Clean, friendly, with great food. Perfect place to beat the heat between tournament games in the Corona area. Felix was very helpful and a delight.
We come here about 3-4 times a month always for dinner weeknights and food is always hot and fresh. The staff is very friendly and order comes out quick. Only once I had an issue with an inaccurate order (missing a burrito). I called and Rocio made it right and made up for their error. I see a few negative reviews/comments about messing up an order please understand that these are real hardworking people and they are not robots; mistakes happen. I’ve only ever received excellent customer service!
Felix is the best! He went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct, hot and fresh. He made sure I had all the condiments to go along with my order instead of rushing me.
The manager Ben is the man was helpful and resolved an issue with Uber eats. Best service.

I felt rushed at the window while paying and didn't get the salsas I asked for. One of them was even busted open. Good thing they bagged it. I feel there is less and less chicken on the pollo bowls now a days. I would still go back, so not terrible.

The window employees are always so nice, but idk whats going on with their cooks there. I dont know how sending out a burnt and dry chicken was acceptable to them. Juan Pollo never does me this dirty.
Terrible order accuracy I ordered 10 green and 10 red salsas and only received 3 of each. These were basic, straightforward instructions—how is that so hard to get right? Feels like they’re hoarding salsa or just don’t care about getting orders correct. Very disappointed.
Terrible service! Floor was dirty! The guy cooking the chicken was throwing chicken across the grill carelessly. Waited in line for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then they didn’t give me my burrito I ordered and the tortillas soup had virtually no broth! Never EVER going back there. I didn’t go back for my burrito because it wasn’t worth it😑

Ordered 2PC leg and thigh. Portions are laughably small. Asked for my preference of tortillas just to not put them in the bag. Didn’t ask if I wanted my receipt and did not give a receipt. Drive through worker did not come back to window after I remained there for a few minutes.

Just picked up an online order! I never had this experience before. To start no salsas or the creamy cilantro for my salads. To finish one of my loco salad the cilantro was bad I’m attaching picture for reference. Please have the preparation people be aware of this situations. Thank you
I stopped going to this El Pollo because the lines are VERY long and service is VERY slow. Been under the weather this week and wanted tortilla soup. I arrived about 4:10 PM and they did not disappoint the line was long and the service was slow. After paying about 4:45 PM the cashier picked up my food and turned to chat with a coworker about what time he’s off—while holding my food. After getting home I opened the soup to find 90% liquid and some other objects. Note to self stop patronizing bad service restaurants. The first photos are what the soup was expected to look like. The video is what I got.
On August 27, 2020, I ordered chicken Nachos no beans, and They didn't have the nacho sauce. So my chip shouldn't of been soggy if I don't have beans or nacho sauce. Then with my ordered I add classic chicken burrito with no beans, but they put something extra on my burrito, A black string of hair in my burrito. This particular EPL is a hit or miss. Sadly today, it was a miss. I ordered a 3 piece meal with beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. The chicken was overcooked, therefore dry. The beans were undercooked, very hard. The tortillas were cut up as if for chips. The mashed potatoes and Sprite were good. :( Also, the receipt did not have the restaurant or Survey ID code so I left the review here.

Wait times are HORRIBLE! Spent my whole hour of my lunch at the drive through got to work late and couldn’t even eat my lunch. Owner/management should listen to all the bad reviews this place has and come up with a better strategy on how to improve wait times and food. Very un profesional and so disappointed!!!
Wow well we’re do I begin the service and food was awful. The most upsetting thing is getting home to super dry + burned chicken and the gravy was so watery. I saw my food it looked unappetizing.Would I be back nope location needs to retrain cooks and employees. Waited in the drive thru line for about 35 to 40 mins. Horrible would rather starve myself, just trash.
The worst EPL ever. Always out of something.... like CHICKEN or closing early.. Today, they decided to closed at 7:45pm. I thought maybe something was wrong. Nope. I see two employees and the manager just walking through the parking lot and they go into the Tea place laughing and giggling. As I drove away, I see two more employees walking into Smart & Final. Who does that, closes a business just because you want to go get Tea? Unacceptable.

Poor Service and Long Waits at This El Pollo Loco This location was a major disappointment. The staff showed little to no sense of customer service—despite five employees being behind the counter, none seemed to be actively helping customers. It took 18 minutes just to receive a salad. Ordering is only available through kiosks, which seems to be the norm now, but the lack of assistance was unacceptable. An elderly customer who struggled with the kiosk was told she’d have to wait until the cashier returned from break. Thankfully, my wife stepped in to help—something the employee should have done without hesitation. A simple “Let me come around and help you” would’ve gone a long way. As long as the staff here continues to stand around and avoid assisting guests, long wait times and poor service will remain the standard. It is completely ridiculous and not a place I plan to return to.
Hello, I went today around 1:40pm the worse service ever, the drive thru attendant needs to get fired poor management skills, I told him can I get extra salsas, we are only able to give out 2x of the avocado salsa & 2x of the pico de gallo because it comes out of my pay check.... gave wrong tortillas, didnt give me the guacamole that was mixed with old and new I paid needed to come back go inside.... the driest chicken ever I dont recommend this place you guys should have high standards its Eastvale, anyway guys I would rather drive down to Van Buren to the other pollo loco, dont waste your time at this restaurant also please do not respond with the automatic replays please email us at blah blah hopefully the owner sees it.
