My first time visiting was June 24,2021 and everything was great. I really loved the Cucumber Lime Spritzer and the Garlic French Fries 😊

Fun place - hybrid sports bar / pizza joint with corresponding fare. Reasonably priced, attentive service, quite clean, much better than similar establishments.

Get lunch here about 3 times a week. Best pizza I found in CNY especially after moving here from NYC. Cool place, fool bar, volley ball. Really like this place.

Pizza was good. Trivia night host was fun to hear. And they have 3 pinball machines, all built in the last 6 months, including Stranger Things released only 2 weeks before my visit

Hands down the best pizza place in Syracuse. I cannot make it an entire week without ordering their pizza once, always ready super fast, and always fresh and delicious, the pizza is never overly greasy and always looks so good, the wings are always perfectly crispy and finger licking good. I will probably never order pizza from anywhere that isn’t here!

Went there for an impromptu birthday party for my Granddaughter, about 10 people. They were great, ordered 2 very large pizzas and 40 wings and 2 pitchers of soda, had them in no time, great service.

Syracuse would be a lot worse without this place. This is my go to spot for lunch almost everyday (I know.. I should relax on the 2 slice lunch special) but I mean it’s always worth it. They even have rewards where you can get money off or free meals. Staff is always extremely friendly.. ingredients are always super fresh and quality.. and the wait times are never long at all. Outside of the amazing pizza/wings.. the wraps and sandwiches never miss.. I havnt tried the Stromboli’s, but my friends from New York City visited and said it was some of the best they ever had.. definitely worth a try. The place has more tv’s than any sports bar around. Check them out if you havnt yet.. even if you’re not hungry, go have some drinks there and get hungry so you can destroy a stinger pizza with some friends.

Great place. We went there for an open mic night. The food we had was great. Very large portions of fries and nachos. The staff was pretty chill too. The prices were very reasonable. I had heard of this place a bunch from friends. I never knew where it was. It's kind of tucked away in an industrial business sector. It definitely doesn't stick out if you don't know what to look for. I would definitely recommend you go check it out if you have a chance.

I took a painting class. We painted sunflowers on a bottle and put little lights inside. We ordered a drink and cheese sticks which were fantastic!

Nice Pizza joint on the Eastside near DeWitt Town Hall. Outdoor volleyball league in the nice weather so great opportunity to get a group of friends and make it a regular destination. Spacious inside with cafeteria style ordering an ample seating both around the bar and for table service. Only downside is it's a little loud even when there's not a lot of people in there because of the music.

Tamara, is literally the best. I haven’t been to a place in a long time to let loose and she has been nothing but perfect. I will definitely be back because of the amazing service and experience she provided me. I have worked in the restaurant industry myself and if you fill your roster with people like Tamara you should be nothing but successful!!

Best Pizzas, warm Subs, Beer and atmosphere on EARTH. They have a large screen TV for every sport, a karaoke machine, nightly specials, dining area (9? tables), a fireside by the bar and terrific help. Trust me when I say, you will NOT be disappointed!

Trappers is a great place to go and drink and eat. Their pizza is really good, some of if not my favorite pizza in the Syracuse area. They have a decent beer selection. They also have good wings and sweet potatoe fries. They are very consistent and never disappoint!

Held a private party there in one of their two party rooms. Andrea went out of her way to help me make a plan for what we’d like and they executed it perfectly. Professional, hard-working, friendly staff with excellent food and service!

I go here for trivia most Mondays and order wings, loaded fries or salad as my go to items the wings and fries always come out hot and cooked perfectly and salad fresh.

We ordered from them today for the first time, they were fast on the delivery and the strombolis were baked to perfection, crispy on the outside, doughy on the inside. Will definitely order from them again.

This trappers club sandwich was absolutely amazing!!! The focaccia was toasted perfectly, the bacon was crispy and the turkey was sliced think. The mayo spread they use was so scrumptious too!

We’ve had two parties at Trappers. A wedding reception in 2023 and Adult Birthday party in February 2025. An amazing place. Andrea, Alex and their Team made both events perfect. Their people stayed on top of our needs and took care of everything we needed. They’re masters of their craft.

Got their large pepperoni and sausage pizza plus an order of 20 black and blue wings. Pizza was very good and balanced. Sauce had flavor and the crust wasn’t dense. Their black and blue wings is a must try if you like some good heat.

So far best wings in NY. Ive been to a bunch of places they have it here. Non breaded WINGS deep fried with a ton of flavor options. Bring your appetite your going to want to eat everything. They have great choice of beers on tap and bottles cans available. If Beer isn't your thing they have a full bar for all your other needs. They have an arcade to plat at if you like. The staff is great and treat you nice. The heater at the bar is great when its snowing out. This is a great place to warm up and chill out.

We are visiting from Charlotte, NC and let me start by how horrible this place and their chicken wings are….HORRIBLY good!!! OMG, the wings are so perfectly cooked, flavored and tasty, we had to place another order the next day for pick up. This time for 30 wings! We said that we suspected the wings were sprinkled with some melatonin because we all knocked out, woke up and ate more wings. This will be our go to and would highly recommend this place. Love it here!

Trappers is a great little bar and pizza joint with two locations. Their prices are fantastic, service is impeccable. The restaurant and bar area are clean and welcoming. My pizza today was perfectly cooked and chock full of flavor. Hands down, one of the better pizzas in town and I'm grateful they're so close to my work.

If something is really good like this. Sometimes you just gotta write a review and give credit where it is due. The pizza at trappers is AMAZING. A true New York slice. No floppy greasy messes or weak sized slices. All the staff members work very hard and should feel proud of how well this joint is run. Whenever I eat trappers pizza it takes me back to when I was a kid and used to get the old Pavones pizza at shoppingtown mall back in the day. Thank you and Hats off to the pizza chef making these pies because they are truly amazing and are often picturesque works of art. Keep up the great work trappers crew!

A vibrant sports bar with big screens and great vibes. The wings were crispy and sauced perfectly. The boom boom fried shrimp was so flavorful. They have an impressive variety of perfectly loaded, golden fries to complete the experience.

Great wings and awesome pizza me being from Texas i had no idea what to expect the atmosphere isn't really my type but the food and service makes up for it. It's more of a bar hangout and there was a decent older crowd I'm 40 BTW. Overall I'd go back to eat I'm not a drinker so they could have had more things for people that don't drink. They had two pin ball machines and a few claw machines. I thinking adding arcade machines and more seating could make it a better. The fried dough was banging I almost forgot to mention that

Cheesesteak and Fries... The steak was tender and delicious. The onions were caramelized nicely. What about the peppers you ask??? I really don't want to yuck on your yum, but peppers are not for me... Sorry, not Sorry. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the roll was a little soggy by the time I got back to the office to eat it. I know the experience would have been better if I were eating it there... but traveling sandwiches are a thing too. Two things could have helped with this. One is to have holes in the container to allow the steam out. Two is to toast the roll. This will make it more resistant to getting soggy, and maybe even more importantly, it will elevate the sandwich. Personally, I think the roll should always be toasted.

My first visit to Trapper's for an event was fantastic! Really unique space with multiple dining rooms, bar area, and a sweet pinball set up. The staff and owner were all friendly and helpful, food was amazing, and everything was very reasonably priced. 5 star experience all the way!

I’m a trucker and have eaten all over the country. This was one of the most garlicky Stromboli’s I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious. And the Staff was fantastic.

No dining but they offer classes on Tuesday evening and a nice venue for that experience

Pizza was the best part. Wings were over cooked and dry. Boneless wings could use more sauce, we had the garlic. The sauce could be thicker to coat the wings better

Tasty pub grub and a local atmosphere. Not too pricey. Bartenders can be hit or miss with their attitudes. Mondays are free Trivia Night.

This is a busy venue! There is always something going on lots of parties. They do have a gluten-free pizza. Very cool inside when it's hot outside. Biggest draw for my family is they have pinball machines!

Great sports bar/burger/pizza joint. I had the inferno wings, and they are no joke. I finished them in 20 minutes. If I had done it in 10, I could have gotten a free tee shirt. Service is always excellent when I go there.

I go here for bar trivia and we always order food and drinks. Pizza and wings are always delicious no matter what we get. The hot garlic wings are great. I wish they had a better selection of local draft beer.

Good food, with decent service and fair beer selection. Can be very busy here with volleyball leagues. Food menu is bar food but they do a good job of it.

Nice atmosphere and no pressure ordering. You can choose you're own seat and the bar is big enough to accommodate parties of several. Has a sand volleyball court outside for a league. Nice place, and off the busier roads.

I have heard of Trapper's before but I never knew where it was located. I had to make a trip to DeWitt and went passed Trapper's on the way. Realized it was the place I had heard about and turned around to see what they had to offer. It was worth it. A great selection of slices which I really liked cause I like variety. Everything was hot, fresh, and delish. Excellent for a quick stop or to go in and enjoy a drink and aliked. Thanks!

the beyond burger was excellent. the brioche was superb. the fries were perfectly crispy, but insanely salty. my husband enjoyed his BBQ chicken sub, said it was the softest bread he's had in a long time. Stromboli was crisped to perfection without being too hard. drinks were very small and disappointing. no one offered any refills, which were desperately needed due to the fries. wish we had been greeted when we walked in rather than sitting there for 10 min. we had to call them to get the server to notice us

Great establishment indoor is very spacious and clean, friendly staff.. outdoor volleyball seems fun for warmer weather. But the food not good wings were decent but in my opinion pizza 😝 disgusting sorry for those who like it.

The food is excellent. The customer service has alot to be desired. Ordering for a delivery can be either right on or all wrong. When they are off they are WAY off. Delivery can take forever and when it does the food is usually wrong. The delivery drivers are clueless. The people taking phone orders dont know the regular people. They randomly have days that they do not deliver. Be prepared to change your entire plans because they wont deliver.

It's good, they just have a mild habit of screwing up the order. However, even if the orders wrong the food is still good.

The best thing about Trappers is the reasonable prices. The chicken wings are tasty although the 3 orders we got were cooked differently with some not crispy, some crispy and some well done. The original, honey BBQ and spicy ranch dressings were all very good. None of them come with celery. The nachos were just OK with the cheese kind of thick and gross. Ordered bloody mary’s and they were warm with no ice. They also said they were out of lemons. The bartender with the long pigtails was rude and refused to change 1 tv to the Ohio State vs Texas game. Instead she left on Mississippi State vs Southern Miss that nobody cared about. There are lots of better options to watch the Cuse and the Bills where the service is better.

my real issue is with the check in general were they charged me more then 5 dollars more then what I put down. I guess leave a tip in cash other wise they will write down what they feel is necessary. The sauce and drinks were fine but my shrimp poboy was 7 peices of shrimp that barely made up 3/4 of the bread.

Beware...If you order a large cheese pizza to go you would expect a fresh large cheese pizza. What we got instead was a heated up already cooked cheese pizza that was maybe leftover from a party or that they had not sold for slices. This is the third time this has happened to us ordering a cheese pizza from trappers 1.

Would not recommend the BBQ chicken wrap. The food was soggy immediately after being made.

My husband ordered 10 wings and a pizza from Trappers today. The wings were so over cooked and hard that you could not only taste the burnt oil but the bones were half gone and there were actually pieces of splintered pieces of bones in the bottom of the container! He ordered medium wings and they were very, very hot! Not medium at all. These were undoubtedly the worst cooked and the worse tasting wings I've ever had. His pizza was very bland. He had peppers and sausage on it but the flavor besides being very salty was terrible. The crust was paper thin and I literally mean, paper thin! I will never order from Trappers again. What a total waste of money!

Ordered pizza tonight for family movie night. Called in at 5 and had it delivered. It was by far the worst pizza we have ever had! The dog wouldn't even eat it. It must have sat there all day! The crust was flat and hard as a rock, burned on the bottom! Cheese was hard and burned, so were the toppings. If I could rate 0 stars, I would!

Food was totally DISGUSTING. Not really sure how you can mess up fried food or a chicken quesadilla. NO FLAVOR. I CAN TELL YOU NOW... DO NOT EVER ORDER CHICKEN TENDERS OR ONION RINGS OR FRIES. Burger King is better. They shouldn't even get that one star. Will NEVER go back. And will tell everyone not to waste their money or time. Smh. Disappointed. 😡😡😡

Super dishonest business. Placed a pre-scheduled pickup with grubhub and when I showed up they told me I had only placed my order 10 minutes ago and would have to wait. When I told them I placed the order an hour before they grabbed the ticket from the line and called me a liar. I have worked in kitchens and understand that you didn't see the order and then put the ticket through. Not sure why you would want to argue with a customer instead of admitting you are wrong and moving on. Told them to have a nice night and left. 20 dollars to find out you should never eat here!

If I could rate this below 1 star I would but unfortunately I can’t. We used to love trappers . We waited over 35 minutes for a beer , others were served before us. 40 minutes for pizza and wings - the flavor of wings was wrong and pizza was soggy. Called manager and said they didn’t have time to talk and to call back tomorrow .
