We went to Letual in Asturias, and as always, we were delighted. This is our second time coming from Algeciras (Cádiz)—we came last year and returned this year—and the experience was fantastic once again. We tried several cachopos: the one with cured beef and goat cheese, the one with cured beef and Manchego cheese, and the Letual cachopo, and wow… they were all delicious! We also ordered fried baby squid, which were amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had a great vibe; you can tell they love what they do. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the price is quite reasonable for the quality they offer. They've been open for many years, and honestly, I know why: 100% guaranteed quality. We'll definitely be back for a third time when we're in Asturias again.

Good restaurant for lunch, fast service, delicious food, and good prices. We were recommended this by the employee at the hotel where we were staying.

We had dinner as a couple and the experience was wonderful. The prawns were spectacular, the cachopo was delicious, and the Lotus cake was delicious. One thing I would say is that I wish the cake had been less cold, as we saved some for the next day because we were so full, and it was even better if it was softer. The service was exceptional, and they brought the food out super fast. We left delighted.

A very varied menu, with a variety of cachopos practically to suit your taste, and a generous size, easily enough for 2 or 3 people. The desserts are also generous. The table service is scrupulously correct!

Stewed goat, Grandma's cake, water, and a coffee for €31. The goat was really good and very tender. Generous portions and perfect value. Very good service. I'll definitely go back when I'm back in the area. P.S. The potatoes are fried, but I ordered them boiled.

I was surprised; I'd say it's my favorite place in Asturias, and they're incredibly friendly. We ordered the tripe, the scorpionfish pie, the picadillo, and the grandma's cake, and everything was delicious and there was plenty of it!

Delicious, plentiful food at a good price. Generous portions. The pig's trotters with seafood were spectacular. The scallop portion was a little small, but otherwise, nothing to complain about. Very good service.

A feast of tripe. They're truly famous for their tripe, and it lives up to the hype. You can choose wheat bread, corn bread, or gluten-free bread. We ordered some croquettes and two half-portions of tripe with potatoes... and we couldn't even have dessert, we were too full, haha. Highly recommended. Call well in advance to get a table.

Spectacular!! Friendly waiters with excellent recommendations, very generous portions. Great value for money. The fish hands stuffed with seafood were amazing. The tripe was delicious and the crepe cake was the best I've ever tasted.

A must-visit. Excellent food and service. Everything was very clean and the lighting was superb. We ordered octopus and cachopo (a breaded and fried meat dish), and it was delicious. We'll definitely be back soon.

There are small places that promise intimacy and attentive service, and this restaurant belongs to that breed. Reservations are advisable: the space is small and the dining room fills up quickly, a clear sign of popularity. The service is also excellent. The waiter who served us was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, maintaining the experience with skill and composure. The table was filled with a variety of dishes, like an irregular but honest tasting menu. The croquettes were well-executed: cleanly fried, with a creamy texture and a decent flavor, without unnecessary frills. The squid, cooked to perfection and with a remarkable flavor, was perhaps one of the best bites, although the portion was somewhat small for the enjoyment it offered. The Letual special salad presented an attractive combination on paper—lettuce, walnuts, chicken, grilled goat cheese—but on the palate, it was unbalanced: the lettuce, clearly bagged, lacked character, and the dressing, too abundant, overpowered the other ingredients. The tripe, well-prepared, held its own, although for anyone who has tried the Madrid-style tripe, the comparison is inevitable, and here it falls short in depth and character. The minced meat with potatoes suffered from an excess of paprika that overpowered the dish and disrupted the balance. Something similar happened with the Iberian pork tenderloin with Cabrales cheese: the meat, which should have been the star, was hidden under an overpowering sauce. Four diners, €125.60, a bill in line with the overall experience, with attentive service and a kitchen that, by refining proportions and allowing the ingredients to breathe more, could take a leap forward. I left feeling comfortable, well-served, and with enjoyable moments; a place to which I can return, hoping that on my next visit the kitchen will have even more faith in the strength of its raw ingredients.

The food is very good, let's get that straight. And the service was good too. We won't be back because of their reservation policy. We were required to be there at the agreed time under threat of a penalty. We were there, but we had to wait more than half an hour because our table was occupied. In that case, there's no excuse.

Make a reservation in advance; you may find that even with empty tables, you won't get a table. It's also advisable to arrive early; they're quite slow. They make up for it with the quality/quantity/price. The food is relatively cheap, with generous and tasty portions. It's typical Asturian food. The cachopo is cooked to perfection, flavorful and not dripping with oil. The squid is delicious but has too much oil. The salad and desserts are reasonable.
