from behind the counter and stood behind me and watched while I typed this place is terrible and that guy creeped me right out. You’d think being in a nicer location you’d have better employees
I want to give NO stars. I had an order to pick up and waited over 30 minutes and canceled it because it was not even started. No one checked on any customers in the lobby waiting. There was another group of customers waiting for food in there longer than me. When they got there food, there was issues. Items were put on the counter without saying who they were for so food items were touch by strangers trying to figure out if it was theirs. I watched the lady in the blue shirt get pissed yelling she needed a whole new bills box (looked like the bottom fell out) then got pissed and started ripping up the bad box and threw the pieces on the floor. After that she told people in the drive thru there would be a wait because they were short staffed. The whole time no consideration for us in the lobby. The tall young gentleman was trying his best but he was dealing with her melt down(and yes she was starting to have a melt down- she was looking flustered by her actions and body language) I have been a manager at a fast food restaurant and that is not acceptable behavior in front of customers. If she is like this all the time I see why she could be short handed. I wouldn't want to work with or for someone who can not keep their cool. And yes being a manager in fast food means you have to be willing to go with the flow and expect the unexpected. Oh and they cleared the screen for the lobby orders and printed out the receipts so their in lobby waiting times were not reading long wait times. Not the first time I have seen them do that at this location. If you can check the cameras and you will see.
I went in drive - thru this morning. Place looked dark inside and no one else in line. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese meal with coffee. Waited 10 minutes and when got coffee woman said had hard time with lid. As my son gave me the coffee the lid popped off and spilled all over me. It hurt bad. I was pissed. Went inside and told woman if problem with cup or lid - should have put in a new one. Told her someone sewed Burger King I believe for this . Got home - no hash brown. Many problems in past too. Good McDonalds on Broadway in Depew and in Arcade.
Do Not go to this McDonald’s, it is the absolute worst. No matter how I order, inside or in the drive thru the order is ALWAYS wrong. Like how hard is it, how about don’t put a “customize” option if you can’t even read it and do it correctly. Pretty sad given the instructions are right on the container. There are so many better places to eat in EA, it’s time this McDonald’s gets shut down and something better goes in its spot.

We took our grandkids to this McDonalds and it was disgusting. The place was filthy, the food was cold and overpriced for what you got. The wait time was extremely long. It was not busy enough to justify an almost 45 minute wait for food. The tables, chairs and windows were dirty with food still on them. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned that day at all. The East Aurora McDonald’s in East Aurora isles to be one of the best in the area. Now it’s the worst. Never going here again.
This was the absolute worst experience ever. It took 20 minutes to get our food only to find it all wrong and cold. I paid for cheese on a happy meal burger and it was plain. I paid for a Big Mac with all the ingredients and it was cold with only ketchup. The food was barely edible. I am going to ask for my $53.00 that it cost me for food we couldn’t even eat. It wasn’t as even as if it was crowded!!
While the cashier was friendly and kind, if I could give a zero star rating overall, I would. Most times I come to the drive through, I wait no less than10 minutes, no matter the time of day. Often my order is wrong. Sometimes I have waited so long, that by the time I get to the food window, the icee I ordered for my son is melted, and they pass it out the window proudly. It's a dump inside as well. The floors are greasy and the counters are dirty. Honestly, I can't believe this place is still open.
If I could give this place a zero star review I would. After the removal of one of their best employees Jacob Boucher I noticed how lackluster the whole staff had been, it felt as if the whole atmosphere of the place has just gained a negative aura and it was also as if food quality heavily decreased. It is just a matter of time before this place shuts down for good this place is a disgrace to East Aurora especially the manager Hannah and the employee Layla.
If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I ordered a happy meal for the drive thru on a random Wednesday picking my youngest son up from baseball. When we got there he wanted to go in to play on the play place. So we went in and were left up front along with 15 other people waiting for our order for over a half an hour. Not one single person came up to address anyone. So when I said "is there someone that can help all of us?" The manager came up and yelled "who's the one with the problem?!" Then proceeded to get in my face in front of my 6 yr old with her hands going like she wanted to physically fight. We wasted over 35 minutes of our time, and left empty handed bc the wonderful manager Hannah refused to fill a happy meal order. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. And if you wanted proof here it is: I pulled my phone out to record for safety after she got inches away from me
