The food tastes very good. The prices are high for very small portions. The half chicken are the smallest pieces I have ever seen. A whole roasted tiny chicken with no sides costs $18.

Just confused as to why… they continuously over charge and hide the receipt meanwhile there is a major difference in cash and card charges smh… maybe I am being petty but something can be said about integrity… that being said chicken is amazing and as much as I cannot stand that lady in the front I keep coming back…..

The food is alright nothing bad to say about that. The reason for 2 stars less to 5 the service is not that nice. We were 1st served by I think the owner she was ok but not as pleasant but who cares. But then came a younger person same person that served us last visit she is not a nice person. Felt like she threw the plates at us. Then came the bill hate this new thing they 1st put the tip already on the bill then when they give you the receipt it shows as if I didn't put the tip cause it's suggesting more tip very confusing this needs to stop.

Food over price . I know the Peruvian food is expensive but the amount of food that the give to u is unbelievable!!! $17 dollars for this is crazy !!!

Food was good though my cocktail was super overpriced and weak. I literally watched my drink be strategically measured out with one shot, FINE . However on the drive home I started to get soo uncomfortable and within minutes I barely made it home, I became so ill to my stomach and that was enough to ruin my night.

This restaurant is proof that good food alone isn’t enough. The food is actually very good, but the person who answers the phone and interacts with customers is always rude. Any simple question is answered in a bad tone, the service is poor, and honestly, it feels uncomfortable to even ask for anything. This is not the first time this has happened. Whether it’s over the phone or in person, the experience is the same. I really want to say that the food is good, and there aren’t many Latino restaurant options in the area. I truly wish the service were better because I would love to come back.

This is my seventh time coming to this place, but I must say the chicken is very very very salty ! Not good at all . The sauces are good. The utensils were dirty , had to clean them myself with a napkin and water. This is my last time coming here. The Tosoni’s were good I think that’s how you spell it, but I don’t know. But yeah, this is my last time coming. The chicken was horrible and the cleanliness was horrible. There’s always this lady at the front. I don’t know what her name is, but she’s very rude. Some waiters are nice here .

My first review was 5 stars 8 years ago when they first opened. Editing now out of sheer disappointment. Used to love this place - consistently delicious. But over the years, quality has declined and prices have gone way up - and that's not including getting regularly up-charged however the owner feels like it that day. She will smile at you while adding a few bucks to the total. The nail in the coffin was ordering the combo and getting old food. I'm talking barely edible, wings and thighs were crisped to skin and bone. Fries were old and stale, salad not very fresh, chicken must have been thrown back in the rotisserie for a while it was so dry it was crumbling! The only redeeming factor is the sauce. Disappointing! This pollo is NOT super anymore.

They got my order wrong and in order to get the right item wanted the wrong item to resell it even thought it was opened by mistake. I feel bad for the people that get touched food

Im always willing to support local businesses, but not this place anymore. We called to place an order an hour before they close and they told us they only have this and that left for the night and were not willing to make what we wanted to order.

The food was delicious at first—decent prices and convenient. However, things took a turn for the worse after the meal. Later that night, our entire family of six experienced severe food poisoning. We're still recovering and are incredibly disappointed by this experience. While we initially enjoyed the meal, we now have serious concerns about how the food is being handled or its overall quality. We ordered: Green sauce Beef chaufa Whole chicken Yellow rice Maduros I’m unsure what caused the issue, but given how sick we all became, I can’t recommend this place based on our experience. Be cautious before taking out here.
