The service was Great and very personable. The new Lunch Combo was Hot-n-ready. It was very fresh and tasty and the person who took my order came over to the table to ask how everything was. Very pleasant experience. This was and improvement over some previous visits. Different employees. A relaxing lunch. Thank You.

Always loved Little Caesars especially their garlic wings, very tasty as always. And of course their hot ready, need a quick meal pick-up without the fuss. Little Caesars is the go to place, drop in get your hot meal go home and enjoy.

Food is usually good but this time customer service actually was awful, tried to not give us our sauces and then forgot part of our food. I called and I believe the lady hung up on me though she says we got disconnected. Spoke to manager Gordon and not only did he rectify the situation but he completely shocked me with how professional and nice he was on the phone. Good new hire for this store and hopefully they will continue on this new path so we can continue coming to them for pizza. Nice job Gordon.

Came back after years getting pizza at a competitor. Very pleased with taste, quality, and value. I've gone in spur of the moment and took whatever was ready and ordered online for delivery. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Delivery was very quick. The pizza is delicious. Glad I gave them another try.

Been here many times. Have never had a negative experience. They work hard here and commitments have always been met. Thank you!

I have to update this review. The pizza was and always has been worth the $5-7 but not, its almost the same price as a real pizzeria. No longer worth it. On top of that, there is zero customer service skills, people blaring music from the back, talking with each other while a small line builds. I can't imagine they will be around much longer if they keep this up. Get gas station pizza, its now cheaper and tastes better.

I ordered a pizza with the half pepperoni half Italian cheese stick pizza at the counter and waited my stated time. There was a mistake and the gentleman that waited on me couldn’t have been more pleasant and professional. He said they were making it again and offered me a free crazy bread for my time. I would say that customer service comes naturally to him! Very energetic and a great smile. You do not see that very often these days. Excellent job! Pizza and crazy bread were all good!

I get in and out of here pretty quick. I was disappointed that they stopped making the pizza calzones, they were really good. The staff is respectful towards the customers. Great place to get something quick!

I love their lunch box deal and their thin crust pizza I tried their be puff pizza things and was disappointed not enough sauce and to much dough and didnt come with a side sauce.

Its little Caesars, they didnt have a hot and ready or bread available. I waited for about 10 minutes and then I was out of the door. The worst part about the place is the customers that come in. Food is as good as it can be, and soda wasnt flat.

14 dollars for Pizza and Crazy Bread as of June 2024. It's not authentic NY Pizza and certainly can be dwarfed considering it's a commercial chain. It's cheap food and makes for a decent lunch. My only suggestion to corporate is get some more people working there and some Air Conditioning. I felt really bad for the lady working by herself. I am grateful that she took the time to make crazy bread for me despite the time crunch and she certainly deserves a raise for going above and beyond.

A little bit slow considering I ordered the pizza online 45 minutes earlier. Staff didn’t come out of the back until 5 minutes of me waiting. The kitchen was dirty. The pizza tasted ok- very greasy.

My wife and I ordered take out. The only table outside was occupied by three staff members. The woman, who I believe to be the manager, followed me in and I asked her if that table was the only place to eat (hoping she would take a hint and tell her two employees to vacate the table. She didn't, so we ate in the vehicle. About five minutes later, one of the employers threw his cigarette butt on the ground and they both walked back inside the establishment. So rude and disgusting. We won't be back.

I have bad leg. use a crutch, they took my money and let me stand there 10 minutes before (manager/owner?) Came bye ask me if I was served, I told him story he yelled at employee and took a pizza out of warmer (4 in there) off I went. Don't know what the problem was.

The breadsticks were doughy, the pizza was over sauced, and the service was just okay. The girl although efficient came off snotty and rude. They didn't have all the sauces and were rude about making substitute. Probably won't go to this one again. I like Little Caesars but this restaurant left a lot to be desired

I ordered 2 cheese stuffed cheese pizzas and order of stuff cheese bread and 2 2lts. Did an order online got home with it and looked like my 2yr old made the pizza. The pizza was not done all the way. The stuffed pizzas looked like they rushed it out of the oven, looks like they through handful of seasoning on it. The stuffed cheese bread was drowned in butter or whatever they use. The only thing looked good was the drinks. Should of took pics. Won't be going back. Spent $40 on it could of went to bk or mcds for half the price.

Great service and product, but from the outside you see stacks of ingredients piled up and the windows were extremely dirty making the appearance undesirable.

This place is under staffed so it makes service very slow. The employee's morale is extremely negative, making it very unpleasant and uncomfortable to even try to order.Let alone wait around twenty thirty minutes for you , food.

Now I see why other places are more expensive...it's customer service if you want a simple walk in walk out for an ok pizza with little to no talking this is the place for you walked up to the counter was looked at by both employees one shook his head the other sighed asked "what do you want?" I received my pizza replied with a thank you have a nice night and was greeted with yeah night when I opened my pizza I saw that geometric shapes were hard for some people and that every slice was a different size some even triangles ...recommend the extra $5 and go to twin trees just up the road

Pizza was super undercooked and doughy. Also were shorted three wings in the ten piece that we ordered, as well.

They forgot our wings. And they added an extra pizza and another pizza was wrong kind. Waited 25min and watched them screw up 2 more orders of other customers. A lot of running around as if they didn't know what they were doing. Cashier had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I recommend going to a different lil Caesars .

Aweful!! Don't answer their phone for orders, then gives you a strange look when you want to order a pizza with certain toppings, get the pizza home and it's burnt and tastes awful.

This little caesars on Manlius center was not that great. The wait was a little long and after waiting 25 minutes the pizza order was wrong. But I just couldn't wait another 25-35 minutes. The pizza dough wasnt really done enough...the crust was white and the pizza itself had no crispness to it, the bottom wasnt even brown. Dont get me started on the crazy bread.. now that definitely was not done and it wasnt puffy like it normally is, it was like a flat bread. I dont know maybe they were having a bad day but I probably will not return to that location.

Employees don't type in orders correctly. Over xhaged for drinks and breadsticks, all I wanted was bread sticks - sans drinks. Then with my pizza employee in the back forgot to make it and ended up waiting a full half hour or more for a simple pepperoni with olive pizza.

I was little disappointed that I ordered ahead I arrived within my window of time. (I ordered at 5:10) 5:42-5:47 - I arrived at 5:46 and was told it would be a few minutes. I did not receive my pizza until 6:03 - no apology or recognition that it took 20 minutes past the window… and they gave me the wrong pizza 😑 didn’t open until I got home.

Ordered pretzel crust w/sauce n pepperoni. They put the pretzel salt over the entire pizza. Too salty. Guy said no problem he'd make you another. Very nice about it. Got the pizza n left. The new one was a reg pepperoni pizza with salt only the regular crust. No pretzel crust...lol. I gave up! LOL...no biggie.. it's Lil Caesars.

Cheese bread looked great. When I pulled it apart it was all raw dough. But the cheese was melty starting to burn on corners. I put it in stove to finish & the cheese burnt on top. It still tasted good but this is at least the 3rd time they have done this. I only go back because I love the cheese bread when it's right

This is the place you go to when you want none of the positive parts of Little Ceasars. The expectations is mid at best cheap pizza but ready right a way. That's not how this works. Their hot and readies are never stocked. Order ahead and no matter how long you wait, you will still have to wait for them to cook the pizza when you arrive. They have the Pizza portal but out of the 10 times I've ordered from here, my order was there approximately once when I arrived. On top of that if you ask for anything special, they WILL mess it up somehow. They will give you different pizza than requested, they will forget toppings, they will leave out sides you requested, the will forget any dipping sauce requested. At this point I just don't bother despite once loving a Little Ceasers Pepperoni on a friday night. At least the Pizza hut nearby will actually have my order ready at the time I request. This place needs a change of management/ownership pronto.

Not a good experience!! It took us over 45 minutes to get our order. It was messed up multiple times, when we brought it home, the crazy bread was super stale, and the pizza didn't taste dress at all.

I took my grand daughter's there at 1:00 pm and 2 of the employees were sitting on the sidewalk smoking ciggs and drinking soda and 1 new guy inside had prbs with the register right off the bat and had to get a girl off the sidewalk to help him. I ordered a hot and ready pepperoni and he proceeded to tell me it was a 20 min wait. So much for hot and ready..... no wonder your website has no stars. Wish I could review no stars....i just left. The employees were outside taking a cigarette break, only one employee was inside and was extremely rude. The place was dirty, door was propped open and flies were in, food on the bottom shelf was exposed to dirt and bugs. The place needed to be cleaned as we as all 4 employees. They all lacked customer service and I have no intentions on going to this one again even though it was closer to my home. The place was NASTY!!!

Always the same issue of never having any items that are supposed to be ready available. The E Syracuse location is the only one I've had issues with. Plus there is normally only 2 people there working. Great management finding every way to save a dime.

Poor customer service!! They claim to be open until 10:00 pm but manage to be closed at 5:30 pm. No sign on the door or anything at all. I would like to speak to their regional manager and have them explain why they had to close so early.

Very poor service. Did not explain that all they had for 2 liter of soda was diet. We wanted to change order. They charged us more for less. Never again will I go there. I wouldn't or shouldn't given them 1 star.

This place is going downhill FAST one week they took my money for the online order and closed the store early took my money no food, then a different week I call they put me on hold never came back to the phone when I drove by NO ONE was in the place. Walked in at 5:30 on Saturday night...they had NO "hot and ready" pizzas...placed a simple order...25 minutes later still no pizza...huge line of customers waiting...excuse was " we've been busy" and it's not always "hot and ready"...maybe signs in the window should read "sometimes hot and ready"! 😒 Left and went to a real pizza shop.

Rarely gets the most basic order right. Never has food ready, and when it is it's been sitting for hours in the warmer so it's dried out. Was told recently all pizza has to come with black olives then watched greasy unwashed teen try to pick them out of cooked food without gloves, then staff berated and belittled me for asking for it to be made again before cursing at me and insulting me in front of other customers. A nutless monkey could do their jobs and yet they can't. Maybe start out with understanding soap and hygiene before being allowed near food. Corporate and local offices continue to ignore all complaints. The DM Josh seems terrified of responding to customers so he hides behind office person named Sara. Hopefully this franchise changes hands again soon. Until then I'll be calling the health department.

Our pizza was sooo undercooked. I could literally scoop up the dough out of the pizza from how raw it was. The pizza box was also jammed INTO the pizza on all sides.. how are yall still allowed to operate, this is craaazy 😭😭😭

Found a hair in my pizza, i put the piece of cheese the hair was stuck in inside a bag and brought the pizza back. Lady had to stare at the bag for 2 mims like id be joking, only to just grab another pizza and try to give that to me, im good, asked for a refund anf she acted like I ruined HER lunch.

I ordered a stuff crust pizza. It came out undercooked and soggy! It was disgusting. I called the store and told them and they said they would refund me! They never refunded me! So disappointing!

Absolutely horrible. We placed an online order on their app well we get there and the girl at the counter lies saying it never came through! Then miraculously our order pops up! Just to top it off we had to wait 45 mins for them just to mess up our order to remake it and we finally got our "correct" pizza home to find mushrooms on the entire pizza, like seriously 50 min and u couldn't get it correctly! And of course couldn't offer us an apology or anything to go w our wait! Very rude staff!

Ordered online picked up in store. Food was ready on time but my 3 topping pizza only had 1 topping. As food was ordered online I was told they had no way of getting ahold of me to tell me there was an issue. No reconciliation was offered for missing toppings that I had paid for. The only reason they acknowledged the missing toppings was that I asked about it after taking the pizza out of the box. Their response was that it was an online order so they have no way of contacting me. In addition the cheese was unevenly distributed, favoring the center of the pizza. Also the deep dish was very light on sauce, significantly less than previous pizza's.

I order a regular Pepsi I got diet I also got the pizza bites they tasted like they put hot sauce in them and to top it off I got a way undercooked deep dish pizza with no red sauce on it you guys need to get your shit together this was a order off of door dash btw smh

Im usually not the type to write reviews but this has to be shared. Me and my husband went in to get a pizza that we had to wait for almost a whole hour for. In the mean time my husband spotted a cockroach. This place looked absolutely gross and the crazy bread wasn't cooked all the way and the calzone was burnt. Complete waste of money and time.

This place is awful. DO NOT GO here. Tiles are falling off the walls and popping up from the floor. It's a cluster, things are stacked everywhere including in the kitchen. This wss a sign I should of left. 2 of the workers bolted on us and never put our order in the oven to cook. So the other 2 employees 20 minutes later finally figured this out. 40 minute wait, finally get our stuff and they threw in free crazy bread. Yah. Just to get home to a nasty tasting pizza. It tasted like a dirty dish. The guy that took our order handled money then jumped back to make cheese bread without washing his hands. The guy that quickly made our pizza was washing dishes but I never saw him wash his hands either, come to think of it. The manager wasn't there to talk to. This little Caesar's should be shut down. I am surprised the state hasn't yet. Will not return and don't recommend anyone to go to this establishment.

I ordered online. My order wasn't ready when i got there 25mins later, had to wait another 15mins there. They only had one other family in there waiting so not sure why they were so slow but the staff was some what ok. I ordered 3 pizzas. When i got home one of the extra most bestest pizza had hardly no cheese on it and only half the pizza was cut. The other had hardly no pepperoni and the other regular pizza was not cut at all. Kind of sad you order pizza from a pizza place and you have to cut your own pizza. Bread sticks were under cooked. The store was in bad repair and filthy. Needs a deep cleaning. If i hadn't of ordered and paid online and was just a walk in i would of turned around and went some where else. This was my first time here and last will not be returning

This is a little Caesars that never has pizza 🤷‍♀️ let me break it down for you. As long as we know little Caesars it's been hot and ready for walk in customers right? Wrong in this particular location priority is their online orders....you walking in, even if you drove 30min to get there they don't care....they will tell you "we only do online orders" 🤦‍♀️ what is that even means???? If your taking orders it means you have everything to service your customers what difference does it make if its online or in person??? Very rude customer service specialy that short chubby woman. Yes pizza is good here thats why it's still open for business but the owner or who ever responsible for this place needs to get his ducks in a row.

Preordered a pizza a full hour in advance, it was STILL COOKING SOMEHOW with no updates so I go to see where it is. Turns out they acxidentally made it a full hour ago and just had it sitting around for a full hour and then handed me a almost completely cold pizza. No apology or anything to make up for this horrid experience. EXTREMELY disappointed by the incompetence of the staff and the quality of service.

I went to get a deep dish pizza during the hot & ready hours of 4-8pm and they did not have even one pizza of any kind ready. I was told it would be 10 mins for anything. The staff does not appear to care that people walk out without purchasing anything. Keep up that policy and they won't have to worry about working anymore. If you are not going to honor the hot & ready as advertised, Little Caesar's should go to a traditional phone ahead order system. I will be sure to let all my friends and co-workers know about the lousy service that you get when you go to Little Caesar's. Pizzas should be running through the ovens constantly during the hours of 4-8pm. Not being made to order as people come in the door. Apparently the manager has no idea how to run this business efficiently. You have to have product ready to sell. Schedule enough workers to keep things moving during the busy hours. People don't want lousy service from people who don't care about their job or the product they serve.

I was there Sunday night at 6 p.m. and there were seven people ahead of me in line. The lady being waited on was arguing with the cashier that her order was not correct and she had been there 25 minutes waiting. After 20 minutes I made it to the front of the line and ordered a hot and ready pizza, was told it would be 25 minutes before it was ready. I told him it should be hot and ready until 8 p.m. and I was told that they are waiting on the online customers first. I said to him, why would you do that when you have people in the store waiting for pizza that's not ready, he told me if I didn't like it I could leave. So I left. The service is horrible. Words cannot express how much this place sucks!

Visited East Syracuse location on a Wednesday evening before 6pm. It was very busy with 3 people working. Took 1 hour to get most bestest pizza and cheese bread. After waiting over 30 minutes when told wait would be 15 minutes I asked why I had to wait when there were more than 1 of each of the items I ordered ready in the heating bins. The manager was asked and said I couldn’t have the already done products. After waiting 15 more minutes the manager took 1 of each of these items out of the heated bins and presented them to me. Needless to say I will not be using this location again.

Well again Litte Ceasars managed to destroy dinner. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with cheese bread sticks and garlic & perm wings. The wings where plain gross. Could not even force them down. Then the pizza was very spicy and hard as a rock. It was so hard that I could not even finish the first slice. I ended up having to go eat somewhere else. Little Ceasars, what are you doing? How are you staying in business?

Irritated. Our pizzas both arrived looking under done, watery and cut like garbage. The crusts were doughy and squishy. We also are missing one of the sauces we paid for. Beyond upset will never go to this location again.

We pull up around 3:45pm on Thursday and your workers where outside smoking weed getting high they saw me walk in and no one came in or said anything that’s what you call customer service that is very unprofessional for customers to pull up to get food and to smell the smell of weed and not only the fact it’s the workers that is smoking outside in front of the door

Everything I order there's either something missing or the order is wrong. They are consistently disappointing and I wish I could order delivery from a different one close by however the website doesn't allow that. Will order from dominoes or pizza hut from now on.

I used to love getting Little Caesars from this place but my most recent purchase of stuffed crust pizza was done poorly. Usually the stuffed crust pizza deep deep dish is square and rised. The stuffed crust I got this time around was squished, round and burnt. The pizza itself was smaller as well. I'm not sure if this is shrinkflation or not but the quality of their deep deep dish stuff crust pizza has diminished greatly.

Got an "extra most bestest" was extra mediocre at bestest. Came in tonight to get something cheap and fast, but buddy wouldn't take my order at 9:40 when it says they close at 10. This was after I tried to call 10min earlier but no one answered. If you don't accept orders at 9:30, you don't close at 10, YOU CLOSE AT 9:30. Now I'm at pizza cutters with a better pizza and experience.

Anytime I’ve ordered pretzel pizza in the past it’s been very good. always looked forward to it coming back but the last multiple times getting it from this location it is never good. the crust never has any salt like it used to, it’s flat, and everytime i order cheese sauce but get marinara instead and they never answer the phone to check.

My wife and I ordered a couple pizzas and wings thru DoorDash, and when we got the pizzas we got a cheese one and what was supposed to be a cheese stuffed crust with sausage and pepperoni and when we got it through the delivery people, it was a cheese stuffed crust sausage and no pepperoni so either they didn’t care about people’s food or they were in a rush and didn’t look at the whole ticket, and tried to call them to see if they could fix the problem and my wife and I got no answer at all. So we definitely won’t be ordering from them again. Very business minded but severely overlooking things. Not very businesslike at all.

Went about 4 o'clock p.m, crunch time for everyone getting out of work and bought a Italian cheese bread and a hot and ready and I know them hot and ready are cheap and you get what you pay for but thar pizza looked and tasted like it was made at noon. When I got home I had to use my pizza cutter to pull the pizza apart and I couldn't even get through the crust. I was gonna bring it back but figured I'd spend more in gas to return and get a new one...

Two times in a row I’ve had to wait well past my order time after arriving at the store, I’d be fine with waiting if I had not been notified that the order is ready. On top of waiting, both times my order had been incorrect. Fine I didn’t double check the food the first time, that’s on me. The next time, I had waited for 10 minutes, I made sure to double check the order on the way out the door and had to turn around because it was wrong again. I returned the pizza, which resulted in the employee throwing their hands in the air and saying “give me an hour”. Very unimpressed, really hoping I can get a refund.

Apparently, their store hours do not reflect their working hours. I went to see if there were any pizzas or cheesy bread hot and ready as it was an hour before closing and did not expect them to make more food. I arrived. One gentleman was the store making food and screamed. Could not hear them with a large fan in my ear, so I asked, "Come again? I can't hear you. " Gentleman got closer and sneared rudely, "we ain't got nothing to cook, what you want us to cook. ". I'm not sure what the rudeness was from, but upon going to my car to look up other pizza places, the gentleman followed outside and just stared at me for 10 minutes while I was placing an order. Completely strange experience.

my boyfriend got us pizza last night and overall it was a horrible experience, i tried to call twice but no one answered. when he got there all he ordered was a cheese crust pizza with the sauce you put on the crazy bread, and one thing of crazy bread. i saw on your website you sell that exact pizza, my boyfriend had to explain it like five times because the cashier could not comprehend what he was talking about. after the two items were on there last minute he added something else for like 2$, my boyfriend noticed though and it got taken off; personally that’s suspicious but i digress. after he orders he waits and the person that ordered after him got their pizzas first, but when he eventually gets the pizza they didn’t put on any of the sauce we asked for. he goes back in and asked for it to be remade, only then did the cashier tell him we are all out of it. like i don’t understand maybe the cashier was under the influence or something, i saw a review on here saying they smoke weed out front which wouldn’t surprise me considering how he couldn’t understand a simple request. then my crazy bread looks like this ? not this location but i’ve gotten little caesars for years, and never ever has my crazy bread looked like this. it was dry and rolled like a blunt. 0/10 i would recommend literally any other pizza place than this one. whoever was cashier 5/17/25 around 8:30 pm need to be retrained asap!!

Our last visit to this location was very disappointing. I’m not sure if the product used was expired or the food was not prepared correctly but one of our pizzas was both burnt and raw at the same time and the other was burnt. The crazy bread was also under cooked. Most of the meal ended up in the trash. The person working the front counter was friendly but the volume of the inappropriate music being played was too loud to hear anything else. The complaint we have filed has gone unanswered. Won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered online. I ordered crazy bread and sauce. The site said it was in the oven. I waited and watched the two employees take a cigarette break and still no order. Then watched the girl at the counter picking her nose still no order. I finally went in only to discover my order wasn't paid attention to. Got my order and the online app still said my order was in the oven. It stayed that way till they closed the store.

You guys violated 😂 pizza horrible too. I did spent 15$ so you never no what to expect but still not the point.. I’m 100% sure the employees wouldn’t even eat the product they’re putting out.. I tried to feed to my kids guess how that turned out. Go to the one In Liverpool it’s drive thru and better quality regardless of how much you spent !
